Tour Bus Masterlist
An Absence Of Silence (ao3) - Cadensaurus (orphan_account)
Summary: Being on a tour bus and having to have quiet sex is made more difficult by Dan’s complete inability to be quiet, frankly.
Bathroom Key (ao3) - LetterJumble
Summary: Dan and Phil are well into their great American leg of The Amazing Tour is Not on Fire! Except that they forgot traveling on a tour bus with other people means traveling on a tour bus with other people. All the time.
They also forgot that even the smallest of towns can hold fans.
crashing on the highways of my dreams (ao3) - dizzy
Summary: Dan has a dream about Phil while on his tour bus.
Ease (ao3) - MaeTaurus
Summary: Dan is struggling with living on a tour bus for two months.
Falling for you (ao3) - dnpangels
Summary: Dan and Phil are cuddling in Phil’s tour bus bunk. When Dan slips and falls out of the bunk, he wakes up the entire tour crew. Fluff and teasing from the crew ensues.
falling off the moon (ao3) - jonsaremembers
Summary: “Dan fell off the moon!”
“I fell off the FUCKING moon!”
Giving Everything We Have (ao3) - parentaladvisorybullshitcontent
Summary: “We have a bus,” Phil says.
Dan grins at him.
“Nerd,” He says, fondly.
In which they have a tour bus for the US leg of TATINOF and Dan has a space in his bunk with Phil’s name on it
Hot Mess (ao3) - outphan
Summary: It’s a hot night on the tour bus.
Karma is a cat (ao3) - skygremlin
Summary: Dan and Phil visit the San Diego Zoo and Dan insists he could beat a leopard in a fight. When their tour bus gets a flat tire in the middle of the night as they’re on their way out of California, he’s forced to defend his words and himself.
Katoptronophilia (ao3) - obsessivelymoody
Summary: The ceilings in Dan and Phil’s tour bus have mirrors on them.
i’m lovin, i’m livin, i’m picking it up - galhowell
Summary: Tour bus smut. Having a mirror on the ceiling of their bedroom makes Dan rather excited.
iPads and Tour Bunks (ao3) - dnpangels
Summary: Phil tries to watch Netflix on his huge iPad in his tour bunk, but it falls on his face and causes him pain. Dan is there to make fun of him but also to comfort him.
Basically, it’s just pure tour bus fluff.
Look in the Mirror (ao3) - worriedpeach (skeletonflowers)
Summary: As soon as Dan saw the mirrored ceiling in the back lounge of the tour bus, he knew he was in trouble.
On Tour Bus Beds (ao3) - katiecal1013
Summary: “Best buddies can share a bed!” - Phil Lester, 2024
silent and sure, keeping watch in the night (ao3) - gaydreaming
Summary: Phil has always loved being on tour. The adventure, the sounds of the tour bus, the way his quality time with Dan takes on a different shape. On the road between Oslo and Helsinki, he sees some beautiful stars through the bus window and wakes Dan up in the middle of the night to enjoy them with him.
Tight Places (ao3) - adorkablephil (kimberly_a)
Summary: The bunks on the Interactive Introverts tour bus are really small. Inspired by Phil’s latest video, “What Dan and Phil Text Each Other.”
Too Tall For His Own Good (ao3) - orphan_account

Words of Affirmation (ao3) - easybubbyy

Warning: They are very in love. Inspired by Dan’s recent Instagram story of Phil on their tour bus couch with his iPad.
wouldn’t it be nice (ao3) - possumdnp

just saw an edit on tiktok made by samjfr3 and the song fits the buckley-diaz family so well, so obviously i WILL be elaborating
“out, on our own. dreaming in a world that we both know is out, of our control. but if shit hits the fan, we’re not alone. cause you’ve got me, and you know, that i’ve got you, and i know. If the tide takes california, im so glad i got to hold ya” okay that was a big chunk of text but i didn’t want to split the lyrics up cause they fit buck and chris SO WELL. first of all, the tide did take california. they forcefully got swept off the pier, and went crashing with the waves through santa monica. and in those moments, where buck is frantically looking around for chris while simultaneously trying to keep his head above water, he’s not sure that he’ll make it. or chris. and all he can think is that he’s so glad that he got to know chris. got to hold him close to his chest, got to create a special bond with a special little man. and while they’re sitting on that fire truck, unsure of how the remainder of the day will play out, there’s one for sure thing both boys know. no matter what, they have each other. and they know it.
