lesbian trans man: a trans man who is also a lesbian. a trans man may identify as a lesbian for a variety of reasons including:

he experiences attraction to women in a queer way and identifies himself as a transgender man.

perhaps he identified as a lesbian for a long time before coming out as a trans man, and the word lesbian still describes his sexuality and attraction.

perhaps he is a multigender trans man and attracted to women in many ways which he identifies as queer.

perhaps he exists in the gray area between butch and trans man. maybe he is a butch who is transitioning.

in any case, he is a trans man who knows the word lesbian fits his attraction and sexuality best.
