Indeed! The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. Jesus was rejected by all mankind, but He has become the cornerstone-- of our faith, of our lives, of our churches, and of our salvation.

WHEN IN DOUBT
Tumblr media
And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Matthew 21:22 NKJV
As someone who is a doubter, it is vital that we ACTIVELY SURRENDER our doubts and fears before the Lord each and every single day of our lives. Let us continually obey the Lord and seek His presence, and we shall see how He will crush every single doubt in our hearts and minds.
Learn to fully surrender to the Lord and obey Him so that Jesus Christ, the Chief Cornerstone will fall on us. For when His Gloy falls on us, we will be grounded into powder and will be refined. But is we stumble upon Him and disregard the Word of God, we will be broken and live as if we are not living. (Matthew 21:44)
When doubts attack us and we succumb to unbelief even if everything already unfolds before us, CHOOSE to DWELL in the Presence of the Lord. ASK for a new heart that will continually choose to BELIEVE and a mind that is FOCUSED on the CROSS.
You are not alone, the Lord is here, and is waiting for you to ask for help and surrender the things we truly can't control before Him 🧡.

Jesus is marvelous in our eyes!
Matthew 21:42
Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected, This became the chief corner stone; This came about from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

This Jesus is ‘the stone that you, the builders, have rejected, and now he has become the cornerstone!’ There is no one else who has the power to save us, for there is only one name to whom God has given authority by which we must experience salvation: the name of Jesus .” Acts 4:11‭-‬12 TPT https://bible.com/bible/1849/act.4.11-12.TPT #onenamejesus #chiefcornerstone #salvationishere #eternitywithgod #youversionimage (at Escondido, California)

Please take note of this difference, and don't lump me into a group because I agree with them on some #fundamental #doctrines... I do not care to conform to any group or #religion, only to #Christ - #theWay, #theTruth and #theLife - the #ChiefCornerstone. I don't care who you are, your following or the number of years you've been in ministry. In any way that you are not following Him, I will not follow you (I Corinthians 11:1). We all need to retrace our steps and stop showing allegiance to men but to God alone! In as much as we are sincere about following Him, He and He alone is able to lead each and every one of us into all #truth (John 16:13, 1 John 2:27) and ultimately, #unity. If you are confused about what's going on, tuck into the #Bible and #pray and wait on God to guide you. #Read widely, search out the truth and test every #spirit! This article on my #blog might help you at this time, especially if you've realised the error of the false doctrine on #tithing: https://ufuomaee.blog/dont-follow-the-money-follow-the-truth #TruthTrumpsTradition God bless you with #GraceandTruth.

1 Peter 2, Living Stones
1 Peter 2, Living Stones Peter, whose name from Jesus meant "rock", spoke of becoming as living stones fitted to Christ, the chief cornerstone. #1Peter2 #LivingStones #ChiefCornerstone
Because of their salvation (Peter wrote, to the Jewish believers in Jesus living among the Diaspora), they had been profoundly altered, moving from the covenant of God with the Hebrew people to the covenant cut in the blood of Christ with every believer. They had been born anew, born from above, bought with the precious blood of the Lamb of God. “Therefore,” Peter continued, they were to prepare…

Often times, it is necessary in God's plan for men to reject you in order for God to raise you up as a cornerstone. #rejection The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone;- Ps118:22 #rejectionisgodsprotection When you choose to see rejection as God's hand of protection, you are finally living on purpose. #rejected When people misunderstand & reject you, don't feel miserable. It's bound to happen sooner or later. It's part of God's plan to make you realize that you shouldn't rely on His Creation but only on the One who created you. People will let you down, but He will lift you! #beingrejected As I look back on my life, I realize that every time I thought I was being REJECTED from something good, I was actually being re-directed to something better. #rejectionquotes Being rejected in any capacity is extremely hurtful. Often times that rejection is God's protection from a situation that He doesn't want you in. Simply say "Thank You!", & move on. #rejectionhurts When a person rejects you, don't take it personal. Sometimes it's because they cannot manipulate you, control you, disrespect you and use you. #day9  Complete! 🕯️Favorite Devotional Part:🕯️ . In a way, reading some of the difficult parts of the Bible is like trying to solve a #crosswordpuzzle. Rather than getting bogged down in a tricky section, you can use the #passages you do understand to help you resolve some of the more difficult ones. The most important feature of any house is its #foundations. These houses differed little in appearance. But only one had ‘its foundation on the rock’ (v.25). Similarly, two lives can look alike, but the difference in the foundations is evident when, inevitably, the storms of life come. You will face challenges in this world. They will come in many forms: misunderstandings, disappointments, unfulfilled longings, doubts, trials, temptations, setbacks and satanic attacks. Success, too, can be a test. There is also pressure, suffering, sickness, bereavement, sorrow, trauma, tragedy, persecution and failure. Jesus tells us that the key difference is that the wise man not only hears the words of Jesus, but he also ‘puts them into practice’ (v.24). The foolish man, on the other hand, although he hears Jesus’ words ‘does not put them into practice’ (v.26). 🗝️Favorite Passage(s)🗝️: Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a #wiseman, which built his #houseuponarock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was #foundeduponarock. As we look back to the first church before, it was not all big, classy, and even rich. In fact, as we even define a church, it is a body of believers. Thus, a church is not  a building or a nice house where people praise God, but it is the people themselves. So, as we look back to the first people after Christ died, as for the first church, it was founded by the apostles of Christ. They were first guided by the disciples of Christ and the first church was really put on the path of Christ as their cornerstone.
Just as what our verse today states, the members of God as the first church before was built and founded by the apostles and prophets, having Jesus as their chief cornerstone. Now, as we reflect on this, we can ask ourselves if our churches at this present time still consider Christ as their chief cornerstone or not? Do different churches nowadays that came from the very first churches founded by the apostles and prophets still focus on Christ and see Him as the chief cornerstone?
It’s time to check ourselves, as part of the family of God, as His household, as part of His holy body, and as part of His church. Are we really still looking at Christ as our chief cornerstone? Or we are so busy with the kingdom or good deeds that we already forgot about the King Himself? It is very dangerous for us to become so busy with all our ministries to the point that we are already forgetting to whom we are doing it for. Also, we are not just so busy for the kingdom, but most of the time, we really forget that the main message of the Gospel is Christ and the chief cornerstone of every church should be Christ.
However, since we are all so distracted about so many things, we forget about Christ. Therefore, we should really put our mind on the right track and continue to understand that  Christ is indeed the chief cornerstone. We are all part of His people, and then we will always see Him as our main foundation, as our chief foundation and cornerstone. Everything we should do is all about Him and all for Him. Thus, as people of Christ, we must continue to praise Him and always put Him as the highlight of our teachings. After all, He is the way to salvation and our goal is to become more and more like Him.
May we always hold on to the truth that we are in Him and that He is our cornerstone. Our churches are built on Him and that He is our way to our salvation. Christ is the star of the Word, He is the highlight and He is the big and good news. There is no one in heaven and earth that is like Him. Let us continue to have our focus on Christ and have Him minister on us so we become more and more like Christ.

Jesus is always there for us. He is always there even when the first church was founded, and even until now. So, let us continue to have Him as our cornerstone.
