This was an interesting idea I've developed yesterday at volunteer program and did a sketch for it last night and colored it in the afternoon.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The story here is that Medea was alone with her daughter Noriko at their home on a Sunday before being confronted again by Izumi Matsumoto, her bitter co-worker from Budogaoka High School.
Their fighting escalated into harsh words, with Izumi totally disregarding Medea's trauma as being "a foreigner milking sympathy", this caused Medea to say: "You're the one whose milking sympathy by acting like a victim, when really you're just a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum over not getting her way."
This caused the fight to turn physical and, in the scuffle, knocked the late Kakyoin's earrings off a nearby shelf and Izumi for to accidentally step on them, breaking them, this flew Medea into an emotional breakdown and her Stand had to shut her off in an empty room nearby.
After which, Izumi realized what she'd done and fled the scene, hoping no one would snitch on her screw up, little did she know that she was that Noriko had watched the whole thing when she heard them fighting.
Being a young girl born into a Shinto household, Noriko didn't understand what they were really fighting about but knows that their fighting was similar to the old Japanese myth of "Amaterasu and the cave", with her mother as the sun goddess who hid herself away from the world after Susanoo the storm god, being portrayed by Izumi, destroyed something precious to her.
With that in mind, Noriko tries to comfort her mother, no response, so she decided to call her dad, Josuke, and Jotaro for help.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Medea, Izumi, and Noriko belong to me

Today and Even Tomorrow, Let’s All Play Together
Hide and Seek was THE most popular game growing up. Barry can recall the not so far days in the playground with Dawn and the other kids, closing their eyes and counting to as many fingers were on their hands, before going and seeking the others. But Barry always insisted on hiding, he never liked the dark.
But whenever he played with Mommy and Daddy, he always ended up in the dark.
Yes, Hide and Seek was popular among grown ups too. Although they were quite bad it, not as good as the kids his age. They even played the seeker as a pair of two! And yet he was always caught after thirty minutes of straight hiding. Closing the dark closet surrounded by his action figures and the stuffy he swore he was too old for, Barry would just sit there in silence. He was supposed to be hidden after all! Hiding means no noise. (Even if he liked to move, needed to move, he was always in it to win it.)
Yet when you’re hiding you can hear a pin drop, much more, the sound of murmuring between adults. Murmuring that would then become yelling. Only for it to then become silent, and for not even minutes later for Palmer and Charlotte to open the door and praise him for being so good at hiding. Even though it was the place he chose all the time, the room farthest from the kitchen.
You could only hear false praise ten times before even a child realizes it was all lies.
Barry never understood what they were talking about. Even when he pushed his ear against the wall, it was always muffled, saying big words he never understood unless it was his name. It always just sounded bad. But if it was bad, then why did they say his name?
How come they only wanted to play hide and seek with him?
Why did Daddy move away?
Why did Mommy never seem home?
They would always tell him things but it all felt like excuses, keeping him shut up in a closet to prevent him from knowing the real truth: he was a burden.
Maybe it’s because he couldn’t reach expectations. He knew Palmer had a big important job and was almost like a celebrity, and Charlotte would sing about the big boots he would have to fill when his dad was old and grey. But what if he couldn’t? But he wanted to.
Mommy and Daddy always seemed so sad around him, maybe if he could make them proud, he could convince them that having him wasn’t a mistake.
Dawn, he loved her so, but she didn’t help with this insecurity. Always getting beaten.
He can’t be champion this way, he can’t achieve great things this way, he can’t make them proud this way.
But maybe he could do something else, become a legend in his own right. Hearing the order to protect the lake guardians with his best friends, he knew this could be his shot. Write his name in the history as the boy who protected Mespirit. But it failed, they failed Azelf together, they failed Mespirit together, and they failed Uxie together. (He was a burden then, too.)
In their defeat though, that scary leader revealed his upper hand. Mommy and Daddy were hostages, just as Mrs. Dawn’s Mom and Mr. Lucas’s Dad were too.
So he gave him an offer, an offer he couldn’t refuse. Come with him, and he’ll make him a legend. After all, it would be the only way he couldn’t burden his parents, save them in fact.
Sure he would die, but he would save them, write his name in history books, and his blight upon their eyes would disappear too. It was the perfect end.
So he went. Despite the angry screaming and the tears from the two he cared so deeply for, he walked into the helicopter with Cyrus. It will all be ok.
And so he waited, and waited, first in the base, then at the top of Mount Coronet. This would be it. Lucas and Dawn screamed his name, but were stopped by Mars and Jupiter. And by the time they beat them, preparations were complete. Sure he could turn back anytime, but he didn’t want to.
Until he heard another pair scream for him.
Barry turned around as he hear Charlotte and Palmer scream his name in horror, begging him to stop. Mrs. Lyre and Mr. Aquila we’re there too. He’d been found.
That horrified look of Mommy and Daddy was enough for him to wake up. Realize he messed up.
A loud noise rang, and Barry had one last thought.
“I want to play again tomorrow.”
His emotions exploded.

