Thanks to everyone who helped my last post, I was able to get my car checked out.

Unfortunately, she's so old and broken down that the mechanic really wasn't sure how she was still... together.

I can take public transportation for most of my shifts, bit in order to get to work at 5am ill need a car or Uber.

So once again I gotta ask for help. And literally anything helps.

Car question

Ok today when I was driving part of the? Thing that attached to the exhaust pipe came loose and must have been hitting the road from what I heard I pulled over and adjusted it

Like this. It’s not hitting the road anymore and it’s a temp ‘fix’ but is there an easy way to properly fix this myself or do I gotta go to a mechanic? I mean it would be stupid but I could try gorilla glue

I've been helping one of my friends find safe housing after multiple major life struggles. Unfortunately on the drive back home from their hotel I popped my tire on the freeway.

Luckily everyone was safe and there was no further damage. But, even with AAA, the tow to get home cost $80. I've found a new tire and am hoping to either use a car jack and tire iron from the local tool library or have a friend help me Thursday with getting the popped tire off and the new one on.

New starter motor is in but no dice, it is making a different clicking though. Originally it was clicking at the starter relay. Have replaced IPDM, BCM, battery is good. Any ideas?

Can anyone suggest a way for me to get this tree sap off my car? The first time sap got on my car I just had to wait until it was hot and sunny and it all came off with a damp rag. The second time I did the same thing but not all of it came off and now I'm not sure what to try. I've done olive oil already, maybe mineral spirits could work? I'd like to avoid buying expensive cleaners or paying for a wash if I can help it
