"Game start- Won’t you do the same for us?"

Casey x The Horde (Dennis, Patricia, Hedwig)- Alternative scene of Glass

(since I saw Glass again, I want to honor the very moving duo, the very beautiful dynamic between Casey and the Horde in the film. I am sorry for my English, which is still academic but poorly developed.)

The scene takes place during the events of Glass, in a completely parallel reality here, since we will say that Casey lives alone, in a small apartment that her guardians (now adoptive) have rented to her during her studies, close to their home. She receives an unexpected visit.

Casey is working on the table in her tiny living room, sunny with bay windows. She is concentrated, headset on her ears, her hair caressing her face (beautiful, normal it's Anya Taylor-Joy :) ). Suddenly the doorbell rang. Casey almost jumps, thinks she hears someone. A loud, precise knock on the door. She takes off her headset and walks slowly towards the door, and slows down when she hears a couple of little knocks, as if made jokingly by a child. She hears a chuckle, then an adult reprimand. She looks in the Judas, it's him . It's the Horde whispering low. In her startle, her heartbeat quickened: a thousand questions crossed her mind. She opened the door slowly, revealing Dennis' tight face, eager to greet her first.

-Dennis?

-It takes a long time to explain...

-Are you alone?

-Yeah, if I may say so.

She looks on both sides of the landing, afraid that someone will hear the whispers of the man so sought to put him back in jail again and now forever. She approached him and gestured for him to come inside; he entered abruptly and closed the door.

-Damn Dennis...

She hugged him with a distance, afraid of being separated, but in a kind of deep friendship in their mutual suffering and wounds. Dennis held her in his arms and looked away.

-Me too Casey, enough. Yeah.

He sighed. "It's very clean in here." She looks him in the eye, his beautiful blue eyes puffy with anxiety.

-you haven't changed you know.

He smiles. He plays the game.

-Someone else wants to say hello, you know.

Casey's face remains stunned seeing Kevin's face light up. She understood from the frantic movements of his arms that she was seeing an old friend, an old playmate.

-Casey!! My girl !! Ya home sooo cool , you're an adult now!! you see, we wear the same color like real lovers! Pointing out her pink sweater that matched his sweater. Do you have your own room ?? Is the TV yours??

He was running towards the sofa, lifting all the cushions, like a small tornado. He disturbs all the classes placed, and notices the headset and grabs it.

- Wow class!! What were you listening to?? Nicki?? If you're on her side, we can't be together, but I accept it..

She smiled as she tried to approach him.

  -Hedwig, I need to talk to...

- Did you cook? It smells so good! In the hospital it was old porridge, yucky..worse than the time Jade tried to make meat, it was horrible..it looked like jam.

She picked up the headset, her lessons, and the sofa cushions. She heard a silence and turned around.

-Like I was telling you, Casey, there's been a problem at the hospital. Mr Glass got us out, and reading the reports, gave us the address where we could found you without any trouble. He was not mistaken.

-It’s completely insane!! But you ran away?? But what's your problem, you all want to be killed?

-you don’t unders-

- WHAT THE FU-

- Gently girl!

Her air of a schoolteacher, clapping the students fingers, she recognizes the priestess.

-Be polite, you knew where you were going from the start after visiting us. Staple couldn't believe it, you have to see the face of this ill-fated little bitch.

- Patricia, you let Kevin out of the hospital, it’s completely unconscious.. think of Kevin!

- We have the situation under control, my dear.

- Oh you do ?

For the love of Kevin, she was ready to defy the world if necessary.

- For now, we'll have to hide, my dear, because we're on the run. We'll find a solution by then, and the Beast will thank you.

- I don't need to be thanked! You are all going to be killed with your nonsense!

Patricia, as usual, looked determined by whatever the Beast dictated to her. She knew how to lead and wanted to remain master of everything and of herself. As a priestess, she must not show a sign of weakness, nor a wavering of her faith. Hedwig, he, as a player, laughed at this completely crazy situation.

- Eh LOL !! Before it was us who hide you and now won’t you do the same for us? How dare you, you’re so mean ha ha ha !!

She smiled and giggled at this incredible situation. Anyway, her life and Kevin’s life were tied forever together now. What was she going to do? Leave Kevin to all those who lost him by wanting to protect him, brood him? Leave the child, leave the Horde, let the Beast lead to the inevitable fall of the group? “Fuck, shit…” whispered Casey. (Patricia creaked inside) She sighed, looked behind her, took a deep breath. 

