If we're talking omega!Charles, I'd like to think all his pregnancies would be very easy because of an excellent bond with Erik. He'd wear Erik's clothes all the time and nest and just be so content being pregnant.

If we're talking about secondary-mutation!Charles, he'd probably have a rough time of it because his body might not be well-equipped to carry despite having the secondary mutation to get pregnant. But he'd make the best of it and ensure he was doing everything in his power to keep himself and the baby (or babies) safe and secure.