“we’ve been livin’ on a fault line” TELL ME THATS NOT BUDDIE. disaster is always waiting to strike, right below their feet. disaster strikes with the ladder truck, the tsunami, the well, the shooting, getting struck by lightning etc. there is always SOMETHING waiting to happen to those two.
“i’d spend a lifetime, givin’ you my heart. i swear that i’ll be yours forever, till forever falls apart.” so that’s extremely buck coded. he loves his diaz boys with his entire heart. from the day that buck met eddie and christopher, he knew there was no way out for him. not that he wants out, of course. and even WITH forever falling apart—aka chris and possibly eddie moving to el paso—buck would still be theirs forever.
“i guess there’s nothing more romantic than dying with your friends” all of bucks besties are firefighters. they risk their lives everyday, and have gone through so many near-death experiences with each other!
“we never had it from the start. till death do us part” HELP ME. sure buck and eddie had each other from the start, but they didn’t have each other. but there is no way in hell that buck would ever willingly let eddie or chris depart from his life, so till death do them part. and death has TRIED. 3 minutes and 17 seconds i tell ya (can death also get tired i can’t go through anymore life threatening buddie arcs)(unless it ends with them canon then i could stomach it)
anyways once again there’s my two cents on that
#911 abc#911 show#buddie#evan buckey x eddie diaz#evan buckley#evan buck buckely#eddie diaz#christopher diaz#this song is so buckley-diaz family coded your honor#Spotify

Welcome back to the annual yap session about hangster! :)
So I listened to I Bet You Think About Me by Taylor Swift featuring Chris Stapleton for the first time the other day and absolutely fell in love with it and immediately thought about Bradley and Jake (Miles Teller is also in the music video).
I had to tell someone or would actually start tweaking out about it so you guys get to hear about it! I’ll be analyzing the whole song based on hangster (I will be including my own headcanons btw). This was also from Jake’s point of view with some lyrics more about Bradley.
Get a nice blanket and some hot chocolate (its a long one)
3 AM and I'm still awake, I'll bet you're just fine
Fast asleep in your city that's better than mine
After they broke up, Jake moved back to Texas and Bradley moved back to Philadelphia (I personally think Bradley lived in Philadelphia in his early childhood, moved to California after Goose died, and moved back after his falling out with Mav [just stay with me okay?])
And the girl in your bed has a fine pedigree
After they broke up (B was the one who broke the relationship up), Bradley started to just get with people to fill the hole he lost when he broke up with Jake.
And I'll bet your friends tell you she's better than me, huh
Well, I tried to fit in with your upper-crust circles
Yeah, they let me sit in back when we were in love
Pheonix was always nice to Jake when he and B were dating but when Bradley broke it off she never talked to him after. He texted her but left him on read.
Oh, they sit around talkin' 'bout the meaning of life
And the book that just saved 'em that I hadn't heard of
But now that we're done and it's over
I bet you couldn't believe
When you realized I'm harder to forget than I was to leave
And I bet you think about me
Even though Bradley is getting into a new relationship every week, Jake knows that he can never forget about him. They went through so much together and experienced so much together. How could Bradley forget and not think about him?
You grew up in a silver-spoon gated community
Glamorous, shiny, bright Beverly Hills
Bradley never got into detail about his childhood with Jake and from only seeing his childhood home in San Diego, he believed B came from a pretty wealthy, happy family. Jake knew nothing about Carole, Goose, or Maverick.
I was raised on a farm, no, it wasn't a mansion
Just livin' room dancin' and kitchen table bills
Jake's childhood consisted of living on a farm in Texas, he was a Mama's boy. Sometimes when he was little he would sneak downstairs to watch his mom and dad dance in the living room together after they thought all the kids went to bed.
