Planting to save my children from starvation.

I live a very, very difficult life in the shadow of the fierce war that does not differentiate between people, stones, animals, or agriculture. We have lost all aspects of our lives and have become homeless and without food. My children wish to eat, but I cannot, so I wanted to break their hunger with something simple, such as planting simple vegetables in a very narrow space. They need the simplest thing, a bite, to satisfy their hunger. We, the adults, are patient for long hours and days to provide them with food.

Hadeel is a young mother of three children - the eldest is just six years old and the youngest is a girl who was born in a makeshift tent with little medical care. With each passing day, her children are losing the childhood they should be spending playing with their peers because of this genocide.

Amal, who should be at the top of her class, now stands in line for hours at the food counter while her brother Amir spends all day searching and carrying water to drink. Their little girl recently contracted hepatitis at the age of 8 months due to the lack of food and healthy milk.

I have been collecting donations on this site since August last year and I have not yet reached the 6% goal. There is still a long way to go, but the campaign is stagnant badly, with only 15 donations in the last two days.

I am desperate about this situation, and after starting to donate, it is her only hope of taking care of her children. Please don't let Hadeel and her children Amal (6 years old), Ameer (5 years old) and baby Enas be forgotten - please donate whatever you can to start her fundraiser and help this family survive.

Today, the temperature in Gaza is 13°C (55.4°F) and will continue to drop hour by hour. The people in Gaza are suffering from the cold, winter, and harsh weather. They sleep in tents that can be blown away by the wind and lack clothes to keep them warm or even a blanket to cover themselves.

Here in Egypt, we share a similar temperature to Gaza, and when I went outside, I could barely breathe due to the cold, even though I was wearing heavy clothes, and my walk was optional.

I am a Palestinian mother of six children from Gaza. My life was enough to make me the happiest person in this world.

My family was enjoy peace, security and stability. A beautiful home that embraces a dream with hope that grows with us that the future is better. We keep our memories that we will remember in the future. In that corner, my first son took his first steps. There, one of them said his first words.

Even my disagreement with my husband about how to build the rooms and where to put that screen or sofa was beautiful.

Everything, no matter how small, was beautiful. The planet was beautiful. The natural feelings of humanity when we believed that we were human were beautiful. Until this war came.

In short, nothing remains. We have become closer to animals. The simplest rights are missing. No food, drink, treatment, education or shelter. My husband and children are sick and suffering. My house is piles of stones with those memories scattered among them in an ugly image. Broken. Neglected.

The past was beautiful.. and the reality is a painful ongoing nightmare.. and the future is unknown..

Yes, when I appeal to you, I speak to you in the name of humanity that is in danger. We are human beings like you.. and you are not better than me when you see this appeal and do not help me.. feel your humanity, before the war I did not need you. Look at your loved ones and at least feel the feeling of loss and the pain of separation, as I said goodbye to my daughter who died due to lack of treatment.. Here in Gaza, it’s 55°F (13°C), and it’s raining heavily. While many people around the world enjoy the winter under warm blankets or with a hot drink, life here is very different.

Families who lost their homes are living in tents that can’t protect them from the cold or the rain. The ground turns to mud, and the wind cuts through the thin fabric. It’s hard to imagine staying warm in these conditions, but for many here, this is their reality.

For families like Islam’s, winter is a season of pain. His family lives in a tent that barely stands against the rain and wind. His mother is fighting cancer, and his grandfather, who is over 85 years old and has a physical disability, suffers greatly in the cold. Last winter was unbearable for them, and this year is starting to feel just as harsh.

Winter here isn’t magical; it’s survival!!

So I think broke Sherb today on stream with my Sherbverse edit to Body by Mother Mother, so as I said in chat, here's my explanation of it (only the lyrics I used!)

[CW: Slight dehumanisation!]

- Now this could be all the sherbs, obviously, but I knew I wanted one sherb for each lyric so I settled on C!Sherbert as when they lost their eye they seemed to lose a part of their immortality.

"Take my face"

- Midas and the decay and how it started with their bleeding eye and spread all across their face and eventually took over their whole body.

"And desecrate, my arms and legs, they get in the way"

- Ajax. If they did not eat that lightning they would of suffered painfully and most likely would have lost a life but they ate the lighting so moving on-

"And take my hands, they'll understand"

- Krit losing their eye and arm and waking up to being half Epsilon due to their world falling.

- The Things being the "watchers" of the universes and being able to provide Krit + Raelyn answers to what happened and is going on

"Take my heart and pull it apart"

- Ashril and his funky scar on her torso that's in direct line with their heart suggesting someone tried to attack and/or murder them.

"And then take my brain or what remains and throw it all away"

- Epsilon -> them being part human and part robot due to all the things that went wrong during Midas' regin as Quixis but only for them to be one of the only main sherbs to eventually decay and fall.

"Take my lungs, take them and run"

- Ripley the beloved and their death to drowning.

"Take my tongue,go have some fun"

- Imposter Helix and how they seem to become inhumane when they are imposter

"And take the ears, take them and disappear"

- Icarus have wing ears as a kid only for them to glitch into C!Sherberts elf ears causing them to lose more of themselves (if I had that clip from No Way Out when I made this I would of used it because mmmm)

"Take my joints, take them for points"

- Krit losing their arm and getting it replaced as Epsilons because of the decay and Eps world falling

"Take my teeth, tear through my cheeks"

- More imposter Helix and them becoming inhumane.

"And take the nose and-"

- Caine. Caine the Coyote you are with ur silly lil nose.

- Just a blank screen as I had no clue what to put here - looking back on it I could of put Midas' decision to wait for Ics story to end or C!Rina... Moving on

- The Worldport slowly decaying over time taking any Sherbs in those decayed areas with it.
