Pairing: Napoleon Solo x Allison Rogers (OFC)
WC 1611
Warnings: None

The night air was cool but clear as Napoleon walked down the street towards the cocktail bar, pushing the door open and stepping inside. The air was hazy with cigarette smoke, music drifting through the room and he moved around the patrons as he scanned the room, looking for his contact. She was sitting in the corner, her back to the wall and facing the room so she had a line of sight on all the exits and entrances.
“Allison Rogers?” He asked, going to her table and she gave him a small smile as she stood.
“You must be Napoleon.” She said, extending her hand and he glanced at it a moment before sliding his hand in hers, shaking it briefly. She wore a rather bespoke black dress of the current fashion with a string of white pearls around her neck. “Please, have a seat, and feel free to order yourself a drink.” He went around the table, pulling her chair out for her as she went to sit down again and she gave him a look of thanks as she sat down. A waitress came over and he ordered himself a whiskey and she got herself a vodka martini. “Shall we get down to business, or would you like to talk a bit?”
“How long have you been with the agency?”
“Depends on when you ask.” She said and he gave her a questioning look, but she shook her head. “I was already briefed on the circumstances of your…recruitment, so we needn’t go into that if you don’t want to.”
“I wasn’t given much about you, I’m afraid.” He said and she shrugged. “Not really much of a file, if I’m being honest, just that you’re an agent of some renown, but other than that…not much. No mission reports from what I’ve found.”
“You know how much red tape there is in what we do.” Allison said, “A lot of redactions and unrecorded meetings.”
“You didn’t exist prior to two weeks ago.” He said bluntly and she blinked at him. “Not that I found, anyway.”
“Dig a little further and you’re bound to find something.” She said and thanked the waitress with a smile as she bought them their drinks.
"Why join the agency?" He asked and she gave him a questioning look. "Girl as pretty as you could do anything." She gave a small laugh at the compliment, looking down at the table and he caught the slight blush that colored her pale cheeks.
"Would you like the truth? Or a pretty lie?"
"The truth would be refreshing."
"I have skills that made me desirable for this line of work, but in the end, I didn't have much of a choice."
"Skills?" He asked with a raised brow.
"Can't say, I'm afraid, but my circumstance isn't too far off from yours." Allison said and he nodded. “Anyway, down to business. I’ve already been briefed on your upcoming assignment in Czechoslovakia, so we don’t have to go over that again. In short, I’m just here to provide support, nothing more, nothing less. Once yours is finished, we can start on mine.”
“I’m providing support for yours?” He asked and she nodded, “I wasn’t told that.”
“Of course, you weren’t.” She said with a sigh, taking a sip of her drink. “Once yours is done and wrapped, then we can focus on mine. It’s contingent on yours being completed and I have strict instructions that yours has to be done before mine is focused on.”
“What is yours?” He asked.
“Can’t tell you that, sorry.” She said with an apologetic look and he leveled a look at her. “I’m not purposely being obtuse, I promise you. There are certain things I can’t talk about before their appointed time, and that’s the long and short of it. My hands are tied on this one, but I assure you, Napoleon, it will not interfere with your assignment.”
“I don’t usually work with a partner.”
“Oh, I have no doubt you could complete this without me. In fact, I’m one hundred percent certain of it, but having me there will expedite things a bit, and open certain doors for you that would have otherwise been closed.”
“Can you handle yourself?”
“Would I be in this job if I couldn’t?”
“Fair point.” Napoleon conceded. “Do you have a cover for it?”
“We do, in fact. Congratulations on your nuptials, by the way.” She said and he gave her a questioning look. Reaching down, she pulled a folder from a bag at her feet and slid it across the table to him. Taking it, he opened it and his eyes immediately went to a photo in the corner of the file. It was of himself and her, dressed in wedding finery, though he had no recollection of it ever being taken for an alias, as he hadn’t met her before tonight.
“How--” He asked, looking up at her from it and she gave him a small smile.
“Trade secret.” She said, “To be revealed in time.” In the file was a marriage certificate, notarized and dated three months prior, as well as several other photos of them at what looked like a wedding reception. Try as he might, he couldn’t find any sign of tampering on the photos and they looked scarily legitimate, down to the soft look he was giving her and the way he held her hand.
