INS Vikramaditya the First Indian Aircraft Carrier to Get Operational by the End of January 2023
INS Vikramaditya, India’s first aircraft carrier is going to join the Karwar Naval base by the end of January 2023. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to address in March the Combined Commanders Conference, where the hulk of battleship will be the center of attention. Sea trials will begin soon along with that for INS Vikrant, its successor leaving an impact in the Indo-Pacific waters. INS Vikramaditya is weaponized with Russian MiG-29K fighters onboard.
As for INS Vikrant, a landing of maritime LCA and test case scenario is also being considered this year. With US F-18 and French Rafale-M, a decision to bring forth 8 trainers and 26 maritime strike fighters for INS Vikrant will also take place. The Indian Navi submitted to the Defence Ministry the trial reports for the two operational aircraft carriers. The Modi government will assess the performance of the battleships and then finalize its call.
Both the carriers will remain on the western coast of India until the huge war machines find a place on a jetty at the eastern seaboard of Vishakhapatnam. But the aircraft carriers may be accommodated on a jetty at Kattupalli Port in north Chennai as the Indian Navy is planning to lease it with another jetty at Campbell Bay of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. INS Vikramaditya and INS Vikrant will empower Indian national security.
Plans are in motion as the strike forces will go well beyond the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal to India-Pacific and even further. The Indian Ocean could be patrolled by three aircraft carriers of Chinese Navi by 2025, the two war machines will play in defense and deepen cooperation with PLA Navy and other major naval giants in the region.
The Indian Ocean is already being mapped by the PLA strategic surveillance vessels including the five ingress straits and 90-degree ridge to South China for maritime operations in the future. India has also been offered by Beijing naval cooperation for the littoral states surrounding the Indian Ocean. They have a proposal to gift the country off-shore patrol vessels the same that was offered to Seychelles. INS Vikramaditya and INS Vikrant will help India to secure the eastern seaboard from Africa to the Australian west coast.

THE REGIONAL WAR in the Middle East now involves at least 16 different countries and includes the first strikes from Iranian territory on Israel, but the United States continues to insist that there is no broader war, hiding the extent of American military involvement. And yet in response to Iran’s drone and missile attacks Saturday, the U.S. flew aircraft and launched air defense missiles from at least eight countries, while Iran and its proxies fired weapons from Iraq, Syria, and Yemen.
[...]
While the world has been focused on — and the Pentagon has been stressing — the comings and goings of aircraft carriers and fighter jets to serve as a “deterrent” against Iran, the U.S. has quietly built a network of air defenses to fight its regional war. “At my direction, to support the defense of Israel, the U.S. military moved aircraft and ballistic missile defense destroyers to the region over the course of the past week,” President Joe Biden said in a statement Saturday. “Thanks to these deployments and the extraordinary skill of our servicemembers, we helped Israel take down nearly all of the incoming drones and missiles.” As part of that network, Army long-range Patriot and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense surface-to-air missile batteries have been deployed in Iraq, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and at the secretive Site 512 base in Israel. These assets — plus American aircraft based in Kuwait, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia — are knitted together in order to communicate and cooperate with each other to provide a dome over Israel (and its own regional bases). The United Kingdom is also intimately tied into the regional war network, while additional countries such as Bahrain have purchased Patriot missiles to be part of the network. Despite this unambiguous regional network, and even after Israel’s attack on Iran’s embassy in Syria earlier this month, the Biden administration has consistently denied that the Hamas war has spread beyond Gaza. It is a policy stance — and a deception — that has held since Hamas’s October 7 attack. “The Middle East region is quieter than it has been in two decades,” Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan said in an ill-timed remark eight days before October 7. “We don’t see this conflict widening as it still remains contained to Gaza,” deputy Pentagon press secretary Sabrina Singh said the day after three U.S. troops were killed by a kamikaze drone launched by an Iran-backed militia at a U.S. base in Jordan. Since then (and even before this weekend), the fighting has spread to Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Yemen.

There has been gradual coordinated escalation on all fronts
Reminder that a lot of their tanks are being tied up in the border to Lebanon right now.
Can't say I blame them. Israel can only claim victory over nameless Hamas commanders for so long before the settlers begin to question the lack of progress.
The Biden administration continues to prepare itself for a regional war.
Meanwhile, things continue to escalate in the West Bank
Meanwhile on the other fronts of the war
Yemen has taken credit for this attack. Israeli defense systems are failing - a missile reached Haifa for the first time, the Iron Dome misfiring at Tel Aviv, and now this
Just like how Hezbollah has forced Israel to keep 1/3 of its forces in Northern Israel (including 100 warplanes), Yemen is now taking away precious military resources that could be further to further destroy Gaza
Around the world and in America, the Biden administration continues to face pressure due to it's unabashed support for Israel. To save face, it announces useless gestures such as this. If nothing else, this proves that they've lost the propaganda war decisively in the Global South and at home because no one buys the 'Israel has a right to defend itself' mantra anymore. Even European nations, with the exception of Germany, are no longer gung-ho. They show their support quietly with only their citizens noticing, compared to October when they would make countless statements and openly suppress pro Palestine protests.

