An appeal to True Mother

Year 4357 of the Traditional Calendar, Autumn (2023)

Since the hardships of the Unification Nation have risen to Cheongpyeong, the lives of the family have been devastated, and forgotten by society, and we cannot sleep because we are afraid of not being able to fulfill the promise of our future. This is not be just a matter for the general members.

The members have been tightening their belts and participating in the Cheongpyeong Providence, fearing that Heaven’s Providence will be further delayed. For Cheongpyeong, we have tried to participate in the Providence, saving even the expenses of our children's tuition money for after-school classes.

Mother, I am sorry to inform you [of these things].

Members’ lives are already difficult, but your aides who are gathered in Cheongpyeong, are repeatedly engaged in table discussions, playing with words, and making a mockery out of members by skimming off donations and investing in useless businesses.

Some people at the top set up a company to invest public money to embezzle tens of millions of dollars, some people who have power set up accounts in Africa and Southeast Asia and sent tens of millions of dollars to embezzle the donation, and others in power raised construction costs to embezzle money. 

They usually have a sickening level of greed, so they ate up the donations of the members.

Let's look at the history of the Unification Church.

Until now, the people who have made the church difficult and plunged it into poverty were not the general members, but the close aides who were loved by you.

Your aides are blinded only by self-interest and power, blocking your sight and devoting all their energy to gaining wealth, making members’ lives more difficult.  So, this old man with a broken heart cannot ignore the grievances of the members, and so I am directing your attention to seven urgent matters.

First, please don't ask for grossly large donations.

A donation is a gift that members give to Heaven, and you should use it only for the sake of heaven. Are you saying that poor families should starve to death when you had already collected donations to build the Cheon-jeong Palace and now you are asking us to donate the huge sum of 21 million won for the Cheon-won Palace

A donation is a gift that is given out of gratitude to Heaven. Now it has become like a tax imposed on people who do not want to do it, so it has become more like coercion, not a gift. Members who don't have donation money feel sorry before Heaven because they can't, and pastors, who know how donations are used, nevertheless urge members to donate – and they feel guilty.

You persuaded this old man, who owns a small apartment, to give donations and steal my child’s tuition money, only for the donations to be blown away on nonsensical businesses in Cheongpyeong. Hundreds of millions of dollars were spent on building the Cheongpyeong Marina, the Cheongpyeong Flower Garden, and the Aqua Café.

It is incredulous to see the holy place overflowing with businesses where Heaven resides. Please know that Jesus cast the money changers out of the temple. Businesses that you built with members’ donations have no one visiting them – only flies. The Cheongpyeong lake ferry attracts no one, and the empty Flower Garden is only full of weird bird noises. Who suggested such ridiculous businesses? You have to dismiss those people.

Second, please value your pastors.

Mother, after all, we must be a religious organization. For religion to flourish, the spirituality and passion of pastors is essential. I'm sorry to inform you that, you say to teach truth in the field but that spiritual education should be taught in Cheongpyeong. This is a wrong policy. Spirituality is what a field pastor needs most. However, I am bewildered when you ask them to pass spirituality over to Cheongpyeong. The pastor who has lost spirituality is not God's representative, but merely an administrator. So, the bureaucrats of Cheongpyeong look down on the pastors and speak to them with disdain.  Why would your section chief of Cheonmu-won call the President of FFWPU a 개새끼 Gaesaekki (a Korean profanity equivalent to “son of a bitch”)?

Beloved Mother, If the President of the Church is a 개새끼, what are the pastors following him? Are they less than a 개새끼? What religion in the world calls a clergyman a 개새끼 who delivers the word of Heaven? We call such a person a bastard. Ministry is holy work. If you do not value the clergy, how do you think your aides will behave? Take the initiative and care for the pastors

Third, implement realistic and reasonable policies.

