Air Fare Ticket Price
No matter how challenging Kedarnath's goal is, lovers are drawn to the location by Lord Shiva's heavenly grace because of the place's profound tornado and allure. For Hindu devotees, it is regarded as one of the Chota Char Dhams and a well-known travel hindrance. Situated at an elevation of 3583 meters, the lovely environment is further enhanced by the mesmerizing Mandakini holy stream. The challenging Kedarnath Mandir Pilgrimage Tour is usually welcomed by devotees during the extended months of May through June and September through October. Winter blankets the entire area in snow, making it challenging for lovers to reach each other. For this reason, people organize the Kedarnath Yatra 2022 ahead of time.
Nevertheless, when planning the Kedarnath Yatra, the first thing that comes to mind is the practical option. You cannot ignore how important it is to reserve suitable accommodations in an area where the environment is really harsh. Among the three Char Dham sanctuaries, it is also the most remote area.
Its popularity as a travel destination also means that you can't ignore the rush and organize the entire trip on your own. Because of this, it is imperative that you plan your visit well in advance because it's possible that the space will be fully reserved. Reserve your vacation packages.
To protect yourself from the latest potential inconvenience The top ten places to stay in Kedarnath for 2022 are listed below. The best time to visit is in the summer, and Kedarnath Dham's entrance will open on May 6, 2022. We think you should plan your Kedarnath trip with Air Fare Ticket Price expertly and without any pressure at all. Planning beforehand for the Kedarnath Tour's convenience will result in a substantial financial savings.

The Dummies Guide to LVLUP
Tumblr media
So you're tired of living vicariously through everyone's Hellaverse LVLUP posts, and you want to try giving this convention a shot, right?
Cool! I'm going to try making this detailed as possible, especially for folks that aren't familiar with the Vegas scene.
What is LVLUP?
Tumblr media
To put it bluntly, LVLUP is like any old regular anime and gaming convention- the only catch is that it is a mecca for Hellaverse fans, especially for those that are fans of Helluva Boss.
youtube
It's the place where Spindlehorse usually makes big old announcements pertaining to the show(s), and it's the one place that guarantees a lot of your favorite Hellaverse voice actors and creators to all be conglomerated into one space: Brandon Rogers, Bryce Pinkham, Alex Brightman, Morgana Ignis, Vivienne Medrano, and more.
Tumblr media
The SharkRobot booth is also the most beautiful thing ever because people that attend the convention usually get first dibs to stuff that hasn't been released yet.
I want to go to LVLUP, but what should I do first?
Tumblr media
I think it's important to decide whether or not you want to go alone, with family, friends, and or other fellow mutuals.
For LVLUP this year, I went with two mutuals I met online, and my sister.
Just so you know LVLUP is a pretty big commitment, so I recommend finding people that YOU KNOW are interested in going to LVLUP just as much as you are.
Hotels and Transportation?
Tumblr media
The thing about Las Vegas is that it has this beautiful thing known as the monorail that circles around the entire strip, and has direct access to the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Therefore, I recommend booking a hotel that has terminals directly connected to the monorail, and or are at least walking distance from it.
Hotels I recommend that has direct access to the monorail: Flamingo, The Linq, Westgate, and the Sahara.
Hotels that are walking distance to the monorail that I recommend: The Venetian, The Cosmopolitan, and The Strat (I have a soft spot for The Strat, and while it is walking distance to the monorail- it's also located in a ghetto part of town- but like the hotel rooms are cheap)
Hotels that I don't recommend: Circus Circus and The Luxor
When it comes to booking hotels in Vegas, I think it's important to use your connections. For example, my mutual is a Ceasers Rewards member, so she was able to get us a hotel room at the Flamingo with a beautiful view. As for me, I'm able to get discounted hotel room tickets and discounted flights thanks to my work connections. Likewise, if you have family and or friends that live in Vegas- ask if you can crash at their place.
So if you have connections, USE THEM!
