materials for anyone curious:

jurassic world raptor mask

paint and air-dry clay

feathers

false eyes i bought off etsy

buckram (for eye holes)

renfaire-ish clothes i've thrifted and collected over the years

scaled gauntlet from renfaire and the other from. party city

had to compromise on ruarc's design to make this work- i gave up on horns and all-black feathers because of limited supplies and money.

but i think that makes this a bit more interesting than what i would've made otherwise. a bit less dragon-y and more lizardlike, which suits the character's personality, honestly.

probably going to ditch the corset once i find a suitable replacement like a nice belt. the corset used to work well enough, but i transed my gender ftm and so did ruarc. i don't really mind crossdressing for cosplay but eh whlsdjflk

all in all i'd say i put maybe 20 hours of work into this? the clothes were really easy to put together. most of the work went into modifying the head and then slapping all those feathers on it.

This blog hasnt seen much activity lately, did anything happen?

no. just not much happening. i was actually having deja vu posting about things and reading anons. so i decided unless something serious occurs,ive already said everything.

not long ago i was in communication with salem and although he was saying one thing to me he was doing the exact opposite, such as saying he would take a break online before immediately posting every 4 minutes again. salem and wis exist mostly online at this point, they are adults, if they want to piss their lifes away crying about things that make them upset online instead of doing something constructive, not my problem.

at this point im just giving salem and wis something to complain about when i post, so, what will happen will happen.

I also just wanted to share my newer fursuit head! He's Chuck E Cheese and was a premade by CostumesAndMore on Mercari (how they preferred to be credited as they do not have social media), their fursuits are so nice! I'm actually a very big Chuck E Cheese fan (and animatronics in general), so I was so excited to see him on their shop!

The next time I suit in him will be at Anime Detour this year!