Setting a goal is important for the Providence. It should be reasonable and realistic. When you set a ridiculous goal, no one will even try it in the first place. Our current goals are absurd and completely improbable. Goals should be based on analysis and ability, not on faith and beliefs. Mother has given us a goal of evangelizing one million by 2027. Mother, do you know how many people are in our church? There are less than 20,000 people. Are you asking us to evangelize 980,000 people over three years?

Will we win if the spirit of Cheongpyeong cooperates? Then, first, please have Gi-Sung Lee, the head of Cheongpyeong Workshop, witness 30,000 people to prove the power of the Holy Spirit. It is impossible for our organization, which has 20,000 worshipers, to evangelize 980,000 people in three years. It may be possible if each pastor's heart burns, but the field has already lost all its spirituality.

Please send your devoted deputy director of Chung Ju-won, Wonju McDevitt, and Lee Cheong-woo, Song Yong-cheon, Kim Jong-kwan, and Lee Ki-sung, all down to the site for a year so that they can start a divine flame on the spot and show the members and pastors through results. Give them a chance to prove that they weren’t just speaking nonsense.

Fourth, clean up the corruption around you.

Dear beloved Mother! Please don't think your members don’t know the truth. Most members are aware of the corruption and decay in Cheongpyeong.  As the saying goes where words without feet go astray, members just pretend they don't know because they're afraid to hurt you. Please get rid of corruption. Just because those sycophants have spent a long time caring for you, pleasing you, and understanding, that does not justify their decay and corruption. Please remember that the money they have stolen is members’ blood and sweat. After all, they are not your faithful, but your treacherous enemies. Clean it up. If corruption and decay are not sorted out, all projects in Cheongpyeong will end up in failure with a large sum of money squandered away.

Fifth, be selective in appointments.

An adage says medicine which is good for you is bitter and similarly truth is at times difficult to accept. People like to hear sweet words but the truth is sometimes hard to accept. You should embrace those who tell you the truth, not those who say sweet things to you. Although you don’t want to hear bitter truth, those who speak out do it out of love and concern for you. Saying the right things requires courage. You despise hearing the truth. Those who risk it all by telling you the truth do it because they have a sense of justice and love. Please value and respect those people.

You are attended by crooks and sycophants who only speak flattering words. The Divine Principle is violated by them and the church is like sitting on a barrel of gunpowder.  Members’ spirits are in dire straits, and the righteous are not to be seen.  There is no hope. The toxic culture brought by Wonju McDevitt and her family has destroyed the church.  And Cheongpyeong is filled with incompetent bureaucrats who exist to serve Wonju McDevitt. 

Appointing the right personnel is everything. They sell emotions and tears before you to suck the blood and sweat out of the members.  They care only for themselves.  Please get rid of them.

Sixth, make clear the grounds for reward and punishment.

At some point, the standard for reward and punishment has disappeared. Even if one makes a mistake, all is forgotten if he or she is Wonju McDevitt’s associate, but if you are a low-level pastor, you have no choice but to quit over mere accusations.  Rumors have it that to rise in the church, you need to bring gifts to Wonju McDevitt and be nice to her. The discipline of our organization has collapsed and the guiding principles have long disappeared.   Will this organization make progress? If punishment is not fair, the discipline of an organization will not last. The Unification Church has now a culture of distrusting the leaders, slandering each other, and mocking you. If you don't set discipline, you will see the falling out of the membership in your tenure. If you want to give a reward, you must give it to the person with merit. Do you know how the members think when you anointed a person who has no achievements and yet gave him the authority to appoint and fire people? When you place a knife in his hands, he will swing indiscriminately.  What's more, he’s loyal to Wonju McDevitt.  We're not mafia.  Isn’t it a farce for a religious group?

Seventh, please consider the Divine Principle.

