on light of the new captain america movie getting a trailer and people begging everyone to boycott it because of the character sabra (for obvious reasons), I've seen a lot of people asking "why would they do that especially now?" (with the palestine genocide happening and the whole world aware of that?) and let me tell you why. many years ago, a big discussion here on tumblr about the mcu specifically was about how the movies were obviously sponsored by the us military and the government and written in a way where you would fall for their propaganda (very well hidden btw) without even realising, example: making it seem like the military is stupid and cia etc is incompetent. when they are clearly not in real life. they are adding sabra now and not taking it back because they know their fans will consume whatever they put out even if its to record, edit and post reviews videos hating on it on youtube and getting millions of views. it's still more money for disney. and a opportunity for a 'superhero' who's whole motivation is to 'save and protect' israel in hopes of humanizing even more the people who support palestinian genocide and paint them as good guys. there's many others examples of this through their 20 somethings year of franchise. please research about it and keep an eye and open mind when engaging in media in the future, especially mcu and other big franchises from the usa.

I have scoured the depth of the internet and discovered there are no fanfics of Gambit/Reader/Human Torch for Deadpool and Wolverine and I am personally very shocked at this because was I the only one crushing on Johnny Storm when I was younger?

Watched Deadpool with my bestfriend.

The movie was good, but part of me felt like they were over doing a bit in some parts.

And i don't know why the whole TVA mixture is added

It felt like the Marvel universe collided with the Hitchhiker's guide to galaxy (not saying it's the same, but kinda like, how if you fuck up in one universe, there are a billion other timelines and all that bit, again I know not the same, but similar concept, and makes me feel weird because it gives the idea of a kind of simulation and that makes me feel weird.)

My point is I'm okay with the idea of multiverse, I love it even. But I'm not okay with a bunch of weird beings overlooking it all. The idea of multiverse existing is cool, but that's because it is simply existing. But when you bring someone who overlooks and does stuff to it, it makes me feel like 'eh. No.'

Other than that, one scene where Logan who was chained to something and there were like bloody skulls around him all over made me think of the scene in Bleach with Yhwach v. Yamamto's where Yamamto's bankai made dead comrades of Yhwach appear [all red and skull, skeletons (my god that was a beautiful scene, what brilliant portrayal, the bleach one, the Logan one made me feel bad for him]

And then, the fight scenes could have been choreographed in a better way, they were good but, some parts felt like they could've been better.

Loved the background music a lot. Loved the fourth wall break a lot. Deadpool is just all over the world.

And my god, they even referenced Batman. Hahahahahah.

When Deadpool was talking to Happy, and I saw the 'Proof that tony stark has a heart.' Fuck. I felt my feelings a little too much

And Wolverine. My god. The love I have for this character is so immense. It was Deadpools movie but Wolverine really stole the show, specially in that one scene *ahem abs ahem*

But fr, the love I have for Logan. The feeling I have. And specially when I saw the Logan movie. It was like my heart was ripped out.

And then Deadpool desecrated his grave. And then as he mentioned, they brought him back.

See, I'm not complaining, but this is just, Idk

And even Brining Rdj back as Dr. Doom

I mean, idk.

Also why is quicksilver dead every goddamn where.

And Xavier's sister. What are these concepts.

And also the scene where Wolverine's past is shown. How he killed...anyone who crossed his path, the good the bad, anyone. I kinda get it. Not justifying his actions but...it was his way of dealing with his feelings. And sometimes it feels like that, to destroy the universe at its core because the people you called home are no longer here.

But overall, fun movie, felt like it was hyped a bunch, but was fun nevertheless. The interviews and Ryan and Hugh everywhere was kinda fun too, they're a cute duo, ngl (platonic y'all).

But it's enough bringing dead back again in some way or another. It's like, i grieved for this character man, and I'm happy that he's back again....but he's technically not the same Wolverine i grieved for. He's not from the universe I have been watching since so long. So just bringing the same character just from a different universe, it feels like you're deceiving me and playing w my feelings for this character. Maybe I'm looking into it a bit too much, I'm not sure.

I was supposed to post this weeks ago but I hadn't completed writing it, and I still haven't I guess, but it has been too long, so I'm going to post this now.

