I really wish I was taught about self care when I was younger. I’m trying to make myself a list of self care things I might need. I can’t think of anything else other than just the essentials. Makes me worry I’m not doing it right because I don’t know anything about makeup or skin care. I don’t know how to “be a girl” properly.
