Baekhyun and Kyungsoo:
[screaming]
Chanyeol, running into the room: Kyungsoo what's wrong?!
Baekhyun: Why are you only asking him?! We are both screaming!
Chanyeol: Because Kyungsoo doesn't scream unless it's an emergency. You, on the other hand, scream whenever you have the chance.

Green Rose
➻ Pairings: ChanBaek, Chanyeol x Baekhyun
➻ Genre: romance, vampire au
➻ Additional: fluff, cute
➻ Word Count: 2.5K
➻ Warnings: N/A
➻ Author’s notes: This story is cross posted on multiple sites under the same username!
It was early one morning, slivers of sunlight shining through Baekhyun’s parted curtains. The young male laid curled up in a small ball, swaddled by his blankets in the middle of the bed. His alarm hadn’t gone off yet, but his internal clock was already telling him that it was time to get up, regardless of what the large, blaring red numbers read on his night stand. And as much as Baekhyun tried to fend off consciousness and keep himself buried in the warmth of dreamland, the warm rays of the sun is what finally stirred him enough that sleep slipped from his grasp. A soft groan left him, dark brown eyes fluttering open a few times; blurry, sleepy vision slowly correcting.
7:30AM
He was highly annoyed at the time he read. Mainly because today was his off day and while his alarm was still set, he could easily just hit snooze or turn it off and spend the morning sleeping in. He hadn’t realized how his body had already been trained to wake up early thanks to his current school semester. 8:30 AM classes all week; Psychology and Biology. At least his math class was online, because if he honestly had to take a math class so early in the morning, he would probably quit school altogether. Of course that would be the end of his life. Baekhyun shuddered at the thought of the two hour lecture he would receive from his parents, that were paying for his schooling through their life’s savings. Of which Baekhyun already felt guilty for using and was doing his best to pay back the money through the small part time jobs he could get.
A groan left him as he pushed himself up to sit in bed. One, slim hand pressed against the left side of his head, trying to calm the throbbing of the headache already forming. Today was not going to be a good day, he could already tell. With a grunt, he pushed away his covers and got out of bed, and like he did every morning, he made his way to the window and pushed open the curtains, letting the sunlight flood his aesthetically pleasing white room. The brightness blinded his eyes, however, and he closed them tightly, waiting only a few short moments before opening them once more, allowing them to get used to the new light. On the third floor of his apartment building, Baekhyun’s bedroom window overlooked the horizon to the east, facing the mountains in the very far off distance. It was always a gorgeous and breathtaking sight and he could never get over the beauty, even though he has seen the same sight for the past two years.
Following his regular routine, Baekhyun unlocked his window and began to push it up. He stopped though, when a rose caught his attention. It was just laying there, on his windowsill, as if it had always been there, like that was home. Though Baekhyun was 100% sure that the plant had not been there the night before. But what was really odd (besides the fact that there was a rose on his windowsill on the third story of a building) was that it was green. And not like an icky light green, or a puke green, or even a neon green. But a beautiful dark green. It was a color that Baekhyun had never seen before, but he truly loved it. With a slight smile, he pushed his window all the way up and locked it into position, letting in the fresh, outside air. He grabbed the rose with delicate, long fingers, cradling it in his hands as he examined it. It was pure green. There was no hint of another color inside it, as if it had been dyed. It was all green...all natural.
Or was it? Could a green rose be natural if one had never actually been seen before? Then again, maybe it was just an undiscovered species of rose. Of course that also brought up the question of how it got there. Many outrageous ideas ran through his mind. Like maybe scaling the building to set the rose there. Or maybe a magical being hovered in the air to plant the rose there? Or maybe, and this was the scariest idea, someone snuck into his apartment while he was asleep and left the rose there. That seemed more like a plausible idea though, as terrifying as it was. Baekhyun knew he could be a very heavy sleeper and it was possible for someone to come into his home and he would never know it.
A cold shiver ran down his back and Baekhyun nearly dropped the rose in his hands. The thought of someone coming in and seeing him in such a vulnerable position was so terrifying he almost didn’t want to keep the rose now. Almost. But despite his better judgment, he scavenged around his apartment until he found a suitable cup he could use as a vase and placed the rose inside, setting it on his desk. It was a pop of color in his nearly all white room. It strangely suited the place and Baekhyun kind of wanted to have more.
Baekhyun got his wish the next morning. Following his normal routine, Baekhyun was greeted with another green rose at his windowsill. It was just as gorgeous as the first and just as mysterious. How did it get there? Why was it there and who put it there? These were the questions that were constantly eating at Baekhyun. Has someone mistaken his apartment for someone else's? He wouldn’t be surprised. He didn’t consider himself anything special. He was just an average college student with an above average talent in singing, but that was about it. He never tried to overachieve, never really tried to be the center of attention (even though he had a loud and outgoing personality). He considered himself normal, lived a normal life. Who would risk their life to leave him a rose on his windowsill? It was quite confusing to him, but somehow he found it strangely endearing. The second rose found a home with the first and Baekhyun went on about his day, going to class and hanging out with his friends.
When night came, he sat on his bed in his duck pajamas, eyes trained on the window. He wondered if his secret stalker admirer would come again. Would he wake up to find another green rose, or would he be dead? He wasn’t sure and he certainly didn’t like how wild his imagination was running at the moment, but all of them were plausible scenarios. But honestly, what could Baekhyun even do? It could just be a fluke he was getting the roses and eventually the person would realize that he was leaving them at the wrong window (however he was managing to leave them), or maybe he should arm himself with a weapon in case this all was intentional and he really did have a crazy stalker.
