-Nunca entenderé porque llega tanta correspondencia a este departamento… —dijo Kurt mientras revisaba todo lo que había sacado de la casilla correspondiente al departamento número 2 en el edificio del centro de Lima. -Ni yo… —agregó Blaine mientras dejaba  la bolsa de la compra en el suelo para buscar las llaves. -¿Seguro?... —preguntó de vuelta su esposo enseñando un par de sobres y unas revistas etiquetadas con el nombre de David Karofsky. -El vivía aquí Kurt, no hay nada que pueda hacer al respecto… —contestó abriendo la puerta para él. -Claro que hay… dile que de su nueva dirección, por ejemplo… —insistió Kurt entrando de mal modo. -Se mudo hace un mes, lo más probable es que… -¿Sabes que?, no quiero saber… no quiero volver a mencionar su nombre, ni tampoco quiero escucharte a ti decirle «Dave»… tan solo arrojare esto a la basura…—agregó tomando todo lo correspondiente al anterior inquilino para tirarlas al contenedor que había en la cocina. -¿No es que botar cartas es un delito federal?… -No… creo  que estas pensando en abrir correspondencia ajena y violar los buzones de correo… la ley no dice nada sobre la correspondencia de ex novios matones y sin cejas… —dijo abriendo el basurero con el pie para arrojar todo, Blaine rió y negó con la cabeza mientras sacaba los abarrotes y los iba ordenando en lo anaqueles correspondientes— ¿te ries de mi Blaine Anderson-Hummel?… -No, por supuesto que no… además, se que solo estás molesto por lo que pasó en el auditorium con Sue…—contestó abriendo el refrigerador para guardar lo perecible. -¡Claro que no!… -Kurt…

-Ay si, es verdad… ¡uy!... ¿¡por que tenia que meterse en nuestra luna de miel!? —exclamó apuntando el sobre dorado y con corazones rotulado como «The Anderhummels» -No sé… creo que lo hizo con buenas intenciones… si lo piensas con detención claro está…—se apresuró en decir  Blaine al ver que su esposo levantaba la ceja inquisidora y abría su ojos más de lo normal— y un fin de semana en Provincetown es mejor que cualquier fin de semana… ¿o no? -Si, no puedo negar eso, pero… vamos… nosotros teníamos agendado una semana en San Francisco con un viaje al valle de Napa incluido… -Aún podemos hacerlo… ¿qué tal si hacemos ambos?, seguimos teniendo la semana completa de vacaciones… -Pero la oíste, ella canceló todas las cosas… -Tal vez deberíamos averiguar si eso es verdad… -Toda la razón… —dijo Kurt tomando su teléfono móvil— primero llamaré al teléfono que aparece en ese sobre, para saber si esas reservaciones son reales… —dijo caminando hacia la nevera donde estaba sujeto el regalo de Sue con un magneto de New York. -¿Cómo no van a ser reales?… —agregó Blaine guardando los últimos productos. -Oye, conocemos a Sue Sylvester, ¿no es así?, tuvo un súper buen gesto con todo el asunto de Santana y su Abuela, pero un gesto bueno, no borra los 5632 malos que ha hecho desde que la conocemos, asi que hare  unas cuantas llamadas partiendo por confirmar si nuestras reservaciones  a San Francisco fueron canceladas y siguiendo por lo de Provincetown, aunque creo que si me contesta Andrew Sullivan me va  a dar algo… —añadió tomando otros papeles que habían sobre la mesa de café y que correspondian al viaje de  luna de miel que Carole y Pam les habían obsequiado— hablaré en la habitación… -Como quieras… oye… ¿Rachel viene a cenar? -¿Por qué? -Porque pensé en hacer unos sandwichs para aprovechar las sobras de pollo que quedaron de ayer… y como ella al parecer no come carne… -No come… pero no, no viene, aún está molesta porque aparentemente, y aclaro de inmediato que no me acuerdo, yo me había comprometido con ella a que cuando fueran nuestras respectivas bodas, ella sería mi «padrino» y yo su «dama de honor», así es que, como eso no paso, ahora tiene depresión o algo…—Blaine arrugó la nariz y su esposo le respondió encogiéndose de hombros como diciendo en silencio «ya sabes, es Rachel»— por lo tanto… haz lo que dijiste, no hay problema… yo haré las llamadas -Ok…—dijo Blaine disponiéndose a  lo que dijera, no sin antes quedarse mirando a su esposo por casi un minuto seguido.