“You make a beautiful bride.” He said and her smile widened slightly as she looked down at her drink.
“And you a very handsome groom.” She said, “Your cover hasn’t changed, just altered slightly. You still work for a weapons manufacturer that is double-dealing across the Iron Curtain, taking you to Soviet-controlled territory on a weapons deal. Only now, in order to draw suspicion away from yourself, you’re taking your new bride with you whose parents were raised in Czechoslovakia but fled some years prior during the second world war, moving to the US.”
“Is she aware of what I do?”
“Oh yes, as it supports her lifestyle. She’s a bit of a material girl, but she’s not…obnoxious about it.”
“Married me for my money, is that it?” He asked, amused.
“She married you for love, don’t worry.” Allison said with a wink and he found himself smiling. “The money is just a pleasant benefit and you dote on her. Before I forget…” She reached under the table and into the bag again, pulling out a small box and sliding it across to him. Picking it up, he opened it and saw the plain gold wedding band inside. Taking it out, he slipped it on his ring finger and found it a perfect fit, looking up at her as she slid two rings onto her own finger, a wedding band, then an engagement ring. Taking her hand, he looked at the diamond ring and nestled wedding band on her finger. The diamond itself was radiant, reflecting the light perfectly in a Princess cut, framed by two other diamonds of a rounder cut. It suited her long, slender fingers and was exactly what he would have picked.
“I have impeccable taste.” He noted and she pulled her hand from his gently.
“That you do.” She said and their eyes met. Something indiscernible entered hers for just a moment before she looked away. “It’s getting late and we have an early flight.”
“Not that late.” He said, “Tell me about yourself, small details, it’ll help with the cover.” There was a pregnant pause.
“My favorite color is purple, my favorite season is autumn, and my favorite flower is the Calla lily. I have a small scar on my right thigh from an accident when I was a child and I’m passionate about history and architecture.” Allison said, “We went to Venice and Rome for our honeymoon and you brought me to the Coliseum, as well as the various temples scattered about the landscape.”
“How and where did I propose?” He asked, looking through the file, but not seeing anything mentioning it.
“Versailles, France. In the Palace gardens.” She said, looking down at her drink with a small, wistful smile on her face as if she were remembering it. “You--” She stopped, the smile falling from her face.
“I, what?” Napoleon asked, but she shook her head.
“Nothing, it’s not important to the assignment.”
“Allison, if it’ll help sell the cover, I need to know.”
“It won’t, it’s background fluff that’ll never be mentioned or talked about.”
“Fluff?” He asked, not familiar with the term.
“Nonsensical filler of a romantic nature.” She explained briefly, “My imagination likes to run away with ideas. Just act as you would normally, given the situation, and you’ll be fine. Basically, just be your normal handsome charming self and you’ll do great.”
“This isn’t my first fake marriage.” He said, amused, and she gave an indelicate snort.
“I’m aware.” Another questioning look, but she brushed the statement away with a gesture.
“Why am I getting the feeling that you know more than I do?”
“Because I do know more than you do.” She said simply, “But all shall be revealed at its proper time, I assure you. No sooner, no later.” He didn’t like it, but he got the feeling that he wouldn’t get anywhere if he prodded. They talked until the bar closed and he walked her to her hotel, his arm looped with hers. Taking her hand in his own, he pressed a kiss to the back, looking into her eyes and she gave him another small smile, blushing attractively again. “Have a nice night, Mr. Solo.”
“You as well, Ms. Rogers.”

OKAY okay so. Uhhh. Basic lore.
Countries are humans 👍👍 aaand my ch for some reason have magic. I think this is the effect of a very specific animation meme I watched when I was 11.
Anyway they're basically powered by that magic. Runs through their veins instead of blood. I made like a small picture demonstrating wait
Yea. It's shitty but I don't wanna use words to explain sooo. Also teleportation is very specific to likee unions (???? Idk like USSR Czechoslovakia SFRY, SHS etc.) The colour of the magic depends on the country's ideology (or in some cases their PREVIOUS ideology I am not consistent at all)
They're tall as fuck. Tall as fuck. For no reason. My USSR is 10'11. Russia, China, Canada, America (10’6”, 10’4”, 10’5”, 10’3”). Shits crazy.