That night, Baekhyun went to sleep with a knife tucked under his pillow and a mind filled with worry. Morning came quickly and Baekhyun was pleasantly surprised to find himself still alive. And just like the morning before, there was a single green rose waiting for him on the windowsill. Baekhyun placed the rose with the others and continued about his day. For the next month or so, Baekhyun continued to wake up to a green rose on his windowsill, which he continued to add to his collection. By the 28th rose, Baekhyun was starting to really wonder who was leaving these roses and why. He was pretty sure it was no longer someone sneaking into his apartment to leave the roses. Especially when he made sure to deadbolt the locks every night. One night he even moved his dresser to block the door so no one could and still there was a rose left. It was a mystery to him, a freaky mystery. And to add weirdness to this mystery, Baekhyun also noticed that the roses never died. Sure he filled the vase with water and left the roses near the window for sunlight, but he never did any real tending to them. They should have died, but they didn’t. They were just as bright, perky and alive as they were the first day he found them. It was interesting if not a little creepy.
Curiosity was finally getting the best of him and Baekhyun decided that this would be the night that he would stay up late. He would wait, in the darkness, by the window to see who was leaving him roses and finally confront him about it. His plan was half decent enough, or at least he thought it was. Surely nothing could possibly go wrong. So that’s what he did. As night fell, Baekhyun turned off his lights in his room and took a seat next to his window. He wanted to be close, but not too close where he could possibly be caught, because that would just ruin it all. If whoever it was saw him before they left the rose, Baekhyun may never actually solve the mystery of the green rose. Resting his head on the wall, waiting as patiently as his patient little butt would allow him, but by two in the morning, he was already falling asleep. With one passing look at the clock, he noted to himself it was only 2:30 in the morning, and slowly darkness enveloped him.
He was shaken from his sleep by a slight chill. It started on his cheek and slowly traveled downwards, making him shiver slightly. It was pulling him from the warmth of his dreams and as he became aware, he realized it almost felt like wind blowing on him. And while he knew he was at his window, he didn’t remember leaving his window open. So did that mean…?
Eyes snapping open, Baekhyun was greeted with an open window and once more on his windowsill, there was a green rose, laying neatly on top of it. But unlike the other 28 times, this time there was a piece of paper tucked neatly under the rose. With a shaking hand, he reached out and grabbed it carefully. Laying the rose in his lap, he unfolded the paper and read over the few, short words that were written.
‘We’ll meet soon, Baekhyun.’
Baekhyun’s eyes slowly moved back to the window, staring out into the dark of the night, skies only illuminated by the artificial light of the street lamps below. Indeed, there was someone who was really leaving him these roses every night. Someone who knew how to scale a building up 3 stories without being seen or heard. A person who knew his name, yet he was almost sure he had never met this person before. The stalker idea came back full force, but once more his rational side wasn’t fully convinced. Wouldn’t this person have already tried to be with him or kill him or done something more than just leave roses? Didn’t stalkers usually want their victims to know who they were and why they were stalking them? This honestly didn’t make any sense to Baekhyun.
It just continued to leave him confused. He let out a tired sigh and slowly stood, the rose tumbling to the floor. He stared at it for a moment, not really seeing it, but just staring. His mind went blank, as if in a trance, but as quickly as it started, it stopped and he snapped out of it. Shaking his head, he bent down and picked up the rose, holding it in his left hand while he closed the window and locked it once more with his right hand. He made his way to his desk and placed the rose in his makeshift vase of a cup with the other roses before shuffling his way to the bed. Crawling in, he slipped under his covers and curled himself up into a ball and laid there, letting sleep once more overcome him.
The following night, Baekhyun was determined to stay awake and meet this mysterious man. So instead of going to class that day he stayed at home and slept for as long as he could, which was only until the late afternoon. However, armed with the most sugary drink he could find, he set himself up once more by the window and stared out into the darkness. He made it till about one in the morning before his eyes started growing heavy once again. He tried to keep himself awake with more sugar (candy and soda), but he couldn't feel their effects like he had at the beginning. He struggled for nearly an hour to keep his eyes open, but eventually he succumbed to sleep, eyes closing with one last blurry look to the window. He wasn't sure how long he had been asleep or what actually woke him back up, but something did. Sleepy eyes opened and he looked around confused for a moment before he realized what was happening in front of his face.
The window was opening. And it took all of his strength not to just jump up right then and there and see what was going on. Baekhyun realized that his nightly visitor wasn’t aware that he was awake yet, so Baekhyun was going to sit there and wait, at least until the window was fully open. It was an agonizing three seconds but the window was eventually open and Baekhyun saw the hand reaching through, green rose clutched into thick fingers. It was a quick movement, Baekhyun wasn’t even aware that he thought it, but he grabbed the wrist and pulled. The green rose fell from his fingers, a head coming through his open window and he was greeted to the site of the most handsome man he had ever seen. He was in shock and awe that this man was the one who was leaving roses on his windowsill. Speaking of which….
Baekhyun stood and moved closer, trying to see what the other was standing on in order to get to his third story window, but saw nothing. Nothing but just this man. How was that even possible? A deep chuckle left his visitor and Baekhyun found his hand removed from the other’s wrist. “Seems we finally meet.” His voice was so deep, it sent shivers down Baekhyun’s spine. “But unfortunately I can’t stay to chat. Maybe another time.” The male ducked back out of his window and Baekhyun gasped, rushing forward, hands pressed on his windowsill.
“Wait!” he called, but there was no one there. No sound. Nothing. It was like the man had never been there. His nameless visitor had appeared and like a ghost, had disappeared into the dark of night, leaving more questions than answers in his wake. He was handsome, with beautifully thick fingers. His voice was deep, almost melodic and Baekhyun was craving to hear more.
