 So Dan knows that there’s heroes that have gone back in time, he’s aware of that fact. But he doesn’t exactly care and has more important things to worry about. Like the fact that Danny and Ellie are now three years old, right when he’s moving, though maybe that’s a blessing in disguise seeing as the GIW are searching for them in Amity. 

  But still, he has more important things to worry about than the speedster vibrating five feet away from him. Like making sure Ellie and Danny are alright to visit (ugh) Peepaw Clocky while he goes to work. 

  Ms. Mercy is not messing around, which he appreciates in a workspace, but he has to wait for another opening in the daycare before he can bring his, as far as everyone else is aware, siblings who he got emergency custody of. 

  What with how Jazz is interning in Gotham, they figured Metropolis would be safer. Now if the speedster would stop following him, he would really appreciate it. He’s literally just an intern under Ms Mercy as an assistant, not even one of the scientists, and it’s not like his timeline of the end of the world exists anymore!

Drunz Bodyguard AU

The Bodyguard was the most picked option so here is the post about it:

Dream is a popular musician and while walking out late at night after a concert gets attacked and burned by a psychotic fan. This leaves him with multiple wounds all over his body, becoming blind in his right eye and where he also has a huge burn on the right side of his face and neck

Sam, who is Dream's manager, decides to hire a bodyguard for Dream as the criminal is still at large. The bodyguard he hires is Punz who is experienced at his job. has worked for multiple successful people and is highly recommended in his field

Punz is told by Sam to protect Dream in the way of 'protect him so we can make more money' instead of 'protect him as he went through a traumatic event'; Sam is also trying to force Dream to go along with doing a comeback tour even though Dream isn't ready to perform

Punz originally thinks that Dream is a snobby rude person who thinks the world is at his feet like all the other people Punz worked for in the past. Dream snaps at Punz and everyone around him which reaffirms how Punz thinks about him

When Punz finds Dream backstage after a rehearsal, he gets punched by Dream when he taps him on the shoulder. At first, Punz is angry and is thinking about quitting when he notices that Dream is crying

Turns out that a stagehand said something that triggered Dream and made him experience a flashback of the night of the attack and he lashed out because he thought Punz was his attacker.

Eventually, Punz realizes that Dream being mean to everyone is a self-defense mechanism when he is afraid and realizes that Dream needs to get more help than what he had received after the attack

As Punz helps Dream get better (ie. helping him sneak out to a festival Dream wanted to attend that Sam told him he couldn't go to, find another therapist as the first therapist didn't help Dream get to the root of his problems, reach out to Dream's old friends Sapnap and George who he drifted apart from while his career was taking off), the two slowly begin to develop feelings for one another

And nothing bad will ever happen

Christine is a first-name-only type of superstar, the biggest pop star in the world...or, well...she was...and she will be again if only she can secure music academy recognition for this big movie credit song. Everything is lined up: the single, the press tour, her face plastered all over Los Angeles. Everything rides on this, so when a nagging stalker breaks in to her Beverly Hills mansion, her team will do anything to ensure this goes off without any more hiccups.

Erik had thought he was off the grid since the last security detail he was on went wrong. But when Nadir calls...he begrudgingly answers. This short gig will be enough, Nadir promises, for Erik to disappear for good. All he has to do is protect some pampered princess in Beverly Hills for six weeks. Easy enough.

Originally, when setting up the 30 gallon tank, we got three tiny little threadlike Kuhli loaches. Two darker (above) and one lighter in colour. They are now big Chunkus Wyrms and thriving.

Just before the holiday we got a tiny, threadlike singleton Kuhli loach, rescued from being an "only loach" in a bare tank (no hidey spots.) He had buried himself in the group of Pygmy corys that were freaking out in the back of the tank as well. (Kuhli loaches need friends and hidey places.)

We brought them all home, Pygmy corys and tiny loach. I was concerned for the tiny thread who promptly disappeared into the vegetation in the tank. We did not see him for three weeks.

However, he has resurfaced!

And he is at least four times larger than when he was last seen diving into the foliage! How did he survive the Guppy Threat?

His protector, Wyatt, Bestest Betta in the Fishiverse.

Wyatt has been stuffing loach wafers under the Spiderwood, and chasing off the Guppies when they get obnoxious. And now that Tiniest Loach is starting to explore more of the tank, his bodyguard is never far from his side.

this was AFO's initial plan in dad fails of the week, chapter 6. because CLEARLY the biggest issue lingering between them was the lack of a pitiable child to bandage the relationship, and considering his husband's attachment to the Shimura woman, doesn't Tomura fix both issues???

(and then Toshinori practically domed AFO, at which point AFO switched courses to bodysnatch Tomura instead. "it's not weird," AFO insists. "look, the body even has the Shimura woman's smile!")

Alistair/Alice Delacroix (THE RIVAL) - They definitely want to be with someone who is as obsessed with them as they will be in return. Someone who is unconditionally loyal with a twisted sense of humor. And they definitely believe in love at first sight!

Samuel/Samantha "Sam" Kaminski (THE BOSS) - An intellectual and a free spirit (but not too frivolous) would be ideal for them. And I think they're more fascinated with the idea of love at first sight rather than actually believing in it

Hendrik/Helena Rietveld (THE BODYGUARD) - They would be attracted to someone who is responsible and patient, but also passionately optimistic to contrast their pragmatic nature. They wouldn't admit this to anyone, but in their eyes, love at first sight feels like an unattainable dream

Jesse Lê (THE FRIEND DETECTIVE) - Someone who's very empathic, compassionate with everyone, and has a strong sense of justice. And despite their past, they definitely never lost faith in experiencing love at first sight!

So there’s this thing in pigeon-keeping, called Tiger Swallow pigeons- it’s a cruel practice where their feathers are plucked from a young age, and after a few molts, they develop this pattern as the new ones grow in white.

And while this is a horrific practice in real life, the implications for Winged AUs is interesting… several body modifications I can think of involve a lot of hurt on the upfront for an interesting effect- so in a Winged setting, would something like this be done? To achieve a dazzling ‘striped’ pattern.
