I contain multitudes, so i made a uquiz for some of my quintessential sonas for fun

i dont really expect people to take it, but man i love an excuse to draw some of my boys i don't give much love to brief descriptions and the result descriptions under the cut

1 [red] E : non-fandom sona I use to vent mostly - "Conceptual Chaos Junkyard" / "CC Junkyard" so he's mostly negative traits of myself turned up to 11. He's the overly emotional and sentimental and over-reactive side of the duo between him and G.

"[[ oh baby girl, I'm so sorry for you, get some help ]] Everything you've ever done blows back up into your face, you don't know what you're doing wrong?! Or well, you've figured out a few things wrong with you, but you can't figure out how to fix those things about yourself…"

2 [red/orange] Knox S. Consumer : kinda a minecraft sona? - "What's Minecraft is Yourcraft" / "Yourcraft" He's in general a minesona, at least when I first made him. In Yourcraft he is the sona/character version of an oc that's a minecraft youtuber/streamer and who is very distinctly not me, so Knox falls into an odd character category where's he's both my sona and an oc's sona. He's an old grouchy wizard type, but breaks character often to help friends

"[[ you may think im stretching on this one, but i assure there's more obscure ]] You know so much yet so little. The type of guy that can recite so many video game lore details and fun facts across all subjects, but will fail to realize that they really did mean it calling it "cream cheese," it is actually a cheese. You are very smart though, with your intelligence only rivaled by your stubbornness."

3 [red/pink] Dong : pokemon not a big surprise, but he's a pokesona of sorts. He's a Mareep that's specifically paired with my friend's Wooloo "Ding," he's somewhere between a pokemon in the anime and pokemon mystery dungeon in terms of personification, he's very bitey.

[[ haha dong ]] Lil gremlin guy. You're the typa bitch to fucking taunt people bigger than you and when they get pissy you go 'oh im just a lil guy a lil birthday boy.' All talk no bite. well, maybe a lil bite, like consensually or deserved.. BUT the point is you take no responsibly of the misdeeds you may or may not do !

4 [orange] Bibbly : double life / life series Bibbly is the character I made soulmate's with my friend cause we were watching other people make sona's and pairs with their friends too. Bibbly is based off of a drawing I did based on a more literal interpretation of one of my minecraft skins (specifically my 453 skin), "Bibbly" coming from "Biblically accurate." Personality wise he varies a lot cause in conception and most practice he is an utter coward, very reliant on my friend's character, though in other interpretations I make him a lot more jaded and no-bull shit but also those are usually what is supposed to be later in his development and/or away from my friend's character

[[ telephone game of sonas ]] You are a recursion of self analyzation. You try to map out your intricacies only to have your theories on yourself become rules. And once you've realized its a set habit of thinking. You know trouble and you avoid it the best you can.

5 [muddy yellow] Clart : minecraft sona ? - "What's Minecraft is Yourcraft" / "Yourcraft" Similar case as Knox, where Clart is my sona and the sona of one of my oc's who isn't me, but for Clart he and the oc, they align closer with who I am so it's not quite as weird a case. Clart is very easy going and cares a lot, he isn't particularly notably in Yourcraft as he's not really someone who develops more a character that help's the other characters develop

[[ straight up gooping ]] You just want a break, things to be nice and easy and do menial tasks and be with your friends. You give all you can, not because you feel you need to, you just want to and you can. You know pain and cruelty, you choose to be kind.

6 [yellow] [453>- / 453 / The cooler Casey : a general sona He's a more stylized, exaggerated version of myself and usually a lot more malicious for the fun of it. In his "lore" he is a shapeshifting sand.. thing, it depends on the specific backstory I'm going with. He is generally very energetic and bitey and evil for the sake of it cause man villains are fun when they are having fun and he is having a blast

[[ creature !! ]] You are the coolest sexiest mother fucker out here! or you sure pretend to think so. A whole fucking jaw breaker flipping between god-complex and inferiority-complex, who knows what's at it's core (probably inferiority). You love to be an edge case, probably the type of guy to make a fan character concept that's over done but do it with a twist. No fear of ocs coming off like a mary sues just cause YOU know how cool and really clever they are really even if they give a bad first impression.

7 [lime/green] Casey : general sona / how i draw myself This is just me, like, just how I draw myself, it's as general and genuine as I can manage which my not really be all that accurate maybe but oh well

[[ oh fuck u are just like me frfr ! or like at least closest approximation ]] You are only human. You love your friends more than the world and you try to be worth all you're given. You have some self esteem and self image issues, but maybe if you shove your ocs full of enough of your issues you'll solve some.

