1️⃣ HAMMER CURLS
While standing or kneeling, hold weights in either hand (elbows should be close to your torso with palms of hands facing torso). Upper arms should be stationary as you curl the weight forward, contracting biceps until weights are at shoulder-level. Hold the contraction for a moment while you squeeze those biceps! Focus on moving the forearm only. Lower the weights back down and repeat!
2️⃣ OVERHEAD SQUATS
Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointed slightly outward, arms raised above head. Bend your knees while pushing butt & hips out and down behind you as if sitting in a chair. Keep your weight over the heels! Straighten your legs and squeeze butt to come back up to standing position.
3️⃣ SIDE LEG LIFTS
Stand up on one leg with back straight while keeping the knee of your planted leg slightly bent. Holding your opposite leg off the ground, lift as high as you can (or about 45 degrees)! Lower back to starting position and repeat.

Do you want to be on your way to get a body like Jennifer Lawrence?
This 45 minute cardio and toning workout brings in Jennifer Lawrence’s trainer to break down some of the moves Jennifer does; as well as incorporating pilates-style exercises.
Three different rounds of a range of low-impact cardio moves. First circuit has 4 exercises performed for 1 minute each. Next round of the same circuit, each move is done for 30 seconds.
After the 3 rounds of cardio, the workout is transitioned to the floor to work on the booty and abs.
The last section for the abs is pilates-style moves. Yes, this is killer. My abs felt amazing after doing this. Only about 8 minutes working on the abs, and they felt ripped, lol.
