Happy Motivation to Move Magical Monday! My daily motivation is being grateful to be able to do the things I can and not upset about the things I can’t. Like when medical experts told me 12 years ago to pick a new profession as I wouldn’t be able to stand on my feet for longer than 30 minutes without pain because I was bone on bone with no ACL, PCL or miniscus. But, I knew what I could do and with daily affirmations to keep my mind positive, a cooler of healthy food to fuel my spirit and heal my body. In those challenging 2 years, I overcome the odds, got my body back and built my in-home personal training business. 11 years I defied the odds and last July I had to schedule a total knee replacement. But with love from the universe and amazing science and friends, I fought the odds again and received an exosomes stem cell treatment, and cancelled surgery. Since last July, I celebrated my 10th year anny of LRF, and my knee and body have been going strong and pain free! YAY!!! I will forever do my best to eat clean, affirm my positivity and love assisting others do the same. I also will continue my physical therapy exercises or what I and LRF calls them “LRF TLC’s” 🤗 like the exercise shown here is a mini band glute activation pre-warmup exercise- I perform squats and abduction pulses in addition to other activation exercises for my hips, hammys and quads all before I lift my legs! I am forever grateful for my passion to keep going strong as I inspire others to do the same. Good morning! 8 months at the gym! I've reduced my classes but increased the weights during this last month. Still addicted to #bodypump and #yoga. Now I'm doing 4 classes a week at the gym as opposed to 6 when I started my transformation. I'm walking 10k steps a day and eating a mostly #rawvegan diet with no calorie restrictions.
