Do you have any other hc regarding Spider healing his inner child?

sorry this took me a little while to respond to, I've been making a little list. some of these are more spider healing his neglect wounds, but tomato tamato, cause I don't have enough of either to really make them their own posts.

spider plays little, harmless, seemingly childish (like really childish, little little kid type shit) on people around the rda; they were never really appreciated back at home, either he got in trouble or he was just scoffed at and ignored. at first quaritch was confused, cause the kid was doing stuff like switching the side of the paper he put his pen down on, switching the lights off when he left a room, hiding behind things and waiting for someone to find him. but when spider always expected punishment, when he expected to be pushed away, he let it be, and when he saw it have a positive affect on the kid, he started getting back at him.

cat naps when around Quaritch. spider always had to be on his toes back with the sully's. between neytiri, the kids, and the wildlife (and the fact he would be let attended in it cause no one bothered to really worry) napping was a sort of foreign idea. sure he napped, but it wasn't like with quaritch, cause his dad always watched his back, carried him around, held him as he slept. he could fall asleep in a chair during a boring war meeting and wake up in his cot (with either his dad or some sign of him nearby) or in his dad's lap. when they were out on walks or hikes, he could always asked to be carried without question (maybe some light-hearted teasing, but never any sort of objection).

he could always convince quaritch to take him out on cupcake (ikran) and fly like neteyam and lo'ak used to do with jake.

he used paternal na'vi terms for quaritch (something he never dare do with jake) and quaritch reciprocated. formal terms, became comfortable, possessive terms, and eventually they used petnames for one another.

(this ones implied canon) spider taught quaritch to say "I see you" and while it took the older man some time and outside guidance, he eventually learned what it actually meant. he never overused it, never stripped it of its meaning, but he used it whenever he deemed it appropriate. he liked seeing the kid smile.

they do each other's hair. that was a big thing within the sully home, spending time with one another, talking, and bonding while taking care of each other's hair. it becomes their thing to set aside a night every week or so to wash, brush, and rebraid/style each other's hair (spider is convinced to chop off his locs, the hair that carried each and every memory of his neglect, in place of something else)

spider always expects to be left behind, to finally become a burden. He knows the day will come, so he treats every day like it is the last. when Quaritch picks up on it, he makes sure to always keep spider in the loop on plans, planning ahead, making sure to praise him, and makes his presence known and needed at all times.

he lets spider sleep in his bed, letting him sleep on him, curled into his side, wherever he wants, cause he made a promise to never push the kid away. spider really appreciates the one on one physical time with his dad.

quaritch is very outwardly protective of the kid, making him acutely aware how much he matters, how far he is willing to go to protect him. he makes sure spider knows he will always come for him, he won't leave him behind.

featuring hunk and keith from voltron force :) i love them so much especially hunk, he deserves much more love and recognition 💔

i’d imagine keith would prefer wearing hoodies or sweatpants alot while roaming around the castle, its his way of telling himself that he doesn’t have to worry about people grabbing him anymore while he was on the run and he has a team he can lean back against but i still can see him wearing clothes that stick to him easier like shorts or turtlenecks if they’re ever out on a mission or interacting with alot of allura’s counselors

hunk on the other end i feel like would be a real sweater type of guy, something big that fits his structure without overly revealing too much of himself (not that he’s insecure, he knows his worth but people do be weird sometimes) hunk’s easily one of the tallest people in vf (allura’s close behind) the way i see him so he already sticks out like a sore thumb and he doesn’t want to take away any of his friend’s recognition or audience

i feel like he’d also really be a big science fan hence the planet on his sweater and star earrings (or maybe thats just me liking stars) didn’t draw it on him cause i was lazy but hunk’s easily one of the most scarred up people in the team with him taking most of the hits for his friends or him accidentally hurting himself while experimenting with pidge or coran, i feel like he would also have a lot of unpleasant scars that he covers as to not scare anybody like the cadets or the people of arus, mans has had it ROUGH

and to top off all the angst i’ve written today, here’s some fluffy concepts

hunk can fall asleep ANYWHERE. he feels slightly tired and is in a place where he can sit? man’s out for the night

though he is a semi deep sleeper, he will wake up if needed to comfort somebody or for cuddles :)

keith has caught him asleep on the couch so many times he’s given up tryna make him stop and just instead makes him more comfortable

both hunk and keith are very fond though of sleeping in their lions for comfort and security though

their beds are fine but when you’ve been in war for that long you’d understand
