Last year I didn’t have the chance to make a birthday piece, but in 2022 I drew a more complex piece with several of his characters. I’ve never posted it here on tumblr so why not add it onto this post? I believe I’ve really improved at capturing Jim’s facial features since I last drew just him.

Context: I'm writing an Ivo Robotnik/Jimbotnik short story. This is a scene from the fic. The main character is Tom's sister.

Eve tapped her foot in annoyance.

“Can we at least listen to music? As exciting as being in a hostage situation is, I'm getting bored of watching my brother break all your toys.” 

Robotnik ignored her fruitless attempt to rile him and continued to search the roadways. Evelyn Wachowski was irritating, but no amount of her teasing was going to distract him.

“What's wrong?” She asked. “Are you afraid that the type of music you listen to will reflect your inner feelings? Do you cry to sleep at night to ‘Teardrops on my Guitar’? It's a real tearjerker.” 

Robotnik tightened his jaw. As much as he did not want to acknowledge her, he peered over his shoulder with a deadpan look on his face. She grinned in triumph as though she had broken down his resolve. He squared his shoulders and turned to her. 

“My musical taste has nothing to do with my…feelings. I'm an enigma.” 

To emphasize his point, he bent a finger, pressing a button on his control gloves. The cab of the mobile lair was immediately filled with the emotional tempo of ‘All By Myself’. Eve snorted, earning a heated look from him. Enigma, sure. 

“I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is on your solitude and loneliness playlist, right?”

The best way to go is to filter out anything to do with the movie or just avoid any of the Sonic Tags

That includes, “Sonic the hedgehog,” “sonic,” “sth,” etc

I blocked out the main characters I don’t want spoilers for, “Tom Wachowski,” “Maddie Wachowski,” “Sonic Wachowski,” and “Tails Wachowski,” in addition to “Movie Knuckles,”

If you care about Stone and Robotnik spoilers, tag “Agent Stone,” and “Jimbotnik,” (the fan given name to movie eggman from what I understand)

Im sad by the fact now that Sonic movie 2 is closer and Sonic 3 movie is already anounced that the Eggman tag is full of Jim Carrey eggman :(

Is it full of jimbotnik? I've been wondering for a while because I've blacklisted every word variation that could be associated with the Sonic movies and jimbotnik, so I don't tend to see a lot in the tags. Sometimes, instead of showing the notice saying the post contains something I've blacklisted, it just doesn't show the post altogether in searches and it's great. XD

I recommend doing that if it's bothering you and making it take more scrolling through the tags to see the og Eggman stuff because there's only going to be a lot more after the movie comes out, just like the first one. But I've been living in bliss only seeing classic and modern Eggman, albeit a very tiny amount, and having no idea how much jimbotnik posts there are in comparison. Without all the jimbotnik posts, all I see for the most part are mine and my friends' posts about him lol

But yeah, it is sad when you do see all of it and think about how it's a perfect example of how jimbotnik is way more popular than og Eggman. He really didn't increase his popularity by much like people assured me it would. Most people still don't give og Eggman much thought because he's not jim carrey and he's not considered hot enough by jimbotnik shippers and fangirls.

People can like what they like, of course, and I don't want to rain on their parade. It's just that as a long time Eggman fan that doesn't like jimbotnik, it can be sad to see that people don't see much interesting and worthy in him until he changes so vastly in appearance and such. He just feels like a completely different character to me and feeling so detached from what almost the entire tag of my favorite character are talking about is a strange feeling.

Part of me wishes there was a separate tag for jimbotnik stuff but he officially has the same name, so I don't think that would completely catch on. And of course I don't expect to control what people post and what tags they use and I respect them and their freedom in doing so. I just can't deny that it makes me a bit sad too, I do miss the days when the tag was very quiet and only contained og Eggman content.

I also miss the way my blog used to be the top blog for every variation of Eggman's name 90% of the time. Ah, those were my glory days fhsjfnskgnsmg In #dr eggman, #eggman, #dr. eggman and #dr robotnik, my blog was the first to come up. That changed as soon as all the jimbotnik posts came in and of course get way more notes because of his popularity, so now I haven't been top blog in most of the searches aside from #eggman in two years. Only jimbotnik blogs do now.

And fair enough as those people earned it with the posts they made and notes they got, I'm not trying to be selfish and hog the spot because I think I have the best blog or anything like that. But sometimes I just think about how the only way of me ever having a chance again would be if I were to become a jimbotnik blog (I never will) because that's what people really want to see ;w; But that doesn't discourage me, I'll always be here to share that og Eggman love that he's always deserved 💜

Hey there Sonic fans,how are we today? First off,I want to apologize for posting old 2020 shit in the main tags. But I figured it would be posting this here for the occasion.

