The music started playing loudly and everyone went out onto the dance floor.

After a while, Alexander got tired and sat down to talk to one of his friends.

At that moment, the cow mascot decided to physically attack Jennifer.

Jennifer didn't really need any protection, but Alexander felt compelled to shoo the cow mascot away.

Everyone was grateful, especially Jennifer.

Phineas Orion Blackworth (1881-1965), original family disappointment

Second eldest son to Phineas Nigellus and Ursula (nee Flint), sorted into Hufflepuff House and close friend of Albus Dumbledore through the M.S.S. (later the M.V.F.). Originally quiet enough in his Muggle support, he remained closest to his brother Arcturus (1884-59) especially with their exchange years at Olympos Academy and college in Greece. In London, Phineas joined art museums but could never settle for a family.

Fleeing to aid the Muggles in the Great War at outbreak in 1914 ensured Phineas' disownment, where he fell in love with Muggle nurse Tiffany Meadowes. After the war, they moved to London as the Blackworth family and had two children: Castor (b. 1917) and Helen (b. 1919) though they later "adopted" their nephew Marius (b. 1916) in his adult years.

They had five grandchildren whom they cherished: Lysander (b. 1949), two Partridge girls, Rigel (b. 1951), and Dorcas (b. 1954) who later took the name Meadowes. They passed on the light of their restored name yet they still fought the tempting darkness.

In the Global Wizarding War, Phineas devotedly preserved art from the Germans in the Magical Free French. Though captured, he fought in the Battle of Nurmengard and was rewarded the Order of Merlin, First Class after the war. His legacy carries on in art, advocacy, and family as someone had to survive the terrible war against Valdemar.

A lot has happened in the Huffington household during the previous rotation: Heather and Joshua got married, Heather started experiencing symptoms of pregnancy, and then her sorority sister Brittany Nova moved into Heather's mansion along with her daughter after the sudden death of Brittany's husband, Castor.

And a lot is happening during this part of the week as well! Firstly, they move to a new house because the McMansion has become utterly unaffordable. Simultaneously, Tiffany, the other sorority sister that's been living with Heather, moves out to finally start a family with her now-fiance Justin Cleveland.

Martin's brother invited him out Downtown with his guy friends and the elusive Tiffany Sampson. Joshua has always been the more lucky twin when it came to matters of socialization, but Martin is working up his courage to make his move.

Also, there was a cool elf DJ playing that night.

But heading up to the hot tub, Martin tried to get a seat next to Tiffany, but Kevin had to steal the seat next to him.

Joshua, meanwhile, is striking out in other ways.

But later, Martin does finally get the courage to ask Tiffany out, but she politely declines.

But it's okay, Martin isn't picky. When he gets back to the house, he catches a glimpse of the cool guy that Jane is hanging out with... and is filled with a feeling he's never addressed before. Could it be he doesn't just have the eyes for Sorority girls?

Also a great time to get some alumni together at the bar.

The actual alcohol mod is fun, but unfortunately the action times out by the time they reach the person they're doing impulsive nonsense with. Which happened to be Tiffany trying to kiss Castor again, so I'm almost grateful that it timed out by the time he stopped doing whatever she was interrupting.

Then she missed work because I didn't realize her promotion was going to have her coming back to work that same night. Whatever

Ashley: Here bored and seeing if any of the girls pass by here.

The Patterson Legacy - Veronaville News 1.1

For The Patterson Legacy, I’m using Lazy Duchess’s Story Progression Beta Mod so that the hood grows and changes and ages along with my legacy family.

I’ve decided to post updates from story progression along with the main family updates so we can see what our beloved premades and townies are up to in the background!

Education:

Tybalt Capp, Juliette Capp, and Mercutio Monty enroll in Sim State University. I’m sure there will be trouble between Tybalt and Mercutio...

A couple of days later Romeo Monty joins them. Even more trouble, no doubt.

It’s not long before a couple of Capp cousins go to university. To join Mercutio Monty. Whom they both had their first kiss with. How could this go wrong?

Romance and Relationships:

Uh oh, Mercutio being away at university isn’t stopping him romancing his own Capp sister.. Hermia and Mercutio have their first kiss.

...And Mercutio’s been busy! Romancing two Capp ladies. Hope these cousins never find out!

More first kisses happening at Sim State University! Castor Nova sure has been busy. Hope he’s not developing a lip cramp the way he’s going at it. 

Plus Heather Huffington having her first kiss with Castor but immediately turning around and giving Martin Ruben his first kiss? Drama!

There is a nice, sweet, straightforward romance at Sim State after all. Goof for Ty and Sam.

Joshua Ruben seems to be getting in on the Sorority romance action.

Aww, Puck and Hermia get to have a kiss! I’ve always liked those two together. Drama free...unless Hermia still has a thing for Mercutio?

And Oberon adopts a dog haha.

It’s strange to think of little Bottom Summerdream getting romantic but she and Hal Capp definitely are!

Birthdays:

Monty twins Beatrice and Benedick become teenagers. Watch out Veronaville!

And Hal Capp is also a teenager while his little sister Ariel Capp becomes a child.

Bottom Summerdream becomes a teen.

Desdemona Capp joins the Veronaville teens.

Aaand we have the mass townie birthdays.

Pregnancies and Births:

I was thinking the Summerdream’s had been a bit quiet but now Titania is expecting! 

And Goneril and Albany prepare to welcome their...6th child?!

Graduations and Careers:

Bianca Monty, Goneril Capp and Regan Capp begin new careers. These actually seem very fitting for all of them

Jane Stacks has finished her degree and joins the Education career. I haven’t played her much at all but that does seem to fit her.

Obituaries:

Patrizio Monty went pretty early on, leaving his wife, children and grandchildren.