For some time, some professors have been talking about the falsity of Divine Principle in our Unification Community. They dare to mock Father by selling your name. Please dismiss them and let the Divine Principle stand. You rose to your position based on the Divine Principle and following the Divine Principle you were led to the Providence. The members of our Unification family also followed the Principle. But you, who were anointed based on the Divine Principle, undermined the value of the Divine Principle, ignored the Divine Principle, and trampled on the value inherent in the Divine Principle.  The members’ hearts are broken into pieces and in Cheongpyeong, they are only fighting with each other pathetically.

Beloved Mother, God does not belong to you, Mother. The Divine Principle does not belong to you either. The Divine Principle is the word of God, which has inalienable value and has a history of being with the members. So, destroying the Divine Principle is destroying God, denying the Divine Principle is denying Father and the church elders, and betraying the Divine Principle is betraying the members and history of the church.  I'm telling you this, common sense, trust, and righteousness have collapsed in our organization.

Due to the breakdown of Divine Principle, the pastors have lost their spirituality, and in its absence, the church has become an arena of those our vying for power.

This is not just your fault, nor is it the pastors’ nor Cheongpyeong employees' fault. It is due to all of our ignorance, and it is due to not listening and following Father’s words.  It is our fault for being emotional and not being able to drive out the cronies and crooks around you, and it is our fault for being aloof because of being afraid to get fired if to call you out on the wrong decisions you have made.

The true love you're talking about is It was the indulgence given to the unscrupulous aides, and the Providence that you were called upon, has been reduced to a legitimate means of looting and legal exploitation by the aides. What are you fighting for now? In Japan, the dissolution of the Unification Church is pending and will soon become a reality, and no one is worried about it.  All are just staring at the house burning down. 

Can't your true love be trans-border?    No one is worried about Japan's survival because you are led by those in Cheongpyeong who are only worried about the loss of money remittance from Japan.  How will the Providence proceed? How disastrous and embarrassing would it be if the Unification Church was dissolved in Japan? Is Cheonwon Palace more precious to you than the Japanese Unification Church.

Beloved Mother! Why is that building so precious? If there's true love in the hearts of the members, and if there's the Principle and Providence in the mind, you can build a huge palace that is dozens of times more vibrant and enormous than Cheonwon Palace. I sincerely ask you to stop building the palace to feed the greed of your aids. 

Beloved Mother! If you are hurt by my appeal, please forgive me. However, all of this was written out of loyalty to Father and affection for you. This appeal letter may lack content, but I write it from my heart with only blood and tears. It’s evaluation time again!! This time however Minhee will be going on social media cleanse for the weekend since this trip is about bonding with the fellow trainees! If you are not sure what that means, she won’t be using any social media or vlogging at all throughout the trip. Minhee will happily take snaps with other trainees but she won’t even be touching her camera or phone. Death by "slapping therapy" at moonie run country hotel in UK – Hongchi Xiao of California charged with manslaughter

Danielle Carr-Gomm died while taking part in the session at Cleeve House in Seend, Wiltshire, on 20 October 2016.

The workshop is understood to involve paida lajin therapy, which involves patients being slapped or slapping themselves repeatedly. Carr-Gomm, from Lewes in East Sussex, had attended the session to help with her diabetes.

Wiltshire police said on Thursday that Hongchi Xiao, 60, of Cloudbreak, California, had been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence.

We have to increase the number of good spirits in order to expand the Kingdom of God. We have to educate evil spirits. Otherwise there will be confusion in the physical world because the evil spirits will descend and confuse their descendents. To be open to the spirit world is not the whole answer; you have to be able to distinguish good and evil spirits. You have to avoid evil spirits by doing your responsibility.

True Parents told us that all the blessed couples should open their five spiritual senses. To do that, we need to be able to enter the realm of God’s original creation. If you enter the spirit world, or have the chance of experiencing it, you will see that True Parents are sitting next to God, so you will have no doubt. This happened to some who came here; but people on earth are spiritually blind and deaf, so it is more difficult to come to that conclusion. I see many blessed couples who are stuck with their mundane things and work, and are separated from True Parents. We have to become heavenly citizens; then we can enter the Kingdom of God. Through the blessing, you are separated from the original sin. Then you just improve the quality of your life. Unite with True Parents through heart.