Dennis and Casey looked at each other. Dennis, who crossed his arms, hoped in her eyes. He had become tender and sincere on several occasions. He had already shown his respect for this girl, this very special girl..

Both were surprised by the ringing of the pasta timer. She dodged Dennis who stood at the kitchen door. She dripped the pasta, with her empty gaze, lost in reflexions. Dennis was desperate for an answer in her panicked air. Until she grabbed two plates, and exclaimed:

- how many plates do I serve you? One or twenty-three ?

And in Kevin’s smile, she saw that of Patricia, that of Dennis, that of Hedwig and all those who approved of the joke.

Is there Oneion facts we can know about?

THIS HAS BEEN ON MY DRAFTS FOR SO LONG OMG IM SO SORRY, HERE'S SOME FACTS ABOUT THE BABY BOY

(the baby boy in question is ten years older than me)

I'm gonna go canon stuff first, then some fun crossover stuff:

The version that I'm using is 35-ish years old (a few years before the movie events), he's been the leader of the resistance for around a decade

He still has all his brothers and loves them very much, would kill and die for them

Way more chill than One is right now, still a beast on combat

One can manipulate vines only using the seeds Draxum makes, Oneion can summon them at will from the ground with little issue

In the story he mostly goes by Leo now, very few people call him One (but lets keep calling him Oneion to avoid confusion)

The protesis he uses is an old one from Raph, but he outgrew it and gave it to Oneion when he lost his arm. It was a bit ridiculously big for him at the time, it's still a *little* too big for Oneion, but by the time he's 40-something (movie events) its gonna fit right in

The scarf he has is not the same One has, but as One's it was a gift from Draxum, he has carry the same scarf the whole apocalypse

Still has a lot of gold accents on his clothes

He's still the best fighter out of the four turtles

He loves being around kids but doesn't, he's afraid of hurting them. He knows he didn't had a normal childhood but is not 100% aware of what part was normal and ok and what part is not, and he rathers not take a chance and do something wrong.

He ends up enjoying teaching martial arts, tho he doesn't like being called sensei, and he wont spar with anyone bellow his level (again, being afraid of hurting them)

Casey Jr becomes the exception to these

Crossover stuff!

he can and will beat the shit out of One, he knows how much One can take so he's not really worried about that

when the apocalypse started he basically lost contact with the multiverse, so no fun crossovers for him. Until by the power of "@intotheelliwoods started doing fanart of Oneion before I even had finished his design" he had access to the multiverse again!

First of his "old frieds" he saw was Poptart and Sprout (2al huggy leos) and first thing he did was to hug Sprout<3 (well, he first kinda yelled at him but I'll draw that some day)

I don't think he has met again with the rest of the separated council? I don't remember if I've stick him in any crossover situations

he loves hugging Poptart, he's teddy bear size<3 and he'll never get tired of calling him his friend and loving him "the way he deserves" because he still hasn't forgive himself for the shitty way he treated Poptart (dont worry about it)

he fucking destroyed the attempt of a slau/2al crossover time line

he says he's fine by it but he keeps bringing up the "jawbreaker" incident, I dont think he got over it, actually

he hangs out with Sprout a lot

something something, being with Sprout makes him feel like a kid again, and it makes Sprout feel like a kid again because Oneion reminds him of Big Leo

Sprout and Oneion have a spa day, they deserve it<3 they also go shopping together. Also, they are not exactly good at cooking but they try and they love working together on the kitchen

Oneion got the "Oneion" nickname by Sprout and Poptart

he stronk. he can lift Sprout with no problem, and even Toast

Beauty & The Beast AU

@life-on-the-geek-side & docboredom (ao3) are cooking up an AnderCase AU inspired by the Beauty & the Beast fairytale which gave me in turn, inspiration to draw some sketches for them

There were thoughts of full beast Casey and a more humanoid version

Personally, I also liked the imagery/idea of Red Riding Hood & the Big Bad Wolf, hence Saga's red coat (similar to what she can wear in-game, Belle's winter coat from the Disney movie & ofc the other fairy tale)

Jungle Fury Random Headcanons and Ideas

@skyland2703 @augment-techs @mo-ok @junglefurytrash went a bit crazy with this one

-Casey is the youngest of five siblings, and is the only boy in the family. He knows how to do makeup and hair.

-Due to his upbringing everyone in the house expected him to be gay, he was kind of dreading having to tell his mother and sisters but they were pretty chill about it.