“I don’t even know your name.” The words barely passed his lips before he heard a whisper, from the familiar voice and for some reason it gave him a sense of hope. Hope this wouldn’t be the last time they would meet and like promised, next time, they could do more than just stare at each other.
“Chanyeol.”

Okay so this is a major hear me out. What about
Chanyeol/Taeil:
Chanyeol is a musician through & through. He initially was interested in Taeil because of his voice. Before he knew it he was composing melodies & writing lyrics to accompany Taeil’s voice. I imagine their first interaction was because Chanyeol asked if he would sing the guide to one of his songs. Of course Taeil is surprised because he never interacts with EXO. Also he thought the first real interaction would be with one of the vocalist. Taeil goes into the studio not knowing what to expect, but goes in hoping he at least likes the song. What he discovers is not only does he like the song but also the composer. Although Chanyeol is playful he has a certain maturity that is only gained from bein in the industry for awhile. Slowly through sessions Taeil admits to himself that he has a crush. Chanyeol’s admiration does to adoration quicker than he’ll admit. It’s the way that Taeil’s laugh sounds like bells or the way his eyebrow scrunches when he’s tryin to hit a high note. I think they would have sex in the studio often. Taeil bent over the computer gettin the dickin of his life, yes. Taeil accidentally deleting a section of a song cause his hands are trying to find something to hold on to, definitely yes. Chanyeol isn’t to pressed though cause he has all the inspiration in front of him to crate something better. As an extra note I can imagine Chanyeol sending Taeil an audio of himself moaning while jerkin off. Chanyeol would find it funny, but low key hopes it would get Taeil worked up enough to call him -🪸
MSLEMKGRNSRL OP??? THIS IS GENIUS
first of all, I am such a hard sell on bottom!Taeil but you nailed it and these two make sense together. Chanyeol is into slightly younger guys, slightly smaller guys, TALENTED GUYS (this is why I've always favored Chansoo over Chanbaek or Baeksoo) and Taeil fits into his type beautifully. Taeil WOULD be surprised by how charismatic Chanyeol is when they're working together.
I accept and I LOVE. If you have any other headcanons or scenarios for them, I'd love to hear them!

Please Help Me Find This Fanfic
Hello,
I’m looking for a ChanBaek fanfic about Chanyeol, a king with a fire superpower and married to an evil queen who wants to have a baby with him ASAP
Meanwhile, Baekhyun wants to have a baby on his own and goes to a hospital “sperm bank”, but unknowingly it was a trick from the evil queen to make someone pregnant with Chanyeol’s baby for her to keep.
So does it ring any bells?

The thief (a ChanBaek Drabble)
One evening when they were watching TV, Chanyeol exclaimed, "You know it's strange but lately I feel like I'm missing some of my clothes.”
Baekhyun glanced at him and quickly looked away so Chanyeol wouldn’t see his guilty expression. He attempted to subtly push up the sleeves of the much too big hoodie he’d stolen from Chanyeol, to make it look like it fit him. He quickly shifted his expression to one of innocent interest and said, “Oh really?”
“Yeah, but I think I've figured out what's happening,” said Chanyeol, suddenly turning to him and giving him a hard look.
Baekhyun squirmed slightly in his stolen hoodie. “You have?”
“Yeah,” repeated Chanyeol, he leant in fixing his eyes very seriously on Baekhyun’s. “I think we have ghosts! This apartment is haunted,” he breathed.
Baekhyun blinked.
“Oh hey, I have a hoodie like that,” said Chanyeol happily, pointing to Baekhyun’s chest then flopping back comfortably on the couch and continuing to watch his show.

Let Chanyeol Go in Peace
➻ Pairings: Chanyeol-centric, Chanyeol x Sehun
➻ Genre: Member case study, linear life story, angst, romance
➻ Additional: terminal illness, slice of life
➻ Word Count: 1.1K
➻ Warnings: Major character death
➻ Author’s notes: This story is cross posted on multiple sites under the same username!
He was 16 when he found out he was sick, 19 when he realized he wouldn't make it past 25. All his hopes and dreams dashed because of a genetic disorder that was going to take his life too early, never giving him the chance to do what he wanted.
Chanyeol was a bright kid with an equally bright future, or so many had told him. His happy, bright personality never showed that he was sick, that he was dying. He never showed it, he never wanted to show it. He kept up his usual routine of getting up early in the morning, helping his mother make breakfast before he was out the door; his day filled with classes, a lunch date, club activities and a study session around dinner time.
He kept himself busy so he wasn't reminded he was dying, so he didn't have to sit around and think of how each breath could be his last. He had done that once already and it nearly drove him insane with depression that he had been tempted to end it all right then and there. He was 21 then, with the realization he wouldn't have many of his firsts.
Like his first real kiss, because he never considered kissing the neighbor boy, Baekhyun, as his first kiss. They had been young, dumb and curious, hiding in Chanyeol's backyard under the big oak tree. They always hung out there. Baekhyun’s home life wasn't the greatest and Chanyeol wished he could take away the others' pain as much as he could. That's why they kissed. Baekhyun had told him that when two people were close and one was hurting, the other would kiss him to make it better. He hoped it worked. Shortly after that, Baekhyun moved away to live with his grandmother in the mountains. Chanyeol had gotten letters and he would always wrote back, but ever since they graduated high school, the letters came less frequently, and eventually stopped.
Chanyeol never had the heart to tell Baekhyun of his quickly nearing end. He just prayed that Baekhyun's life was much better now.