Tumblr media
If you don't have connections- I genuinely recommend using these sites to book your hotel like: booking.com, Expedia, etc- and booking around three to four months in advance roughly for the best rates.
The same goes for airplanes, guys. I took a Greyhound to go to Vegas, but I recommend always booking far in advance when it comes to what method of transportation you're using to get to Vegas.
If you're overseas- make sure you have your Passports, 'kay?
Regular vs VIP Members
Tumblr media
Decide whether or not you want to go as a Regular pass holder, and or if you want to go VIP.
Regular 3 Day Passes to LVLUP are $85, but do understand that you don't get any special privileges that going VIP gets you.
VIP Passes are roughly $200, but the perks do make it worth it: you get free shit and I like free shit, you get to enter the convention center one hour before everyone else does so that means front row seats to the panels (usually), and a shorter wait time for getting autographs thanks to the VIP line.
Tumblr media
Also, if you decide to go Regular- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BUNDLE!
How much money should I bring?
Tumblr media
I recommend carrying cash and card with you. When I went to Vegas I took $750 in cash that I divided into two separate wallets, and I also made sure I had at least $500 on my debit cards I had reserved just for use at Vegas.
Of course, the more money you bring the better, but if you want to go on a budget- I recommend having AT LEAST $300-$500 in cash, and having your credit card in handy just for emergencies.
PS: For the entire trip altogether, I've probably spent around $1500- I live in California so I have no trouble making a trip to Nevada.
Another reason to go to LVLUP:
Going to Helluva Show is literally the most magical experience ever, and genuinely one of the highlights of the entire trip.
It's honestly kinda surreal seeing projected images of your favorite characters inside a big venue space- and musical performances from Sam Haft, Georgie Lehay, Christina Vee, and Eric Schwartz- as well as a comedy show done by Brandon Rogers (the helluva boss, himself) makes for one helluva night to remember.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you or your friends are considering going to LVLUP, and have any questions- please don't hesitate to message me.
I go to Las Vegas pretty regularly, so I'm quite familiar with the area, and I've been attending regularly LVLUP since last year.
And yes, I do plan on going next year... 🥲

do you or any peanuts have any recommendations on finding cheap flights to london from the US?? and/or affordable accommodations in london?? i live in a large city with an international airport which helps, but i’ve never planned international travel before and macbeth is haunting me
I would recommend you start looking on Kayak now. In terms of a flights, if your airport has Norse Airlines or another one of those speciality cheap airlines, I’d recommend that. For example, I can do a round trip from Los Angeles to London for as low as $200. It’s not the best most comfortable but it’s safe and fine. If you want something a little better I would say (1) If you have a credit card see if you can use some points (this is how I flew to London for 0 dollars) or see if they have a booking system which sometimes offers discounts or (2) keep looking on kayak and other travel sites!
For accommodations, I have stayed at some nice hostels in London and honestly had fun meeting and going out with people from the hostel! Alas this was years ago and my hostel days are behind me but I’d recommend looking around for ones that are trying to be slightly trendy or boutique. You can definitely find a private room in a hostel for £60 a night.
If you’re looking for something nicer than a hostel, this is a good list of semi-affordable hotels. Two neighborhoods I’ve stayed in that were fun but cost effective: Shoreditch and Paddington

Enjoying the World on a Dime!
Hello to all my fellow veteran travelers, those who are planning their first journey, and everyone in between! If you are anything like me, even the idea of planning a trip is enough to light a fire in your soul!
However, many of us are burdened by our student loans, rent, mortgage, and other bills which have been preventing us from clicking that beautiful blue "book now" button. This series of blogs aims to help those adventurous souls plan their trip for as cheap as possible! With some creative hacks and strategic forethought, you too can enjoy the world on a dime!
Tumblr media
Let's talk about the most important piece of traveling, getting from Point A to Point B. Luckly, there are many tips that make it more cost-friendly!