I am extremely autistic about the balkaners and mostly focus on them (did you notice), but I do have a chunk of countries not related to them decently developed (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Zambia, China, most European countries, Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey...). I also focus on historical countries (RE, AH, RoE, Byzantium, OE, SHS, SFRY, USSR, Czeslo, Serbian Empire, Travunia, Pagania, Zachumlia, White Serbia, White Croatia, Prussia....)
Uhh uhhh I'm one of the cringe mfs that also ship them and I've got a feww? Relationships down there's not an awful lot. Croatia is with Germany, France is with Britain (hetalia influence), Serbia is with Greece and Romania (polycule.) + situationship w China, SFR Yugo is with Czeslo...I think that's all actually
I really enjoy antagonising big countries. Russia and America are different flavours of asshole. Canada pretends to not be an asshole but is an asshole. China outright ignores people he deems unworthy of talking to him.
There's a dead country realm that I think is super cool and based. When they die they spawn in the city center (which is the entirety of the realm, basically) and however they died affects how they look in the afterlife. Eg. Travunia:
The most noticeable thing is the stitched up wound on his head lol he died by an axe blow to the head. But also peep the earrings. Peep the stitch on the hat. Peep the pattern on his neck piece. It basically affects every part of them. Like he's horrified of axes, SE cannot stand being near bodies of water and his skin colour is fucked up since he drowned, Soviet has a lot of burns, claw marks around his neck, his ribs are exposed due to his skin being fucked up. But he also has cracks all over his skin. He died in an assassination, he was killed by poison gas. But also the natural process of death (dusting) already started for him, which is why there's also cracks.
Feel free to ask anything that interests you!!!!!!!! I should shut the fuck up

"That's Czech not Polish" anon. The story goes that my grandfather went on his mission to Czechoslovakia (yup), and all he learned how to say was the equivalent of "good appetite".
Update (yeah, it took me this long to think of doing this): I had my mom try saying it into a translate app (it caught "to brouku na něj"), and it came up as "that bug on him". And now I'm like -- did someone prank him? Is she saying it right? 😂
No i don't think he was pranked. The to brouku part sounds like Dobrou which means good. I looked it up and the Czech equivalent of Bon Appetit is Dobrou chuť (in Polish we say Smacznego) na něj in polish is na nim which means on him I don't understand this part.
It's funny that English doesn't have its own version of Bon appetit
But i looked and it might be Dobré Chutnání which is similar to Dobrou chuť in meaning
Note that the ch sound makes a hard h sound or kh
So final verdict your grandfather was not pranked!
But i looked for the slovak equivalent and it's Dobré chutenie which sounds like na něj

THE RIGHT TO BE A CZECH CITIZEN
The lost ties of a citizen inheritance
Article by: Juan Carlos Matyáš Saab
Total Words: 1954
Reading time: About 10 minutes
Synopsys
How to get the proof of Slovak non-citizenship without losing your mind. The journey of a Czech citizenship application that is taken more than a decade.
Masreactions: https://masreactions.wixsite.com/multiservicios/en/post/the-right-to-be-a-czech-citizen Blogger: https://socialprofitability.blogspot.com/2024/10/the-right-to-be-czech-citizen-lost-ties.html
Something that I will never understand about the current migration policies of the Czech Republic is the way in which, through the accommodation of dates, they choose who, how and when can be a citizen of the country, despite the fact that many of us have the legal descendants of relatives born within the territory, and that, by location on the map and the proof of their documents, it should be absolutely obvious and sufficient.
The reality is that for us who live abroad are practically excluded from all the benefits that, I would think, we are entitled to by right.
When Czechoslovakia was dissolved, instead of opening the doors of Czechia to its citizens and making things easier to bring back its people and their families, incredibly the opposite happened. The borders have closed and politics, bureaucracy, seem to be the ones who hold the reins, making more difficult to claim the rights that should already be granted.