Chanyeol wouldn't get to experience his first date, because despite the fact he went out plenty of times with this younger, straight out of high school kid named Sehun, it was never actually a date. He disregarded the fact that they saw movies together or held hands. Even shared their food with each other. They weren't dates, at least not to Chanyeol. It's just what friends did together right?
He never was going to experience his first time having sex, mainly because he was too shy. While he worked out sometimes (but not a lot due to his illness ), he was still tall and lanky with a bowed leg and large ears that he was still teased about. But sex wasn't something he truly cared about anyway. He had his left and right hand to handle any problems that...arose. and with such a short time left, though he was curious, he had better things to spend his time doing then fucking with someone he didn't even love.
Speaking of, he never would experience his first love. Because despite the fact his heart always pounded in his chest when he saw Sehun, it wasn't love. Nor was it love when he found himself thinking of the younger male at night, wondering what he was doing and if he was alright. It wasn't love when he let Sehun cuddle with him on his couch on the days they hung out together, doing nothing and just talking about life. It wasn't love when Chanyeol found himself picturing his last breath and seeing Sehun next to him, tears in his eyes, knowing the other cared so much for him. It wasn't love...
Chanyeol was 23 when he realized he actually did love Oh Sehun and those feelings were returned. He was 23 and 3/4ths when he shared his first kiss with Sehun and for his 24th birthday, he spent the night in Sehun's arms, making love to him.
Chanyeol never thought he would have these firsts, but in the end it seemed like fate wanted him to have something since he was being taken away so cruelly by her hands.
Chanyeol was 24 years and 27 days old when he collapsed during the Christmas Eve party. He had been feeling worse for wear, more than normal, for the previous week. He hadn't been eating well, he couldn't keep anything down. His energy was less and less and he was struggling to keep up his happy persona. He knew the end was coming but he didn't want to worry the others. And he certainly didn't want to ruin anyone's Christmas. But unfortunately he couldn't stop it. Chanyeol was rushed to the hospital that evening, where the tragic news was delivered to his friends and family that he would most likely not even make it to see midnight.
By some miracle, when he finally regained consciousness, he found himself surrounded by his family, but most importantly Sehun. And like he had imagined many times before, his young lover was by his side, tears streaming down his face because this was the end and there was nothing anyone could do to stop it. There was no cure for this disease. This wasn't some Hollywood movie where suddenly some random researcher for the hospital would come running in, a vial of some strange liquid in his hand that could cure him. This wasn't some Shakespearean play where the main couple has overcome one obstacle after another only to both end their lives in some tragic way.
This was real life, where nothing you really want was given to you, but everything you truly loved was taken away.
As the clock struck midnight, Chanyeol took his final breath, a soft whisper of "I love you" to everyone in the room and to everyone not there. To all the people he had met and become friends with in his short 24 years and 28 days of life.
His final goodbye.
As his heart stopped beating, the monitor was turned off, plunging the room back into silence as they all watched Chanyeol lay there. No one made a sound, not even as their tears steadily flowed from their red and puffy eyes. The only thing that kept them from making a nose was the promise they gave to Chanyeol's mother. There would be no begging, no loud sobbing. No damning God or the world for taking Chanyeol away from them. They all knew it was coming, despite their prayers for it not to. Her voice, soft and trembling, the only thing holding them back.
"Let Chanyeol go, in peace"
And they did. They let him go in peace, surrounded by his loved ones, knowing that his memory would always remain in their hearts.

Dinner For Two?
Anon: Yes I meant Exo ships! Could a request a Chanbaek date night scenario~~~ Please and thank you~~~ Love you Admin Eva~~~
Admin: Of course~! I love all exo ships, this request is absolutely adorable
Baekhyun shook his head slightly. Normally he would be okay with their busy schedules, but Chanyeol had a dinner planned for the two of them tonight. Call Baekhyun a romantic, but he loved just the two of them being together. Whether it was at dinner or just sitting on the couch together. Baekhyun looked over the shoulders of their team and smiled at Chanyeol. He gave Chanyeol a small air kiss and quickly looked back at the cameras. He turned quick enough to see Chanyeol sending one of his own.
They would definitely get in trouble later from the small interaction. Baekhyun chuckled internally, the fans probably already took a picture or made a gif. He made a mental note to save it later to his own phone. It’s really hard to be in the same group as each other and be together. They are always in the public eyes whether they’re aware or not. It was kind of fun really, secret touches here and there. The fans shipping them helped a lot because then they can just tell the company that it was fanservice. They all quickly left the broadcast and got ready for their performance. Getting into the dressing room, they quickly did their touchups for their makeup and were headed to the stage.
“You’re getting a little too close to our maknae, Chanyeol ah.” Junmyeon teased when they saw their recording from one of the televisions around the back.
Chanyeol simply shook his head while Baekhyun looked away from the others. During the performance, Chanyeol kept his eyes on Baekhyun. He loved the way Baekhyun looked so focused and so handsome as he looked at the fans and the camera. Chanyeol smirked because all of those looks are for him when they watch the playback later. He decided if Baekhyun wanted to play, he could play this game too. Chanyeol got more confident and started giving the cameras and the fans some looks of his own. The feeling of the spotlight sent a shiver down Chanyeol’s spine as he rapped his part.
The only thing that could even remotely feel better than this and that was seeing Baekhyun smile, hearing his voice… Yeah, Chanyeol was pretty whipped but he didn’t mind. As soon as it started, the performance was over. The boys ran down to the dressing rooms for more touchups and to relax for a few moments. Chanyeol and Baekhyun managed to sneak away to one of the janitor closets in the hallway.