-His sisters are either quintuplets or triplets and two adopted sisters depending on what you want to go with.

-Despite being the blue ranger Theo didn't develop his animal spirit until after Luen gained his. His parents seem to expect more from him as they were students in a sub school associated with the Pai Zhua.

-Theo's won a Guinness World Record award for karaoke, he claims it's in his blood to be amazing at it.

-Lily grew up within a small apartment in the city, she enjoys all the different foods that a place has to offer. Anything that's new and changing, reminds her of home.

-There's a chance that she trained with Zack and had him as a partner as she did mentioned how she used to do competitive dance competitions.

-RJ's mother passed away when he was young and he kind of blames himself for it. Despite trying to make their relationship better Finn may have blamed him all those years ago for Mrs. James's passing, just a constant reminder of her not being here.

-RJ is amongst one of the only individuals(Like Antonio) to discover the Morphin Grid on his own and is the reason the Pai Zhua has it as access.

-Sometimes just to spite Finn RJ catches fish and attaches them around the shark master's house. That way his air conditioning can smell terrible.

-Dominic flunked out of college, he was studying to become a teacher in geography.

-Casey seems more ticked off with Dominic because of the idea that he might try to go for Jarrod or RJ.

-Jarrod enjoys being around animals as his parents weren’t really around, his mother didn’t really enjoy the prospect of having a boy and his dad would either yell all the time or get pissed off about farm work not doing well so Jarrod cuddling up with a fluffy sheep or even summoning his black lion spirit to sleep next to it’s mane would soothe him.

-Despite all the troubles within the school Master Mao kinda sees Jarrod as his own son(Any of you kingdom hearts fans, cough cough Eraqus and Terra).

-Camille’s hatred of snakes was due to her mother being killed by Naja 10,000 years ago, she’s unaware of this fact but disposing of the snake rinshi felt right when it happened in the show.

-Her eyeshadow is actually a trait of her animal spirits. Animal spirits have way more depth to them as they are the shadow of one’s self, in some cases specific traits about said spirit leak into the person like physical to mental details (example: Camille’s eyeshadow, RJ’s ferocity from his wolf spirit.)

-megazords formed by animal spirits were based on specific influences centuries ago, from totems, giant sculptures like sphinx and even Animus. Some can claim that the guardians of the Pai Zhua were the first people to create earthly megazords within human history.

-mystical beasts or fictional animal like creatures such as the phoenix, azure dragon etc are somewhat rare due to a very small percent of people born with one or those entities giving access to said person. Such as the Phantom Beasts who are based on specific creatures. If Nick or Chip were to come to Pai Zhua and develop a phoenix and Garuda spirit then they’d be a powerful force.

-rinzen and zocalo energy isn’t inherently bad energy but the power is mainly associated with rinshi, the rangers have the potential to access it and even gain phantom beast modes similar to Jarrod and Camille.

-Fran’s animal spirit can range either from a black cat, owl or monkey and gives her abilities based on inner luck or focus making her quite powerful.

-Lily basically adopted Casey as her own little brother.

-Secretly Jarrod wants to pursue cooking or something based in creativity. He didn't touch a kitchen utensil for weeks after seeing kitchen nightmares and it took RJ having to throw the tapes out to get him back into cooking.

-Master Swoop can actually split himself into bat's and has the little shadows spying around the world for any threats. Its kind of creepy but very effective as he can easily have the bat's acting as kamikaze strikers to defeat monsters. Rangers on other teams don't know how threats get taken down but they don't mind, less work load.

-the Pai Zhua has more schools within the world that differentiate in some fighting styles and such. Some schools like the ninja academies try to pick up on their skills but a few of the campuses keep secret.

-Zordon tried to learn about the teachings thousands of years ago as their abilities mixing with the grid gave way for a spike in power with combat but they shunned the wizard away cause of being weary about his motives. Ninjor was welcomed in open arms via the power coins he had. This also explains why Jungle Fury was so scarce with the other teams up until megaforce.

-despite everything the Pai Zhua is nowhere near as moral as they tried to portray themsleves as. Some people can be very toxic in a few areas, Dai Shi had possessed people in the past and with each attempt they tried to have the individuals go mad and die from the experience as a way to rid themselves of the dragon. Casey and the rangers dismantled this ideology after killing the Dai Shi.

-because of her potential the academy sent scouts to try and push Fran to join the academy but RJ quickly shut that down and actually threatened a few of the higher officials because of this.