8 [green?] Caddle : general sona / fursona / the one i use for sexual stuff Caddle is a cow-adject shapeshifter. He is the sona I use the most when it's anything sexual, usually paired with my partner's fursona, but he's supposed to have other buddies too that I never really draw. I've got complicated feeling on sexual stuff and myself in relation to it, so he gets those feelings dumped into his character too. But aside from that he is a fun character especially to draw cause inconsistency is baked in and I love him dearly, he is very lazily chill with a big heart, he's also a rodeo clown even though i dont draw a full on clown get up for him much

[[ honka honka we got certified clown ova here ]] You are silly, a goofball even, one may even argue a jokester. You may present all goofs, gafs and dick jokes, -and by all means you do genuinely loving goofing gaffing and dicking- but you are a person with complicated wants and thoughts and feelings. Wants and thoughts and feelings you hold close to yourself, you do not know how to voice, so more often than not, you don't.

9 [bluish green] Gilon Kurt : lesser sona Gilon is a sona that I made just on a whim off of a twist on my name with "fluffle" being a the name for a group of rabbits, he's "Capn Kerfluffle." And then I made him a rival to my main fursona in their story and he gained a personality outside of me as they so often do

[[ rage rage murder rage !!!! ]] You have worked so hard for what you have and yet it is never enough. There is always something else to achieve more to earn, people clawing for what you have. You can have no peace nor solace, relax? chilling? never heard of her!! There are experiences to be had!! People to meet!! Friends to continuing loving!!! And you'll fight for it all, fight until you die!!

10 [cyan] Yeode : minecraft sona [real] Yeode my beloved, she is my darling rock-based robot made to search villagers that learns to live for herself kinda. A lot of her kindness and softness and story comes from backstory for just me playing minecraft ig who is a lot less kind in practice.

[[ yippee !!! ^.^ ]] You are a people pleaser to your core! You are born and molded by your attachments and use to others. Even in their absence you still live on for them in part.

11 [saturated blue] G : non-fandom sona I use to vent mostly - "Conceptual Chaos Junkyard" / "CC Junkyard" similar situation to E of mostly negative traits, but the other side of it for the most part. she is full of anger and malice at being stuck with little control over her situation and takes it out on E

[[ oh sweetheart, no ]] You think yourself a "bad bitch" a "girl boss" even. Emotions are not your strong suit. You have a hard time managing your own feelings, let alone dealing with other people's. You may not always be right, but you work hard to try to be.

12 [less saturated dark blue] D. Base : minecraft sona, specifically in magic mods / heavily modded minecraft he came about from when i was testing a modded server with my friends there was something that would crash my game if i entered specific chunks, and in those 'dead' chunks was my silk worms so i made dBase as a character for the friend server and he is supposed to be that glitched silkworm i got in testing, uuh end then that server slowly broke too, so i like to think it was somehow also his fault; while i did get to play on the server i got really into a few magic mods, mainly mana and artifice so he is not only gitchy but a magic man

[[ grub ]] You think of yourself highly, not perfect, but damn good. You've worked your ass off for the skills you've obtained and are happy to show off when they are even slightly relevant. Your "fuck it we ball" attitude somehow works out for you most of the time, though some collateral damage to others.

13 [light blue] Clerk James : fursona / used to be mascot character to note if you see other art of him there is a stark difference between the silly goofy Clerk that's my sona and the asshole angsty backstory version of him before he got so very concussed; current Clerk is very sweet and very dumb, he's the "capn" of a pirate themed ferry though also goes on some genuine treasure seeking adventures pg pirate style

[[ consider it the post-drownings one, don't worry ]] A mix of poor memory, self-doubt, and self-hatred that results in a potent blend of guilt for things you aren't really sure you deserve to hate yourself over, being it maybe not or fault or maybe never really happened. Aside from that you're upbeat and a bit stupid in a silly lil guy way. You're just a lil guy!

14 [purple] Cassio Inerta : homestuck / trollsona - "retroll" he is baby, very sweet and well meaning but oh so very problem avoidant and low empathy mostly from being sheltered; in retroll he is canonically in-universe a self insert of myself watching the plot go down and has a made up boyfriend given to him who loves Cassio by virtue that is what the boyfriend was made for, but kinda just puts up with Cassio, a projection of how i felt and feared in some previous relationships

[[ explicitly cannon self insert huh ]] You are a suckerrr for romance. You want and want and want so badly and you feel and in every instance you are given a taste it feels unreal. it feels unearned. It feels disingenuous. But you need it so bad. You don't know shit about anything, so terrified to fail you're terrified to try. But little by little you keep trying.