The F/A-18 Super Hornet is a versatile, carrier-based fighter and attack aircraft developed by Boeing for the United States Navy. It serves as the successor to the original F/A-18 Hornet and incorporates significant upgrades and enhancements in performance, range, and payload capabilities.
Introduced in the late 1990s, the Super Hornet was designed to address the evolving challenges of modern warfare, offering improved mission flexibility and endurance compared to its predecessor. It features a larger airframe, more powerful engines (General Electric F414), and advanced avionics systems.
One of the standout features of the F/A-18 Super Hornet is its ability to perform a wide range of missions, hence the designation "F/A" which stands for Fighter/Attack. It can conduct air superiority missions, ground attack, close air support, and reconnaissance missions with equal proficiency. This versatility is enhanced by its conformal fuel tanks and additional underwing hardpoints, allowing for increased fuel capacity and a greater payload of weapons and sensors.
The Super Hornet is equipped with the APG-79 AESA radar, which provides enhanced situational awareness and targeting capabilities. It also features advanced electronic warfare systems and the ability to network with other aircraft and ground units, contributing to its effectiveness in joint operations.
In combat, the F/A-18 Super Hornet is armed with a variety of air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons, including AIM-9 Sidewinder and AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles for air combat, and a range of precision-guided bombs, missiles, and rockets for ground attack missions.
Over the years, the Super Hornet has been continuously upgraded with new technologies to maintain its edge in modern aerial warfare. Variants such as the EA-18G Growler, which specializes in electronic warfare, further demonstrate its adaptability and role in supporting combat operations.
The F/A-18 Super Hornet has been widely exported and is operated by several other countries, further underscoring its reputation as a reliable and capable multirole fighter. Its ongoing service and adaptability ensure that it will remain a cornerstone of naval aviation for years to come.

(PrR)Hezbollah Operations Room (1/2):
Field Summary of the Battle of the Mighty Ones issued by the Operations Room of the Islamic Resistance
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful "Permission [to fight] has been granted to those who are being fought, because they were wronged, and indeed, Allah is competent to grant them victory. This is the Truth of Allah, the Most High, the Almighty.
The fighters of the Islamic Resistance continue to repel the "israeli" aggression on Lebanon, inflicting significant losses on the enemys forces, equipment, its officers, and its soldiers, along the confrontation axes from the front edge to deep inside occupied Palestine.
Ground Engagements:
On 28-10-2024, large numbers of "israeli" troops and equipment began advancing (https://t.me/PalestineResist/65416) towards the town of Khiam under heavy aerial cover over the surrounding areas and stationed on front-line positions in Tal Nahas, Hamames, and the Al-Majidiya plain.
According to pre-set defensive plans and after closely monitoring potential routes of advancement, Islamic Resistance fighters executed a fire-based defense plan, focusing on synchronized, targeted missile and artillery strikes against enemy movements and positions, both within Lebanese territories and the occupied interior. Over a period of three continuous days, more than 70 targeting operations were conducted (50 of them around the town’s southern and eastern edges), resulting in the destruction of four tanks with guided missiles and the killing and wounding of their crews. Additionally, a soldier position in the "Metulla" settlement was hit by a guided missile, resulting in deaths and injuries among them. A security team in Tal Nahas was also targeted with a guided missile, and the military media released footage documenting (https://t.me/PalestineResist/66479) the successful hit.
One of the most notable operations involved a precision missile barrage that targeted large gatherings of enemy troops and vehicles in Wadi Al-Asafir, southeast of the town, using qualitative precision missiles with 250 kg warheads filled with high-explosive materials. The powerful explosions and high casualty numbers created panic and confusion within enemy ranks.
Beyond rocket and artillery barrages targeting enemy movements within Lebanese territories, several strikes were carried out in the rear areas of the forces participating in the attack our land, specifically through:
Targeting attack-support forces around Khiam and in "Metulla" settlement site and its surrounding orchards with 11 concentrated missile barrages and artillery shells, achieving confirmed hits.
23 rocket barrages on training camps, missile launch bases, and command centers in "Ayelet HaShahar", rocket launch bases in "Yesod HaMa’ala", an armored gathering area in "Sha’al", and command centers in "Shamir".
By the night of Thursday, 31-10-2024, enemy forces were forced to withdraw behind the borders, utilizing military helicopters to evacuate their dead and wounded, as well as specialized equipment to retrieve the destroyed tanks.
On Saturday, during an attempt by an "israeli" force to advance across the border toward the village of Houla, our fighters spotted a convoy of approximately 40 military vehicles (tanks, armored vehicles, and personnel carriers) led by two bulldozers, aiming to clear a path for further advancement. As the force reached the range of our fighters, the bulldozers were struck by two Kornet anti-tank missiles, destroying them and killing and injuring those inside. Under heavy "israeli" artillery cover, the entire convoy retreated to the eastern border of the town. As the convoy regrouped, three successive rocket salvos, spaced five minutes apart, with over 60 rockets, struck the area. The operation successfully achieved its objectives.