You have to come to the Chung Pyung Lake training center to help your ancestors be liberated and receive blessing. When you fill out the application form and meet the conditions, Daemo Nim will search the spirit world for your ancestors. Sometimes she has to follow the DNA line and has to go to the bottom of hell. If they are playboy spirits or suicides, they are not easy to locate. The evil spirit world is so vast. It is not easy to find them. But if you go through the liberation ceremony for your ancestors, they learn Divine Principle and the meaning of liberation, and eventually receive the blessing. I call them early and have them stand by the Chung Pyung Lake center so they can receive blessing when their turn comes, immediately.

Also I give the chance for the descendents and their liberated ancestors to meet at the tree of love. They move together and talk together. The ancestors usually appear in the form of a shaft of light. The spirits go through 100 days of training. They needn’t go to the bathroom, eat or rest, as you do on earth, so they do 24-hours straight a day and just hear lectures and study. They enter and register with an application form, and I greet them and explain the meaning of and reason for the training. Some spirits did not have a chance to look at their own spirit body enough, but in the training they can see their own spirit body and face clearly. Some are startled by its shape, by its deformity. It helps them understand the level of spirit world they are in. But if we go lower, there are many walls and obstacles. Our ancestors were dragged by evil spirits and so are in the lowest realm. They could not find their original location. They have to be awakened and we give them the chance to repent. I call them to the training center to study Divine Principle.

Lecturing in the spirit world is usually the Principle of Creation and fall by me, Heung Jin Nim. It is a more vivid lecture than you get on earth, because everything we explain is in the form of lively action. We see the scenes of the real creation, including creating man. If I talk about the fall, the scene appears. All the real sins appear on the screen. They see the scene of Lucifer seducing Eve, and Adam and Eve falling, when the world became dark. Many people cry. On the foundation of repentance, everyone can understand it much better, accept the truth and reflect upon their own life in relationship to that. They can see their descendents struggling because of the sins they left behind. They can easily recognize the mistakes they made. We also give a chance to the attendees to picture their life on earth. It goes on the screen like their own movie. 80% of their earthly life will be viewed in that way. Rev. Ki Seuk Lee, a 36 couple, lectures on the origin of evil and how it gets stronger, and resurrection. But evil cannot be absolute; eventually it has to surrender to goodness. Because of the fall, however, the evil power started and became bigger and bigger and bigger as history continued. But True Parents established the victorious realm into which the evil power cannot expand, and the realm of goodness is now expanding.

The participants can see all this, including all kinds of families, vividly with their own eyes, so they are changed. Unless you change, and get rid of every trace of sin, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God. During the 100 days they cleanse themselves, working very hard to separate from evil. Afterwards, they are relocated, depending on their level of cleanness. Then President Hyo Won Eu lectures on the life of Adam, Moses, Jesus and history of restoration. The audience listens and really gives thanks to True Parents for this infinite truth. They have hope to cleanse themselves, pay indemnity and enter the Kingdom of God. Then Tiger Park, Chung Joo, lectures on the life of Father and his value. Hungnam prison and Danbury prison and overcoming persecution, and Father’s prayer life, shedding tears day and night to find the Divine Principle, finding his disciples and educating them with the word of God. Father’s preaching, giving the blessing, and all his different efforts and endeavors are projected by Tiger Park.

By learning this, everyone repents even more. They see how ignorant they were, and they become brighter because of the new awareness. Then the blessed couples who had good lives on earth are invited to reflect on their lives and give testimonies. Hearing them, people also are helped to be cleansed. This is the way we conduct the training session in spirit world for 100 days. So by the time they come to Chung Pyung Lake, they are pretty much cleaned up in all ways except for original sin. Then at Chung Pyung Lake they get rid of original sin too, so then they ascend to spirit world bright, clear and stainless, and they cannot be manipulated by evil spirits. Now they are waiting for True Parents to arrive, to enter the Kingdom of God together.