Love Online Chapter 23

Warnings: A little language but mostly cute and fluff. Lots of pictues

The next  morning Chris wakes up and Merida is still sound asleep with her head on his chest and her arm around him. He smiles and gently kisses her head. He carefully gets up so he doesn't wake her and heads into the bathroom. He gets a shower and comes out with the towel wrapped around his waist. He looks over on the bed and Merida is still fast asleep. He smiles. He hates to wake her, but he knows she needs to get up and get ready. He walks over to the bed and gently rubs her shoulder.

"Babe, wake up."

"Hmm." She groans.

"Wake up babe. We will need to leave in an hour."

Merida rolls over and looks at Chris. She then notices the towel.

"Chris!" She says covering her eyes.

"What?"

"Put some clothes on."

"What? I have a towel around me."

"I know but...please."

"Last night you wanted..." Chris stops and doesn't finish.

"I know, but I don't know what I was thinking. We both agreed to wait and you coming out like that doesn't help."

"Sorry babe. I will go put clothes on, but you need to get up. We are meeting my family in an hour."

"Okay I will."

Chris heads to his suitcase and grabs his clothes then heads back to the bathroom. Merida gets up and walks to her suitecase and finds her some clothes. She is just about to knock on the bathroom door when Chris opens it.

"Well good morning, babe."

"Chris, you already woke me up."

"I know, but I didn't tell you good morning." He says leaning towards her and kissing her. "I love you."

"I love you too. Let me go get ready."

"Okay."

While Merida is taking a shower Chris picks up his phone and checks his messages and checks social media. He doesn't see any more negative comments. Chris likes Merida's post and comments

Chris was just finishing his comment when Merida walks out of the bathroom. He looks up at her and smiles.

"What are you doing?"

"Just checking my messages. You ready to go?"

"Almost. Give me two minutes."

When Merida has gotten her shoes on and grabs her Minnie bag they leave and head to the lobby where Chris's family and Merida's father are waiting. They ride the bus to Animal Kingdom. After eating breakfast, they head to the animal safari ride. Ethan and Miles are excited. They sit next to Chris. Stella is in Merida's lap.

"Uncle Chris look at that lion! He's so big." Miles says

"He is big."

"I like the elephants," Ethan says.

After the safari ride, they ride mount Everest. Miles, Ethan and Stella are too scared to ride it, so Lisa stays with them while the rest of them ride it. At one point Merida grabs Chris's hand. Chris looks down at her hand.          "Babe, where is your ring?"           "It's in hotel."           "Why aren't you wearing it?"            "I took it off to put lotion on my hands and I guess I forgot to put it back on."            "Where did you leave it?"             "In the bathroom on the counter."             "Babe! Seriously? That's not safe. What if...someone takes it?"             "Who would take it? No one will see it."              "Uh the cleaning people might see it and take it."             "Chris they wouldn't do that."             "You don't know that."              "No I don't.. but I doubt it."

"Babe it could happen. Better hope it's still there when we get back."               "It will be." They spend the day in animal kingdom. Merida takes lots of pictures and his family takes some of her and Chris together. Chris photo bombs a few of them. When they get back to the hotel room later that evening, they are both tired. Chris heads into the bathroom and sees Merida's ring on the counter in the back. He sighs and picks it up and walks out caring it. He holds it out for her.             "Here. Please don't take it off again." Merida takes the ring from him and puts it on her finger.             "Hey it's okay." Merida says holding his face in her hands. "I can't put lotion with my ring on."             "Okay but then don't forget to put it back on when you're done."            "Chris stop worrying. It's okay." She says kissing him.             "Okay I'm getting ready for bed. Be back in a few." Chris kisses her the heads to the bathroom. While Chris was in the bathroom Merida posted on Instagram.

Disneydoggrl83 ❤️Another great day! We went to animal kingdom. We loved the animal safari ride. I got a little scared on the mount Everest ride and held on to Chris's hand. I took lots of pictures. I can't believe tomorrow is our last day at Disney. It has been a wonderful few days.

Merida has just posted to Instagram when Chris walks out only wearing his pj pants. Merida looks up and smiles.

"What are you smiling at?"

"You."

Chris walks towards the bed and sits down next to her and leans forward and kisses her.

"I'm going to go change and get ready for bed. I'll be back."