Childhood Friends
my heart was abandoned in sight
during the middle of the night
by no one cruel!
just by people i already knew
friendly faces you no longer know
i still scroll
through my newsfeed
to see you and ur new dog, baby or boo
how can tiny humans grow up fully bloomed
same mole but self assumed and doomed
no longer you
well, no longer the you i used to consume
we wont talk deeply anymore
but i know all your wounds
small talk
kindly gawk
letting the feelings accrue
and like your facebook posts

Apparently, (at least in Westeros), the age of maturity or “legal majority” for a Westerosi nobleperson, male or female, is 16.
There is a distinction between a “girl”, a “maid”, and a “woman” conceptually.  A female noble who has gotten her period can be married and have sex with a nobleman of any age--this is a “maid”.
The controversy about Westeros practices and customs concerning gender, marriage, sexuality reminds me a lot of the Edo Japanese “wakashu”, the Ancient Greek pederasty system, Victorian and Romantic concepts of innocence and the Cult of Childhood, etc. (Wakashu all the way at the end.)
Basically how human history had some overlap concerning sexuality and childhood, and how exactly they became so. Even today, the concept of a innocence carries with a

Paraphrasing Large Part of Essay: Democratic Athenian aristocrats (yes I mean what I say here) also used the old practice of pederasty as a means to maintain their own social identity as nobles, separating themselves from nonnobles. All under the context of challenges to their status from nonoble citizens who brought up how such young boys and men--the "eramenos"-- were untrustworthy an that they actually disrupt the ethos and mental ability of Athenian male citizens--endangering the integrity of the "polis", since such sexual relations could divert the man's focus away from politicking (the belief). Pederasty was practices since before Athens really became the first democracy, and the nobles of Democratic Athens thought that through preserving their customs, they would remind in power and keep their noble identity/status.

I wish I could be a kid again,
the childlike innocence,
the naivety,
Sometimes I feel bad because I'm jealous of what children have.
I've never been given that though,
never been allowed to be naive
never been allowed to be innocent
never allowed to be a kid.
I miss what I never had, and what I never will have.

The Philosophy of Innocence
The philosophy of innocence explores the concept of innocence in various philosophical, ethical, and metaphysical contexts. It examines the nature, significance, and implications of innocence in human life, society, and moral reasoning. The idea of innocence often intersects with discussions on morality, justice, knowledge, and human nature.
Key Themes in the Philosophy of Innocence:
Moral Innocence:
Definition: Moral innocence typically refers to the absence of guilt, wrongdoing, or moral culpability. It is often associated with purity, goodness, and a lack of corruption.
Childhood Innocence: A common theme in the philosophy of innocence is the idea that children are born innocent, free from the moral failings of adults. This notion ties into debates about nature versus nurture and the inherent goodness or corruption of human beings.
Loss of Innocence: The concept of losing innocence, particularly through exposure to the realities of life, wrongdoing, or moral complexity, is a significant topic. It often involves the transition from ignorance or purity to knowledge and experience, which can be both enlightening and corrupting.
Innocence and Knowledge:
Innocence as Ignorance: Philosophers have debated whether innocence is inherently tied to a lack of knowledge or experience. In this view, innocence might be seen as a state of ignorance—free from the burdens of moral or existential knowledge.
Innocence and Wisdom: Conversely, some perspectives suggest that true innocence can coexist with wisdom, where a person remains morally pure despite being knowledgeable or experienced. This idea often appears in religious or spiritual contexts, where enlightenment is associated with a return to a state of innocence.
Legal and Ethical Innocence:
Presumption of Innocence: In legal philosophy, the presumption of innocence is a foundational principle that asserts an individual is considered innocent until proven guilty. This principle is crucial in ensuring fairness and justice in legal proceedings.
Innocence and Punishment: Philosophical discussions on justice often grapple with the treatment of the innocent, particularly in the context of wrongful punishment or the moral implications of harming those who have done no wrong.
Innocence and Experience:
Romanticism and Innocence: The Romantic movement in literature and philosophy often idealized innocence, particularly the innocence of nature and childhood, as an antidote to the corruption of society and industrialization. Romantic philosophers and poets like Rousseau and Wordsworth saw innocence as a state of harmony with nature and a source of moral and spiritual purity.
Innocence in Modern Philosophy: In contemporary philosophy, innocence might be examined in relation to existential themes, such as the loss of innocence in the face of absurdity or the recognition of one’s moral and existential responsibilities.
Religious and Metaphysical Innocence:
Innocence and Sin: In many religious traditions, innocence is closely associated with the state of being free from sin. The story of Adam and Eve in the Bible, for example, symbolizes the loss of innocence through the knowledge of good and evil.
Salvation and Innocence: In Christian theology, the concept of original innocence and the possibility of regaining innocence through redemption or salvation is central. This connects to broader metaphysical questions about the nature of humanity, sin, and divine justice.
Innocence and Power Dynamics:
Innocence and Victimhood: The idea of innocence is often linked to victimhood, where those who are innocent are seen as vulnerable to harm or exploitation. This has implications for discussions on power, justice, and the moral duty to protect the innocent.
Innocence and Authority: Philosophers also explore how innocence is manipulated by those in power, whether through propaganda, legal systems, or cultural narratives. The portrayal of certain groups as innocent or guilty can shape social and political dynamics, often reinforcing power structures.
The philosophy of innocence is a rich and multifaceted area of inquiry that touches on moral, legal, religious, and existential dimensions of human life. It raises important questions about the nature of morality, the role of knowledge in shaping human experience, the dynamics of power and justice, and the spiritual or metaphysical significance of innocence. Through these explorations, the concept of innocence remains central to our understanding of human nature, ethics, and society.

In the first episode of the show Wonderland, this song is featured and brought back an embarrassing childhood memory. So, of course I must share.
I don’t recall the year but it was grade school. I really liked a boy in my class and called his house 🖐🏼 ☎️ with this 45 on the record player in the background when his parents put him on the phone. Yes, I sang along with Olivia.
The outcome specifics are sketchy but I don’t remember it going well. Funny, I haven’t thought about it for a long, long time, hearing the song on the show triggered it. I just finished watching the finale, it’s a great show, I highly recommend.