15 [magenta] Carcumber : a sona based off of my friend's previously-main sona's species so my friend's main sona and mascot character was a "lavamander" though the species had other character with other elements such as ice and sound waves and species had name trope of two favorite foods combined; Carcumber's name was Carrot + Cucumber but my friend changed main sonas and has since renamed most to just a single food name hence the opening statement for the quiz, i dont remember if he had an element associated, if he did i think it was "cart" or "car" or "money" or something stupid like that, and his is a used car salesman, similar energy and pathetic-ness of spamton

[[ oh man do i gotta change his name now that's that not the naming scheme? ]] You are passionate about everything you do! Cause if you aren't you don't do them! You exaggerate yourself to the point the mask becometh you.

Sul Sul! I am currently re-building the Bedrock Strait in Oasis Springs to look like my little neighborhood. CC Free so the builds can used by anyone and built off of SrslySims' Blank Save File using T.O.O.L by TwistedMexi, a huge thank you and love their way. I finalized my apartments after asking the landlord what color the roof was, and i am about done with the Gem and Mineral Society next door. i am the reason they have those black blinds up on their fence with the way i must have looked trying to get photos of their building for references but anyway- I am trying to figure out what buildings i want the last three lots across the road to be, they can be a few different things. it is a coin toss for a gas station, grocery market, residential home, park, or a very cool metalwork/junkyard garage.

Do you know the origin of the name Champignac ?

We'll ... Champignac is a village from Spirou & Fantasio which is one of the most popular classic Franco-Belgian comics. The series, which has been running since 1938, shares many characteristics with other European humorous adventure comics like The Adventures of Tintin and Asterix. It has been written and drawn by a succession of artists ... Spirou and Fantasio are the series' main characters, two adventurous journalists who run into fantastic adventures, aided by Spirou's pet squirrel Spip, the Marsipulami, and their inventor friend the Count of Champignac ... :D

Louisiana by MURPHTHESURF

"But Pudding," you say, "why do I need another swamp world when I have Twinbrook?" To which I say, "Because this one is better."

It's an unpopulated 1024x1024 world, with about 60 total lots, fairly evenly split between residential and community lots. It has a lot of spawners, particularly rock/gem ones, but it has all of them except the Island Paradise and Into the Future ones. Despite the name of the world, I don't think it particularly looks like Louisiana, other than it has lots of water/wetlands. There are lots of fog emitters. You can almost smell the methane.

The lots are either EA lots (possibly edited; I'm not familiar enough with them to judge) or ones that the creator downloaded from other creators and then placed in the world. In particular, many of the lots were created by ruthless_kk, who creates very nice, very detailed, cc-free lots. The creator has meshed the lots together pretty well, so that the world feels cohesive even though the lots came from many different sources. And the scenery that the creator built is lovely.

The world has no CC. As far as I can tell, the Store content that it has is mostly in the lots created by ruthless_kk, and it's all just decorative stuff, so if you don't have it, it's probably not a big deal. Beyond that, I'm pretty sure it requires all EPs except Into the Future. It also needs the Town Life stuff pack because it uses the gym lot from that pack, so if you don't have that pack, that lot will have the wrong windows, and the equipment will be replaced with base game stuff, etc. If you don't have that pack and don't want to fix the lot, you could just plunk down a different gym instead.

There's more pics and info behind the cut, but first: As usual, the title of this post is a link to the world's incredibly useless Exchange page. If you'd rather not deal with the Exchange/the launcher/sims3packs, I have upload a .world file here. If you download the .world file it goes in your game install files under GameData - Shared - NonPackaged - Worlds.

First up, some Edit Town/map view pics of the world. Each set shows roughly half of the world.

Basically, one half is the more "urban" part and the other half is more rural. So, you can have your sim live in one of the Late Night apartments in the city part. Or they can live in a nice little farm like this one...

...which is set up as a winery. Or they can live in lovely Victorian/Second Empire house like the one in the pic above the cut, of which there are several in the world. Or they can live in...

...a swamp shack, complete with its own dumpster and a bayou "beach" in the back. Or they can live in...

...an ultra-modern place? Yeah, there are two such lots and while they are very nice lots, I don't think they fit in all that well. If I was playing the world I'd replace them. But, if you like ultra-modern houses, there you are.