This is my story. The story of many people trying to get what they rightfully deserve. The story that tells of the difficulty of being legal despite the energy, talent, knowledge and passion that identifies our family heritage.
The fact
While living abroad, my father, who is a Czech citizen (along with my deceased grandfather), notified me that it was possible to claim citizenship by inheritance and descent directly at their embassies. This excellent news would allow me to be legally part of my family, and of course, invest my professional and personal experience in my grandfather's land, which would become mine very soon. I began to collect every penny to start my process and be able to arrive at my new home with the financial cushion that would give me the opportunity to start my own business, and at the same time, work legally while learning the language.
The reality
And well, I finally went to the embassy. I submitted my father and grandfather's papers thinking that this would be enough. Big mistake: All the members of my family qualified, except me. The explanation received at the time was:
You do not qualify for Czech citizenship, according to the dates stipulated within the "Law No. 186/2013 concerning citizenship of the Czech Republic".
Wow! This for me really was a bucket of cold water...
According to this law, at the time of my birth, Czechoslovakia had already been divided. Therefore, if my grandfather was not within the territory, they could not determine which side he belonged to; Whether next to the Czech Republic or next to Slovakia.
Please note that, in my grandfather's birth register, his parents were Czech, they had lived within Czech territory, my existing relatives are located within Czech territory, my grandfather's passport is Czech; That is, everywhere you can determine that my descendants are definitely Czech.
In summary and to clarify, all the documents and evidence provided were not sufficient for the country's authorities...
My entire family received their citizenship and passport, except for me. With great pain in my heart and despite the efforts of having traveled to another city, starting a procedure, having paid and waited for it, I had to realize that it would not happen, and that I would have to leave things like this, move away and continue life with this disappointment.
Resuming
After a few years I returned to my native country, and my father again convinced me to apply again through the Czech embassy located in the city, as he had been told that the laws had changed and that it was now possible for me to obtain Czech citizenship. So, we finally did it.
We went there, spoke directly to the consul and at some point, his answer was clear and forceful:
“Yes, sir. You have the right to Czech citizenship, but in order to start the process you will need to prove that you are not a Slovak citizen.
What? That was my logical response to hearing such nonsense.
The instructions
Then, the consul went on to give me the instructions of the procedure:
You will need to contact the embassy of the Slovak Republic in Brazil and process through them a form of "proof of Slovak non-citizenship". Once you have this document in your possession, you can go back to this embassy and we will gladly start the process of applying for your Czech citizenship.
Wow! Incredibly, I would now need to prove that I have no connection with the Slovak Republic; But anyways, trying to be calm and focused, if that was the requirement of the embassy, we would comply with it to have the necessary legality.
Memories
I will mention that this situation was in 2018 and that a few days later I tried to contact the embassy of the Slovak Republic in Brazil by emails, since no embassy was open in my country at that date and the only one designated for the entire region was located in that country. So, I sent several messages to different emails that appeared in "Google" since I didn't know exactly which one to target and no one was provided at the moment of my appointment.
These emails were not answered, and I decided to directly contact the consul of the embassy of the Czech Republic in my country again and explain the situation. He, the consul, very kindly replied saying that he could not do anything and finally gave me an email to write to, as some people was successful in contacting the Czech embassy in Brazil in the past. So, I started sending the same emails to this new email address.
They finally answered one of my emails. Just one, telling me that I had to make an appointment and pay for the procedure in the local currency of the country.
Another information was that I had to do the procedure in person and it would take about 1 year, and that when I arrived, I would have to return to claim it in person, since they did not send anything by email or by any international transport company, due to the sensitivity of the document.
Ok. Understood. I took notice and responded to this email requesting information about the date available for the appointment schedule, the amount to pay to take the money in local currency and of course asking what documents would be needed for this procedure.
Disappointments
Do you know how many emails I received again in response from them? Zero. I never received even the notification that they had been reeded. Frustrating, right?
After several months of not receiving any response, I decided to leave things like that, since I did not know how to obtain that document. I wasn't going to buy flight tickets without having anything prepared, travel to another country without having an answer, an appointment, a price or a specific date.
Time passed, the pandemic came and went, and with the resilience of the case, we reinvented ourselves and started again. We continue our life, our work, our education and we adapt more in each of the steps.
