Thoughts on Akari's EX outfit? I love the colors!

I like it too!! I don’t love it, but I really appreciate that they went with Hisuian Samurott’s colors!

The only thing holding me back from loving it is probably where they put the darker and lighter colors. I’m a fan of character designs where headwear is generally lighter than the jacket/shirt/pants if there is going to be a contrast. And that might be because I like characters with dominantly dark color palettes, and lighter colors are secondary. And that is because it just personally pops in a more appealing way to me than a primarily light color palette with darker colors as the secondary.

That’s just my personal preference when it comes to character designs though! I would swap a few colors around, but my adjustments would make her EX’s values look very similar to her original. That might be why I still prefer the original though haha, it’s primarily dark.

For what it is though, I really like the EX!! It looks really great, just my personal taste in value dominance prefers the original ^^

ignore the fact that I only drew Karl, i didn’t wanna draw two people and Q and Sap already have their own nom story and ignore that I can’t write flirty dialogue so i did icons instead

but YES SAPNAP DOES THIS. at first it’s kind of a joke cause they all know that Sapnap could just ask like a normal person but no, he has pickup lines now. Q and Karl think it’s funny at first cause the pickup lines also started as a joke, but then Sapnap got more serious and flirty and both of them kind of had a “shit this is hotter than it should be” moment.

Karl especially is a lot more receptive to it than he first thought he’d be

Pit pony Ponyta and Rapidash! These Ponyta are sooty to the touch slightly greyer than standard Galarian Ponyta and a bit longer in the limbs, they spend their days living in mines and caves looking for coal and gemstones, their hooves leave dark prints so they're very easy to find and they dirty trainers homes. It is said to touch one of these Ponyta horns is bad luck as the coal with mark your hand and your bad luck will remain until the mark fades. These guys are rambunctious and incredibly playful if having a slightly wicked side known to play a bit too roughly with other pokemon due to their dark type

When these Ponyta evolve the soot dusting and patterns becomes golden with their fur changing to become brighter and cleaner. Their horn and hooves have turned into diamond due to the intense heat and pressures from living within these coal mines taking on fantastical colors, however it is said to take one of these horns will bring a deadly curse upon your home. Despite their shimmering glistening appearance these Rapidash still prefer to live deep inside their caves and still have dark type personalities, within their maws are rather sharp teeth and they can take direct eye contact as a sign of aggression, it's best not to look directly at them and to never run from them, it'll only attract their attention. A beautiful but extremely dangerous creature indeed, they're incredibly hard to befriend and even harder to train.

I found out I had an invert color filter so obviously I played with it and wanted to share these because I thought they were incredibly cool

TRYING out actually using my ink for the black sections like hair in my art like a normal cartoonist for once but i was too lazy to actually bust out ink and a  brush or even just a thick marker so i scribbled it with my fine tip drawing pen instead HDJSKDHKJDS
