Personally I'd really love to see a reverse robins where Steph takes over/tears apart black masks entire criminal empire cause her and Jason's "deaths" are already such clear parallels. Given that it's basically a sporting event, I really wish the Wardance had a kiss cam. For cuteness sake. 💗

Hook sees the big screen and asks Sampo what that's for. Is it like the one in the arena in Belobog? Why does it show pictures of the crowd and not the fighters? Sampo explains to her that the people it shows are supposed to kiss, it's supposed to be some cute thing some planets do.

The match they were watching started after that, and Sampo didn't think to explain further. He also didn't think to specify that it's usually a thing for romantic couples, and it's supposed to be the people only in the center of the camera lens. He has money riding on the outcome of this fight, he needs to pay attention!

Hook actually is watching the screen, though, so when she sees herself shown on the side of it, she hops up in her seat because! Look, they're on the screen!! Uncle Sampo, look!! And then the whole arena audibly melts as they watch Hook give Sampo an adorable little peck on the cheek. 😭

hiccup and astrid only works for me if they're written as foils. Hiccup is a soft hearted pacifist who has to learn to make tough calls. Astrid is a hard core warrior who has to learn compassion. they both admire the other for their strengths, and by some combination of striving to be more like each other, and hitting the breaks when one of them goes too far in one direction, they manage to meet in the middle and work really well together

For the event hosted on the ask blog, I am bit confused. Is it going to be a collection of our works or mostly targeted towards ask blog art work???

it's not a targeted collection or anything, no - it's a yearbook. it's a thing of love. you sign it. it's meant to be messy and unkempt - just a thing you throw together and scribble as fast as you can because lord knows that person has gotta get around the whole school with that book and get everyone to sign it.

you know, the whole thing made me dig out my own end-of-high-school yearbook - and oh, a lot of memories... so many people i'd forgotten all about. but all so familiar, too.

funny how time flies by, but some things never change...