-Animal spirits talk amongst themselves when the team isn't around. Some play poker when everyone's asleep.

-because of being spirit and mythical based the JF team can handle most of the recurring threats of Zedd and Rita. Plus with their megazords not being mechanical they aren't easily disposed of.

-RJ secretly made JKP into a megazord incase there's an emergency, he met Antonio and added a shitload of symbol power and animal spirit energy to make it a powerful force.

-Lily loves a lot of 80s-90s music and loves to dress in a semi style of Y2K.

-Having no knowledge of Pokemon, Camille and Casey were sat down by Theo and Fran until they were introduced to Gen 4. Camille hacked her Platinum cartridge to get all the mythical and legendary mon events.

-RJ smokes blunts mainly to calm himself, it started as a way to escape the thought of his mother being goin and his father's disapproval.

-Tommy and Jason aren't allowed in Ocean Bluff when it comes to ranger activity because RJ's access to the grid could be useful but he likes to gatekeep and personally team wise if anything happens both him and the group wouldn't enjoy veteran rangers from the first modern team(unless it's billy) coming in and taking over operations.

-Camile and Jarrod jump monsters whenever a mission happens, forget talking, get the job done when needed.

-Casey was fired from the zoo for sleeping in the tiger cage and released all the animals into nice reservations after he was let go.

-Lily was made team leader as Casey doesn't feel too well with getting the role just for being a red ranger.

-Theo is a master at coming up with combo attacks and megazord concepts to the point that rangers like Chip and Max come to him for guidance. He's got quite the reputation in the ranger community for his witty ideas.

-Casey is on a red ranger watch list due to his sword skills, despite keeping their word Jason may have came to the city to demand some aid with their grid research and the two got into a brawl with Casey winning. Him, Jayden and Lauren are all at the top five of said list.

-RJ has dated lots of people but it usually never ends on a perfect note as they were usually relationships with people who took emotional advantage over him. Though he's in a better place within his life to try again with Casey or anyone who actually values him.

-Jarrod listens to a lot of punk music and back at the school Mao got complaints about speakers Blaring music at two in the morning.

-Cam hangs with RJ and shares ideas but he isn't allowed to tell Tommy about any of their conversations. The two may have had a thing in the past.

-Wolf rangers tend to have a powerful aura and they each meet together to talk about business, RJ has a bone themed secret landline he uses to contact them.( @sentinelofstories wolf war 👀😭)

-Due to Dai Shi the JF teams has a disdain for dragons, Serpentera count your days if you ever come back.

-Camille's rinshi form is just armor but was never accepted fully as a rinshi, she only became one to seem worthy in Dai Shi's eyes. The phantom beast hated her for many things and this was one of the reasons, thousands of years ago she murdered three previous members for nearly trying to assassinate her.

-Princess Shayla and the Wild Force rangers are on good terms with the JF team. Merrick follows RJ around like a lost puppy, Taylor spites Theo for being short, Lily tried to get Danny out of his shell. Max tries to explain modern day concepts to Camille, Alyssa and Dominic do small talk and Cole is given death glares from RJ or Jarrod because Casey has caught eyes for him.

-Casey is Gay, Lily is Bi, Theo is a straight ally, Camille and Jarrod are angry bisexuals, RJ is pan, Fran and Dom are unsure of what they are.

-It is unknown if dinosaurs can become animal spirits but Eric actively seeks out Casey to test this theory.

-Casey's favorite red ranger is TJ.

-The team watches movies each Thursday, Everyone except Lily can't handle watching Final Destination.

-it took some time but Jungle Fury had their crossover with RPM and its safe to say things were chaotic. Dillon and Jarrod pretty much had a staring contest with each other, RJ and Flynn got high for the most part, Scott kept crying tears of joy when Casey took him to see their world since it isn't destroyed, Theo wanted to throw himself out the window from hanging with Ziggy, Summer took Lily shopping and Camille was this close to murdering the twins but actually found herself warming up to them, she even went on a date with Gemma.

-Billy is on thin ice for trying to bring Zordon back and while RJ likes the dude he'd prefer that the giant head wouldn’t butt in on all of their affairs.

Predictably, his brothers are tumbling through the door in seconds, ready for a fight. Donnie looks toward them, hunched over the empty mug hastily repurposed to contain the creature.

“Everything is under control.” “Donnie what happened? Are you okay?” Raph asks as his eyes dart around the room, searching for a threat. “Everything. Is under. Control.”

