Bought my second case of bananas for the month. And the waiting begins. Although these are beautiful yellow bananas, I won't have to wait but a few days for spots to start.. Just enough time to finish off the last case. I let them get real ripe and froze a big bag for nice cream 🤗 At this point in winter my diet is pretty much bananas and citrus like oranges. But if there is a good deal on something yummy I get it. If I had money left I'd get more dates. Bananas are the perfect food for a city dwelling fruitarian or someone like me who doesn't have a whole lot of money to spend. I rely a lot on homegrown fruit from various sources plus bananas. I got this case @smartnfinal for a beautiful price of $14.99, for this 40lbs of food! That is the best deal in town. And I was so happy 😊 I finally found the place to get bananas cheap around here in Modesto California. Smart N Final is my go to for bananas.
