I did look at some of like outfits that would fit Kazakhstan. Again I might redraw sometimes when I get the chance. This was a just small drawing him! And I really love his wings.

UTAH! The 45 state of America!

Utah use to be part of Mexico before been bought by America! Also one of a state that is the youngest state in America, which has a median age of 30.7 years!

Also I seem a lot of other people making Utah having eagle wings or something like from it old flag, which is cool I won't lie! And I haven't seem much fanart of Utah being it new flag!

So I did bit of a mix, Eik ears and antlers, bat/bees wings, and raptor features since a dinosaurs bones were found in Utah which was a different type of raptor! And it name after Utah, being called Utahraptor!

Also I have to it more a different clothes for Utah, with a long coat to hide like dynamite and orals he founds in the caves of his home! And a pickaxe as well since come on, I think it suits him!

Also Utah is like my favourite state I won't lie