Leo frowns at the mug Donnie clutches in a white knuckled grip, one hand covering the top. “Um. Donnie… What’s in the mug.” “It’s under control!” Donnie hisses, curling further over the mug. The beast within chirps. “Hello family, Upset? Comfort?” Three pairs of eyes jerk to the cup.

“What was that?” Mikey gasps. “Nothing! It was nothing haha why would you think it was something?” “Donnie… what did you do?” Leo asks, stepping forward.

Donnie scrambles back. “Me? I didn’t do anything. Why would you think I did something? Casey Junior certainly didn’t catch me snooping in my future self’s lab and I certainly didn’t accidentally spill some random substance on him!”

“You did what?” Raph asks, strangled. “I said I didn’t! Annnnd it didn’t turn him into a baby mutant turtle!” “You turned him into a what?” “I SAID DIDN’T!”

One short wrestling match later Raph is the proud holder of a mug full of baby mutant turtle. Well. Full is a bit of an exaggeration.

Casey is a bit too small to do any filling of the mug, being about the size of a particularly ambitious quarter or perhaps an under achieving kumquat. But he’s perfectly capable of chirping loudly for attention and reaching grabby little hands for the sides to try and climb out. Thankfully, he’s too small to reach the edge.

“Raph stop crying over the mug, you’re going to drown him!” Leo says, hovering over the mug himself from his perch on Raph’s shoulder. Mikey, perched on Raph’s other shoulder, rolls his eyes. “He’s literally a turtle, he’d be fine!” “Okay, well he’s a freshwater turtle not a salt water turtle so it can’t be good for him.”

Raph sniffles, making a valiant and doomed effort to stop crying. “He’s just- he’s just so small.” Raph sticks one finger into the mug and strokes over Casey’s head. Casey immediately latches on and starts climbing. Raph is delighted. Donnie is not.

“NO!” Donnie lunges, grabbing the mug and sending an arm from his battle shell to gently snatch the beast off his brother and put him back in his containment unit. Casey, unbothered, chirps cheerfully and nips at the metal limb. “Do not free the beast.” Leo glares at him. “Donnie, he’s a baby.” “He bit me!”

Said baby chirps again. Tiny fingers briefly wave at the edge of the mug before vanishing again. There’s a muffled thud and a soft clink before they reappear followed by another thud and clink. The repeated failure does not discourage Casey from continuing to jump for the edge of the mug no matter how many times butt and shell hit the bottom of the mug.  

“Raph used to bite when he was excited! Or sad. Or hungry. Maybe he’s hungry? I could cook him something.” Mikey hops off Raph and tries to take the mug from Donnie. Donnie holds it as far away as he can, putting all his skill as an older brother into evading Mikey’s grabby hands.

“Hungry for flesh.” “Well red eared sliders are omnivores. I could make him something and then maybe he won’t try to eat Donnie!”

Raph leans over and snags the mug again. Donnie refuses to let go, letting Raph simply hoist him into the air with the mug.“I don’t think he was really trying to eat Donnie. Mikey’s right, he’s probably just an excited widdle baby- yes you are! Yes you are!” Donnie, dangling from the mug he refuses to let go of, pretends to gag. Raph freezes. He looks over to find that Donnie isn't the only one judging him. At least Casey Jr and his happy little baby chirps isn’t judging him.

Raph coughs and tries to pry Donnie off the mug “…But we probably should feed him anyway. He’s a baby right now so he’s probably hungry too.”

Donnie hisses and refuses to let go, swinging one leg up to latch around Raph’s arm for a better grip. Raph rolls his eyes. “C’mon Donnie there isn’t even a mark!” “So? He still bit me!” Raph stands, holding the mug over his head and swinging it gently back and forth, making Donnie flop about.

“Careful! You’re shaking him!” Leo gasps, clambering up Raph’s raised arm to peak into the mug. “Yay, climb on Raph time!” Mikey flips up onto Raph’s shell and perches there, crossing his arms over Raph’s head and resting his head on them.

Donnie stays firmly attached to the mug and Raph. Raph puts his other hand over Donnie’s chest and pushes until Donnie loses his grip and falls on his butt.

Leo balances precariously on Raph’s outstretched arm, peering into the mug. “You all right in there Case-” Raph drops his arm and Leo slips, tumbling gracelessly to the floor. Mikey snickers. Leo makes a rude gesture at him. Raph gasps. “Leo! Not in front of the baby!” “He can’t see! Plus he isn’t actually a baby!” “He is right now! And Mikey is here too!” “Hey!” “Rude gestures fall under the no cursing rules, Mikey,” Raph says, frowning up at Mikey as best he can. “I’m fifteen,” Mikey grumbles, but settles down. “Ok, ok, how about we all just head to the kitchen and get the lil’ man something to eat?”

