logan loved you very, very much. the day you told him about your regression, he was a hundred percent supportive. he didn't quite get it but the idea of being your caregiver, your dada? he was sold.

he did the best he could, but some things still stumped him. like, what might be hard for you to do when you're little.

"alright, sweetheart." you sat on the bottom steps of the indoor stairs. your dada stood in front of you, one hand on his hip, the other scratching his scruffy chin. "let's make sure you've got everything."

you stared at him with wide, attentive eyes.

logan squinted at that. usually, you've always got something to say. maybe today's not a talkative day. "alright, do you have your coat?"

you palmed your coat.

"gotcha. do you have your ear muffs?"

you rubbed the fuzzy ear covers that sat around your neck.

"got the ear muffs. let's see uh... do you have your shoes?"

you lifted your foot and wiggled your toes through your bluey themed socks.

"well, you can't walk out there barefoot." he chuckled at himself. "be right back, bun."

he arrived a little bit later with your black and white sneakers and knelt in front of you. he grabbed your foot, placing it on his knee. he lifted a shoe, slid it on your foot, then he did the other.

"tie your shoes, bub. gotta get your sippy filled."

he sped to the kitchen to grab your favorite cup, filling it with water. when he came back, you were staring down the hallway he walked down, your shoes still untied.

"what's the matter, bub?"

you looked at him with wide eyes, fiddling with the zipper on your coat.

"here, let me show ya." he knelt down. "hold these two laces up like this. now, we're gonna make an x, like x-men. the rabbits gonna go into this hole here and then we pull. now, from here, we're gonna make two bunny rabbit ears, that might be easiest for ya. gonna do the same thing. a bunny ear x, the bunny goes into the hole, and then all done. you got that, bub?"

you stared blankly at him, little giggles escaped from you.

"oh. how old we feelin', sweetheart?"

you reached up to gently pull and play with his hair. he chuckled at bit. not at you but just at the situation. you were feeling way too small to tie your own shoes, and that's a-okay.

Logan was grouchy which would be normal except that Logan wasn’t his normal grumbles kind of angry no he was more temper tantrum kind of grouchy to be fair he’s only grouchy because he’s tired but no one seems to understand that and it’s making him more irritated.

Logan’s been storming around the mansion for probably the past hour trying to find a quiet spot to just nap bit every place he thinks of has people either bugging him or is just simply too loud for him until he stops at Kurt’s door.

Logan thinks to himself and besides Kurt loves taking care of him when he’s little so that’s how he found himself in the blue bamflings room.

Baby Logan wouldn't really get trick r treating. Free candy? Yes please! But having to talk to strangers to get it? No thank you, he will just beg someone to buy him some.

Since most people probably wouldn't take too kindly to him (a physical adult) or some of the others in the mansion (also adults and/or visible mutants) trick r treating they do their own around the mansion and he likes that much better.

He was very ready to just wear his suit when he was told he needed to wear a costume bc so many Halloween costumes are soooo itchy, and he doesn't like em, not one bit.

Ororo helped him make a deer costume that was really just him wearing a brown sweater with felt spots on the back and little ears (which he took off in the first five minutes bc he didn't like wearing the headband) He was vry excited to tell everyone that he was a deer, he's not Logan or a wolverine, he's a baby deer.

The X-Men all carved pumpkins together and that was his favorite! He just used his claws to stab it a bunch, his jack-o-lantern was a big mess but he was very proud of it.

He also greatly enjoyed eating all the pumpkin guts and seeds, but Remy and Rogue (who were also regressed at the time) kept getting mad at him because apparently they needed those to make pie and roasted pumpkin seeds, so Logan couldn’t eat everyone’s pumpkin innards.

Logan then tried to take a bite out of each of their pumpkins bc he was mad that they made him stop eating his little treat, Scott and Jean stopped him, but he tried.

Jean definitely planned a bunch of crafts for all the little ones, and Logan isn't into crafts much but he'll gladly follow along with just about anything Jean comes up with.

Big Logan enjoys watching all the scary movies everyone wants to watch, baby Logan would rather not, he doesn't like movies much, other than cuddling with Roro, and scary movies are even worse cause they're scary, he'll be taking a nap by the fireplace, thank you.