Resuming
At that same time and after 5 years of doing nothing about that respect, I began to wonder why it was so difficult to get this Czech citizenship, being clear that my father, my grandfather, my sister and even my niece were already citizens and had their passport...
So, in September of 2023, I wrote again to the Slovak embassy in Brazil hoping that now they would respond to me; And I tell you that, until today, October 2024, I have not had any answer. More than a year waiting for a miserable message...
I needed to find another way to solve this teaser; So, at the beginning of the year I started looking on the internet for more information about where else I could get that Slovak non-citizenship proof" or another legal way of I could apply for Czech citizenship, but nothing.
Nowhere was any mention of the need for the "Slovak non-citizenship proof" or where I could write or submit questions.
The situation was totally incredible to me and although I respected it with suspicion, I could not realize in my head the little common sense this policy had.
I exchanged messages with the consul of the Czech embassy of my country during that time, telling him about all I had done, especially about the issue with the embassy of Slovakia in Brazil, but always obtained the same answer: I needed to go to Brazil, no matter if they answer or not.
And, like this, I found a second option: I decided to start contacting immigration lawyers directly in the Czech Republic. I had analyzed in my head that, if I had to spend a fortune going to Brazil to apply for the proof document in person, wait 1 year to get a response back, bring it to my country, submit the application and wait another year for the decision, I could do the same in the Czech Republic.
I figured out that through lawyers from the same country the application would cost me the same and also the trip, but at least I would be sure that my case would be done within the Czech territory; and if I needed anything else, Slovakia would be just around the corner.
The research
I prepared a generic message, which included the description of my situation, the legal information of my father and grandfather with attachments and images, the family tree, and of course mentioning the need for the document "proof of Slovak non-citizenship" in order to start the process.
Many of them (the lawyers) started to contact me a few days later, and others, the following week. The most incredible thing is that everyone told me that it was the first time they had heard about this “proof of Slovak non-citizenship”, which made my situation even stranger. At this point I understood that perhaps there would be a different approach to this situation, more objective and realistic.
After some time an answer arrived from one of the contacted lawyers: They explained to me that in the event that the document was needed, we could fill out another sworn form saying that I was not a Slovak citizen, and that, for the rest of the procedure, they would only need a power of attorney from me, so that they could act on my behalf; and the only thing they could not do for me was to get my passport, because the Czech government would require my fingerprints for the biometric part.
In addition, they explained that the process would be faster, since there would be no need to wait for the normal times of the embassy, and so the said procedures would be carried out directly in the country, eliminating the times of coming and going of the documents.
The current point
On a personal level, since 2012 I have found myself trapped in this situation and this new approach, probably can be a final solution. I hope that time, the lawyer's knowledge and the consistency of immigration policies will help me finally obtain the long-awaited Czech citizenship.
I know there are many people in the same situation and that perhaps don´t have the time or the financial capacity to continue trying. I will continue doing so until I finally achieve the goal that my grandfather and my father have given me by right.

Oh what about Czechoslovakia x Yugoslavia
Very interesting!
Now correct me if I’m wrong any of this but I’m pretty sure the two are pretty good allies with each other. So it could work.
Now these countries were occupied by the USSR and I say that any country that had Soviet occupation were sibling-like and or acted like siblings. However if you take that out of the picture then it could work.
Thank you for the question and please, send me more!

I continue my message. I love Swans and fairy tales about swans. So I love tales as Six Swans, Seven Ravens, Wild Swans? do you love them? I know Czech movie Seven Ravens from Raza, it's very good. You know it? I think it's a popular tale so probably there are also others adaptation. Do you know more? I know all days I ask you something and I hope I don't bother you. I really appreciate too much this website and your knowledge about old stories and European cinema and it's good to discuss with u
Oh, anon, I LOVE the Wild Swans/Six Swans/Seven Ravens type of tale! It has a strong, active heroine, positive relationship between siblings and an engaging romantic subplot (when done right)! (btw: if you enjoy reading fairytale retellings, you might want to check out Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier; it's not an easy read /tw: sexual violence/, but overall very emotionally satisfying)
As for the film adaptations!
