To Get taller, I highly recommend Shirlyn Kim’s video! It worked for me, so check it out Here! The video is 11 Minutes long, I recommend because it also fixes your posture for that Tall look.
-Make sure to Get enough sleep. This does mean that,Yes, you can go to sleep late. But As long as you get your daily 8+ Hours of sleep You're good!
-Make sure to eat Properly. Listen,im not going to tell you to stop eating your favorite sweets. We Can try to add more protein and healthy food though! Make sure to eat those veggies on your counter before they go bad☺️

Here are the easy warm-up exercises you could do:
Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
Arm Circles (30 seconds each direction)
Leg Swings (15 reps per leg)