-Ya hable con todo el mundo… —dijo Kurt volviendo a  la sala. -¿Y?...  —preguntó de vuelta Blaine mientras disponía la mesa con toda la parafernalia necesaria y que a su esposo tanto le gustaba. -Bueno… primero, efectivamente nuestras reservaciones para San Francisco y Valle de Napa fueron canceladas, llame a la agencia y luego a nuestras respectivas madres y ya  les hicieron el reembolso y todo… —explicó Kurt balanceando los ojos, Blaine hizo una mueca como de  tristeza infantil mientras iba a por los sándwiches. -¿Y lo otro?... -Lo otro… es verdad… -¿En serio? -Si… tenemos todo para pasar un fin de semana en Provincetown, los pasajes de avión, la reserva… todo.. -¿Es algo bueno?, ¿verdad? -Obvio que si y lo mejor es que nuestras madres dijeron que cuando quisiéramos, ellas nos regalaban el viaje de nuevo… -Mejor aún…—añadió Blaine dando los últimos toques a la mesa antes de llevar los platos con los sandwiches de pollo, descorcho una botella de vino y sirvió en partes iguales en las copas dispuestas— y…  todo esta listo aqui a proposito... -Asi veo… aunque antes de comer me gustaría preguntarte dos cosas, tres en realidad.. -Ok… pregunta… -Lo primero que me gustaría saber de donde sacaste esa botella de vino, sabiendo que aun no tenemos la edad legal ni para comprarlo, ni manos beberlo, o tu al menos no la tienes… —Blaine sonrió chueco y engreído— segundo, te vi mirarme mientras hablaba por teléfono y quiero saber si eso es algo bueno o malo y tercero… desde el encuentro con Sue que tienes una mueca en la cara que es como una sonrisa, pero es más bien la de alguien que oculta un secreto… -Vaya… muchas preguntas… a ver… —dijo tomando un poco de aire mientras traía los platos con la cena— a lo primero, debo responder que algunas personas nos regalaron botellas de vino para nuestra boda improvisada.. —respondió disponiendo los platos— aunque mi teoría es que las tomaron de la recepción y pusieron nuestros nombres en un trozo de papel… —añadió señalando la silla para que Kurt procediera a sentarse— a lo segundo… —añadió haciendo lo propio en la silla de enfrente— te mire porque, y sin caer en clichés, ni frases trilladas, juro que aun no puedo creer lo afortunado que soy porque alguien como tú, decidió decir que si a pasar la vida entera con alguien como yo… —dijo mientras doblaba la servilleta, Kurt sonrió pensando que aquello sí era cursi y trillado pero le encantaba oírlo— y en relación a lo último que preguntaste, debo decir que… soy feliz… —agregó sonriendo aún más maravillosamente— y no solo por lo que dije antes, si no porque… hubo un momento… y que tal vez ni siquiera lo notaste, pero una vez que Sue nos dio los sobre y desapareció por el escenario… tú… tú me tomaste la mano… —dijo emocionándose un poco, Kurt levantó un poco su ceja hasta que recordó aquello a lo que su esposo hacía referencia— ¿lo recordaste? -Lo recordé… -Bueno… en ese momento… me sentí el hombre más importante de todos, porque tú Kurt Hummel, tomabas mi mano… y hasta entonces, siempre había sido yo el que lo había hecho primero… y no te importo nada, ni que las chicas estuvieran ahí, ni a la posibilidad que otras personas entraran, solo me tomaste la mano porque… querías… y con ello lo que hasta ese momento había sido solo imaginario, se volvió real… -¿Y eso es? -Que mi vida, mi corazón y yo… estamos en tus manos… —dijo Blaine soltando un suspiro enamorado al tiempo que tomaba algo de vino. -Por dios… —murmuró Kurt sintiendo que efectivamente esta vez si le daba algo—¿cuánto tiempo crees que se puede dejar la comida sin refrigerar?… -¿Cómo? -Eso…  —dijo Kurt levantándose— lo que acabas de decir, es lo más romántico que me has dicho desde que nos conocemos y necesito hacer algo al respecto… y sé que estoy hablando con el hombre del «me conmueves» y «sin miedo y para siempre», pero… ven… —agregó estirando una de sus manos. -¿A dónde? -¿Sabes que?... a ninguna parte… —dijo dando media vuelta para en un solo movimiento tirar al suelo  todo lo que había sobre la mesa y así, ocupar él ese espacio— ven… —repitió mientras se quitaba la sudadera con capucha y la camiseta que tenía debajo -¿¡Qué!?... —exclamó Blaine mirando con asombro y descolocado primero a él y luego a la comida ahora tirada en el piso, si bien Kurt podía ser sexy y tomar la iniciativa cuando quería aquella osadía la había visto como dos veces en todo el tiempo que su relación había durado. -¿No estás interesado acaso?... —añadió quitándose las zapatillas y desatándose el cinturón. -Más que interesado… —respondió levantándose de la silla— es solo que… ¿quién eres y dónde esta mi recatado y romántico esposo? —añadió acercándose, se paró frente a él y se hizo espacio  entre su piernas. - Aquí… —contestó ciñéndose más a él jalándolo a su cuerpo por  dos de las trabillas del pantalón— es solo que todo esto de estar casado contigo, hace surgir en mí una personalidad totalmente opuesta a la que tengo…—explicó mientras le desabrochaba el jeans y metía una de sus manos justo allí. -¿Algo así como  Mister Hyde y el  Doctor Jekyll?...  —pregunto Blaine mientras le tomaba  la cara y le daba ´pequeños besos en la línea de la quijada y el cuello -Algo así… pero mas gay y con desnudos…—respondió sonriendo con travesura -Te amo… -Lo se…