“Ah, Channie~ I’m excited for tonight.” Baekhyun smiled as he spoke quietly.
“As am I, only a few more hours and we can go have a fantastic dinner.” Chanyeol gently kissed Baekhyun’s nose, being careful not to mess up Baekhyun’s makeup or his own. A weird knock startled the two of them, then they heard Jongdae’s voice asking for a mop. Apparently, that was Jongdae’s way of telling them that it was time to head out for their next broadcast. Chanyeol chuckled softly and gently kissed Baekhyun’s forehead.
“Soon enough we’ll be alone.” Chanyeol winked at Baekhyun, he ignored the pink blush that was starting to form on the other’s cheeks. They left the closet, after making sure no one was around and headed off to the others.
The more time that passed, the more it seemed like this day was never-ending. Chanyeol looked at the clock nervously, the time for their reservation was coming up quick and they weren’t even close to being done. He can’t just cancel, Baekhyun was so excited for this. Chanyeol sighed as he slowly realized their plans can’t happen today. He sat down at one of the makeup chairs and crossed his arms. Jongdae, who just finished with the hair stylist, saw him looking annoyed. The middle beagle quickly sat down next to him.
“What’s up, Yeol?” Jongdae asked quietly, not wanting anyone to hear their conversation.
“I had a nice dinner planned for Baekhyun and I tonight, but we’re not even halfway done with our schedules for today.” Chanyeol decided to be upfront with Jongdae, he wasn’t in the mood for teasing right now.
“How about this, cancel the reservation and I’ll take care of everything else.” Jongdae smiled at his fellow beagle.
“What do you mean?” Chanyeol asked as he slowly pulled out his phone to cancel the reservation.
“Don’t worry about anything, just try not to look so surprised when the time comes.” Jongdae patted his shoulder and walked off with a smile, leaving Chanyeol to sit there very confused. He sighed again and did as the other told him to do. When he explained the situation, the owner of the restaurant allowed him to move the date back. After hanging up, Chanyeol looked around for Jongdae. He was speaking quietly to Minseok and Junmyeon before Chanyeol could try to go over there the make artist was already coming to him for his touch up.
After the interview, the group was split up into two different groups. Half were going back to the dorm, while the other half had one more interview to do. Chanyeol was immediately confused, he thought they had more interviews? The manager quickly explained that this was the only split interview. Group 1, who was going back to the dorms, consisted of Junmyeon, Minseok, Jongdae, and Sehun. Group 2 consisted of Yixing, Baekhyun, himself, Kyungsoo, and Jongin. Chanyeol looked around confusedly, wondering if anyone saw what was wrong with this picture. Junmyeon wasn’t coming to the interview?? Before anyone could say anything, the first group was gone. Chanyeol sighed and headed toward the next interview with the rest of his group.
The interview seemed to go on forever. Noticing the boys were exhausted, their managers canceled the remaining interviews and moved them to another date. Chanyeol and Baekhyun were both pulled out of the van by the other members. They were rushed up the stairs. When they turned around to ask questions, the others were gone… Baekhyun and Chanyeol both looked at each other confused before shrugging and deciding to just go into the dorm.
The dorm was dark, as expected since it was currently night time, and they both took off their shoes to place them in the correct spots. When Chanyeol turned on the lights, he yelled out in shock. He needed to grab his heart to make sure it wouldn’t leave his body. There was Jongdae dressed up like a waiter with menus in his hands. Baekhyun looked at Chanyeol confusedly. Chanyeol now understood what Jongdae was talking about earlier. Group 2 came home and made their kitchen and dining room into a romantic dinner setting. Chanyeol straightened and smiled at Baekhyun.
“Tonight, may not have gone the way we planned, but I had a backup plan. You didn’t think I wouldn’t find some way to have dinner with you, did you?” Chanyeol gently grabbed Baekhyun’s hand and walked toward the table, now covered in a pristine white cloth. He carefully pulled out the chair for Baekhyun like a gentleman. Chanyeol met Jongdae’s gaze, he needed to come up with a way to thank their best friend for this.

The chosen one
Baekhyun was dead tired after practicing for 7 hours straight. During that time he had taken off his shirt and was now heading to the bathroom to get cleaned. -going somewhere? - he heard Chanyeol's voice. -yeah, to get bathed. Wanna join? - Baek was only joking, but suddenly yeol banged his hand on the wall behind Baekhyun and got too close to him. -y..yeollie? What are y..you doing? Chanyeol couldn't take it any longer. He had wanted to have kids with Baekhyun and raise 293 little chanbaeks for so long, so he finally squared up and kissed the little man furiously. Baekhyun gasped, but he soon melted into the kiss, gripping Chanyeol's hair. In no time they were heading to the bathroom stall to finally do what they had both been dreaming to do for years. Baekhyun was getting restless and even hornier when Chanyeol stopped. -mwoya? Why did you stop? - Baek started to think maybe he had done something wrong or- -the reason I hamjima, baek, is because i have a secret. Promise me, PROMISE ME YOU WON'T TELL ANYONE. Byun was confused and surprised. Secret? What secret? He just wanted to get in the shower and suck chan's dick off. Yeol turned the hot water on and started undressing. Baekhyun followed suit but the former stopped him. -anya.. Just wait. When the water got hot enough, Chanyeol walked towards the bath and got in. The second he did, green light started radiating off him, so strong it nearly blinded even Baekhyun. Out of nowhere naked Suho started running around with a lightsaber, screaming "MUST. FIND. EL DORADO." The light shining off Chanyeol still didn't seem to dim down. "Careless careless shoot anonymous anonymous" was heard in the background. Baekhyun didn't know what the hell was happening and he was sure damn scared to find out. After a few seconds, everything got sucked into a black hole and burst out again. The light was no longer blocking Baek from seeing yeol. Baekhyun fell to his knees. Where 2 minutes ago was a tall, handsome man, now was a green midget yoda swimming in the water. -Chanyeol? Is that.. Is that you? The little alien nodded it's head in response. He started communicating through the language of the ancient people, known as Çhögïwå. -well.. Do you still want me to suck your... Whatever that is? - Baek looked at the little guy sprouting from yoda yeol's stomach. It made Baek's own little guy harden and jump up. Without any hesitation, Yoda Yeol gripped Baek's hand and pulled him in the bath, immediately putting his yoda dick in his lover's mouth. The second that happened, the birds started chirping, the sun shone through the walls and Chanyeol transformed back into a human. His human penis was huge so it nearly ripped Baekhyun's vocal chords apart. Chanyeol was in tears: -Baek.. You're the chosen one. You just broke the spell. I was cursed to be a yoda before I found my true blowjob person. Kamsahamnida. By hearing this, baek's manhood couldn't resist anymore and ripped right through his wet pants, getting stuck in Chanyeol's asshole. Both of them moaned at the feeling. For the whole night they were trying new poses and they fucked so much that the water in the bath was replaced with their cum and they all lived happily ever after.

