if killing someone by lacing their tea with a substance that makes their sweat mimic bees' pheromones and then unleashing a swarm of bees on them is wrong then why did she look so good while doing it?

A brief moment of appreciation for The Peripheral's costume department, and their audacious and subtle fun with patterns.

Mixing checks subtly, mixing bold patterns boldly, huge architectural shoulders, ties with no collars, pleated details... Plenty of details to indicate the show isn't set in contemporary Earth.

Can't Cherise still cause the Jackpot out of spite even if Flynne is not in the past? Like, wtf was that? I'm confused.

Peripheral just for T'Nia Miller as Cherise Nuland a scary but fabulous villain. Already loved her in Bly Manor 😭 ; great in Years and Years and Banana.

When I watched The Peripheral S1 I got a very Servalan vibe from T'Nia Miller's 'Cherise Nuland' character

Where is my Peripheral fandom???
I mean, I get it, there’s no just a speck no romance here, especially no gay romance, or even gay undertones (although that could have been argued back in the day), but Come ON!
Nothing???

Anyway... I finished season one of The Peripheral and I still can't stop thinking about the scene with the bees xD.
Cherise is a really terrifying villain, but she's also so elegant that I can't help but think "yes she's horrible, but she also looks so good while being horrible".
