Highlights from the Owl House reunion panel!

Dana headcanons that the Collector, when traveling between dimensions, came across Bill Cipher a dorito, shrugged, and continued on his way

Zeno said that If Hunter and “his big brother” (Caleb? I assume?) could spend the day together, they would go to the zoo, eat junk food, stay up late, and sleep in

Mela thinks that if Kikimora went to therapy, she would write letters (using her hair claws) of apology to the people she’s wronged

Elizabeth said Camila’s palisman would be a chancleta

Avi thinks that Raine loves making collages and going on nature walks in their spare time

Dana added that King would enjoy helping out with the collages and the consensus became that Raine just hosts collage nights

“You live under my roof, young lady. Tell us” Her mother’s words sounded like a threat, but her tone was soft

“Fine. He’s… A little bit older…” She thought about her words before she spoke up again “A bad reputation” She mumbled the words, hoping her mother wouldn’t hear them

“Hunny, if he has a bad reputation, then you shouldn’t be with him” Her mother said with a soothing voice

“I know, but I love him, and that’s what matters” She sighed, taking a bite of her food

“Well, I want to meet him first before you go anywhere this weekend” Her mother said matter of factly

“Yeah, no. That’s not happening” She scoffed slightly

“Young lady-“ “I am 18 years old, you don’t have the right to my privacy anymore” She said roughly, standing up from the chair before she left the house

She heard her mother yell at her to come back, but she kept walking down the street, calling Kevin in the meantime, asking him to come pick her up

“You okay, baby?” He asked softly as she got in the passenger seat

“Yeah” She exhaled “Just argued with my mom’s all” She nodded slightly, smiling slightly when he took her hand, kissing the back of it softly

“I’m here now. No need to be sad” He smiled, leaning in to kiss her softly

She leaned into the kiss, deepening it, holding onto his thigh softly

The kiss quickly got messy and wet, neither caring about it. She had yet to buckle herself in, so it was easy for her to get into Kevin’s lap, kissing him deeper

“Baby, we’re in my car” He panted, pulling back from the kiss

“I don’t care” She said, continuing to kiss him, unbuckling his seatbelt, getting him free from it

His hands hitched up her skirt, pushing her panties to the side, slowly pushing two of his finger into her, making her whimper slightly

As mentioned in the previous poll, the streaming era led to artists finding a variety of new ways to gather chart success. Now that Billboard was factoring YouTube views into their chart data, viral videos and memes were able help give artists a wider audience that would also reflect on the charts. We can see this with the popularity of Drake's fifth album, Scorpion -- specifically the tracks God's Plan and In My Feelings. Along with the popularity of artists like Post Malone and 21 Savage, the sound of mainstream rap and hip-hop was becoming much more low tempo and "vibe-y".

We're also seeing the continuation of another rising trend from last poll. This is not the first time we've discussed a Latin music craze on this blog (the first being in the 1950's an the second in the 2000's), but now we're seeing it manifest as the mainstream English-speaking popularity of reggaeton and Latin trap. While we can see some of this influence in Camila Cabello's Havana, the song I want to highlight is I Like It by Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin. The song's hook not only centers around a prominent sample of boogaloo musician Pete Rodriguez's I Like It Like That, but the song itself features three Latin artists rapping in mostly Spanish verses. This song helped introduce Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny to an English-speaking mainstream audience, to the point where he's not just a crossover success, but a popstar without any other qualifiers. Even as tropical house starts to fade in the mainstream pop sound, we'll continue to see reggaeton and trap cast a wide shadow over the charts.

So, I have a three hour break before the next class and my mind doesn't want to sleep and neither wants to do my damn homework. My best next option until I get home? Use picrew to create moments and little stories about my boys, also to make them the nearest as possible to how I imagined them.

Alicia:

Nicolás took the picture and sent it to Edward. It was during a leave where the three siblings were together, and Camila showed Alicia an old video from their childhood. About an old joke she did during middle school, puting dye not only inside a shampoo bottle, but also inside a bowl where there were some clothes.

The problem? She did it to Alicia, and Alicia didn't know. In that moment she was thinking on selling Camila and adopt a cat, at least the cat is more adorable that her little sister.

Luke:

Francis took the photo. This boy...he was looking at his future wife. Elizabeth was inside the cafeteria where the team went during a free afternoon, and Luke just loved how she looked, her smile and her attitude. He went to talk with her that very same day, and that started their love story.

Meanwhile, Elijah and Jackson were stopping Noah to go and kill the Lieutenant. It happens that Elizabeth is Noah's little sister, and he is an overprotective brother. And what were the rest of them doing? Just watching the drama.

Jackson:

This one was Luke who took it. Jackson was looking at Noah and Elliot doing experiments, he was preparing himself to a long day inside the bay. And the worst part was...it was a Sunday, at 4 A.M.

He reconsidered his job in that moment, but Edward bribed him with Alexander's biscuits and he just took some and went to work.

Edward:

Speak of the devil. The photo was taken by Alicia during a leave where they had to take care of some kids. Everything was good during the morning, but the kids were scared of her and they ended chasing him around all day screaming and more. Isn't needed to say, but Eddie was dying inside and wanted to throw himself through a window.