But you know what they say, you can't help who you fall for
And you and I fell like an early spring snow
When Jake and Bradley first met, they almost immediately fell in love. There was nothing "casual" between each other. Even though Bradley was pretty reserved and timid with being in a romantic relationship, they connected easily and said they loved each other pretty quickly.
But reality crept in, you said we're too different
Bradley broke up with Jake stating that he was not ready for a relationship, he wasn't ready to open up, and--of course-- they were too different and would never make it.
You laughed at my dreams, rolled your eyes at my jokes
Mr. Superior Thinkin'
Do you have all the space that you need?
Bradley: "We need space. This isn't going to work."
I don't have to be your shrink to know that you'll never be happy
Jake watched from afar as Bradley dated other people (he stalked his Instagram account). Bradley never looked truly happy like he did with him.
And I bet you think about me
I bet you think about me, yes
I bet you think about me
Bradley thinks about Jake 24/7. Everything he does is for Jake.
Oh, block it all out
The voices so loud, sayin'
"Why did you let her go?"
Bradley regrets it every day that he broke up with Jake. They could've made it work. Bradley just couldn't open up like Jake wanted him to. He couldn't explain to Jake his past. He feared that Jake would leave him because of how miserable he actually was. Jake made him feel safe and loved for once.
Does it make you feel sad
That the love that you're lookin' for
Is the love that you had
Bradley really thought that he would eventually get over Jake. He'd find a nice girl he could settle down with, have a family, and live a happy life. Now he's thirty-six.
Now you're out in the world, searchin' for your soul
Scared not to be hip, scared to get old
After he lost Jake, Bradley became self-conscious and scared that everything he did would eventually lead to his downfall.
Chasin' make-believe status, last time you felt free
After Bradley and Jake broke up, Bradley put all of his attention into his work. Work would at least distract him from breaking the love of his life's heart.
Was when none of that shit mattered 'cause you were with me
Nothing mattered when Jake and Bradley were together. They were happy and that's what mattered.
But now that we're done and it's over
I bet it's hard to believe
But it turned out I'm harder to forget than I was to leave
Jake nor Bradley never forgot about each other. They always think of each other. Even when doing the most mundane tasks.
And, yeah, I bet you think about me
I bet you think about me, yes
I bet you think about me
I bet you think about me when you're out
At your cool indie music concerts every week
I bet you think about me in your house
Jake practically lived at Bradley's house at the height of their relationship.
With your organic shoes and your million-dollar couch
I bet you think about me when you say
"Oh my God, she's insane, she wrote a song about me"
I bet you think about me
Jake and Bradley never forgot about each other. They'd eventually see each other again, a mission that would change both of their lives.

Karaoke ⎥ Chicago Blackhawks
As per usual, I went with the players that I know. I have no idea what their music preferences are, this is purely based off vibes. This what I think the Chicago Blackhawk's go-to karaoke songs are.
masterlist
Connor Bedard - he knows every word to 'We Didn't Start the Fire' by Billy Joel for some reason that he never tells anybody. He is dared to sing it one day because it's an older song, so he does it perfectly and surprises every person in the room
Colin Blackwell - 'Love Story' by Taylor Swift. 100%
Jason Dickinson - a stunning rendition of 'Vienna' by Billy Joel
Ryan Donato - keeps it classic with 'Don't Stop Believin'' by Journey. It's very mid, but not bad
MacKenzie Entwistle - a horribly off-key version of 'Livin' on a Prayer' by Bon Jovi
Nick Foligno - claims he is too old for karaoke but sticks with the classics too and goes with either 'Hotel California' by Eagles or 'Under Pressure' by Queen
Taylor Hall - there's about a 55% chance he sings something Nickleback and the other 45% is 'Love Like This' by BlackHawk for some sentimental reason
Seth Jones - something Katy Perry, I feel like. No reason, just a feeling. More than likely it's 'Firework'
Kevin Korchinski - either something by Zach Bryan or a 'The Last Saskatchewan Pirate' by Captain Tractor duet with Reese Johnson (please tell me somebody will get it)
Philipp Kurashev - adorably accented version of 'Call Me Maybe' by Carly Rae Jepsen. Everybody loves it
Petr Mrazek - first an enthusiastic attempt at 'Dream On' by Aerosmith, then plays it safe with 'Sweet Caroline' by Neil Diamond, met with applause and sing-along
Connor Murphy - also claims he's too old for karaoke, then proceeds to whip the most excellent cover of 'It's My Life' by Bon Jovi out of his back pocket and absolutely floors everybody
Alex Vlasic - 'Shut Up and Dance' by Walk the Moon or 'Stacy's Mom' by Fountains of Wayne. Or some other 2000's hit

“Okay, maybe I have a crush on you! So what?”