Merida leaves her phone on the bed and heads to the bathroom after she grabs her pjs. Chris picks her phone and sees her post on Instagram. He smiles. He sets her phone on the bedside table and picks up his phone and pulls up Instagram and comments on her post

I am glad you had such a good time. It was a fun day. I do hate tomorrow is our last full day too but we will come back at some point. I loved the Mount Everest ride too and I loved holding your hand ☺️ I love you so much babe. 😘

After Chris comments on Merida's post he sets his phone on the bedside table next to his side and climbs under the covers and waits for Merida. A few minutes later Merida walks out wearing her beauty and the beast pjs. She climbs under the covers next to Chris and snuggles up next to him.

"What time do we have to get up tomorrow?"

"Well we are meeting my family and your dad at 8. So, what time do you want to get up?"

"Maybe 6:30."

"Okay I can wake you up. I will already be up."

"Okay. So we are going to go MGM tomorrow right?"

"Yep. I love how you call it MGM. It's Hollywood Studios now."

"I love MGM and I know. But it use to be called that and I was used to it. I hate the Great Movie ride is gone though."

Chris smiles "Me too. Not many people still call it that. I loved that ride too."

"I haven't ridden the new ride they put there. What is it Mickey and Minnie Runaway railroad?"

"Something like that. I haven't ridden it either. They added it since I've been here last."

"Well we better get some sleep so we can get up in the morning."

"Yes your right. Goodnight babe. I love you."

"I love you too."

Chris leans down and kisses her. They both fall asleep. The next morning Chris wakes up and looks down. Merida is still curled up next to him with her head on his chest. He kisses her head and quietly gets up and gets his shower and gets ready for the day. He looks in the mirror and sees a small scratch on his check. "What the shit! Where did that come from?" He then leaves the bathroom and wakes up Merida. It takes her a few minutes to get up. She finally wakes up and looks at him.           "Morning beautiful."            "Hi."            "Time to get up." Merida sits up and looks at Chris. Then gets a weird look on her face.           "Babe what's wrong?"           "What is that scratch on your face?"            "I don't know I saw it when i got out of the shower. I didn't notice it before I got in."            "Oh no!"             "What? What's the matter babe?"             "I think my ring scratched you. I think I remember running my hand over your face last night. Oh Chris I'm sorry." She said rubbing her hand over his cheek where the scratch was.              "It's okay babe. You didn't mean to. It will heal. I'm not worried. Go get ready we don't have much time." Merida kisses him then goes and gets ready. Then they head out, and meet his family and her dad in the lobby of the hotel then they ride the bus to Hollywood Studios. Once they arrive they get breakfast then decide what they want to do first.

"So where to first?" Scott asks

"Babe, what would you like to do first?"

"Mickey!" Stella exclaims

Merida looks at Stella. "That's fine with me. We can start there."

They walk to the Mickey and Minnie's Run Away Railroad. Merida and Chris sit in one car with Stella between them. Stella is excited and exclaims and laughs the whole time. When they get off the ride Stella runs out of the ride excited.

"That was fun!"

"Why don't we ride the Tower and Terror next?" Chris asks

"Sounds good. I love that ride." Merida says.

"I don't want to ride that! It's too scary!" Stella says.

"It's not scary! It's cool!" Ethan says.

"It is a little scary," Miles says.

"If you don't want to ride it you can stay here with me." Lisa says.

"Why don't you and Merida just go ride it? You guys need some alone time." Scott says.

"You sure?" Chris asks.

"Yes, we can ride it later."

"Okay," Chris took Merida's hand. "Lets go."

Chris and Merida head to the Tower of Terror. The line isn't that long so it doesn't take them long to get to the ride.

"I'm a little shocked you like this ride." Chris says.

"Why?"

"Because of the drop. I didn't think you would like this ride."

"No I love it. It is a big drop and it does scary me a little, but I have you next to me." Merida smiles.

Chris smiles back. They climb onto the ride and when it gets to the top floor and it gets dark Merida squeezes Chris's hand. "Okay I'm not ready for this."

"It's okay babe. I got you." Chris says squeezing her hand a little.

Then the elevator drops, fast. Merida screams. When they stopped dropping and the light come back on and the voice says "Welcome back to the ones who made it."