Holiday fluff day 30!

To Close the Parting Year: After settling into a relationship and building a life together, Severus Snape and Tom Riddle close out their first year living by themselves in their cozy cottage.

December 30: Lazy Day

"We've been busy this month," Severus observed to Tom as they lay in bed late into the morning, drowsy and unmotivated to get up.

"Mmm," Tom agreed.

"Quidditch Christmas caroling, a trip to Paris, ice skating with the Averys, the Minister's holiday party, meeting Hermione, the Death Eaters' gift exchange and being snowed in at the Dolohovs', the Hogwarts staff party, visiting Sweden, dinner with our family and all the Blacks, hiking yesterday...."

"Busier than everything else we've done, combined, since moving into this cottage," Tom agreed.

"We should commit to staying in for a while and enjoying having each other to ourselves."

"We've been invited to several New Year's Eve parties," Tom reminded Severus.

"I'll gladly defer to your wishes on the matter, but I was thinking it would be nice to celebrate here. Mix our own cocktails, I'll cook you something nice for your birthday? Spend New Year's Eve how we mean to spend the coming year."

Tom smiled, and pulled Severus closer to him. "That does sound nice," he agreed. "I'd like that."

After they made it out of bed, Severus decided to put his money where his mouth was. Today was for being lazy. He would feel no guilt whatsoever about spending the day reading fiction rather than working on his potions research.

When Tom found him later that day, Severus was curled up on the couch with a good book, a blanket, and a cat purring and kneading into the blanket.

"I appreciate that we don't have plans today," Tom remarked, sitting down next to Severus and pulling out a book of his own. Miel shook himself, gave himself a good lick, and then left Severus to jump onto Tom's lap. Tom smoothly transferred his book to resting on the armrest instead of his lap. "I want to stay in, by the fire, and enjoy the quiet."

"That sounds perfect," Severus agreed. "Everything else can wait."