They then go through another 40-day workshop to prepare to live as blessed couples, by Shin Ho Chul (?). Again, many blessed couples are shown and blessing histories are given. Through this 40-day true family workshop, they learn about the life of True Parents and the meaning of their responsibility and mission, the directions given by True Parents. They know what to do to establish God’s fatherland, the Cheon Il Guk, which is the Kingdom of God on earth, as an individual, family, etc. And they learn how to help their descendents cleanse themselves. Both the ancestors and descendents are given the opportunity to cleanse themselves by separating evil spirits from themselves. These good, cleansed spirits are doing their best to help their descendents on earth to stay away from the suffering and struggle caused by evil spirits still staying on the earth. We lead and guide them to get away from the evil spirits. Good spirits come down and help blessed couples get rid of evil spirits.

These couples in the spirit world, the number of which are increasing, are becoming a major power in the spirit world. This is the era in which the evil spirits on earth are making their showdown, because this is their last chance too. So the ancestors are really concerned about their descendents, because it is such a turbulent era. The blessed couples are key to serve as the vertical axis… With Chung Pyung Lake here, there is no reason for blessed couples to suffer. True Parents know God’s heart and understand the reality of the evil world. That is why they paid all the indemnity for us to be connected with God. They established a more proper and positive environment by their declarations, ceremonies, celebrations, etc., so you won’t have to deal with the evil world. From now, the good people will have more power, and evil people…. After the coronation ceremony, God is the liberated king of the cosmos, so He can rule the world directly. All the walls are down because of the True Parents. So in the heart of the people in both worlds, we can invite God, as long as we cleanse ourselves. A shaft of God’s light can shine into our hearts and all over the physical world and spirit world, and we can work for salvation. We can be determined to further the foundation of the Cheon Il Guk as blessed couples, and invite it.

This is the era of blessing that we can cherish and live in joy for eternity. We blessed couples have the responsibility to bring the Kingdom of God and to protect it. All the saints and good spirits are organized in the spirit world so that they can descend and work with their descendents more effectively. The era of the almightiness of God has emerged. God’s sovereign power is on the earth, on every level. Everyone should … God’s kingship. So you will see the religious powers are diminishing. Those who cannot unite will fade away.

We have to keep pure love, not violate people’s rights and heart, and not steal public money. If we make mistakes, there will be immediate judgment and consequences. After the blessing, we will be faithful. These are the conditions we have to be serious about. Changing the evil world into the original world of creation has become much easier since the Coronation Ceremony. We can meet God face to face. God has been waiting for this day; he is alive and working with us. Absolute faith, love and obedience is the key, to build the Cheon Il Guk filled with peace, love and happiness.

The Korean language magazine, Sunday Journal, and Kirsti Nevalainen’s book, Ritual Sex in the Unification Church, both list Mrs Choi as Moon’s fourth wife. At least one Korean authority on new religions stated that Hak Ja Han, who came after Won-pok Choi, was Moon’s fifth wife. Won-pok Choi left her husband and children to join the UC in December 1954. On February 1, 1960, Hak Ja Han was summoned to come to Sun Myung Moon at his Cheongpa Dong church when she was 17. After nine hours of internal questioning, a tutor, Mrs Choi, was assigned to care for her. During February she tutored Hak Ja Han to prepare her for the ‘Blessing’ with Moon. Mrs Choi lived with Moon in South Korea and in the US. In Korea her bedroom was next to the Moons’ bedroom (see her testimony below), and also at Belvedere, Moon’s USA mansion, there was the same bedroom arrangement.

Therefore, only I can restore the disordered world. Then, how hard is it to fulfill Mother’s responsibility?
