His recent work in Nosferatu tells us a lot about his acting range and GOD, HIS APPEARANCE!! He would be a fantastic Erik.

I think it is more than capable of showing us a man madly in love with a woman he will never be able to have and at the same time a man tormented by his physical appearance, the rejection of his parents, and the enormous loneliness he has felt all his life, in addition to showing us the tyrannical Phantom who torments the managers of the Opera and murders in cold blood and at the same time, to show us the ethereal beauty that Christine relied on.

Christine Daaé/Elle Fanning

She looks a lot like the Christine described in the book, she is also a wonderful actress. I feel like she could show us Christine's vulnerability, as well as her enormous courage, her infinite kindness, the innocence that Erik took advantage of, the panic she felt when she was kidnapped, the very inner beauty that Raoul fell in love with and the appreciation she had for her tormented captor.

Raoul de Chagny/Aaron Taylor Johnson

When I saw him in Anna Karenina, I saw the Viscount... Unfortunately I don't know his acting range, but he's identical to Raoul... But I think he could show us a pretty decent performance.