The Devil inside
Pairing: possible chanbaek/ or ot9 fic
Genre: drama/angst/dystopian
Plot: focused around elyxion and countdown teasers.
Note: Hello just a small prompt I wrote :)
_________________
His hands flew across the canvas violently.
Red ink spilling over his hands and onto the ground. He had no control over his own body, as if possessed by an unknown entity he couldn’t see. He bit down on his lips hard enough to draw blood. This wasn’t anything new. It happened a lot, more often now than ever.
Chanyeol looked at the canvas in horror as he painted what only something inside of him knew what it was. He didn’t want to draw… He needed to. After it was done, the urge would leave. He knew that much. He would go back to his old self, until the next episode. The worst part was, he never knew when it was. Sometimes it’d be in the middle of the night while he was sleeping, Sometimes it’d be during a meal, when he was trying to be a normal human being.
Normal… What a dream. A dream he had given up long ago. Now all he did was fear. Fear himself, fear his strength. He jumped slightly as the candle next to him lit up. The flame tilting towards him, it was drawn to him. There was no wind to move the small flame. It was all a connection. It was connected to him.
His paintbrush dipped into the red ink again. That’s all he ever saw. Red, of course he would mix it with yellows, and orange. It didn’t matter.
Every color he used, combined into Fire. The only thing he ever saw. He would see it when he even looked out into a bed of water, He would see it in his dreams. His own personality had taken a toll because of it, slowly becoming the thing that haunts him the most.
Chanyeol knew he was close to done. After an hour of excruciating fear, he was finally done. He could feel it leaving. It was letting him take control again.
The paintbrush dropped.
His hands fell to the side as he stared at the painting. Like always, He had drawn fire. His hands balled into fists as he looked at the painting. It wasn’t fair. What did he do to deserve this? To deserve this curse?
Chanyeol stood up grabbing the painting, he had never felt so much hatred before. So much pain. Throwing it on the ground, he yelled loudly. Feeling tears threatened his eyes. Chanyeol fell onto the ground, leaning back against his wooden desk. His hands going to his eyes “please fall…” He muttered, hoping that for once. He wasn’t all fire. Let there be water in his life. Let there be something else.
The tear didn’t fall.
He looked around his dark studio, light slowly filling it up. It was always around this time that the sun seemed to shine towards him. As if highlighting every wrong he’s done.
Destroyed painting were everywhere, after every session he would tear them apart. Except for one. A painting of a phoenix, the wings were made of fire, as well as the rest of the body, but there was something that always stopped Chanyeol from destroying it. It’s as if he could feel the energy coming off of it. His energy.
He opened his hand, making his palm face upwards. With little effort he was able to create a flame. It rose from his skin, wafting up into the air. Almost like smoke, except it was deadly. Everything about him was dangerous. He was a monster. If he got too mad he hurt the people around him, his fire wasn’t at his control. That’s why he had decided to hide away from the world.
Breaking every relation he had, he moved to a new city, rented out a small studio. Focused on painting, eventually though… all his buyer got tired. Tired of the flame he always drew. They wanted something happy too, they all did.
Maybe one day… He’d be able to be happy again, maybe one day, the demon wouldn’t control him.
Maybe one day…. He wouldn’t dream of fire.
*********
Act 2: The Light
“pollution is at it’s worst, to follow government protocol. we recommend everyone to stay indoors today, Further news will be updated at noon”
Baekhyun woke up, groaning at the sound of the TV. He didn’t remember leaving it on. Turning around he looked at the gas mask beside his bed. Everyone seemed to be wearing one these days.
He couldn’t remember the last time the air had look clear. He walked up to his window, drawing the curtains slowly. The building in front of him blocked any view he could’ve had of the city.
It didn’t matter.
“Let’s see what you drew today” he smiled softly, His window had been getting dirtier each week, he was getting worried that he wouldn’t be able to look inside one day. Pressing his hand against the glass Baekhyun channeled all his energy towards the small studio that lay in front of his.
“that’s better isn’t it?” He directed his light towards the painter. He could see he destroyed his art again, a new one laid on the ground, completely manipulated. He wanted to ask him why he always drew fire. Why not something new? was it the concept he had chosen as an artist?
Baekhyun directed his light further into the studio looking for him, He didn’t know why but there was something about this man that made him curious. Curious enough to use his gifts, even when he had promised he wouldn’t.
