I saw a few people doing this, and considering I started writing again after a long drought, I wanted to commemorate that by doing an ao3 wrapped post about all I've written in 2024!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I cannot thank this community enough for all the love it has shown me since stepping back into it this year, and I'm grateful for every kudos, comment, bookmark, and hit I receive on ao3. You all are so amazing, and I can't wait to keep writing in 2025.

Featuring a dusty book, a stolen boat, and a moon that sees everything. Author's Note: I wrote this many, many years ago and reposted it this year. It was not reviewed prior to reposting, so it very well could be shit. Oh well.

As for what to expect in 2025, I have a few things laid out so far and working on a few new projects already. Expect another work in the universe I created with Erik and Charles as parents in I think I’ve seen this love before. and take me so breathless. I have quite an extensive plot sorted for that already, so I'll write it all up and then post it pretty similarly to how I posted the first part in that series.

Additionally, I have an idea sorted for some soulmate AUs, so I'll be working on that as quickly as possible to get that out - gonna be some shorter works, which I'm not used to, but I wanna take a crack at writing more succinct works.

And of course, I'll update succubus!Charles into the new year - have some fun things planned for that as well.

Might dabble in a few omega verse works as well, maybe expanding on the work I already published or coming up with something entirely different.

But I wouldn't even be inspired as much as I am without such a great community behind me, and as always, I thank every single one of you for clicking those links and reading my works. Have a beautiful new year!

An a/b/o pre-DOFP au

What if they gave Charles an exclusive right to visit Erik in pentagon because they were a bonded pair and bond breaking sickness could kill them both.

In any X-men omegaverse au Charles obviously is going to have a mating bite courtesy of Magneto.

Except I lean towards the worldbuilding where mating bites and bonds will wear off in time if they're not actively maintained.

But Charles still spends more time with a mating bite/bond than not because every time it's nearly been long enough or has just been long enough for it to wear off he and Magneto end up working together for one reason or another and by the end of it Charles has a fresh bite and renewed bond.

The timing is actually coincidental (and more a testiment to how often they end up working together) but is still very much the elephant in the room when Magneto inevitably leaves again and they return to being advesaries.

Omegaverse X-men but the sub gender matches the power level.

Omega gender? Omega Class.

Jean Grey with the powers of a fiery god? Omega

Magneto who can invert the magnetic fields of the earth with a thought? Omega

Ororo Munroe, Storm, Mother Nature come again? Omega

That inadvertently creates a whole new culture in the mutant community because if a mutant comes to you and you can smell a sweet and inviting omega scent the humans may subconsciously think about the omega stereotypes of meekness or emotional instability or how they are only good to taking care of the pups and only an alpha can handle these serious affairs bla bla bla

While the mutants in the room collectively go “shit fuck shit fuck a Matriarch is here!!” and they all start to straighten themselves to both impress (because the matriarch may like you and give you protection in their pack) or make yourself less threatening (because they may hate your vibes on sight and delete you from existence WHO KNOW???)

This brings us to Charles Xavier.

Professor X, who is an Alpha level mutant (depending on the continuity) but is also an Omega Level Telepath (also depending on the continuity)

If he is an Alpha, his and Erik’s divorce has been wrecking the X-men and the Brotherhood packs for nearly 5 decades now (the x-men because they are Matriarchless which is wrecking their whole dynamics over there and their Patriarch is suddenly blind to his ex husband nearly KILLING THE PRESIDENT AGAIN CHARLES OMG?!?! and the Brotherhood because their Matriarch is going ballistic over that bald man for 50 years now and NO DONT LEAVE OUR MISSION TO SAVE YOUR EX WHAT ABOUT OUR GOALS?!?!)

If he is an Omega, the X-Men vs Brotherhood is actually both a divorce (omega/omega marriages are frowned upon but who is stopping them?) and two Matriarchs fighting over who is the better mom, provider and protector for the family (all mutant kind)

In both scenarios they meet once a month to play chess and fuck nasty

(Also as a bonus for the last scenario: Logan is classified as an Alpha level mutant…

they fall in love pretty quickly with all those late night conversations and chess and stuff, which leads to erik giving charles the claiming bite somewhere during the recruitment trip. which is way too soon by social standards but they just felt such a deep connection with each other that it made them think would never part.

charles only realizes how reckless that was after cuba, when someone sees the mark and asks 'you really allowed the guy that you've known for a couple of weeks bite you???'

cue charles suffering from bond withdrawal on top of all he has to go through between fc and dofp and erik suffering from the same thing in prison.

I'm a big fan of unhinged worldbuilding in pornographic fiction, but I have to admit I get pretty annoyed when an author goes to all that trouble to explain something that falls completely within the normal range of plausible human behavioural and phenotypic variation.