“I call dibs on baby duty while you two cook!” Leo scrambles up to hitch a ride on the Raph express. “Wait. Do we have anything safe for baby red sliders to eat? Donnie what can baby red sliders eat?” Donnie groans. “I guess I’ll make sure you three don’t accidentally poison him-” “Is that a possibility?” Leo squeaks. “- or something equally undesirable even though you’re all letting his adorable exterior lull you into a false sense of security.” “Donnie.” all three of his brothers say as one. “What? He’s vicious and he has you all wrapped around his finger!”

Donnie’s brothers ignore his perfectly reasonable dramatics to let Raph carry them to the kitchen while Raph chrrs back to Casey’s tiny chirps. With a final roll of his eyes Donnie rushes after them, clambering up on Raph’s free shoulder.

The Jungle Fury Alphabet of Fluff

RJ grabbed his guitar and sat on his chair. His students were downstairs, cleaning the restaurant after a rather busy day.

Meanwhile, RJ had a lot to think about, mostly about the Phantom Beast and how powerful and brutal they were. He plucked the strings distractedly as he processed all the information he had gathered.

There was also the issue of the Spirit Rangers. RJ figured they worked the same way their zords did, a projection of the other Masters’ animal spirits that had taken a solid form, only instead of giant animals, they were humanoid. RJ wondered if his father had ever been a ranger when he was young and just had never told him. Same with Master Swoop.

But if they had, why would they keep it a secret?

He continued plucking the strings as he thought and was so lost in thought he didn’t hear the others come up, ready for dinner and bed.

“Hey man,” Dom called, pulling RJ out of his musings. “Do you take requests? Because that is unnerving.”

“Shoot” RJ said, looking at them.

“Why don’t you sing us a song you want to sing?” Lily requested. “Any song you want to sing.”

“No!” Dom yelled. “He’s going to sing us an acoustic version of ‘Barbie Girl’,” he whined.

“Very funny, Dom,” RJ said with a smirk. “I don’t feel like singing ‘Barbie Girl’ today, to be honest.”

“Then what would you like to sing?” Casey asked.

“Well, I’d like to sing a slow song,” RJ said, correcting his own posture with the guitar. "Like something by the Backstreet Boys?"

"Which one?" Dom asked.

"Show me the meaning?" RJ offered.

"That's depressing," Dom said from the fridge.

Casey threw him a dirty look. He looked at RJ. "Show me the meaning is fine."

RJ started playing the first chords of “I want it that way”, and he noticed his mistake very quickly.

He put his hand across the cords to stop the sound. “Damn it!”

“Hey,” Lily said, walking to him. “That one's fine too.”

“My mind is all over the place,” RJ said.

Lily arrived next to him, and the boys were also making their way from the kitchen.

“What is it?” Lily asked.

“It’s nothing,” RJ dismissed, his eyes still on the guitar. There were a couple of seconds of silence, during which RJ closed his eyes. He opened his eyes and looked at them. “I can’t even remember the right song.”

“It’s okay, man,” Casey said. “It’s just a song.”

“No, it’s not,” RJ replied. “My mind is all over the place, I’m drowning in worry, I haven’t had a good night sleep in months, “ he looked at Casey, Theo, and Lily. “I can’t help you,” he admitted.

“You are an amazing master,” Casey told him. “I have learned so much from you.”

“You have been invaluable to us,” Lily told him.

“We’d be dead if you hadn’t rescued us,” Theo told him. “Three times!”

“Yeah, but the fights to come—“

“We have you,” Lily said, putting a hand on his shoulder. “And Dom. We’ll be fine.”

Casey knelt in front of him. “You have helped us. We’ll be fine.”

“We’ll take ‘I want it that way’,” Dom said, turning to go back to the kitchen. “What do you want for dinner?”

“Something to loosen the knot in my stomach,” RJ told him, and his students smiled at him.

“PB&J it is!” Dom called.

“Dom!” RJ called from his chair. “You haven’t learned how to cook anything else in all these years?”

“Nope. I didn’t have to!”

RJ went back to his guitar and started playing the requested song.

As he sang, his brain went through all the possibilities of harm that could come to his students. He looked at them, and they were singing back, except for Theo. They were so carefree and relaxed.