"Wow I had forgotten how scary that was." Merida says as they are getting off the ride. They walk through the lobby of what looks like the hotel heading back outside. Then Chris stops.

"Chris, what's wrong? Why did you stop?"

Chris doesn't answer he just pulls Merida towards him and kisses her. "I love you babe."

"I love you too."

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For being here with me. For saying yes to marrying me."

"Aww Chris. I'm happy to be here with you. I can't wait to marry you."

Chris leans down a little and kisses Merida again. "Alright lets go. They are waiting on us."

They head back outside and finds his family and Shawn waiting for them.

"Did you guys have fun?"

"Yes. I forgot how scary that was. You were right Miles."

"I told you! I don't wike that ride."

Merida smiles. Next they go to the star wars ride. Everyone rides that. Stella is a little scared, but she stays close to Chris. They then go to the Muppet the 3d. They eat lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant. Miles and Ethan begged to eat there so they all agreed. They sat in cars while they ate.

"This is so cool!" Ethan said.

They ride some more rides after lunch and walk around the park and watch the parade that night. After the parade is over they ride the bus back to the hotel. They get off the bus and head back into the hotel.

"Goodnight. Will we see you in the morning before you head back?" Lisa asks Chris

"I don't know. Depends on when we get up I do want to get on the road pretty early. It's a long drive back."

"Yes it is. Well if I don't see you. Drive safely and love you both." Lisa says hugging Chris and then Merida.

"Love you too mom. Thanks."

They head towards the elevator and ride it to their floor then to their room. After Chris unlocks the door Merida walks inside. "I'm tried. It was a fun day but a long day too."

"I'm glad you had fun." Chris says wrapping his arms around her.

"Thanks Chris for everything."

"Your welcome babe. I love you so much."

"I love you too."

"Why don't we get ready for bed and get in bed and watch a movie?"

"Sounds good."

"You go first."

"Okay." Merida gave Chris a quick kiss then heads to the bathroom after she grabs her clothes. Chris pulls out his phone from his back pocket. He looks at the pictures he had taken and the pictures Merida had taken from his phone. He gets on Instagram and posts.

It has been a wonderful few days, I hate it's over and we leave tomorrow, but I am glad I got to spend this time with my family and fiancé. ☺️My wonderful fiancé took this pic of Miles, Ethan, and me. They loved this ride. They love Star Wars.

Chris has just set his phone down and grabbed his clothes when Merida comes out of the bathroom.

"Your turn."

Chris walks up to her and kisses her.

"I won't be long."

He heads into the bathroom. Merida climbs into bed and grabs her phone from the bedside table and pulls up Instagram. She smiles when she sees Chris's post. She likes it and comments.

"Posting some pictures to Instagram."

"Can I see?"

Merida shows him her post.

"Nice. I love how you create those pictures. How do you do that?"

"I use pic collage. It's an app."

"Oh cool."

Merida sets her phone down on the table beside her and then curls up next to Chris and lays her head on his chest.

"Babe."

"Hmm?" she asks looking up at him.

"I have been meaning to tell you.."

"Yes?"

He reaches for her hand. "Your ring...where is your ring?"

"Its on the bathroom counter."

"Why aren't you wearing it?"

"Because I scratched you last night and..."

"Babe, I told you it was okay. I know it was an accident."

"I know but I don't want to take the chance on it happening again. So I am just going to take it off at night."

"Okay," Chris frowns.

"So, what about the ring?"

"Oh, yes, I have been meaning to tell you. Your dad gave me that ring. It was your mothers anniversary ring."

Merida sits up a little and looks at Chris.

"What! Really?"

"Yes. When I went to see him to ask him permission to marry you, he gave that ring and told me it was your mothers. I was going to go that day and get your ring but when I saw the ring he had I knew it was perfect."

"Oh Chris! Thanks for telling me. That means so much."

"I knew you would like having her ring."

"Yes I do."

Just then there was a knock at the door.

"Who could that be?" Merida asks.

"I don't know. I'll go check."

Chris gets up and grabs his grey shirt from his suitcase and opens the door.

"Shawn."

"Hey Chris. Hope I didn't wake you."

"No, we are still up, we were just getting ready to watch a movie."

"Okay good. I just wanted to say thank you for these past few days and say goodnight. I don't know if I will see you in the morning. Is Merida..."