Tip for Traveling by Airplane, Train, Bike, Car, Bus, or Boat!
Being Flexible with Dates: Being able to move dates to the left and right is a great way to save a lot of money. A rule of thumb is that flying on the weekdays or during off-peak times can really help keep the price low.
Comparing Multiple Sources: There are many platforms that will help aid you in comparing prices, such as Expedia.com, so you can get the cheapest deals.
Book in Advance: Generally, booking a flight weeks to months in advance can help you secure some of the cheapest prices.
Using Incognito Mode: Something that many people don't know is that some airlines may increase prices based on search history. To avoid these dynamic changes, make sure you are using a hidden browser and not accepting cookies.
Round Trip/ One-Way: I always check round trip first, then try to plan my trip individually. For instance, I did this for my trip to Brazil. Round trip was going to cost me about $1,100. After booking each flight individually as one-ways, I spent a total of $894.
Purchase a Railcard/ MetroCard: If you are in a country where trains or metros are a common transportation method, consider get a card that will give you discounts on all your rides like UK's 16-25 Railcard or Spain's T-Casual metro pass. This can help you not only get around the city but also travel between cities for cheap!
Check for Group Discounts: Some providers will offer a discount if traveling with a group which could significantly reduce the cost!
Watch out for Extra Fees: Be cautions of extra fees such as seat selection or other hidden costs that may increase the price. Some sites are set up to make you think that you have to purchase these "add-ons" off first glance.
Public Transit: Don't underestimate the effectiveness of using buses, trams, and subways. Most places have great transit services that are fast and cheap. Finding a day pass can save you even more!
Bike Rentals: If you are in a bike-friendly city, one of the best ways to explore at your own pace is by renting a bike.
There you have it, there are some tips for planning the transportation for your next big adventure! If you learned something new or have other considerations for saving, please leave a comment below! If you'd like to learn more about cost effective living arrangements while traveling, make sure you check out my other blogs. Follow me so you never miss another chance to save!
Stay curious, stay inspired, and safe travels! 🌍✈️💸

The CIA Book Club by Charlie English
A gripping study of the CIA smuggling operation to get banned books behind the iron curtain
In March 1984 Polish customs officers noticed a suspicious truck. It had arrived on an overnight ferry from Copenhagen, docking at the Baltic port of Świnoujście. The truck’s interior was smaller than its exterior. Workmen broke through a walled-off inside panel. To their surprise, they found a cache of books – 800 of them – and illicit printing presses. And forbidden walkie-talkies. “Oh shit! Reactionary propaganda!” the officer exclaimed.
The shipment was to be delivered to the Polish opposition movement Solidarity. The country’s communist leader, Gen Wojciech Jaruzelski, had banned Solidarity three years earlier. The forbidden books included critiques of the socialist system and pamphlets on human rights. Other works smuggled behind the iron curtain included Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, philosophical texts by Albert Camus and Hannah Arendt, and copies of the Manchester Guardian Weekly.
The organisation that funded this highbrow delivery service was none other than the CIA. For 35 years it sent books, magazines and video cassettes to the Warsaw Pact nations of eastern Europe, as well as to the USSR. The methods used were ingenious. They included travellers hiding material in their luggage, as well as balloons, yachts and a baby’s nappy, taken on a flight to Warsaw and containing Solzhenitsyn’s Gulag Archipelago.
As Charlie English argues, in his entertaining and vivid new work, The CIA Book Club, this programme was a success. It played a part in defeating Polish communism and in hastening the demise of similar regimes in Romania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia and Hungary. And it was cheap. It cost $2-4m annually. During the same cold war period the CIA was splurging $700m on supporting Mujahideen fighters in Soviet-occupied Afghanistan.