-Listo,  te dije que me demoraría menos de 15 minutos —dijo Blaine  saliendo del baño, estaba medio vestido elegante con una camisa blanca y un pantalón oscuro y como todos en la casa, se estaba alistando para el aniversario número 30 de Burt y Carole, Kurt ya estaba listo y encontraba en la cama terminando los últimos detalles de su regalo. -Genial, todo un récord Señor Anderson-Hummel… ¿qué te parece? —pregunto su esposo desde donde estaba trabajando en algo que sólo él sabía, Blaine lo miró y luego miró la serie de cuadrados de cartón negro que tenía esparcidos sobre la cama, eran más o menos 6, cada uno en diferente tamaño, los tenia ordenados de mayor a menor y todos tenían fotos, diferentes stickers y palabras escritas con marcadores brillantes. -Que bonito… aunque si te soy sincero, no sé realmente qué es lo que estoy mirando… —respondió su esposo desde el final de la cama. -¿Cómo no vas a saber?, es muy simple,  es una «caja sorpresa», super popular a comienzos de los 2000… —Blaine empequeñeció sus ojos como necesitando más detalles— es una serie de cajas que se ponen uno dentro de otras y se van descubriendo cómo una sorpresa, aun no las armo por cierto, pero esa es la idea…  ¿qué te parece?— repitió mirando su trabajo con orgullo.

--Lito and Hernando in Sense8 (like to be FRANK this is probably #1 because I love that we saw them going thru so much; like actual legitimate relationship struggles that often stemmed from Lito’s issues; but then also dirty bathroom sex; and then 3way with Dani was just like this overflow of love and throuple confirmation lol)

--Nomi and Amanita (another STAAAAAND out for me, I absolutely love them, they were like the steady calm thru the storm couple but with such intense passion for one another)

--Miel and Sam from When The Moon Was Ours by Anna-Marie McLemore.  You probably don’t know this one because it’s a YA magical realism novel, but!  It’s!  One of my favorite!  Romantic arcs!  EVER!  So Miel is a Latina teenager and Sam is her best friend who happens to be a young trans man and the book basically kicks off with them having sex and kind of having to deal with that, plus some magical realism shit based on La Llorona and the fact that there are family things going on and other girls who want Sam (and this is never treated as like.  odd or unusual, Sam is just wanted like any hot teenage boy would be wanted by teenage girls) and it’s ACHINGLY beautiful.  I cried when I read this book.  Also McLemore is just a super great writer and most of her books either deal with Latinx characters and magical realism and LGBT+ issues or both, as she’s a queer Latinx woman irl and her husband is a trans man.  So you can sense the personal nature of this book and it just is BEAUTIFUL.

--Simon and Bram from Love, Simon.  My heart grew 3 sizes when we watched that movie, ugh.

--Callie and Arizona from Grey’s Anatomy.  And I know, TOXIC SHIT HAPPENED but this is such a classic epic TV romance for me.  I grew up on Grey’s and watching Callie discover her bisexuality was like this momentous thing on tv, and then even though she and Arizona had some serious.... bumps... along the road the idea they’re offscreen chilling with their bb Sofia and hopefully at least one new baby is lovely to me.

--Sissy and Vanya from The Umbrella Academy.  Like!!!!!!!!!!  Vanya’s s1 romance was soooo flat and I wanted more from her and then it turns out that she’s getting her Carol from the film Carol on at a FARM?  And the subtext of Vanya giving Sissy’s son her powers, which in a sense makes him Vanya’s superpowered son, so Harlan is Sissy and Vanya’s son, no matter what he literally has two moms, and their final scene had me crying actual tears.

--Agron and Nasir from Spartacus.  I know you haven’t seen this but like, the degree to which I was owned by these two, lol.  But the thing is that in a sense they were almost like?  A couple I didn’t worry about?  Because even though both were warriors and there was one time when someone was trying to COME UP ON AGRON’S MAN and they could die at any moment, they were so like?  Committed?  The most married of Spartacus couples?  Also had v. good sex scenes.