Back in early 2020,I decided to draw a few things to demonstrate my hype for the Sonic movie. I didn't have much idea what to draw,so I ended up deciding to just redraw this image I found of JimBotnik:

As we can see,I didn't bother redoing the background. No freaking way that I was going to redraw all of that lol. Even so,the half-ass background is the only thing that has "aged bad" in a way. Could have done something better.

I believe that with the skills I've developed since then,if I had to redo this drawing nowadays,the result would be much better I think.

But at the end of the day,I still think this drawing looks good. And with the super recent news about the Sonic Movie 2 (at the moment I'm posting this,it's only less than 1 hour before The Game Awards start) I thought it would be a good thing to post this here. Jim Carrey's Robotnik is a lot of fun to draw,and I hope to draw him a lot more eventually. (I hope,at least).

Very excited for the trailer (both for the movie,and for Frontiers). Looking back at the story of this movie(s),I can't believe we went from this to this. Quite a evolution,isn't it?

So I got around to watching the Sonic movie recently, and I mean it was meh. Wasn’t terrible, it was watchable.

But can someone explain why I wanna fuck Jim Carrey’s Robotnik please???

Like, I’ve never really been into Carrey himself besides just enjoying his movies, nor have I ever before had it for any characters he’s played in the past.

"What was that." He said, sitting up.

"I have to go to work, Even though it's my day off but it's gonna be a short shift." You say getting up, quickly getting dressed up and ready. Your boyfriend just looked at you with a huge frown across his face, he always felt as if you put your work first rather than your relationship. He just turned away, looking away from you.

"Can't you tell him no, it's your day off." He snapped.

You sigh knowing he was upset making you sigh. "I'm sorry sweetie but he said it's going to be a short shift so maybe like 5 hours." You say, grabbing everything you needed and giving him a quick kiss on the lips. "I promise 5 hours Ivo okay, then when I come back we can do anything you'd like."

He sighed and retuned the kiss "Okay five hours sweetheart." As you pulled away you smile. He returned the smile.

Walking out but before leaving you guys said your "I love you's" Walking out of your shared house with soon to be husband you sighed, you had to make it up to him.

Robotink watched you leave, making sure you were gone he sighed and sat on the bed. Grabbing his phone and started sending a message to a other girl he was seeing behind your back, he felt bad but you weren't there to satisfy his needs so he just needed someone. As he sent her a text saying she could come over since your not here. Putting his phone down he made sure he took a quick shower and made himself look presentable. Looking himself in the mirror, hearing the door bell ring. He couldn't help but smile a bit, looking himself one more time in the mirror but before he could walk away he took off his ring before putting it away in a nightstand, and off he walked to the door to answer this girl at the door. He had to remember he only had five hours.

Time Skip

As you were done an hour early you could finally head home, all you wanted to do was go home and cuddle your boyfriend and of course do whatever he wanted. As you got in your car, you grabbed your phone and called Robotnik. Waiting for him to pick up but he didn't, that was strange he always answered your calls. Maybe he's in the lab he had at home. Starting to drive off and heading home.

As you got home and pulled up your car to the driveway you saw a car that you've never seen. Was that Agent Stone's car? Hm probably, maybe that's why he wasn't answering his calls he is working. You got off the car and grabbed your bag. Walking inside you smile. You were going to change and then go downstairs to the lab. As you were walking to the room you heard some strange noises. Was Ivo hurt?! Quickly opening the door ready to help him but saw something your never imagined. Him with a other girl. You just stood there, tears in your eyes. Neither one of them noticing you, too busy with their satisfaction. Just standing there you dropped your bag making them stop, Robotnik just stopped in his tracks, they both saw you. The girl screaming and covering herself. Robotnik quickly got off and started to change.

You just looked away, sobbing and walking out of the room. "Wait! Y/N! Please it's not what it looks!" He yelled running after you.

Running off to the living room, ready to leave the house. You were heart broken okay, never in your life you would think Ivo would cheat on you. About to open the door Robotink quickly grabbed your arm and held you close to his body. He smelled like sex and that girl.

"Let go of me." You cry out, struggling. Seeing the girl he was with walk out, a smirk up her face. You just looked at her, she looked prettier than you, your dream body you wanted. Making you feel like shit about yourself. Weren't you good enough for Ivo?

