The demon is holding up real Ciel's body, and though the demon's body is mostly amorphous, the head looks a lot like the image in the mirror on the cover of ch88. Maybe also not quite fully formed.

Which I never could quite understand what the dots were. But if Sebasian’s eyes are like like we’ve seen in Chapter 136 then… Maybe this is close to what his true form looks like. He’s been associated with a crow/raven for ages now; so a beak maybe? With teeth? Then multiple eyes and horns and claws and feathers? and the shadowy blood gloop mist stuff too! Maybe idk. Discuss?

i actually don't know what to do w myself, the best arc in the manga (imo) couldn't have been turned into this, so many favorite panels were cut out, and the panels that were included weren't even as heart wrenching as the manga