Merida walks towards the door and stands next to Chris.

"I'm here daddy."

"Hey Princess. I've had fun. Be safe driving back tomorrow. Call me when you get home. I love you."

"I love you too daddy." Merida hugs him.

Shawn then sees her hand.

"Princess, where is your ring?"

"I put it on the bathroom counter. I am not wearing it at night."

"Why not?"

"Because...I...accidently scrated myself last night so I..."

"Oh, I hope your okay."

"Yes I'm okay."

"Did Chris tell you about the ring? That it was your mothers?"

"Yes he just told me. Thanks daddy."

"Your welcome Princess. Well I will go. Goodnight guys. Sleep well."

Shawn then heads down the hall towards his room. Chris closes the door and they head to back to bed. Chris pulls off his shirt and lays it on his suitcase. And lays down on the bed next to Merida.            "I hated lying to my dad but I couldn't tell him I scratched you last night. He would..."

            "I know babe it's okay. You didn't really lie you told half the truth. You did scratch someone but it wasn't you but me."

             "Yeah. I just hate lying to him. We have always been close and I've always been able to tell him everything but I just can't tell him that we are sleeping together he would not approve."

             "Even though we aren't doing anything?" Chris asks caressing her cheek.

             "Yes. He's old fashioned. He doesn't believe in living together before your married, sex before marriage or sleeping next to someone before your married. He would kill me! Not literally but he would be mad and I just can't..."

             "It's okay babe. I know. That's why you are the way you are and you won't live with me right?"

            "Part of it yeah. He's raised me to be that way. I'm sorry."

           "You don't have to apologize babe. I love you and respect that. I actually love that about you. Says a lot about who you are. Your not sleeping around your waiting for the right person."

Merida smiles "yes and I found him." She says looking at Chris. Chris smiles and leans down and kisses her. "I love you so much babe."

            "I love you too. I don't know if I could make it through a movie. I'm pretty tired." Merida says

"Okay babe. We can just go to bed then."

"What time is it?"

Chris taps his phone on the bedside table. "It's...wow later than I thought. It's 10:30. We do need to get some sleep."

They curl up together. Merida lays her head on Chris's chest. "Goodnight babe. I..."

Before Chris can finish there is a knock the door. "Now who's at the door?" Merida asks.

"I don't know. I'll go see."

Chris climbs out of bed, grabs his shirt once again and is pulls it over his head and opens the door.

"Scott!"

"Hey bro. Sorry hope I didn't wake you."

"No we were just heading to bed. What's up?"

"Can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sure. Come in."

Scott walks in and Chris closes the door.

"What's up?"

"Have you been on Instagram?"

"Yeah earlier why?"

"Umm there is a post..."

"Is it bad? More bad comments?"

"No not bad comments but...well...it's not..."

"What is it Scott? Just tell me."

Scott pulls out his phone and shows Chris a post.

"Oh shit!"

"Chris, what is it?" Merida asks walking towards him.

"There is a pic of me going into the girls restroom from yesterday."

"What!" Merida looks down at the phone.

"Oh no!"

"I thought you told me no one saw me!"

"I didn't see anyone. They must have been hiding."

"Fucking shit!"

"Chris language!"

"Sorry babe."

Merida looks at the comments. Fangirl#2 why would Chris be going in the girls bathroom? Wait did something happen to Merida? Is she okay?

Fangirl#5 I hope nothing happened to her. I'm sure there is a logically explanation for why he is going in the girls bathroom. Bless Scott for being the look out.

             "At least the comments aren't bad. They all seem shocked but supportive and asking what was going on?"

"Yeah. I will handle this. Thanks Scott." He says handing Scott's phone back to him.

"Your welcome. You two sleep well. And be safe driving back tomorrow."

"We will thanks Scott." Chris says.

Scott leaves.

"Chris I'm sorry."

"It's okay babe it's not your fault. I need to take care of this. Can you give me a few minutes?"

"Sure."

"I will be back to bed in a minute."

"Okay." Merida kisses Chris then heads back to the bed.

Chris calls his manger and tells him what happened and about the post that Scott had shown him. His manager tells him he will take care of it. Chris thanks him and then heads back to the bed. Merida is already asleep when he climbs under the covers. He kisses her head and wraps his arms around her and falls asleep.