"I had a good time Doctor, like the other times." She said before walking off like nothing happened.

Robotnik groaned softly, he turned you around and holding you close. "Please! It's not what it looks!"

You pushed him away, wiping your tears away. "NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE? YOU WERE FUCKING THAT STUPID SLUT! YOU CHEATED!"

He was taken back by your tone of voice, he bite his lip and looked down he began crying. "I'm sorry please! It was a dumb thing to do!" He said, crying harder.

Seeing him cry really did break your heart but you just made a face. "How long have you been seeing her?"

"Baby that doesn't matter, she was nothing please."

"How Long Robotnik." You said in a cold tone of voice.

"Two months." He whispered softly. "But please she was nothing you mean everything to me." He said taking a step towards you but you took one back, breaking his heart.

"You stupid pig, you shouldn't have sticked your dick into that whore then." You hissed. You've never had a good realtionship since everyone you were with cheated on you with someone "better" and everyone seemed to break your heart. You just never thought Ivo would have done the same too.

"Well I wouldn't have cheated if you always put your work first rather than our realtionship!" He snapped back.

"Me!? You know work is also important! And look at yourself! You still have this Hedgehog obsession and spend most of your time in the lab or either losing terribly against the Hedgehog!"

You guys stay quite, crying softly. Until he spoke up "I'm sorry, this is my fault how can I make it up to you sweetheart."

"By staying away from me, pig." You said, you took off your ring and threw it at his face. "Because we are done. We are over Ivo Robotnik!"

The ring feel to the floor, Robotnik quickly picked it up holding it. You couldn't leave him, no no! He couldn't lose you. Something snapped inside of him he just looked at you. Saying nothing. As you were about to walk out of the door he quickly pinned you down to the wall. "Your not leaving me, no no sweetheart. We are going to get married and be a happy couple." He whispered against your neck. Forcing the ring back to your finger, making you whimper. You tried pushing him back but he grabbed your arms and pinned them to the wall. He just looked at you, before he threw you over his shoulder and took you to the lab.

You were crying and kicking him but it seemed like it did nothing to him. "Ivo please."

He didn't pay attention to you, once he was in the lab he threw you on a cold silver lab tables. You were about to make a run for it but he wrapped a hand around your neck. "Don't run sweetheart, it will only make things harder for you. Now be a good girl for daddy and stay put." He said, giving you a kiss on the lips before moving his hand away. He backed up and looked at you, pressing buttons making drones appear and point at your direction. "If you make a run for it I will make sure they put a bullet through your head."

He then walked off to a other part of the lab, it looks like he was looking for something. You were shocked were did this attitude of his come from? As you stay still, afraid to move. He then retuned with a collar. "Now this is something I had, but I suppose it can be yours now."

He then put the collar around your neck, snapping it close. "Ah look at how beautiful you are."

You began tugging on the collar only to be zapped making you cry out in the pain, looking over at the man. He was holding a small remote.

"I suggest you stop that. Now babygirl let's have some fun. Follow me to the bedroom."

"Fuck you." You hissed out.

Making Robotnik just smirk, pressing on the remote again shocking you. Crying out in pain. He just watched you "Hm fuck you? Don't worry about that baby we are going to do a lot of that." Stopping the shocking.

You breath and just look down, crying. Robotnik looked at you and picked you up Bride style and carried you to the room, once in the room he threw you to the bed. He pinned you to the bed kissing your neck and already grinding on you.

Laughing with your best friend Tom you guys were hanging out. It was good to be around your friend you've haven't seen in a long time with his job and all and you with your boyfriend, who is your boyfriend? Well the one and only Ivo Robotnik. You and Tom have gotten to talk and catch up on each other. He even introduce you to the famous blue Hedgehog that's always saving this place. You were pretty impressed with Sonic considering your boyfriend hated the blue Alien with a burning passion, you did grow close with the Hedgehog. But of course neither Tom nor Sonic knew you were dating Robotnik, and of course Robotnik didn't know that you were friends with them. And you were planning on keeping it that way

As you and both Sonic and Tom were at the park. You guys were just chilling why Sonic was just running around and playing around with anyone he can. You were really having a nice day.

