Hi, I'm Laurie, a retired Holistic Practitioner and recovering Vegan. I'm betting there are a few others here who tried the virtuous Veggie way of life and ended beating a hasty retreat. We are not herbivores, folks, we're OMNIVORES and that's a whole different niche of the Ecosystem!! Anguishing over the taking of blood-bearing life is not a New Age thing. Our ancestors took the taking of life of their animal brothers and sisters lives very seriously. Animals were treated with respect, whether hunted or herded, and their killing was a sacred act hedged by taboos. Time for us to grow up and take responsibility for our niche as TOP PREDATOR on the planet. Kill we must -- as ALL life kills. We are not being crazed maniacs when we need a hamburger, we are enacting our place in the Chain of Life. Bearing our claws soberly we may better be able to be responsible custodians of the Planet we have over-run and nearly destroyed.

naberius tern sucked but at least he was iconic. he was serving and he knew it. and under certain circumstances I think ianthe would be a good candidate to match and recognize the slimy swagger he had going on and honorably carry it with her to complement her own brand of slimy swagger. but that is absolutely not the timeline we're in and so ianthe instead has the shredded remains of a seriously pissed off muscle twink tucked away in her head, and he's absolutely frothing about how she doesn't even do his hair right when she's puppetting his corpse.

I find it funny that Wild, who has basically a couple years ish of full life experience, comes up with the most insane theories for everything

He assumed that the only other explanation to Four being able to split in Four was. That he was quadruplets who'd been hiding this whole time???

Also apparently he believed that his wolf companion Twilight in botw was a diety (and felt very uhh shocked upon finding out that he was not)

Malon made things worse, telling him about her aliens theory

What's even FUNNIER is that every time Wild expresses any sort of confusion at magic stuff that he's never seen before, everyone else in the chain acts like it's crazy for him to be weirded out by it

Honestly maybe Wild's the only one with his head on straight, rather than everyone else who are just like 'it's magic bro' like no he's right this is weird

I appreciate this because it's very considerate of the fact that he woke up with no memories not too long ago, so he doesn't have much experience to explain the stuff that's 'normal' for the chain. Plus the explanations he comes up with are funny.

I can barely begin to express how much the course of my life has been altered because of a 40 minute highlight video done by @jelloapocalypse and friends riffing over a 20 year old sky pirate game.

I made an off-handed comment after watching it together with two of my longtime friends, about how much I wish I had what Vyrsa had, and one of those friends STRAIGHT-UP TELLS ME that her and her wife have been crushing on me for a while.

The feeling was mutual, though I'd been of course hesitant to even hint at it.

Anyway now a few months later, we're a thruple, and we decided to honor the genesis of our relationship by cosplaying as the trio that made it a reality for my 30th birthday!

Why is vennie from goft chained

(visual ref for context-- Vennie is one of the OCs in my fancomic Ghosts of the Future) The ghost characters' designs tend to be reflections of their situation and personality. in Vennie's case, the ball-and-chain motif represents how she's still tied to her living body-- a body that has lost a lot of its mobility and autonomy. But her optimistic nature has helped her see the positives that still remain in her life. Thus, instead of being a weight the ball on her ball-and-chain is a lantern, a source of hope and guidance, instead of a weight. Her Chaos power is an impressively powerful shield because one of her highest priorities is the safety and happiness of her loved ones.

love when ppl make random ass aus for their fave ship that r just nonsensical and crazy . anyways jegulus au in which the potter’s run an animal shelter and usually order their pet supplies online but one day james goes to a chain store and finds regulus, who hates every single thing abt his shitty fucking pet store job and ONLY stays bc having a shitty job getting to pet cats on a leash is better than having a shitty job and not being able to. anyways james sees a twink and loses a few brain cells so he just pretends he has NEVER had a pet before and asks for regulus’ advice to talk to him. in his nervousness james is like “so dogs can’t eat chocolate right hahaha that’s crazy i’d go crazy” and regulus is like “i don’t get paid enough for this”