This would totally work for Ellie, after Santa Barbara, cause I think she'd be a complete and total emotional mess and wouldn't know how to handle her feelings..
Collateral
Pairing -> Ellie Williams x Fem Reader
Warnings -> Some game dialogue (second game, Tommy made me so mad when he came to Ellie with this. like let the girl live in peace please), brief mention of Ellie's missing fingers, swearing, end is a little rushed, not proofread, fluff at the end bc I said so <3
Word count -> 1.3k
Playlist -> Unbroken, Gustavo Santaolalla
Alexa's notes✨ -> Caroline!!!!! Thank you so so much for requesting something! It means the world to me. I really hope you enjoy this and that I did it justice! As always, please come chat or leave some feedback! love yall xoxo
Your relationship with Ellie wasn't something that was clear cut. It didn't have clear lines, it wasn't black and white. It was more of an array of muddled colors that somehow worked together seamlessly. You knew how she felt about you, and you her, so there wasn't a question as to whether you would go with her to Seattle in search of Abby and her friends.
When that was all said and done you both agreed on starting a life together outside of Jackson. The farmhouse had been one your favorite places you've lived in, partly because Ellie was right by your side.
That was until Ellie left for Santa Barbara.
The day Tommy came by, you could see the wheels turning in Ellie's mind. You had done so much to get where you were, and he was threatening that stability. You knew Ellie struggled with what happened to Joel. You knew it. Ellie tried so hard to hide everything from you, even now.
You'd been by her with everything that happened in Seattle, putting your life at risk every damn day because you loved Ellie. You've had the front row seat to everything that is Ellie Williams, and here she was, debating Tommy's words.
"This new guy heard my story," Tommy began. "He told me about a woman that he traded with while he was moving through California." He unfolded the map and laid it down on the table, smoothing out the creases. "Described her as built like an ox, traveling with a kid with scars across his face."
Ellie was hanging on to his every word.
You stood off to the side trying not to eavesdrop, but how could you not? Ellie sat up straighter, leaning in slightly to take a glance at the map in front of her.
"He said they were livin' across this coast, in a beached sail boat," Tommy reached over and pointed a single finger on the dusty map, "Right here."
You could tell Ellie felt torn, her eyebrows knitted together as she glanced around the room. Her gaze landed on you for a split second, and you could see the internal struggle that raged within the girl.
Moving to place yourself next to Ellie, "That's enough," you articulated, "We're done with that and you know it."
Ellie reached to place her hand on the small of your back. Shaking her head, she whispered a small, "I'm sorry."
The scratch of the chair against the wood filled the brief silence, followed by Tommy's scoff. "Reckon it's easy to forget about her. Sitting all comfy way out here-"
You took a protective step in front of Ellie, "Tommy-"
"'I'll make her pay.' That's what you said when we got back to Jackson."
Placing a strong hand against his chest, you gave him a shove. The look in your eyes lethal, "That is enough!" you exclaimed. "Get the hell out of my house and don't come back with that shit, ever again. Do you hear me?"
Tommy scoffed again, "What a joke." He shuffled toward the door while mumbling things under his breath.
You placed a gentle hand on Ellie's cheek and ran your thumb across her lips before stomping after Tommy. The screen door smacked into the side of the house with the force of you pushing it.