He shook his head and told himself to enjoy the moment. They’ll burn those bridges when they come to them, or however the saying went.

Day 7: Favourite Trope

I have so many favourite tropes (especially when it comes to Shojo) that range from “The Grumpy One is Soft for the Sunshine One” to “Pretty Sure This Makes Me a Furry”. But instead here I’m going to give a tribute to all the Women With Weapons! May we one day get to see you all animated properly. (Seriously, Prince Freya might not be my favourite, but it would make for a great action anime when’s that gonna happen?)

caseymichael stuff

michael is practically glued to her, he was very hesitant to any touch at all; especially to his face. but once he grew used to it he literally cant get enough, he likes when she plays with his curls the most.

i think michael likes skin to skin in a wholesome affectionate context too, he likes feeling how soft her skin is compared to his rough, scarred body. i think he likes the warmth too, fat girlfriend privileges.

while michael doesnt grasp the normal concept of love i think he feels it in his own way; its something so foreign to him but so familiar at the same time. he cant express it verbally, emotionally and rarely physically, but he still manages to get it across sometimes. he likes it better when casey tends to him, she likes it too.

hes an absolute fucking weirdo freak and casey loves it that way. she likes feeling eyes on her all the time knowing wherever she goes michael isnt too far behind. she likes when he kills people he deems too close to her, she likes to make him jealous on purpose sometimes. she likes when he insists on her staying home while hes out hunting and he likes when she listens. casey and michael are both obsessed with eachother in the worst way possible and its sickening and sweet; but only in the sense of slashers.

michael definitely has a preference for caseys body type. he loves big women, they wont break as easily as thinner people. michael is insanely strong and we’ve seen it demonstrated, i think he enjoys flexing his strength by picking her up like its nothing; however he hates when she protests and says she’s too heavy for him. hes a very grabby person too i think and she has a LOT to grab.

he fucking loves sugar like insane copious amounts of it. casey always has a bowl or bag of candy on her just for him, usually keeping it in a halloween themed bowl. michael has nothing to do after halloween so i think he gets mopey and sad; casey does a lot to make sure theres still that scary vibe throughout the holidays, though. going back to the sugar part i mean he puts it on and in everything he can.

casey cant cook for SHIT but michael is definitely a culinary artist to some extent; he has a whole spice cabinet and seasons his food GOOD. both of them were so used to bland prison food and casey was used to no food at all, so they definitely feast on some good shit. flavor was foreign to them at one point, so they enjoy it more than the average person. its like giving a kid ice cream for breakfast.

casey is a gross sometimes cannibal harvester. she brings home a lot of flesh and mush from her victims and either jars them, carves them or eats it whole. she likes bringing back michael human hearts she’s carved cute messages into; but he thinks its gross and ends up throwing them away. though there is an exception from the one time she dried it and encased it properly, that one he keeps hidden.

michael wont bathe unless its with her, hes like a big baby when it comes to that. he likes to feel her nails gently scratching his head while she conditions his hair. his favorite is when she washes his back and sometimes he’ll wash hers. its always tedious to get in with him, though, he’s like an actual beast of a dude he’s almost 7ft.

last one michael believes stupid little myths around candy and is (sometimes) superstitious. i dunno i think it just fits him 😭 like he wont walk under ladders or if he’s paying attention he wont split the pole

Lets find your perfect day. You go to work bright and early. Catch the train to the next town over. You swipe your badge at the door and walk down the linoleum hallways lit too brightly with buzzing lights. You punch in a few numbers on the machine on the wall. It prints out a receipt containing the current time. You walk through a door into the concrete expanse. There's a place where your footprints are engraved into the floor, your exact shoe size down to the milometer. You will stand there and toil away until it is time leave. In order to leave you must present your receipt that was fed to you by the machine. You trust that it will do the necessary calculations to result in money being placed in your hand at some point in the future. You ride the train back, your shoulders slumped ever so slightly lower than before. You unlock your apartment door and re-heat your favorite meal prepared in the near past. The nightly entertainment you’ve chosen is quite a good one. A special only premiering this day only. You’re one of the lucky few. To pair with your meal a hearty 16 oz can of lager. Feeling slightly warmer than before you take pleasure in the small things you enjoyed that day. The hellos and goodbyes of your associates. The trees wizzing past the train car. A glass of cold water after an hour of sweating. It brings a smile to your face. You can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow.