--Lucretia and Ilithyia, also Spartacus and I SOMEWHAT HESITATE TO INCLUDE THEM lol because they never have like.... sex onscreen.  But Lucretia is canonically bisexual and Ilithyia is pretty heavily implied to be into her (like... kisses her on the mouth all the time... professes her love all the time... tbh MOST of the characters on this show are implied to be pansexual).  So they’re like, fully evil characters who never have a pure love for each other, at all, but are obsessed with one another, and have this clearly fatal attraction wherein they both want to kill each other and can’t get enough of each other?  And I’ll own that the person Lucretia loves most is very obviously her husband but that only increases this idea that Ilithyia wants MORE of her?  But then when Lucretia is loyal to Ilithyia she wants to kill her?  They are my toxic wlw ship lol, basically the opposite of Agron and Nasir.

--Angel and Lil Papi from Pose.  Left field lol but due to quarantine, I watch Pose now, and these two snuck up on me???  Like I won’t say that they are like, great influences on each other but rn I’m very into them bc it’s some real authentic YOUNG LOVE shit.  For context Angel is a transgender model and he’s a bi hustler who’s taken in by the same house mother, and so they’re kinda just friends at first but he clear ADOOOOOORES her and slowly she falls in love with him too and they get hooked on drugs together but also he wants the best for her I sweeeear, the show has things I could take or leave but these twoooo.

--Jamie and Lord John, Outlander.  You never said this had to be totally canon but I’m trying to make everything at least one-sided canon or EXTREMELY heavily implied, and John is madly in love with Jamie, so.  I need them to fuck.  I need them to fuck so bad, with or without Claire, this could be the greatest like the levy broke for one night plot arc ever, like I honestly can interpret John as being totally in love with Jamie and Jamie having room in his heart for John even if it’s not like a consistent thing, I WANT IT.

--Darla and Drusilla, Buffyverse.  I’VE ALWAYS LOVED THIS.  Like we know it’s not this consistent relationship and the incestuous dynamic there is like, uh, a lot, but sometimes evil girls have to have fun, and as seen above I do love some evil girl content.

--Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, Sailor Moon.  Lol this is a classic, I have loved them since I was 12 and now my 13 year old sibling loves them and models their overall sense of style after Uranus, I love it.

Vuelta a casa

Tercer año

“Liv! Levanta, tienes que ir al colegio! Espero que ya hayas hecho las maletas!” Liv gruñó y se levantó. Alguien estaba arañando la puerta; se levantó y la abrió. Un pequeño perrito de dos colas entró trotando y se subió a su cama. “Otra vez por aquí, Arrow?”

La mayoría de los animales de su casa no eran realmente suyos, pertenecían a los alrededores y entraban y salían de la casa cuando querían, siempre tenían cariño, comida y refugio. El cachorro ladró y meneó sus colas. “Alex?” su hermano apareció por la puerta. “Buenos días hermanita. Que tal has dormido?”

“Puedes llevar mi baúl al coche?” el se peinó el pelo rubio y asintió. Sacó su varita y se llevó el baúl levitando. Livvy cerró la puerta. “Arrow, sienta.” El perro, que se estaba persiguiendo las colas la miró confundida.

“Déjalo” se miró al espejo. Su largo pelo rizado, castaño con puntas rubias, estaba enredado, así que se lo recogió en un moño bajo. Se frotó sus ojos miel y se miró las pequitas debajo de ellos. Era menuda y delgada, con trece años cumplidos el seis de agosto. Se cambió el pijama por una sudadera y unos vaqueros largos, cogió una mochila y bajó abajo, con Arrow a su lado.