"You're a real jackass, you know that? How dare yo-"
"How dare I? She made me a promise! Don't you think that should mean something?"
A sarcastic laugh fell from your lips, "Are you fucking kidding me? Do you not realize what she's been through?" barely taking a breath, "What we have been through? We almost died in Seattle and I'll be damned if you pressure Ellie into going back out there for some stupid lead."
Soft pants came from your parted mouth. You were absolutely seething at Tommy's audacity. Why couldn't he just drop it? So many lives were lost in the search for Abby. It wasn't his life he was putting at risk, it was Ellie's. He'd have to shoot you dead before you allowed that.
Tommy gave you a sharp look before turning his back and leading his horse to the front gate.
You watched him ride off as you caught your breath.
Pulling the screen door shut behind you, you turned to find Ellie still seated at the table.
"Els, I'm so sorry he did that. He had absolutely no right to show up here and treat you like that."
Ellie warily glanced up at you, a bleak look painted her features. A sigh escaped her lips as she grabbed your hand and led you to the seat across from her.
"Babe, I think-"
"Please tell me you're not actually considering this. Please."
Ellie snapped her gaze down to the map and back up to you. "I can't live like this anymore, knowing she's still out there. I don't eat, I don't sleep."
You blinked the tears away that were threatening to slip. "Ellie.." Your voice broke slightly as you rose to stand. "You need to know that I've grown to care for you, deeply. But if you walk out of this house, I don't know if I'll be here waiting for you to come back."
Ellie rose and stood to face you, inches between you both. A pained expression covered her face, "That's up to you."
With that, she took her backpack and walked out the door, leaving you in the beloved farmhouse alone.
‧⋆ ✧˚₊‧⋆. ✧˚₊‧⋆‧‧⋆ ✧˚₊‧⋆. ✧˚₊‧⋆‧‧⋆ ✧˚₊‧⋆. ✧˚₊‧⋆‧‧⋆ ✧˚₊‧⋆. ✧˚₊‧⋆
It had been three months, and there was still no sign of Ellie. You waited every day for her to walk through that door and into your arms. The old calendar in the kitchen had been marked up, serving as a tracker for the days that molded into one.
It was easy to grow weary, to sit in silence most days and reminisce on the months prior. The ache was a deep, constant feeling in your body.
There was one day, the sun's embrace warm as you sat on the porch swing that you saw it.
Ellie's slim figure making its way up to the front gate, backpack in hand.
Your eyes fell into a sharp squint thinking your mind had been playing tricks on you.
The gate clanked open, and you knew she was home.
Standing up, you scampered towards the girl.
"Ellie?! Is that you?"
Ellie's own footsteps broke into a run after hearing your sweet voice. God, she missed that voice so much.
You slammed your body into her strong frame, wrapping your arms tightly around her neck. "Ellie," you melted, "I'm so happy you're back home."
She picked you up off the ground slightly, inhaling the scent of your freshly washed hair. "I missed you so much, baby. You have no idea."
Placing you back on your feet, her cool hands met your cheeks and you leaned into her touch, relishing the feel of her skin against yours.
Opening one eye at the unfamiliar sensation, "Uh, Els? What the hell happened to your fingers?" You all but ripped her hand off your cheek and brought it up to your face to inspect.
A deep chuckle fell from her lips and she smiled at you, "I'll explain everything, I promise. Let's go inside before you get cold."
Slinging her backpack across her shoulders, she intertwined your fingers in her good hand and led you back to the house. It felt right being back home with you. Ellie realized a lot of things while she was gone and was finally able to process some of those feelings. Not that she wouldn't tell you eventually, but Ellie loved you from the moment she first laid eyes on you all those years ago in Jackson. It took her a while to decipher those feelings, but she's never been so sure of something as she is this.
Glancing down at you, she gave your hand a slight squeeze, "I love you, sweet girl. More than you'll ever know."

Continuing my new series of "dumb thoughts I have about Baldur's Gate 3," I have a strong conviction that every companion/main character may be represented by an (hilarious) 80s anthem (if you pretend that 1976-1983 is the 80s).