No? Let’s try a different one then. Your aunt is coming down to visit. She is going to be staying at your place. The guest room has not been prepared, you remember, as you are walking out the door to head to the airport. You stomp over to the guest room and rip the sheets off the bed and shove them in the spin cycle. A few crumbs and dust bunnies litter the floor. You sweep them underneath the bed with your foot as best you can and rush back out the door. Almost immediately you are met with heavy traffic. “A T-Bone collision has occurred on Park and 7th” the radio informs you. When you eventually arrive on the scene you see an ambulance loading someone who’s face is covered with blood. Its the only look you’re able to see before the will of the road takes over as you accelerate past the road block. You almost think about the person struggling to breathe before thoughts of your aunt take over. Worries over the perfect weekend have haunted you the past week. Aunt Casey is vegan, causing you to stray from your usual diet and into a rabbit hole of alternative cooking. You don’t do things half way after all. Scouting out the trendy new bar in town was worth the trip after getting hit on by too many older men. A big red X now lies over that place in your mind. And now this morning, you found out the museum is closed for renovations. That leaves the only backup plan, the beach. You ponder if Aunt Casey would enjoy the beach as you pull mindlessly into the arrivals section of the airport. The atmosphere is tense as the hallway of mechanical beasts hum loudly in unison. After strolling a fair ways along you notice an older women in a blue trench coat. A warm feeling fills your chest as you wave down your dear Aunt Casey. A wonderful weekend awaits you.

Ok, I think this time I finally found one that’s perfect for you. As the clock strikes midnight you find yourself on a dark road miles out from the next town. Thunder clouds have been chasing you the whole night. It seems the new day has given them a second wind as rain now pours down on you. The water falling in front of your headlights makes it impossible to see more than a few meters in front. The only glimpses of the horizon you’re able to see are when lightning strikes the earth. For a brief moment, you can see everything as bright as the day. After trudging along for a while a flash reveals something sinister. A torrent of water is heading your way. You try to pull off to the side but it is already too late. The water crashes into your car and drowns your windshield instantly blinding you. You can feel the car start to veer into the other lane. To try and correct, you jerk the wheel the other way but end up over correcting. You slam into a guard rail and after hearing a few painful crunching sounds your engine stops making any noise at all. Water is starting to seep into the cracks of your door. Panicked, you tug on the keys only to met with defiant silence. Unable to see outside of the whirlpool, you decide it wise to escape the vehicle. You maneuver to the passenger side door, hoping your car will shield you from some of the river’s fury. As you swing the door open and take your first step outside a blinding light invades your vision. The light is so vast you can’t but help to feel its warmth. It’s just like blowing out the candles on your first birthday party, scraping your knee after trying out your new roller skates, trying your first cigarette with Tom behind the dumpster, getting a D in algebra, and stealing the keys to the car which took you all the way from Albany to this back road where a stranger now sees red rain after coming to a loud and sudden stop.

My Character: Casey Cooke

Hi! I’m 29, she/her, in -5 GMT.🕊️ This is a strange request, because I’m looking for one of two characters - Kevin Wendell Crumb (and possibly other alters, depending on your comfort) from the Eastrail 177 trilogy (in particular, the movies Split, and Glass) or a Roman Godfrey. I would play Casey Cooke. 

This is marked dead dove because of the content of the movies and the TV show. I won’t list out the all triggers and dark themes that come up in the show, but what I do think that might come up are the following - CSA (referenced in Casey’s history), age gap (Casey being 19 at youngest), and power imbalance. Also, just cause I’m asking for dead dove content, I’m not interested in going full blown taboo/gory/turbo dark shit. I kinda like having some fluff and slice-of-life stuff involved between the darker themes.

For Kevin, I’d like to explore an AU. Maybe the alters are better adjusted to society. That being said, the Beast could still make an appearance. We could build up to Dennis and Patricia trying to bring him into the light - being successful or being thwarted, and what all that entails.

For Roman, this would take place after Glass and maybe in season 2 or 3 of Hemlock Grove. Casey moves to what she thinks is an innocuous town for a fresh start, and finds herself stumbling into something dark and unexplainable. Roman tries to use his charm on her, but lo and behold, she’s immune. This starts a twisted path  I love a dark romance, relationship dependency to an almost unhealthy degree, and the men that would do anything for their lady. I’d prefer to roleplay on Discord and prefer replies that are more than, like, 250 words. If this interests you, give it a like and I’ll give you a shout (in Tumblr’s DMs).
