Interesting how many people are theorizing that D is the Mercs ex partner while I'm afraid of all of these moments being a red herring for us to think the Merc is who D is looking for. No one is fearing enough of the idea of the Merc having possibly killed D's partner for whatever reason and has their memories in them. So every time the Merc feels like D is familiar or the way they move together is familiar it's really the memories of Dante's partner. I fear they are made to perfectly hurt each other because they both feel the other is what they are missing and they're going to get attached and you're scary because i can't tell which it more likely D being the Mercs ex partner or it being a red herring and which one is going to hurt the most 😭😭

WIPS of my Storm Lord Rahu, Delilah ! She's got 14 Dice with her attacks in Gauru Form + Efficient Killer lmfao. Delilah's lore is basically this: she witnessed the pack hunting and it sent her into Lunacy, and she was made Wolf-Blooded by it. A few months later, Luna forced the First Change upon Delilah. At that point, she found the band and attacked them, doing some serious damage to the pack's Cahalith. The thing is, because of how new-wolves work, and how hard it is for the Forsaken to get their hands on one without the Pure getting involved, the pack was actually happy for it, and they recruited her once the change wore off of her. As her Gauru sketch suggests, Delilah has the merit which makes her the likeness of Skolis-Ur. She's got 2 Purity Renown, 1 Honor. Her Harmony's at 6, the lowest of the pack starting out (a concession for her having given in to Kuruth after her first change, because her trigger is the Moon-- basically she changed, chilled, and then went into Kuruth like thirty minutes later lol). Delilah is the drummer for the band, and brings a primal energy to the stage. Out of the whole pack, I'm pretty sure she has the least problem with killing humans.

I think D is the one with the former partner, and D's partner died or was badly wounded/in a coma, and their chip/consciousness was transferred to a new body. That body woke up with amnesia and now they're the Merc. So D is looking for their partner and it's the Merc but neither know it yet, which is why D doesn't seem like they've really recognized them.