THE WILD SWANS (H. Ch. Andersen)/THE SIX SWANS (Brothers Grimm)
To start with H. Ch. Andersen's Wild Swans: there is a made-for-TV Czech adaptation of the same name – The Wild Swans ("Divoké labutě", Czechoslovakia, 1988). It's a part of Fairytale Tree ("Strom pohádek") series, so parts of it are retold by a narrator and parts are acted out. You can watch it on YouTube here. But honestly: it's not very good, you can safely skip this adaptation altogether. And it's so low budget that they never even show the princes as swans, LOL.
Not-Czech alternatives: Märchenperlen series has a pretty great adaptation of Brothers Grimm's Six Swans from 2012 that is very much worth watching if you haven’t already! It's available for streaming on ZDF website and you can watch it with ENG subtitles, I described how to do so here. Although, the automatic subtitles might be a little funny sometimes :).
(I also still remember the Russian animated adaptation from the 60's based on Andersen’s version, I've seen it as a kid on TV and it left a deep impression in me, but I guess you know it already :)).
THE SEVEN RAVENS (Božena Němcová)
Note: Brothers Grimm have a fairytale of the same name but it’s very different from the Czech version collected by Němcová.
There are 3 Czech live-action adaptations of The Seven Ravens:
1) The Seven Ravens (”Sedmero krkavců”, 1967)
You can watch it on YouTube here.
Directed by Ludvík Ráža, this is a made-for-TV film from 60′s, when Czech fairytale TV films were just starting and directors were trying out different ways to make the TV fairytales engaging and atmospheric even with a limited budget. This adaptation definitely does not lack dire atmosphere, but it’s also extremely theatrical/over dramatic, it looks more like a filmed stage play than a fairytale for children. It’s interesting for archival reasons and for its stellar cast, but probably not attractive for foreign fans.
2) The Seven Ravens (”Sedmero krkavců”, 1993)
You can watch it on YouTube here. (The YouTube upload is very low quality, if anyone really wants to watch this movie – without subtitles! – I can send you a download link via private message)
Directed again by Ludvík Ráža, who probably wanted to make a larger budget version of his take from 1967, The Seven Ravens from 1993 is legendary for its dramatic script and creepy villains – seriously, the heroine Bohdanka and her Prince play a second fiddle to the villainous duo of the Prince’s evil sister and her henchman called Hound. Btw - the evil sister is played by Ivana Chýlková who later starred as a titular evil character in The Queen of the Lake I talked about in the previous ask. This film version of the Seven Ravens is not my cup of tea, but it definitely scores points for creepiness!
3) The Seven Ravens (”Sedmero krkavců”, 2015)
Available on Magdalena’s google drive with ENG subtitles here. (please support this amazing blogger, she makes many Czech and Slovak films and fairytales available for foreign fans!)
I still remember that when this film was announced and even when the shooting was taking place, the Czech public in general was rather sceptical about it. After all, director Alice Nellis has never made a fairytale film before. Also, the casting was kind of controversial: Martha Issová, who was 33 yrs old at that time, was considered too old and too “plain” to play a fairytale heroine. Lukáš Příkazký as the Prince was also a surprising choice, as he was also deemed too old and not “manly” enough to star in a fairytale. And while the cast consisted of established actors, there were no big names, no huge stars that would draw the crowds into movie theaters. Many people also expressed the sentiment that it’s “unnecessary” to shoot The Seven Ravens again, when the 1993 version aged so well....
I am saying this to give you some idea how the film was initially not in a favorable position to become a hit and then...it was released to generally positive reviews and became one the best rated Czech fairytale films of the past 20 years. (it has 75% on Czech movie database - that’s a big success for a fairytale film)
Personally, I consider it one of the best Czech fairytale movies of all time and very much worth the watch. Also, I am a fan of Martha Issová and I think she did AMAZING in the main role (she expresses herself non-verbally for like 90% of the film and it’s such a joy to watch)

This might have a sort of like, family relations theme to it? And these are just ideas I thought were cool so maybe you'll like them too :0!