“Minos, deja a Ágape en paz” cogió con cuidado a la serpiente dorada y la separó de su Puffskein. Minos se enroscó en su cuello sin apretar, mientras Ágape intentaba subirse también. “Lo siento Ágape, pero este curso te quedarás en casa. Has cogido un resfriado y no voy a poder cuidarte bien en Hogwarts. Pero tranquilo, Tom te cuidará.” Él justo pasaba por ahí y le subió la capucha de la sudadera. Ella se la bajó molesta y le gruñó, mientras Minos siseaba. “Papá ha hecho tortitas, y no te voy a dejar ninguna, petarda.” Echaron una carrera hasta el gran comedor y se sentaron en la larga mesa, dónde su padre y Alex ya desayunaban. “Livvy, deja a la serpiente para comer” le dijo su padre, y ella suspiró con fastidio y depositó la serpiente en el suelo. “Y las tortitas? Me muero de hambre”

“Que tortitas? Toma, si tienes tanta hambre…”Su padre la puso un plato de cosas asquerosas y ella fulminó con la mirada a su hermano, que se retorcía de la risa. “Pitufo…” un zorro rojo se acercó con un cuenco en la boca y ella echó todo el plato. Alex la miró sonriendo maliciosamente y luego se giró hacia su padre. “Papá, Liv te quería decir algo sobre la comida”

Dominic miró a su hija y la sonrió. “Te ha gustado, cariño?”

“Estaba riquísimo Papá, pero nos tenemos que ir. He quedado con Lilo en la estación.” Su padre asintió y se fue. Livvy se pasó un dedo por la garganta y apuntó a Alex, luego a Tom. “Sois dos mitades del mismo idiota” ellos rieron y dijeron que también la echarían de menos.

 “Ahí está Lilo! Adiós, cuida bien de Ágape. Te quiero!” él la sonrió y la abrazó. “Tu madre estaría orgullosa de ti” Liv asintió con ojos acuosos y fue con su amiga. Estaba delante y miraba la estación 9. Su pelo castaño oscuro contrastaba con sus puntas azules, perfectamente liso. Era alta y delgada, llevaba una chaqueta de cuero y sus ojos marrón oscuro brillaban de alegría. “Liv!”

“Lilo!” se abrazaron fuertemente, eran mejores amigas desde el primer día. “Has visto lo de Hogsmade? Te lo han firmado, verdad?” la preguntó Lilo, y ella asintió vehemente. “Claro. Pasamos?”

“Después de ti.”

Atravesó el muro para llegar a la plataforma 9 ¾ y fue recibida por una multitud asfixiante, compuesta por estudiantes y sus padres. Lilo apareció detrás de ella y subieron al tren. “Que optativas has elegido Liv?”

“Te mandé un búho Lilo, voy a runas antiguas y a cuidado de criaturas mágicas.” Lilo abrió la boca para hablar, pero Liv la interrumpió, “Y tú vas a estudios muggles y a cuidado de criaturas mágicas, lo sé. Porque estudios muggles?”

Encontraron un compartimento vacío y entraron, cerrando tras de sí. “No sé, me parece interesante como los muggles hacen funcionar las cosas sin magia, no crees?” ella se encogió de hombros y la rugieron las tripas. “Mira lo que tengo” se sacó el collar de la sudadera y se lo enseñó a su amiga. Era el collar que ella le regaló por su cumpleaños; una media luna con pequeños cristales montados sobre plata. El tren se puso enmarcha y el collar se balanceó. “Te gustó, eh” Livvy rió y asintió. La puerta se abrió y una cabeza rubio platina asomó. Lilo puso una cara de asco y miró para otro lado, pero Liv sonrió. “Hola Draco, que tal el verano?” se había cambiado el pelo, ya no lo llevaba para atrás, si no para adelante y con una raya a un lado. “Bien, tu?” el chico la sonrió y Liv se dio cuenta de lo atractivo que realmente era. “Yo… Yo bien, y tú?” Lilo soltó una carcajada y a Liv se le tiñeron las mejillas de rosa. Draco la dirigió una última sonrisa amable –una emoción rara en el- y se marchó.

