Single dad Erik au

Erik and Charles had a few casual dates, which pretty much only involved sex because Erik doesn't wanna date because he wants to concentrate on his kids (Lorna, Wanda, Pietro/Peter) and also doesn't want to introduce them a lot of new people. With Charles, he already went on more dates than usual, but on his fifth date, he gets sick, and he texts Charles to cancel it, but then Charles stands in front of his door with soup, medicine and a book for children. Erik is too weak to protest, and nobody else is there to help with the kids, so he lets Charles in. Charles is great with the kids, and he makes dinner while talking to Lorna about books, and to Pietro about music and to Wanda about animals, while also taking care of Erik, and Erik hopes it's the medicine, but he's really close from kneeling down and proposing. Erik passes out to the bedtime story Charles reads the kids. The next morning, he wakes up to the sound of his children giggling and the smell of waffles and coffee, so he walks into the kitchen to see Charles making breakfast for him and his kids while listening to Wandas rambeling, while watching Lorna and Pietro in the living erea, and Erik is sure in this moment that he's gonna marry this man.

Could Erik win child custody against Charles?

This question has been on my and my friends’ mind and the answer is…depend.

For the First divorce the popular: Cuba beach divorce

If we count the first class as their children (of course we do) Erik won the custody of Angel and Raven leaving Charles with Hank. Alex and Sean will leave because f*uck.

Second divorce, or more like the divorce in the divorce The pentagone:

For Peter he can’t won his custody even if he knew because he’s a criminal to the eyes of the law, but he could possibly see him during visits, same for Wanda and Laurna if he have a good lawyer AND have to declare them as his children.

After that we have a Cherik re-mariage in Paris after Apocalypse.☺️

Then a off-screen divorce? Or they just wanted to put distance idk- but Erik have another child and a wife? But they get killed so who cares? (I cried)

Erik could almost have asked for custody of Jean if he had adopted her in the meantime but we all know that he tried to kill her so it's no.

So the answer is NO. Legally Erik don’t win any of Cherik child custody but you can still wrap them in your brotherhood team, so who cares 🤷

Okay this is a good concept to me that I’ve had in my head for ages but love the idea of Charles and Erik being married and raising a baby Peter/Pietro (Depending on which name version you want to use) and everyone is surprised as he grows up because Peter’s really chill and quite funny and despite being a little mischievous is generally a sweet kid and they all thought he’d be more like Erik (they’re all used to Erik’s grumpy persona because they don’t know him as well as the family do and Erik is more likely to be kind to his husband and children than random people) and they’re like oh well he must be a little more like Charles then.

The thing that makes them think oh shit there’s Erik is when someone insults or hurts Charles in front of Peter and he gets the most furious look on his face that matches the look Erik gets when someone hurts or insults Charles.
