Development Update!

01/15/25

We just developed the capabilities to generate hundreds of item codes custom tailored in seconds. Tested, and it worked! Generating Kickstarter reward codes will now be a breeze.

We have finished nearly all accessories on all starter poses. The only items missing a few pose renders are the Iridescent Trail and the Guard Set, both of which are being actively worked on.

Huge lift on optimizing for mobile. We now have most pages on the website working on mobile. It's not perfect, but it's getting good enough for the start of a closed beta. Slightly shoddy, but functional for mass testing and further improvement.

Pelt submissions are working. We have moderation tools and extensive testing tools for users. Users can now use the dynamic layering system on unclipped pelts by making two layers in a PSD. Users can test pelt previews on any cat they own. We also developed a coverage % system which will help determine the cost of a print.

The pelt shop has been implemented and is undergoing testing, including version 1.0 of a rough tagging system, allowing for extensive custom filtering. The goal is, after beta user testing, to expand this system site wide to forum threads, cat profiles, and eventually the notebook feature.

*As an aside, in the preview this was version 1 of the pelt submission testing. The terms "male" and "female" will be replaced with the venus and mars symbols

We're tentatively looking at dates for closed beta between February and March, and this week will hopefully help us determine a final decision for an official announcement. Thank you for the patience!

I don’t usually do this, but I’m opening some emergency base icon commissions just so I can guarantee to have some money at the end of the month to buy meds and food for my cat.

I crop all my icons to be 100x100 with no fancy PSDs and no icon borders. What you see is what you get. However, I can make my icons rectangular or bigger / smaller by request! The standard prices are as follows:

30 icons: $10 USD

50 icons: $15 USD

100 icons: $25 USD

Please bear in mind that those are just standard prices, but the minimum amount is 30, and that is non-negotiable. However, if you want more than 100 icons, the price will be discussed privately. Adding onto that, payment will be upfront through P.ayPal after we agree on the price.

Story: 

He was horrible at expressing his needs or wants, or anything that might bother someone else.

He wanted to confess his feelings to his long-time crush, but he was sure that she would say no and feel awkward and uncomfortable. Eventually she found a mate in someone else, and together they had kits.

It was the future Shortberry could have had....but it was fine. She was happier with the other tom than she would have been with him, surely.

He had wanted to become a medicine cat as a kit, but his parents were clearly hoping he would be a warrior, and he didn't want to let them down...

It is ironic, then, that he and his victims fell to sickness.

It was only a sniffle, he had told himself. The medicine cat had expressed displeasure at cats who visited for minor reasons, especially with it being leaf-bare and herbs being short on stock...

It was nothing.

He was just being dramatic, he always was.

So he continued to sleep in the warriors' den. He continued to go on patrol and catch food that the others would eat, and to share tongues with his Clanmates who, day-by-day, started to notice how tired he looked.

By the time they realized he was sick, it was too late. It had already spread. Many had gotten sick, and the medicine den was becoming increasingly full. There were so little herbs to help them all...

Lakefeather, the oldest elder, fell first.

Then came Cloudkit, merely two moons old.

Stormpeak came last, the only warrior that succumbed to the illness, other than Shortberry.

When he died, Shortberry was one of the few 'lucky' ones to be put on trial. However, he saw no reason to be accepted into a paradise like StarClan. He was an idiot, too cowardly to share his concerns with an irritable medicine cat, and because of that--because of him--three of his Clanmates died, one of them a kit.

He told the cats who faced him that he did not deserve a place among the Stars, and accepted his place in the Dark Forest.

Hey anon! To be honest a PSD often only works perfectly for one scene so I'd suggest looking at how to colour yourself or edit PSDs so they don't wash out and here some amazing tutorials for that! I'd also suggest looking through my photoshop tutorial tag which includes colouring tutorials and my PSD tag which has PSDs you can edit.

what i like about your blog: honestly, i love the simplicity you have for your entire blog, while still capturing that sort of spooky vibe that matches the majority of your muses. i think it's awesome that you don't need to do anything fancy for your icons, because simple is sometimes better (it's kinda funny every time i say this bc of what my icon psd looks like). and honestly, i can't pass up your url. it's iconic. if any other blogs pop up with "sugars" at the end like yours, i immediately assume it's you, because i think that it's just a part of your brand. for real, rock that brand!

what i like about your character(s): it'd be a bit of a missed opportunity not to mention your own explodey blond boy, deidara. now i have NOT watched much shippuden yet - being away from home has affected that - but the screentime i've seen from him has given me true insight into why you love him as a muse so much. you've talked me through what you've done differently to canon (which is apparently a common occurrence for naruto in general, and i already can see why LOL), showed me his little tics and habits, and i've even had katsuki briefly interact with him as a fellow explodey blond on the other side... i sometimes see posts from you set in the naruto universe with him, and i can't help but marvel at how you've captured his character in a way that does him more justice than kishi did!

and OF COURSE, we HAVE to talk about your ocs. akihiro and katsuki haven't officially interacted on our blogs yet, but we did briefly discuss it in discord, and how aki would just reaffirm katsuki to be as unapologetically himself as humanly possible. which katsuki was going to do anyway, but it helps to have someone in his corner about it LMAO. i love the idea of aki and his band backing up dynamight as a sponsor and supporter, which then leads to collaborative marketing, and from there, katsuki inadvertently becomes a leader in individuality. all through the vkei genre.

then there's the best boy daiki, which we have a whole au where he gets adopted into the bakugou family after he and katsuki got along and katsuki's parents decided to provide some stability... well, as much as you can get in the bakugou household. these two are the best of friends and best of brothers, even when they collide with each other, but that's what makes them so fun to talk about? i just love the entire dynamic we've built for them around that concept. and eventually, daiki is gonna have to drag his adoptive family to meet his extended family in europe, because it's going to be fun watching poor katsuki out of his ELEMENT the entire time.

what i like about you in general: salt, bestie, you are the life of the party. you rock up in my discord like "HEY LOOK" and i sit there bouncing off my walls like a feral cat because you thought about showing me, completely unprompted, and i fucking love it. we just have so many thoughts and so many ideas about katsuki with a bunch of your muses and when the ball's rolling, we're bouncing around like a pinball machine. i know i need to be a lil more consistent with messages but you've been patient with me too and thank you so much for that <3 here's to all the more shenanigans with katsuki and your muses!

For Queen of Sheba: THIS.   Ok no just kidding. What I think would actually fit would be...something like this honestly. Look, it has that lighthearted bounciness with a bit of a silly tone...it’s playful and light, it’s a nice song. it fits fdsfsdfs

Jessica Minami! OCs can have little a tracks too, as a treat. Anyway i’m stuck between THIS and THIS.  Both fit Jessica’s upbeat energies, but in different ways. While the first is lighthearted and bouncy (which fit well), the other is energetic and kinda intense...which also fits!! So let’s just say both? yeah?  

Merlin...well, he gets this. A surprisingly dramatic tune, with a heavy, loaded beat...but somehow, it fits perfectly...despite his lighthearted demeanor...Merlin himself is quite a heavy existence in concept..and his words are almost always loaded in some way, no?  A surprising song for a surprising man. 

and as a bonus, Magi*Mari gets THIS.  Maybe a little cheap of me? yeah. probably. But come on,,, it had to be done. 

My darling UTAU Teto gets THIS song, and while it may be a little cheap of me to use a song she sings...this is like..the definitive Teto Song. I could talk for a good half hour about how perfect of a song this is for her OK ?? ok (hmu if you wanna hear that btw)
