saiki kusuo vs the homiesexual agenda by chamomileflowers is probably my fave Saiki fic of all time. It's a group chat fic that is genuinely hilarious, and while it isn't specifically a Kubokai fic, their relationship is a big part of it.

Two Wrongs Don't Make A Right (but half a dozen may) by WhirlZing: This one is a WIP, but it's really, really good. Lots of cute moments between Kaidou and Kuboyasu, and Kaidou's overall characterization is amazing.

The Road Ahead of Us by LilacNoctua is a beefy but fantastic one-shot. It's well written and follows Kaidou and Kuboyasu on a road trip turned snowed-in cabin stay. Feel good, getting together type fic.

Ten Seconds to Pretend by oculix: Short and sweet one-shot that takes place at a New Year's Eve party. I just love it.

the very very long story short is my landlady is either being difficult or has a poor memory or both. she was fine with my dog being here, and she even said she’d wave the pet fee which was a huge relief. she had also offered to fix the fence, but when i brought it up again with a picture of my dog in our roommate gc, she acted like she had no knowledge of him. said she needs a $200 non refundable deposit and a breed verification, which i don’t have since he’s from a shelter. my fault for having a verbal conversation, i thought i’d texted her about it as well but since i’ve been deleting texts to save room i have no proof.

if you’re interested in a longer version, i have partial custody of the dog and this is literally the first time he’s been in the house and it’s only for one full day. it’s a little ridiculous to me for me to have to pay for that and the landlady had agreed but now she either doesn’t remember or idk. my roommates are already tense with me and this is not helping. at all. i clarified with her that he’s basically just visiting here and she is essentially just asking for the deposit. idk how soon she wants it or if i can put it off till my next paycheck, i can try. as far as breed verification, i need to check the lease bc we don’t know what he is but we suspect some jack russell, which some places don’t allow. dna testing can be anywhere from $70-200.

let me share some. i had my first consult for surgery last year. after that, another consult, and i started getting electrolysis (hair removal) which is still in process. this has been in the works for a long time and i’ve been thinking about it for even longer. i’m fully aware that at this point my surgery date of march 10th, 2025 is close and i’m asking for a lot. i’m honestly asking for a miracle.

money has been extremely tight for me lately. one of the reasons for that is my concussion in october, which led to a hospitalization, the depleting of my savings, and several follow up PT and vestibular therapy visits. i haven’t been grocery shopping in months. i get all my food from a food pantry as well as necessities. i’m trying to keep rent my only expense but things happen, such as me having to pay a vet bill for my dog, or smaller expenses adding up like cat litter and food.

in essence, i’m struggling. so this is me asking for help, putting myself out there, asking you reading this to give anything you can, or to share or repost this. i know times are tight for everyone so obviously don’t feel obligated to donate if you can’t. spreading the word however, would be amazing. i really, really want this to happen. i don’t want to have come this far to fall flat on my face.

here’s where i’ll end. while i am extremely glad i’m trans, it is so so hard for us to survive right now. so if you’re trans, i see you. i’m glad you’re alive, and that you keep putting one foot in front of the other. all we can do is support each other and do the best we can. truly, that’s all anyone can expect from you. thank you for reading, i hope you have a lovely day :))