That made him sure that patience wasn't his kind of virtue. At least not for kids.

Noah:

Elliot took the photo. This little shit was experimenting inside his workshop because he was bored, and he brought Elliot with him. It was moments before they started with their doing.

And the bandage was result of him trying to shave himself after a no sleep night, it's surprisingly usual, so he was even proud (to Jackson and Marcus worries) that it was only one bandage this time. Everyone is questioning what the hell is wrong with him, but it's not like they are sane either.

Elijah:

Marcus took it by surprise, that's why the weird expression. Actually he was trying to take a video of Elijah singing, but it didn't went well and was discovered. He chased him to make him delete the photo, and when Noah saw it...he said that he looked like a lunatic or something.

No doubts, Elijah threw him a shoe once he heard him laugh.

Nicholas:

This was taken by Alexander after an office day. It's weird find him with glasses, and he used it to rest his eyes. Nicholas was amused but accepted to let Alexander take the picture, it probably will be the only one like that.

Jackson found it and he says that Nicholas remind him to a movie character, but doesn't remember the name. Everytime they encounter eachother during a break, both start to say every name that como to mind, but until now...none is correct.

Marcus:

Keyra, his wife, took the photo. It was something they did for their anniversary, they would take pictures of eachother and then make a collage with it, writing a phrase about that year. And since Keyra's hobby is photography, the pictures she took were the best, and it was fun for her to use her husband as a model.

They still have the collage, hung on the living room wall, beside their wedding photos.

Alexander:

Ahh Alexander...the kind giant of the team. Elijah took the photo first time in the morning, and he was surprisingly on a good mood. That day he brought with him some mini cakes and cookies, and during the breakfast he was telling stories about the leave.

It was just a day, but by the afternoon everyone had the photo and were happy about it. He just laughed a bit when he heard about it, and got a little embarassed and shy.

Elliot:

Chaos incarnate. This one is a bit cocky boy, but they learned to lead with him during their usual time. He's something similar to a gremlin just behind Noah, and that day he posed under the promise of a puzzle (probably his favorite thing in the world to be honest) that he wanted since a long time. The problem was that it was hidden.

Where? Inside Luke's workshop. No needs to say, the Lieutenant was furious when he found out they were looking inside his place and made a disaster on it. On the other hand Alicia just sighed before stopping Luke of commiting a crime.

Do you have any headcanons for Billy and Julia's (DJATS) relationship when she's still an infant?

Yes!

• Julia's first Word Its Dada, which makes Billy emotional.

• Julia likes listening Billy singing and playing the guitar.

• Billy teaches Julia baseball. He wants to do what his father didn't.

• Julia likes better how Billy tells stories than Camila, because he makes voices for each characters, and she loves It!

• Julia its Billy's fave kid (in this canon he has the 3 : Julia, Susana and María) he knows he shouldn't have a fave...But he does have It.

• Julia also calls Billy "Papá" dad in spanish.

• Billy and Julia play hide and seek a lot, and they take It very seriously, like they play for hours.

• Sometimes Julia helps Billy when he's fixing things at home giving him tools from the box.

• Julia always gifts Billy at his birthday a collage with candid photos of him, made each year differently, always with glitter involved. Billy loves them.

• Julia likes to make different things with Billy's hair like pigtails, ponytails and braids, which he endures stoically.

• Julia also does Billy's make-up, even his nails.

Some head canons I have in wake of the finale

- Luz does still have some after effects of taking on the titans magic nothing to intense just her eyes changing to black and yellow when she’s stressed and other small things.

-Luz is non-binary

- the golden gaurd grave yard has been officially cleared and the golden guards put to rest in a respectful way

- as well as working on ways to reverse sigils alador is looking into perfection reversal it’s going somewhat well but he hasn’t been able to figure out how to depeitfry anything more then like a small mouse

- Hunter as part of his job helps care for abandoned pallismin

- Camilla Luz Vee and even masha and co have a room in Edas home

- Luz moves in permanently with Eda for collage

-amity is some kind of adventurer/ explorer she ventures the boiling Ilses and the seas but she always comes back by the weekend for dates with luz and some times they travel together, sometimes she just stays in the Ilses or the human realm and they have a nice chil date

- raeda are happily married

- lumity while not engaged they have talked about the possibility and both are making plans for their Preposal in a few months. Knowing them they will probably end up preposing at the same time (with Luz preposing the boiling Ilses way and amity preposing the human realm way)

- Raine after the events of cannon makes an consideredble effort to get to know their new step son and kid. This leads to awkward shenanigans though eventually they find a way to make a connection

- also like tea and apple blood is a weekly thing where Camila eda and sometimes Raine Darius and Willow and Gus’s parents have tea appleblood and just hang out

- Hunter has four familys now, demoanes Nocedas Clawthrones and eventually parks . Writing their full name on legal documents is a pain but they don’t mind honestly they’ve never felt more loved.

- yearly “family reunions” which basically just mean the nocedas the clawthrones the blights the deamones parks porters tholuomules and more all in one place. It is chaos every year.

- also Hunter is trans idk what direction but that is a transgender