As Robotnik was at his lab he sent a drone around this stupid place so he could track down a certain someone. He was still hunting that hedgehog down and he couldn't get him quite yet. He really did try to catch him but it seemed rather impossible, like no matter how hard he tried throwing at everything at him but the Doctor always seemed to fail. As he was just sitting there watching his screen, the drone was at the park. As he was getting bored he saw a blue blur pass by quickly on his screen. Quickly on his feet, eyes glued to the screen as he was about to send in more drones the drone that was there was quickly destroyed making the screen glitch. He yelled, that stupid hedgehog!

Robotnik just watched at the screen, he could see a little bit. All he could see were shoes, of course he saw those red and white shoes, Tom's shoes and these familiar shoes but he couldn't put a finger on it. Did Sonic have a other human friend? He must find out! Yelling for Agent Stone, he told they were going to the park to see this new friend.

You just stood there looking at the broken drone. Getting nervous you look around. "Hey! Something came up I have to go! Okay bye!" You quickly say and walking off. As you walk off you began getting your phone out ready to call your boyfriend but a bag was pulled down onto your head and a rag around your mouth. Freaking out, you started to kick back but the person wrapped there arms around you and threw you into a car.

As time passed by you were at a unknown place. You were forcefully sat down on a chair, your arms being tied down.

"Okay you may leave now Agent Stone, I want to have a word with this new friend's of Sonic."

You knew that voice! It was Ivo's! As you began to move around the chair. Making the Doctor hiss at your actions. He then ripped off the bag over your head he was ready to start yelling whoever it was but it was his girlfriend! His girlfriend was friends with the hedgehog!

"You! You're friends with Sonic!" He said, leaning in ready to untie you but he stopped in his tracks just looking at you with a huge smirk across his face. “You’re friends with him huh?” He said, now taking a step back as he just looked at you. Yes he was upset because you were friends with someone he hated but seeing you like this made him feel things. 

You just struggle a bit looking at him. You tried speaking but this damn rag around your mouth. All of the sudden he ripped the rag out your mouth. As you were about to speak he quickly crashed his lips against yours, kissing you quite hard. He pulled away and dragged his hand over your hair taking a hand full of it and pulled on it hard... He pulled your hair until your head was back he just smirked at you. 

“You bad girl, I need to punish you.” He said finally he undid the ropes that were around your arms. Quickly he grabbed you and picked you up and placing up on the table he had in his lab. You were about to say something but he gave a stern face making you stay quite. Looking down. 

Robotnik just smirks he leans in and placed a small kiss against your neck. “Mm how could you be friends with him?” He whispered against your neck. You were about to speak up but he manged to take off his gloves and shoved two fingers in your mouth. “Ahh don’t talk sweetheart, daddy didn’t say you could talk.” He said, bringing your face closer to his. He took his fingers out and wiped them on your shirt. He just took a step back and then hummed, tapping his chin. Getting an idea. 

He was quickly on you again. Kissing you again, biting your lip. His hands were roaming down your body, as they got to your legs and spread them open forcefully making you whimper. He began rubbing you through your pants making your breath hitch. He pulled away from the kiss and placed sloppy wet kisses on your neck. 

He kept on rubbing you through your pants you had, slipping a hand inside of your pants and his fingers in your underwear he began rubbing your clit. Making you moan louder throwing your head back. This made the Doctor smirk as he slowly entered one finger inside of you. “Hmm Look at you, just like the little slut you are.” Slowly he began to move that finger, in and out. Getting wetter and wetter by the second. Soon after he added a second finger. Thrusting them slowly, as he just wanted to tease you. 

“Mo-More please daddy.” You moan out.

Robotnik looked at and chuckled. Pulling his fingers away from and shook his head. “Hm I don’t think so sweetheart.” Making you just groan loudly, but this gave you an idea. Pushing him away slightly and jumping off the table, your boyfriend just eyed your movements.

“Ah well okay then, if you won’t fuck me like a real man maybe I will ask Tom to do so.” You teased, walking passed him with a huge smirk on your face, as you were about to walk passed him he pinned you to the nearest wall.

“Ah is that so? Fuck you like a real man, well baby girl I going to just that.” He said. As you just smirked at him and giggle. “And after our session is over we are going to talk about this Hedgehog!” 

Rolling your eyes and you just nodded at him. You sure were in for a treat today!

Walking at night time was a dumb idea yes. But you had no choice since you couldn't get a cab, as you sigh thankfully there was no one around. You try distracting yourself by taking your phone out and walking quickly, the faster you can get home the better. As you were walking you began to feel uncomfortable, looking behind you, you saw a group of guys walking behind you. Not thinking to much about it you continued to walk forward. The group of guys were still following you. Holding your phone close to you, all of the sudden a hand was around your mouth and someone pulled you in between a dark alley. Your body was then pushed against the wall, struggling around you try to get out of the grip. The unknown person pushed their body against yours, and removing their hand away from your mouth only to grab your arms and pinned them to the wall, making you drop your purse and phone. Looking up seeing a man, and seeing two other guys behind him. They began to pick up your stuff and going through your purse.