There he was, sitting on the floor. A small flame rising from his palms. “don’t worry.. you’re not alone” He whispered. Baekhyun withdrew his light, closing the curtains.
His eyes set on the gas mask

Ticking Clocks | 01
◇ Link to Masterlist
◇ Chanyeol & Baekhyun series: 01 | 02 | 03
◇ Genre: Soulmate! AU, Slight angst
◇ Summary: You live in a world where everyone has a soulmate clock that stops ticking the exact moment you meet your soulmate. You are in a happy relationship with Park Chanyeol, and don’t care much about soulmates at all, that is, until you meet his best friend, Byun Baekhyun.
◇ Word Count: 2.1k
Soulmate clocks. Everyone on Earth had one. Your clock started from 00:00:00:00 from the minute you were born. The saying went that the day you met your soulmate for the first time, the clock would stop ticking, showing you exactly how many years, months, days and minutes it had taken you to find the love of your life.
When you were little, the entire concept had intrigued you to no end. You’d run home to take a look at your clock every time you met someone new, but alas, it was still going. After over 20 years, you’d stopped caring. You’d meet and date new people, and not bother about the clock at all. What was the point, you thought, if you never met your soulmate, and just sat around waiting for them to never show up?
And then you met Park Chanyeol. The tall, handsome owner of a goofy smile attracted you the minute you saw him at the bar after a long, tiring day at work. Within 10 minutes, you were deep in conversation, laughing at the littlest crazy thing he said. An hour and couple of drinks later, and you were making out in the backseat of a taxi.
To say the least, the night ended with him at your place, the two of you tangled in the sheets. Gazing at his adorable sleeping figure, the thought of the clock struck you for the first time in weeks. Carefully, you made your way to where you’d locked it up in a safe (you didn’t want to see the dreaded thing every time you felt even a measly bit of emotion for someone new).
For the first time, you had a strange feeling that this was going to be it. Heck, it had been just a one-night stand with the guy, you hardly even knew him, and this had happened various times already. But still, couldn’t shake the feeling. You held your breath as the lock clicked open.
And were promptly met with the steady tick, tick, ticking of the clock. Of course, it wasn’t him. It would never be anyone you would meet. You were destined to be soulmate-less your entire life. Sudden rage overwhelmed you, and you slammed the safe shut, forgetting about the sleeping man in the room.
“Y/N?” came a groggy voice. Mentally chiding yourself, you apologized. “Go back to sleep, I was just, um, hungry?”
Chanyeol snorted, sitting up. “That rough of a night, huh?” he said, smirking. Despite yourself, you laughed. “Its not that…” you said.
“It’s the clock, isn’t it?” Chanyeol said. You looked at him with wide eyes. “I used to check it all the time too. I sort of just gave up after a while,” he said, with a knowing look. “Well, what’d it say?”
His face dropped when he saw the look on your face. “Ah, well, I don’t care much about that whole thing anyway. Do you?” You shook your head. “I stopped caring too…I just had a feeling this time,” you said softly.
“If it doesn’t bother you, and it doesn’t bother me, I don’t think we should let it, uh, get in the way of anything. Will you let me take you to lunch tomorrow?” he said, smiling. You found yourself nodding, smiling back.
Fuck soulmates, you thought. If this is who might make me happy, so be it.
A year later, and you were truly the happiest you’d ever been. None of your relationships had lasted this long. But with Chanyeol, life was bliss. You felt as though you’d known him your whole life. Neither of you brought up the soulmate thing again, because all that mattered was that you were in love. Chanyeol was even trying to persuade you into moving in with him.
“It’ll be perfect,” he said earnestly. “So much of your stuff is at my place already.” Unable to refuse those puppy-dog eyes, you gave in, amused. “Alright Yeol. I’ll talk to the moving guys.”
One night, you were cuddled up watching a movie together when Chanyeol leapt up in excitement, his phone in hand. “Can you believe this? He’s finally decided to move out here!” he said, a huge grin on his face. “Who has?” you asked curiously. “Baekhyun! The friend I’ve told you about. He’s found a job in the city, he said he’ll be moving next week!” said Chanyeol.
His excitement finally dawned on you. Of course, Byun Baekhyun was Chanyeol’s best friend. They’d known each other since they were 5 years old. You’d already heard so much about him from your boyfriend that you felt as though you knew him well too.
“That’s fantastic. I’m finally going to get to hear all about your earlier life,” you said, wiggling your eyebrows at Chanyeol. Huffing, he said, “I’ve got a perfect track record.” “Sure you do babe,” you said laughing, and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
“I can’t wait to meet him.”
The next week, you and Chanyeol were waiting for Baekhyun outside an Italian restaurant. Chanyeol was so excited that he could barely stand still. You shook your head fondly him. But you were curious too. Who was this famous Baekhyun that your boyfriend adored so much?
“There he is!” said Chanyeol suddenly, waving his long arms. “Baek!”
A man with floppy brown hair was making his way towards you. He was much shorter than Chanyeol, and had twinkly eyes that lit up further when he saw his best friend. “Yeol!” he yelled, and engulfed Chanyeol in a hug. He had a nice voice, you thought.
“Baek, this is Y/N,” said Chanyeol, once he finally stopped hugging his shorter friend. Baekhyun raised his eyebrows mischievously. “Oh, so this is the girl you won’t shut up about on the phone?” You laughed, and Chanyeol smacked Baekhyun’s shoulder playfully. “It’s lovely to finally meet you,” you said sincerely, returning a warm smile.
The evening passed by in a blur. Baekhyun was an absolute riot of a person, and you immediately saw why Chanyeol liked him so much. You decided you could definitely get used to having him around.