Lilo miró a su abochornada amiga, la había echado de menos. Se preguntó dónde estaría ahora su gemela, seguramente con el resto de su casa, Slytherin. Liv y ella estaban en Gryffindor, y eso había distanciado un poco a las hermanas, aunque ya estaban en mejores términos. “Yo… Yo bien, y tú?” imitó Lilo con sorna, y Liv gruñó. “Cállate, Poltergeist” Lilo rió “Ha sido muy gracioso, por que el te ha dicho que estaba bien, y luego tu le has vuelto a preguntar y…”

Las puertas se volvieron a abrir y un chico moreno entró. “Hola Liv, que tal?” ella se levantó y le dio un abrazo a uno de sus mejores amigos, Cedric Diggory. “Hola Ced, te he echado de menos” él la sonrió y la dio un beso en el pelo, pero dos chicos le sacaron a rastras. Fred se sentó al lado de Lilo, y George ocupó el que antes era el sitio de Liv. “Yo iba en la ventana!” gruño ella, y George fingió desmayarse. “Oh, Cedric, te he echado tanto de menos, bésame!” ella volvió a gruñir y le dio un puñetazo en el hombro. “Cállate imbécil.”

Fred rió y cogió la cabeza de Lilo, plantándole un beso en el pelo como había hecho Cedric hace unos momentos. “Oh mi querida Liv, casémonos…” Liv gritó de rabia e intentó alcanzarle, pero George la sujetó. “Que no me gusta, pesado!” se volvió a sentar y se alisó la ropa. “Yo creo que lo que de verdad querías era aprovechar la oportunidad y besar a Lilo” Fred se giró hacia Lilo y la guiñó el ojo, haciéndola sonrojar. Las puertas se abrieron de nuevo y otro pelirrojo apareció. “Hola chicas, mirad, soy delegado!” Liv aplaudió a Percy Weasly mientras sus hermanos le abucheaban. “Pesado! Eres un pesado!” Percy se fue del compartimento indignado y los gemelos rieron. “Pobrecito, dejadle en paz!” dijo Liv, y el tren se detuvo de repente. “Ya hemos llegado?” preguntó Lilo extrañada, y se asomó a la ventana. De repente el compartimento se empezó a enfriar y una figura oscura pasó por la puerta. Se detuvo y miró a Lilo a los ojos, y ella sintió ganas de llorar. “Dementores…” tartamudeo Liv; los dementores eran unos seres horribles que enfriaban todo a su paso y robaban la felicidad. La figura se giró y siguió por el pasillo. Alguien gritó un hechizo y todo volvió a la normalidad.

“Liv.” Su amiga asintió y las dos salieron a ver qué pasaba, pero se chocaron con alguien. “Uy, perdón” dijo Lilo, y miró al señor. Tenía el pelo castaño peinado para un lado, aspecto desaliñado y tres cicatrices le cruzaban la cara. “No pasa nada” él las mostró una sonrisa amable y siguió su camino. “No es por ofender ni nada, pero olía a perro” dijo Liv arrugando la nariz. Desde que se había convertido en animaga, algunos de sus sentidos se habían agudizado. “Me pregunto quién será…”

 “Este es el profesor Remus J. Lupin, que dará defensa contra las artes oscuras. Buenas suerte” todos los alumnos aplaudieron entusiasmados. “A ver si este dura” la susurró Liv, y Lilo rió suavemente. “Y nuestro nuevo profesor de cuidado de criaturas mágicas es ni más ni menos que Rubeus Hagrid!” los alumnos aplaudieron aún más, y Hagrid se levantó casi tirando la mesa. Dumbledore terminó el discurso y el festín comenzó. Liv se puso un buen plato y gimió. “Me moría de hambre…” Lilo miró a su alrededor y saludó a Luke, su ex novio, que la sonrió y la saludó con la mano. Connor, el ex novio de Liv, estaba sentada con una pelirroja; sus miradas coincidieron una milésima de segundo y el la miró con tristeza, luego su mirada se desvió a Liv, ignorando a la pelirroja que tenía al lado. Decidió no contárselo a Liv, ya que seguía un poco sensible con el tema. “Vuelta a casa…”

🖤In una domenica tra amici ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare questo prodotto che hanno portato Maria Graziano e Riccardo Bianco dell'Azienda agricola Mongioia ( www.mongioia.com ), 100% made in Piemonte, risultato e frutto dell’incontro tra il riso nero vercellese de gliAironi Risi e Co.( famiglia Perinotti ) e la sperimentazioni della Mixology torinese di Affini ed EvHo.