The world doesn't have an abundance of houses, but the houses that it has are all fully furnished and ready to go, and there are definitely enough of them to get you started. There are a number of empty lots, particularly in two areas of the world that are somewhat unfinished. There are also areas where it would be easy to add new lots. All of which you might want to do because the world has only two lots that are starter-priced, and the swamp shack above is not one of them. The lot on the right side of this pic is one of them:

So, if you aren't as liberal with the free real estate cheat as I am, you might need more starter lots. But if you are liberal with free real estate, here are a few more of your options:

This is a dive bar with a junkyard theme, complete with junk piles in back. (There is an actual junkyard, too.) It has a professional bar, seating, and shuffleboard. Other entertainment in the world includes a a disco, a fusion lounge, and a dance club. It does have the "event center" from Showtime but no other Showtime venues, so those would need to be added if you want to play the Showtime careers.

This is a nectary, though it's designated as a small park. It has all the grape plants, a little place for weddings, nectar sales, a nectar-making machine, and a "restaurant" with a food register and a buffet table. I'm pretty sure this lot is placed backwards, though, because the back of it faces the road. I don't know if this was done deliberately, but I think it would look better flipped around.

This is a little comic shop, in a more unfinished section of the city part of the world. It has the science objects from University Life on the top floor.

Other community lots in the world are:

A fire station

A gym

A consignment shop

A small resort

A salon

Several parks/fishing spots, including the butterfly dome from Bridgeport

So, there are some common lot types missing -- a beach, a library, a public pool, etc. -- but since there are a good number of empty lots in the world, these could be added, whether you build them yourself or plop down EA or downloaded ones.

Overall, this is a nice world. Parts of it are unfinished with some empty lots placed but not much else. There are some lots that have community designations but are empty. (For instance, there's a lot designated as a public pool, but it's empty.) But the scenery is quite beautiful, and if you need a smallish, ready-to-play world, this might be one for you, especially if you happen to like Victorian-style houses.

We'll finish off with some more scenery pics, because it's a pretty world.

Kinda accidentally ended up with plans of making over all the builds in Sunset Valley, without using custom content (except RH rugs) nor store items. Once done, I’m planning on having a save file with all of them, in the meantime here is the latest one.

CRYSTAL SPRINGS

Remodeling of Crystal Springs, fishing spot turned old stone quarry / gem mine (junkyard) in Sunset Valley.

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Sunset Valley so best placed there (Size: 64x64) -  Lot label = Junkyard with visitors allowed - 2 parts for the pond = a swimming area (swimming pool) and a fishing corner (pond) - added a hot tub as hot spring - items to work with scraps from the yard and metals - plenty of spawners and fog emitters (special effects)

Re-built Willow Creek, Brindleton Bay, Sulani and Mt. Komorebi in my save file!

Mostly used gallery + lots from fantasy save file of Eryn with a Y. There are lots of amazing community lots now, fun things to do, so I‘m excited for my future gameplay.

Last time my simself family went to Mt Komorebi on a vacation, there wasn’t much to do and to see but now it’s better. In downtown, there are „street“ lots with bars, shops and cafes all at once in one lot, and I made a „maid cafe“ using stripclub feature of Wicked Whims (it updated yesterday yaay!). In the mountains, I built a more interesting vacation rental and want to refurnish it a little more using Japanese CC.

Willow Creek in my save file will be like a capital of the magical world, it‘s a big city with so much to offer! Ballet school, ice cream shop, potions shop, 2 normal parks, 1 winter park, library, cafe and a bar. There are also castle-like houses and cute cottage-like houses. I think some students after graduating their magical schools will definitely go live there.

In Brindleton Bay I used a couple of lots from „Arcadia Bay project“ from @dst-sims because I really wanted to give it Life is Strange vibe (very different from magical towns LOL) but I also wanted it to be liveable so I made junkyard into a bar, added a gym, a pool and other stuff, and also one Motel as a „vacation rental“.

They decided to married each other not so long after their first meeting (approximately 10-12 months after).

When they was on a mission (only them and no one else, because their was disconnected with rest of a team), they stumbled into a fight with decepticons.

Bee and Grimlock didn't had enough weapon or people to get out of this battle (Grim also was injured), so they hide and in fear of death and thoughts of never getting out, they tell themselves that they're in love with each other. Obv Grimlock kissed Bee immediately after (it was his first time he felt such a feeling to other person).

