I know that Kdramas have a weird thing about sexual purity, but it's so funny how they set up their male CEOs: they have only enough brain cells for business or a relationship. There is no middle ground, no possible division of thought. They had better have hired some good subordinates, because once they fall in love after 15 years of business-devoted celibacy all their work-related savvy goes straight out the window and all they can think about is which flower goes best in their beloved's hair or how they can possibly confess their feelings.

Tired of seeing "Chosen one" stories about spunky rebellious teens. I want to see a magic sword choose some middle aged guy with a family and lots of responsibilities already.

Like the guy works as an accountant or something, or hes the village hooper and the magic sword chose him because he has the potential to wield it but everyone doubts him because hes old or too busy with his family ect.

I have a feeling this exists already but have no reference for it. Like make a story about how chillchuck became the chosen one and hes going on midlife crisis mode.
