The tennis players have to continuously load the lower limbs unilaterally ( load distribution ratio 70:30 approximately) during their sports performance, so the ability to generate power, strength and capability of balance and stability must be trained on one leg. Springing into new intuition

So I really like eating intuitively , according to my individual needs on a meal to meal , and day to day basis . We are all dynamic in our needs not just nutritionally but emotionally , spiritually ,physically and all other areas. Recently iv been feeling like its time to change up the eating slightly since we're moving more into spring now. Things like spinach , kale and cucumbers and other RAW goodness is coming into season, and so im feeling like its the right time to eat a little raw  again instead of more heavier types of veggies and meats.  Dont get me wrong , im not a fanatic about salads and raw foods usually , in actual fact I used to hate greens- but i dont let that get in the way with my intuition just now - and my body says "GIMME !"
Past few days I have been feeling li the benefit from eating more raw greens, and it reminds me to always appreciate how I can communicate with my body each day and know what I need w/out having to over think it. 
Know your body as well as you know your mind .