And because of that, they didn't even notice that Thunderhoof showed up and kicked living shit out of those decepticons (he truly hated them on Cybertron, and they was in rival mafia, so... XD). Hoofy didn't saw them, so when those idiots pass out he just left, fully satisfied and happy. (that was not only happy night for GrimBee but also Steelhoof XDDDD)

So just imagine in the background (while they was kissing) was a lot of sparkles ;3

Ofc they manage to come back to junkyard safely and they told team about the news! And Sides was like: "Damn... I knew since beginning!💅"

And because they weren't on Cybertron, so they couldn't become conjuex endura in proper way, so they chosen to get marry like humans do!

Ofc they could do much so they married in forest near their base (fortunately it was April, so nice and quite warm spring, it was pretty cute uwu). They both had white suits, but Bee with longer back of his jacket (and because of it, that looks in the back like wedding dress) and Danny officiated at their wedding uwu

Drift was so disappointing of Bee, because it's not like Primus wants them to be together, but that's their choice to go to hell XDDDDD (To nie po bożemu >:CC)

Kick the Bruce sisters out to become homeless townies or try Pixley and Athena together in Scrappy Go Lucky. I recommend Pixley in Hunka Burnin Love and Athena in The Pump House so you can rotate play between the three houses: Athena trying to steal the baby and flood Woeford with zombies, The Diggs brothers unaware and Pixley as the cowardly mime who must become a witch to protect her child.

Whelmed By The Open

It is the last major of the year and I am just whelmed by The Open championship. It hasn’t been an overwhelming experience by any measure but, honestly, neither am I underwhelmed by it. Whelmed is about the extent of it, so far, at any rate. We have a wee chap by the name of Brian Harman, who, apparently, likes to relax by shooting Bambi, with a 5 stroke lead going into Sunday. The great British hopes are being cheered like conquering heroes but cannot make birdies. The Open Golf Championship Fairly Whelming

Golf is being celebrated in the 151st edition of The Open and fans everywhere are making the most of it. The weather has been reasonably kind considering it’s Britain. The Royal Liverpool track is fairly unassuming looking but must be pretty tough because the players are just treading water. Jon Rahm muscled his way to a course record 63 yesterday and it looked like conditions would favour a massacre by the pros. However, this did not happen and crowd favourites like Tommy Fleetwood barely bothered the birdie barometer. Rory started like a house on fire but soon the missed putts mounted up like an impassable mountain range.

Open Season Not Majorly Whelming So Far

The Open attracts the greatest international roster of golfing greats on the planet and, yet they were all driving in neutral and going nowhere on the score board. Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler were making much ado about nothing. Poor old Scottie could not putt his way out of a wet paper bag at the moment. The brooding Heathcliffian Brookes Koepka was in search of a moor somewhere. Jason Day could not break out of the log jam no matter how many times he closed his eyes and visualised something. Viktor Hovland was giving it his all and may perchance go close again. Last year’s runner-up Cameron Young lies in second place once again. Meanwhile, the wispy mullet headed defending champion, Cameron Smith, was going nowhere by burning the edges with his many missed putts.

All in all it was a middling sort of whelming experience watching this Open championship. Perhaps, the final day will deliver us from the torpor of the current zeitgeist. I have always thought that Brian Harman is like a golfing version of the junkyard dog. I suspect he will not let this rich prize get away from him without a fight. Rahmbo will be up for that right royal stoush, I reckon. Not sure if Jason Day has it in him these days. Of the rest, Cam Young will not go quietly into the night. Rory and Tommy have the crowd on their side but will have to do something extraordinary to win. I hope that we will all be overwhelmed by Sunday evening because being just whelmed by The Open is no good for anybody. ©GolfDom Read the full article

Alright, I'm having to reinstall all my CC from scratch (wretched sobbing) but at least I've got Sims 2 running normally again so gonna start a new Apocalypse challenge... this is Allie Carpenter, who I mostly randomized but I did pick some of her clothes. The Simstone set has some very goofy, fun pieces, like the Mammoth shower, but others work pretty well for a post-apocalyptic mess of a lot, imo! Mostly I've tried to scatter a lot of junk and messy-looking items around the lot to make it look a bit like a home carved out of a junkyard.

The only walls on the lot so far are around the bathroom, because even the bucket toilet requires that it be plugged into a wall, along with the sink and pump for sponge baths. I'm allowing a single room to be built with each successive generation, so it'll be kinda fun to see a home rise up out of the junk!
