More Buzzy fanart. I completely neglected to go into detail about the background in the fake screenshot I posted a while ago, but basically, my headcanon for Cranium Command is that the brain pilots live in a microscopic world similar to ours, but submerged in cerebrospinal fluid. I imagine the plant life being similar to coral in appearance, mostly to make this world more interesting to look at and set it apart from the normal world. At some point, I'll draw concept art of the environments, but for now, enjoy this fake screenshot of Buzzy talking to someone (most likely Captain Cortex).

I drew buzzy from cranium command because I got bored and it took me way too long and I'm not very happy about his legs but I mean it could look worse :) and other than that I'm really happy with the way it turned out

I couldn't decide if I wanted this to look like a holographic sticker or not, so have both. I love Buzzy.

I had a dream where IDV announced a collab with Disney on the livestream only to reveal it was Cranium Command and that Buzzy was going to be Little Girl

Tonight’s random thoughts:
So, I was watching a TikTok video playlist about abandoned Disney (animatronics, attractions, hotels, etc), and I got to a several part series about Buzzy the “stolen” animatronic.
Now, normally I’m not one to be a conspiracy theorist, but I have some thoughts:
First off, it doesn’t make sense that Cranium Command would be so easy to sneak into. According to the pictures of how the pavilion looked after the ride’s closure, and people’s explanations on how they got into the ride space, it seems like it was not well hidden, and mostly concealed with curtains. But Disney prides itself on having a certain magical illusion to the parks, yes? They go to great lengths to make everything seamless, even using a special kind of paint color to conceal things they don’t want you to look at (electrical aspects, trash cans, etc). So why would they be so lazy when it came to the pavilion/closed rides, especially after having people break in to Cranium Command and post pictures of the abandoned ride so many times? Even after Buzzy’s disappearance, people were still sneaking in to confirm if the animatronic was stolen or not. Not only that, but Disney somehow failed to notice someone sneaking in after Buzzy was tagged for the archive, managing to make it up to the animatronic, cutting the (many) hydraulic wires, and getting away with the giant robot?
Here’s where my theory comes in. I think Disney wanted people to break into the ride space. Think about it! It was probably driving up tourism at the time, especially with the very public cases surrounding stolen clothing, and then the stolen animatronic itself. And what better way to boost park interest than to feed into the abandoned Cranium Command ride theories?
This explains the animatronic’s sudden disappearance (and possibly other animatronic disappearances in that space), Disney’s lack of a statement, and how easy it was to get in and out of the space “unnoticed”.
Anyway, I’m gonna get off the internet for tonight…