🖤Ovviamente è stato oggetto della nostra più totale attenzione, Maria mi ha fatto fare anche un video dove lo degusto, visto la mia conoscenza in materia da diversi anni.

❓Come viene prodotto vi chiederete❓

➡️ Dal riso del Vercellese, varietà Penelope, si aggiungono per la fermentazine un tocco di lieviti da birra stout riconducibili a storie di birrai e un tocco botanico come quelli del vermut, fortificato a 17 gradi (dai 12 ottenuti con la fermentazione del riso), attraverso l’aggiunta di alcool, e per l’aromatizzazione, grazie all’utilizzo delle principali erbe botaniche che insaporiscono il vermut stesso dall’artemisia e dall’achillea, ottimo puro o miscelato con altri ingredienti in cocktail.

❓Sapete come si chiamano i maestri che producono il Sakè in Giappone❓

➡️Si chiamano "Toji".

🍘La cultura nipponica da anni regna nella mia casa, in cui il sakè è conosciuto anche dalle mie figlie, perchè è una bevanda che si usa abbinata a tutte le portate di un pasto, visto la "poliedrica funzionalità", concetto più difficile da spiegare che da sperimentare.

➡️Esistono un'infinità di tipologie del prodotto in sè, che dipendono dal tipo di produzione o meglio dall'aggiunta di ingredienti.

❓Quali sono gli ingredienti base del Sakè❓

➡️acqua, riso e Koji ( Junmai ).

❓Quali altri ingredienti si possono aggiungere❓

➡️si può aggiungere alcol etilico, erbe aromatiche, diverse tipologie di riso, ma il segreto sta nella quantità di alcol aggiunto.

🍚E' talmente immenso e vasto questo mondo, intrigante e affascinante, ve lo dice una che a casa nel suo terzo bagno ha una "coltivazione idroponica" di Wasabi.🥰

❓Che potenziale effettivo ha questo prodotto❓

➡️Ha il potenziale secondo me di un vino liquoroso, che può essere usato tranquillamente da aperitivo, di entrée di portata, di base a cocktail.

➡️Si presta , inoltre, alla creazione di bevande originali, oltre a berlo in purezza, infatti mi viene in mente una bevanda dell'antica Grecia a base di vino, miele e spezie, con una punta di rabarbaro: "il Vino Ippocratico".

➡️Lo vedo bene accostato all'infusione di Artemisia, Assenzio e Rabarbaro, ottima l'idea dei lieviti da birra Stout ➡️ ( da alta fermentazione prodotta con l'aggiunta di percentuali variabili di malto d'orzo tostato e orzo tostato ).

🖤Un prodotto tutto italiano da eccellenze agroalimetari del territorio, che rispecchiano e rispettano tradizioni produttive legate a due bevande emblema dell’intraprendenza sabauda durante i secoli come la birra e il vermut.

👃Al naso immediatamente ho sentito un bouquet di fiori bianchi, genziana, vermut e miele, intenso e diretto, subito l'associazione alla birra stout per la liquirizia, sentore di orzo e malto.

👄In bocca è avvolgente, profondo, pizzica leggermente, con aromi corrispondenti al naso, rabarbaro mescolato alla liquirizia, genziana, chiodi di garofano, alcuni aromi che lasciano in bocca spigoli amaricanti in chiusura.

❓Risultato finale della degustazione fatta❓

➡️Direi uno “spirito” innovativo, che punta a far incontrare le diverse culture rispettandone le differenze ed esaltandone le similitudini.

❓Scopo produttivo❓

➡️Direi prodotto ideato, realizzato e commercializzato per un bere sempre più responsabile, consapevole e di qualità, all'insegna dell'innovazione e creatività di cui siamo particolarmente dotati‼️
