When life rocks your boat sometimes you just gotta row harder yeah? Special note for those that are new to lifting I don't perform explosive rows like this often and definitely don't recommend doing so to start out. I have specific goals and reasoning for the positioning and the explosiveness is just fun sometimes. Also let's face it with all the support I have been receiving it's hard not to feel like a savage some days and twist the iron throttle a bit.