So, without further ado, here is my personally curated playlist for the BG3 Companions!
Astarion
"Somebody to Love" by Queen I mean, where do I start? Take a look in the mirror and cry? I spent all my years in believing you? Or my personal favorite, I just gotta get out of this prison cell/Some day I'm gonna be free! Lord... And the thing to get about this is not so much that Astarion is looking for romance necessarily, but he wishes to be in a place safe enough to love. I think that's really one of his most cherished dreams, being able to form a stable, long-term relationship with someone who will keep him safe, where he will be safe and not alone anymore. But also, can you imagine this drama queen complaining, with a full choir back up, about how hard he works every day? Dear god. So I humbly pitch "Somebody to Love" for his anthem.
The Emperor
"More than a Feeling" by Boston Listen, I was overcome by the fact that a tadpole in your brain certainly is more than a feeling. It was too good not to share! He just wants to love you!
Gale
"Tainted Love" by Soft Cell Is there a more appropriate sentiment for Gale and Mystra than I gave you all a boy could give you/Take my tears and that's not nearly all! ? This is my break up song for the poor boy. You can do this Gale, I believe in you!
Halsin
"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper You see a big bear sprawling in the sunny flowers in the middle of a forest clearing and what do you think? Girls just wanna have fun, absolutely! Also, Cyndi Lauper is an OG in sexual liberation, which is very Halsin.
Karlach
"Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler Oh, the jokes really don't stop with this one ^^; It's about living in a powder keg and giving off sparks? Being lonely for so long? Bright eyes? I mean... Karlach absolutely lives up to the melodrama here.
Lae'zel
"Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor This one I'm probably least satisfied with as it feels very hurr durr Lae'zel fight good. But "Livin' on a Prayer" didn't come out until 86, "Welcome to the Jungle" was 88, "Immigrant Song" is right out in 1970... and none of these are quite right either. Haven't found one yet that properly captures some of the nuance of our complex, fighty lady. Perhaps subject to change later.
Shadowheart
"Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey Alright, I'll admit this one isn't perfect either, but... come on! The title is just too good! And such a rosy, hopeful song about beating the odds in the face of Shadowheart's pessimistic doom and gloom, it was just so good!
Withers
"Hotel California" by The Eagles If bone man isn't the personification of You can check out any time you like/But you can never leave I don't know what is.
Wyll
"Carry On My Wayward Son" by Kansas If this song is ruined for you by certain other cultural touchstones... suck it up. Or if you must, replace with "Take On Me" by a-ha, because that was a close second. But I think when you really think about it, Wyll is very much a wayward son, trying to create a little peace in this world.
#BG3#Baldur's Gate 3#Baldur's Gate 3 companions#Astarion#The Emperor bg3#Gale bg3#Halsin#Karlach#Lae'zel#Shadowheart#Withers bg3#Wyll#I think everyone deserves a little 80s power anthem myself#Shhhh 1976 counts as the 80s you hush

Not all the same universe necessarily, but some are interlinked and have nods to others. And thank you to @the-unforgivenn for giving me the idea to do this!

On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself 'This could be heaven or this could be Hell
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor I thought I heard them say
Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place (such a lovely place) Such a lovely face Plenty of room at the Hotel California Any time of year (any time of year) you can find it here
Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes bends
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys, that she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget
So I called up the Captain 'Please bring me my wine
He said, "we haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty-nine
And still those voices are calling from far away
Wake you up in the middle of the night Just to hear them say
" Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place (such a lovely place) Such a lovely face They livin' it up at the Hotel California What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise), bring your alibis
Mirrors on the ceiling
The pink champagne on ice
And she said, 'we are all just prisoners here, of our own device
And in the master's chambers
They gathered for the feast, they stab it with their steely knives
But they just can't kill the beast
Last thing I remember, I was running for the door
I had to find the passage back to the place I was before
'Relax' said the night man 'We are programmed to receive,
you can check out any time you like
but you can never leave!'
waow . . . . .