"Stay still bitch." The guy holding you said.

"Please don't hurt me, take anything you want." You cried out, still struggling but as you did the grip on your wrist got tighter making you yelp in pain.

He chuckled at your response. Letting go of your hands to reach for something in his pocket. It was a pocket knife and he brought it close to your face. "I also want something, and I think my boys want something from you too."

All three men chuckled, as they the other two watched you laughing.

As the guy holding you brought the knife close to your stomach and he began running the blade over your shirt. As he just learned in, he placed his disgusting lips against yours. You immediately bit down on his bottom hard, making him push you away and punch you square in the jaw. Falling on the floor.

"You stupid whore. Get her boys."

You whimper and started to shake, one of them kick your stomach knocking the air out. You gasp out, coughing. "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!"

They started to laugh at your comment, as one of them were about to throw a other punch until a dark figure appeared behind them. The mysterious person grabbed him and punched hard in the face. "How disrespectful, beating up a lady."

The other two gave him a look, ready to jump him but something appeared him. It was like a drone, ready to fire. "I'm going to give you the count of five, you leave her stuff and get the hell out of here."

They began to laughing at him, but as he began counting down the Drone lit up. It started to shoot at them, they started to freak out dropping your things. They just ran off.

The drone soon after stopped and flew off. The mysterious person took a step forward and you saw them. He got down and checked on you. "Some men don't have respect for women."

"Thank you." You whisper, holding onto your stomach. He just looked at you, he began to gather your stuff and putting them in your purse. He helped you up.

"I will patch you up, I have a semi truck that I do my work at." Helping you out, he took you to his vehicle, it was a large black semi truck. The inside was amazing it was a like mini lab.

As you sat down on a chair, he grabbed a first aid kit and began to patch you up and once you he was done he gave you a smile. "I hope that helps."

You smiled at him "Thank you again Mister..?"

"Robotnik. Doctor Robotnik." He said, holding out a hand.

"Y/N, Y/N L/N." You say with a smile shaking his hand. "I really do appreciate your help. But why did you do it if I may ask."

"Well I don't tolerate stuff like that." He simply said. "Look would you like a ride home, I could give you one."

You nodded and smiled at him. As he gave you ride home you kept on thanking him and he would just smile at you. Once he dropped you home he gave you his number and you gave yours.

Robotnik was actually happy, he didn't know why he helped you out he usually wouldn't help anyone out but something about you...he just needed to help. He couldn't help but smile as you left, Robotnik couldn't help but feel warm inside when he got your number. He finally made a friend.

As a few weeks passed by Robotnik was currently at your place you guys were hanging out. You guys have been getting closer. He was actually a really nice guy, he worked for the government which was pretty impressive. But you couldn't help but have feelings for him, he stood up for you against three guys which no one has ever done. As you guys were laughing at a joke he told you, you grabbing his hand and just giggled.

"You're so funny Ivo, man if I knew you when we were younger we would had a blast!"

He just smiled and chuckled he looked down at your hand. His heart was pounding hard. He felt warm after what you said. "We would have been trouble makers." He joked around. He really did care about you. Since after that incident with you he's been checking up on you and hanging around and he's been having warm feelings for you. But he was scared to tell you anything, afraid he was going to lose his friend. But the feeling kept on eating him.

He let out a huge sigh and grabbed you hands, and he just held them with his. Looking down he spoke up. "I want to tell you something very important."

You look at at him, blushing as he grabbed your hands and you just nodded. "Go on im listening."

"Ireallylikeyou!" He said quickly.

You raise an eyebrow not understanding him "Honey you got to slow down what was that again?"

"I really like you! Okay. Look the day we met wasn't the best but I felt something between us." He said, giving your hand a gentle squeeze. "I love you Y/N."

You just looked at him, not being able to say anything. Shocked.

Robotnik began to panic as he just moved his hands away from yours. "I'm sorry I didn't me-"

He was cut off with your lips against his. You silenced him with a kiss, and pulled away with a smile. "I love you too Ivo."

He smiled and leaned in again and kissing. "Will you be mine." He said between the kiss.

"Yes." You reply and holding him close as you both share a kiss.