For Poland’s dissidents the printing presses sent by the west were the equivalent of guns or tanks. As one put it, literature nourished the soul and gave Poles a sense of a bigger human context. Books encouraged dissent. The editor Adam Michnik – who played a leading role in Solidarity’s struggle and spent much of the 1980s in jail – said that after reading a book “your spine would be straightening up”. He observed: “You knew then you could tell the state ‘No’.”
The Polish democracy activists helped by the CIA were not stooges. They selected which titles to distribute, many of them written by people who had lived in the eastern bloc. A key person was Mirosław Chojecki, whom English dubs Solidarity’s minister for smuggling. Chojecki was a talented publisher who had numerous run-ins with the secret police. They arrested him more than 40 times, but failed to stop his underground operation.
When strikes broke out in 1980 at the Lenin shipyard in Gdańsk, the authorities cut the phones. Chojecki brought out a special newsletter, Bulletin, in support of the workers. The country’s communist rulers blinked, with Solidarity recognised. Fifteen months later, though, and under pressure from Moscow, Jaruzelski imposed martial law. Solidarity officials were rounded up. Chojecki was out of the country and, for the next decade, produced dissident literature from Paris.
English writes thrillingly about the activists inside Poland, and their efforts to defy the clampdown. Women played a crucial role. In 1982 the journalist Helena Łuczywo launched the Mazovia Weekly, a vital source of information in dark times. She and her colleagues slept in safe-houses, carried fake IDs, and used contacts to source banned offset presses. The Polish security services were deeply chauvinist. They assumed – wrongly – that the reporters they were hunting were men.
For the next few years Solidarity’s cause looked hopeless. At the same time, Chojecki’s distribution network flourished. By the mid-1980s books were being sent into Poland on routes stretching from Stockholm to Turin. Illicit print sites sprung up in lofts and kitchen cellars, under a trap door concealed by a fridge. The regime had triumphs too. Spies infiltrated Solidarity and intercepted international deliveries, calling them “provocations”.
CIA records from this giddy period remain classified. Senior US politicians were privately supportive, including president Jimmy Carter and his Polish-American national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski. The clandestine book programme had a codename, QRHELPFUL. Its results were impressive. George Minden, the CIA officer in charge, estimated that almost 10 million items were smuggled east, with 316,020 books dispatched in the programme’s final year.
English has interviewed the surviving dissidents, whose cat-and mouse struggle led in 1989 to the regime’s collapse. I would have liked to read more on the books themselves and reaction from underground readers. Who, for example, decided to include Virginia Woolf’s advice on writing? What did communist-era Poles make of Agatha Christie? This is a gripping account of an intriguing and little-known cold war moment. In contrast to our own fascist-tinged times, liberal ideas won.
Daily inspiration. Discover more photos at Just for Books…?

Idk if anyone explained to you but spirit and frontier airlines arent like, package vacations theyre just insanely cheap airlines that suck if you want hospitality. But if youre willing to sit in a seat and nothing else, you can fly to popular places like miami, mexico, the DR for 150$ usd tops. So lots of really conservative college students and poor adults use it to go on their big bash spring break parties where they destroy native flora and fauna and cause massive distress to the locals. As an mexican-american working in the hospitality inustry, with what i know, if those airlines were banned thered be rioting in the south i genuinely believe that.
Thanks for explaining! I'm pretty sure sunwing is just package vacations, I didn't see anything on their site for just booking stand-alone flights. I've only flown with them twice - once for a week at a resort so that was a whole package deal (I don't wanna talk about that trip ugh) and most recently last spring for a wedding, so that was a package deal as well. Not sure if we have an equivalent to spirit or frontier here.
But yeah I can imagine the type of people who would lose their shit if they suddenly lost their cheap spring break flights - I imagine the locals at the popular destinations might not mind having fewer rude, privileged tourists trampling their countries tho. Aside from loss of tourist money coming in, but the two times I've been at resorts in the Caribbean I didn't get the sense that the staff there were particularly well treated or well paid and it certainly didn't seem like the towns surrounding the resorts were benefiting much from the incoming tourism so idk.