X-Men: Evolution CG Storm and Regressor Wolverine headcanons

When Logan comes back from a solo mission he always tries not to let himself regress because he worries the kids will see, he likes to keep his regression as private as possible and doesn’t want to lose the kids’ respect

Ororo will meet him after missions to see how he is doing, if he’s trying not to regress, she’ll use subtle language to help him slip into headspace and then walk with him back to one of their rooms for some baby time, if he’ll let her

Ororo will whisper ask Logan if he went potty before they leave because he might have an accident if he slips

Ororo tries to convince Logan to wear a pull-up when they go out while he’s between headspaces, Logan begrudgingly agrees most of the time because it’s slightly less embarrassing than an accident

Kitty saw Ororo leave Logan’s room early one morning after she spent the night helping him regress, a rumor started about them dating that same day, they were extra careful for a while bc they didn’t want anyone accidentally finding out while trying catch them doing coupley things

Logan doesn’t like to eat his veggies, but he always wants whatever Ororo is eating, so Ororo has a system. O: “Do you want any veggies, Little One?” L: “No!” O: “Okay.” *Gives herself extra vegetables* L: “Mama, I have some, please?” Much easier than arguing about how he needs to eat his vegetables

Ororo has to carry a bag with her everywhere they go, not just for Logan’s baby stuff like changing supplies, sippy cup, etc, but to hold all the rocks and sticks he gives her while they’re outside

Logan has “mastered” secretly regressing, sitting silently at the breakfast table, pretending to read a news paper while playing Blue’s Clues songs in him head, most of the kids already try not to bother his so early in the morning so might as well take advantage of it if he slips

Ororo keeps little snacks and small toys on her for when Logan slips, so she can make sure he eats and give him something to do subtly until they can get somewhere safe and/or private for him to properly regress

Lots of nature walks while the kids are at school and they don’t have any x-men business to take care of

Logan love to run around the ground and climb trees

Ororo watches him play and sometimes will indulge him in making it rain so he can play in the mud and stomp in puddles

Logan and Ororo will snuggle and watch movies in the common areas sometime while the kids are at school. They don’t do it often because sometimes the kids are still in and out of the house through out the day anyway

The only other people who know are Charles and Hank. They’ve had close calls with Jean and have suspected that maybe she knows but hasn’t said anything

This is not based on just one piece of x-men media so will probably be a mix of different characterizations and canon stuff

Scott tends to get very into the leader type personality and tries his best to provide Logan with structure and routine

Logan responds well to structure, but he does not want it, he would like to spend all day outside looking for bugs and doing whatever he wants, thank you very much

Scott tries to convince Logan that things are his idea to get him to do unwanted tasks, bathing is the hardest one but sometimes he can manage to get the idea in Logan's head that he doesn't want to be a smelly little gremlin

Scott will take Logan for rides on his motorcycle as a reward, Logan thinks it's the best thing ever, especially when Scott lets him "drive", which just means sitting in front with his hands over Scott's, it's a bit awkward to workout, but Logan loves it

Logan has a hard time sleeping a lot, Scott will take him out for a walk to look for night critters if he's too awake to sleep, and he'll take him for a drive if he's just having trouble falling asleep/staying asleep

Scott let's Logan climb into bed with him (and maybe Jean depending on if Jean and Scott are together at the time) after a nightmare to snuggle

When they sleep together Logan always either ends up curled up in a ball in the middle of the bed so Scott ends up trying to sleep on the edge without falling off or laying on top of him, Scott prefers that latter because at least then he can breath

Logan likes to give Scott rocks and sticks he finds when they go on walks

Scott has gotten angry scowls on walks for scaring off Logan's animal friends several times, he just isn't as sneaky but can't let Logan wander out of his sight

Scott gets very worried when Logan runs off, which ends up happening about every other time he regresses involuntarily, Logan usually shows up before he had to use it, but he has a ready plan to search for Logan if he's gone for too long

When Logan shows back up, usually all muddy with wrecked clothes, he has to sit through a long lecture about running off without a grown up, if he's still regressed he'll then be subjected to lots of cuddles, and much to his displeasure a bath

When it became clear that baby Logan’s favorite shows are Blue’s Clues and Sesame Street, Wade 100% went nuts buying him everything he could find from both shows

All Logan’s sippys and bottles are Blue’s Clues or Sesame Street. Custom pacis, and modified baby pacis. He has Blue, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, and Elmo pjs (with other Sesame Street Characters on the way). Stuffies and plastic toys galore for each. Wade even got Logan a little handy dandy notebook for coloring, which Logan promptly tried to eat because he was too far regressed to process what it was

Wade also got himself a shirt like Steve’s for when he dresses Logan in his Blue onesie