“Baek, how’s Tina taking this move?” asked Chanyeol, at one point. Baekhyun sighed. “Well, we just decided that we would try our best to make long-distance work for now. I don’t see much else we could do,” he said, and he seemed a bit sad. You wondered if Baekhyun and Tina were soulmates. “I’m sure you can visit each other often,” you said, offering some consolation.
Sensing that his best friend was getting a bit gloomy, Chanyeol quickly changed the subject. “Have you found a decent place to stay yet?”
Baekhyun explained that he had in fact, and was moving in the very next day. “That’s such a strange coincidence. I’m moving tomorrow too, into Chanyeol’s place,” you said, smiling. “Great, we’ll be moving buddies,” said Baekhyun laughing. “Speaking of which, I’d better get going, otherwise I’m never going to be able to wake up in time.”
“We’ll drop you to your hotel,” said Chanyeol.
After dropping Baekhyun off, Chanyeol took you back home. “I can’t wait for tomorrow,” he said. Laughing, you kissed him. “Just one last night Yeol.”
The next morning, you woke in a rush. There was still some last minute packing to be done, and the movers arrived just as you finished getting ready. You scoured your apartment for any last belongings. Suddenly, a light went off in your head. You'd completely forgotten about your clock. Even if you didn't look at it anymore, you still needed to take it with you. You opened the safe and grabbed the clock. 'Here's one last thing!" You called to the man helping packing up the boxes. "Ah, it's the clock is it? Are you moving closer to where your soulmate is?" he said smiling.
You hesitated. "Oh never mind me, I was just being curious, seeing as the clock's stopped!" he said cheerily, putting it into a box.
You nearly stopped breathing. "It's-it's what?" Had you heard him right? You snatched the clock back and stared at it in disbelief. The timer had stopped.
21:06:14:36.
21 years, 6 months, 14 days and 36 minutes. You had at some point met your soulmate and hadn't even realized it. You felt as thought you were about to throw up. Suddenly, you whipped around to stare at the mover guy. "Is it-is it you?" you said incredulously.
He let out an awkward laugh. "I'm afraid not. My own clock stopped a few years ago when I met my wife."
Starting to blush, you apologized. When the hell had it stopped ticking?
You couldn’t stop thinking about it the entire way to Chanyeol’s. The last time you had checked the clock had been two weeks ago, and that was only because you had opened the safe for other purposes. It had still been ticking then. So at some point during these two weeks, you had met your soulmate. This was going to take some calculation on your part, you realized.
Chanyeol welcomed you with a hug and helped you sort out all your stuff. But you couldn’t stop thinking about the clock. You were dying to get some time alone to figure out exactly who it must have been. Chanyeol’s voice pulled you from your thoughts.
“Hey, Y/N, do you want to keep your clock with mine?” “Huh? Oh, no I’ll just keep it at the back of my cupboard,” you said quickly. There was no way you were telling Chanyeol it had stopped ticking, at least until you figured out who it had stopped for. You shoved it behind a pile of your clothes, and tried to get on with the rest of day as normally as you could.
At last, in the evening, Chanyeol said he was going to go check if Baekhyun had settled into his new place. “Do you want to come along?” he asked, grabbing his car keys. “I think I’ll pass, sorry Yeol. I’m not feeling too good,” you lied. “Okay, make sure to get some rest, I’ll be back soon,” he said, and then finally, you were alone.
You grabbed a sheet of paper and sat down at the table. Sighing, you realized that the most accurate way to do it would be to start from the day and time you were born. 21 years and 6 months was easy enough to start from. It had been 6 months since your 21st birthday. 14 days meant two weeks. With a start you realized exactly two weeks of the month had passed just yesterday. “So I met this person yesterday,” you said to yourself. That narrowed things down a whole lot.
You quickly replayed the entire day in your head. You had gone to work. There had been a meeting with a new client. Possible soulmate #1, you decided. You had gone to lunch with some friends from work. But there hadn’t been anyone new there. Then you’d come straight to Chanyeol’s to get ready for dinner with Baekhyun. And then you’d gone back home.
“So, it’s the client?” you said aloud, doubtfully. “The only other person I met whom I’d never met before was-“ you stopped suddenly. “Baekhyun.”
This was not happening.
With shaking hands, you dialed your mother’s number. “Mom, wh-what time exactly was I born?” You noted down what she said.
7 p.m. That could only mean one thing. Your soulmate was Baekhyun.
Your vision suddenly turned fuzzy and you forced yourself to take deep breaths. How could this be? How could your soulmate, the one you’d be waiting for your whole life, be your boyfriend’s best friend? How were you going to tell Chanyeol?
You wouldn’t tell him, you decided. It would be for the best. You were in love with Chanyeol. You didn’t even know Baekhyun well. It would make no sense.
With a start you realized that Baekhyun’s clock had probably also stopped ticking. And you had no way of knowing whether he had already seen it and figured out that you were his soulmate too.
You felt sick again. What were you going to do? Baekhyun was also in a relationship, wasn’t he? Then it wouldn’t matter if he figured it out, you told yourself. Because he wouldn’t care either.
As if on cue, the doorbell rang. Crushing the piece of paper and trashing it, you opened the door.
There, standing with Chanyeol, was the very last person you wanted to see right now. “Babe, I brought Baek back with me since he doesn’t really have any food stocked up,” said Chanyeol cheerfully. You forced a smile onto your face.
What a complete and utter mess your life had suddenly become.
A/N: And that’s the end of Part 1! I really hope you liked it so far, I can’t wait to get started on the next part. What do you think is going to happen?