Your art for it is so cute, what's Kamen Rider SD? I want to get into it :D
yesss.... fall into my trap... mwhahaha >:3c (also thank you ^v^)
SD in general means Super Deformed, it's a chibi style that's not unique to Kamen Rider (Gundam also has a bunch of SD stuff, mentioning it here bc i love those models :3)
But since you're asking in relation with my art, here's the ones I made art for:
SD The Great Battle
A series of videogames that's a crossover between Kamen Rider, Gundam and Ultraman characters, all in the SD style. An original character called Fighter Roar joins the team from the second game on. They're very fun and wacky game that don't really have a coherent plot but we love them for that :3 In IV they get a giant robot (Compatible Kaiser my beloved) and in V they're cowboys. I love the cowboy outfits so much. Games one to five have english fan translations, now I need someone to translate Gaia Saver because apparently that one has the Rider Killer lore....
Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Man Spider (or simply Kamen Rider SD OVA)
If you've been around the fandom you probably already know this one. It's a 30 minutes short where RX and the other Battle Riders (Ichigo and ZX) have to rescue RX's crush from shocker, with the help of the Mechanic Riders (V3, X and Super1). Wild Team (Stronger, Amazon and Nigo) appears for like. 3 minutes total at the end but they're my darlings and I love them. Other very important thing in this short is the Rider Carrier, a giant robot grasshopper that acts as their base and I think every version of the riders shoul have a giant grasshopper base not just the SDs u.u This short is apparently an adaptation from the Mighty Riders manga, but I haven't investigated it yet so I can't confirm that. It's also connected to a couple more SD videogames, Sortie!! Rider Machines and Run! Mighty Riders (the team names come from here as far as I can tell)
Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend / Kamen Rider SD: Legend of the Stormy Age
(listen. I know the direct translation is the first one. But the second one is on the back cover so if they gave it an official english title I'm using that :P)
This is probably the one you're asking for, but I wanted to use the excuse to talk about the other two :P
I'll be honest, going in blind on this one is probably the best experience. Do not look up panels you will get spoiled. The basic plot is V3 and Riderman travel around to recruit the other Riders to defeat Shocker. I want to talk about it more but again, I had so much fun going "WHAT!?!" while reading it that I must resist- Might post more about them but will tag it as spoilers
Other SD stuff that I care less about, for completionist sake:
• there's a third SD manga (Kamen Rider SD: Roaring Laughs School) that I know nothing of (I think it's a 4koma gag manga? I'll be honest I'm not very interested in it so I haven't done much research);
• the most recent SD game is SD Shin Kamen Rider Rumble, a game for the movie, but that one seems to be simply a side scroller so again, no interest from me;
• Lost Heroes 1 and 2 technically use chibi-ish versions of Riders, Gundams and Ultramen, and are part of the Compati Hero series (the same series as The Great Battle), but they don't have SD in the title;
•there's. sooooo many sports games in the Compati Hero series. I like the Battle Dodgeball ones :3 Also speaking of Compati Hero, special mention to Super Hero Operations because that's the next one I wanna play, I get to meet Zubat, Metalder and a bunch of others there :3
#kiri.text#kamen rider sd#.....should I tag each series.#sd the great battle#kamen rider sd (ova)#kamen rider sd: legend of the stormy age#...whoops it's been two hours since i started writing this i got carried away#also anon if you get into any of this feel free to come back and talk to me about them! :D I need someone to talk about them with!!!#anon or anyone that wants of course

29 September 1946. First flight of the Vought F7U Cutlass (XF 7U-1). American carrier-based jet fighter and fighter-bomber. A semi-tailless design, likely based on aerodynamic data and plans captured from the German Arado company at the end of WWII. It was known by pilots as the Ensign Eliminator because it was difficult to fly.