• The unions (EU, ASEAN, etc.) are widely considered to be the "parents" of the countries they contain. This isn't entirely true- many of the countries aren't actually related to them, but they eventually (most of the time) become what are essentially "adopted" children of the unions.
• Countries with any sort of empire or "dead" reign- take the Austro-Hungarian split into Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia, for example- many more times than not have those dead eras as legitimate parents. This is just due to the fact it's essentially the same country, but obviously with some sort of difference that made it its own historical period (does this make sense??? I'm not actually sure how to word this :') )
• There's quite a few examples of this, the easiest being Ame (son) > Britain (bio. father). Of course there's also Russia and his siblings > USSR > Russian Empire/R.E.; Germany > TR > Second Reich/S.R. > Holy Roman Empire; Mali/siblings > Mali Empire/M.E. Of course, these aren't all that there is (there's a lot!) but these are solid examples of how a family would typically work.
• (This is just from fandom perspective, I know there's been more than the Philippines' Martial Law.) Martial Law is an older brother figure/father figure to the Philippines. It's unclear what relation they actually have to each other, though.
• Russia and his siblings have moved on almost entirely from the passing of the USSR; this isn't to say they don't think of him anymore, they just don't grieve/mourn him like they used to. (For some reason this isn't wording itself right for me, so hopefully you get what I mean?)
• Much unlike Russia + co., Germany has to deal with constant reminders of his familial relations. He's met with much suspicion from still quite a few peers, and also intrusive questions about his political/social stance purely based by blood. Obviously he isn't a fan of these kinds of antics.
#sorry for this one being short I started it a few days ago and forgot about it :')#countryhumans#tw ???#ask to tag#tonight I am not tagging each character#😔👊 let's get an F#long post

CH. 6 YOUR TURN FIELDWORK
Ethnicity alludes to a common culture. Individuals from an ethnic gathering may share a typical parentage, history, or public or territorial inception. And normally share an allowance of faith-based expectations, qualities, and practices. Their mutual culture may incorporate basic language, music, food, dress, conventions, and religion. Numerous individuals draw a feeling of character from being an individual from their ethnic gathering.
The word ethnos implies pretty much "nation" in Greek. Since the ascent of patriotism beginning around 1800 the possibility of "nation-states" has become regular i.e. there is a group of individuals who all have a place with identity and subsequently ought to be in one state. Sometimes like France and Spain, you have differently related. However, separate phonetic gatherings imparting a country to a specific measure of absorption. On different occasions, you had many separate little expresses that social affair to frame a country. For example, Germany and Italy during the 1800s. In different cases, you have bunches that are essential for a bigger Empire and wish to lose the burden of said domain and set up their own states. For example, the Hellenes during the 1820s, or the Poles in 1918. In different cases, you have "related" countries or identities who would prefer not to share a country. For example, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, or even Iraq. On different occasions you can have a country based on a feeling of citizenship instead of identities, like the United States, Canada, or Australia, they have manufactured their own societies however there is anything but a solitary American "nationality."
Individuals who are members of a similar ethnic gathering can be individuals from various saw races, and individuals of a similar perceived race can have a place with various ethnic gatherings. Kuwaitis are an ethnic gathering that shares the language, music, food, and customs of Kuwaiti legacy. In any case, while numerous Kuwaitis relate to the Arab race, others distinguish as multiracial. Then again, individuals with Swedish, Italian, or Serbian foundations may all distinguish as white, yet their nationalities including language, apparel, conventions, and religion are immeasurably unique.
My family lives in Kuwait. But I came to the united states of America for the sole purpose of the study. I visit my family twice or thrice a year. They themselves and their ancestors did not migrate from any country, they were natives. They have been living in Kuwait for decades. No, they did not embrace American nationalism, they held Kuwait nationality as they were born and raised in Kuwait. No one in my family migrated from other parts of the world, only I came to the United States of America for academic purpose. In numerous societies, a few races or ethnicities make up a larger part or predominant gathering with significantly more force than other social gatherings. Moreover, societies may have one or a few amazing groups or minority groups. Utilized thusly, the term minority does not demonstrate the number of individuals that make up the group. Or maybe, it depends on the minimized status of the group.
