Elain who is not technically, but canonically, undeniably, irrefutably Lucien's mate. So you admit that what was about to happen in the first part of the chapter would have been wrong? That if Elain was so in love with Azriel and dying to be with him as Elriels believe she should at least say it to Lucien's face and reject him instead of staying ever in silence because no, a mating bond is not something that you can just ignore away? Hello, person behind ghost blog with randomly generated name, who sent a screenshot of a blog that evidently doesn't exist but is tagged in Elucien fanfictions.

First of all, thank you for sending this ask. This is the first time I've gotten a passive-aggressive fandom related ask like this, so this is low-key a tumblr milestone for me. So thank you for that.

I assume the screenshot included is someone's response to an ask they received in regards to this post since the wording is somewhat similar, but I can't actually find the blog you screenshot so idk what's up with that.

Now, onto the actual ask. The screenshot says "Did Azriel think anything about touching Elain feeling like touching the Mother herself? Lol, no." I believe this is referring to this sentence in my post "Touching Elain is the closest this man has come to meeting the Mother herself."

I did not mean to imply, in any way, shape, or form, that Azriel wants to get down and dirty with the Mother and is using Elain as a conduit for that kink. I simply meant to say that touching Elain was a very monumental experience for him. In the back of my head I was thinking about how he was literally questioning the Cauldron ("What if the cauldron was wrong?") which is a large part of the "religion" in Prythian, therefore anything that made him question it is undoubtedly a big deal for him. I see now that this wasn't very clear in the original post, so thank you for allowing me this opportunity to clarify my thought process.

Now, if I may, I will reply to the paragraph you went to the effort of actually typing out. Yes, I ship Elriel, you presume correctly. Do I think Elain and Azriel almost kissing is wrong? No, I'm afraid not.

This seems to be a follow-up to "The situation is wrong because Elain is technically mated to another guy who is literally sleeping upstairs." in my post. Is Elain wanting to kiss the man who has been nothing but kind and caring and gentlemanly since she's known him wrong? No I believe not.

Despite her canonically, undeniably, irrefutably being Lucien's mate, she actually does not owe him anything at all, least of all an explanation, because she did not make him any promises. She never went up to Lucien and said "I wanna explore this thing between us" and then go behind his back. If that were the case, yes it would be wrong. But alas, it is not.

I don't have it in me to go pull out the actual quote, but Rhys said in ACOWAR I believe that a female being a male's mate does not equal to her being accountable to him for every breath she takes. Elain is well within her right to not want to do anything at all with Lucien, as demonstrated by her being more than willing to kiss someone else in the same house.

Okay, if this isn't wrong, then why on earth did I say that it is? Easy. Because while Elain and Azriel are not doing anything wrong, their actions will be perceived as such by others and will have consequences far beyond the two of them.

On the topic of sweet darling Lucien, I wouldn't go as far to say he is one of my favorite characters, but I certainly don't hate him and would like to see him get a happy ending. However, he hasn't really done much for Elain to say he actually cares about her or wants a life-long relationship with her. His inner monologue consists of thinking Elain was "thrown" at him and he chooses to spend his days living with another woman on the other side of the world. Doesn't seem to me like either of them want jack and shit to do with each other.

p.s. Just because someone is a "good male" doesn't entitle them to anyone's time and affections, especially someone who has shown no interest in them and even seem to avoid them.

so a lot depends if you know the person in question irl or online and i'll go over both but first, here are some things that help in both cases: -names are not necessary to find people, useful af but info like what school they go to, class they're in, clubs they're in etc do better -look at their friends, their friends' friends, family, tagged photos, followers and following list (if they're active online), info doesn't just come from them, if you can't get in contact with them you can learn a lot from family, friends classmates etc

-please PLEASE keep track of what info you found out and what they told you, don't accidentally drop that bombshell

-i have a folder where i keep my fp's information saved, all the "useful" images they sent me, link to their social medias, school website and more so i'd suggest making one of those

if you only know them online, here are some cyberstalking tips that don't rely on being close and location (all this assuming they're active online):

-look up their username(s) and variations everywhere. literally every platform you can think of, i had to sign up to 3 platforms i never used just for that

-look up their friends' usernames

-look at tagged photos, mentions and interactions they have with others in the comments under their posts to find out who they're friends with

-if you can see previous usernames (like on instagram) look up those too

-you might get lucky with wayback machine

-if you can find their reddit, twitter or any social media that shows their post and comment history study that shit

- if they haven't shown their face but have photos including any other part of their body that isn't usually covered up, even in colder climates (like hands most commonly) save those too, if you manage to find a school website or something later on that might have photos of their face you could match them up. it's difficult af but never give up, if there's a will there's a way

-reverse image search all the images they posted

-try images on geoimgr.com. photos taken on phone or camera will sometimes have GPS coordinates stored in the metadata of each file, but there are some websites that encrypt this

-anaylze the background of images, especially if they're taken outside

-trying to pinpoint a location (town or country they live in) would be good but not necessary: • if they posted screenshots that aren't cropped and include the time, it will be easy to figure out the general area because of timezones • use google maps to match up the background seen in images

if you wanna figure out an email or number: • log out of your account, put their username in in the login section, press "i forgot my password", the next part may vary from platform to platform but select the option for their the recover of their password to be recieved through email and it will display the first and last characters of their name, as well as what domain they're using. same with the phone number

next, in real life, i'm not really an expert in this since i've never stalked anyone irl for as long and as much as i have online but hope these help too!:

-eavesdrop

-if you're not close or to them (as in not in the same class, school, workplace etc) look for someone that knows them in any way.

-assuming you found that person, don't directly ask about them. let's say, your fp likesa art, so you ask that person about art clubs. chances are, they'll mention the one your fp is in. very vague example but it works with almost everything

-ask your parents about your fp's parents, works well if you're younger and still in school

-VERY carefully try to glance over at their phone's screen as much as you can, it could make finding social media accounts 10 times easier

-use all the info you manage to get for cyberstalking. don't follow them around, especially don't follow them home, you don't need to do that to figure out more about them. again, don't underastimate how ingrained social media is in our lives. Cyberstalking is much more easier and safer.

STOP SHARING THIS TWEET.

This is 99.99% likely to be fake. As someone who works in the anime industry, let me tell you why.

This has been sent to me dozens of times over the past few days, and it's pretty obvious to me that it's fake.

I work in the anime industry. Here's why I don't put any stock in this "official" announcement at all.

1. THE 'SOURCE' IS A TOTAL RANDO

The source is a random Twitter/X account. It isn't a studio or licensor. It's not even one of the "reputable" leakers. It's just some random person making a claim with zero backing and slapping the words "official" and "confirmed" on it.

Accurate leaks have happened, but they're usually accompanied by some kind of source claim (a leaked press release, a leak within the company, etc.) and a claim that an announcement is coming soon. This has nothing. This is just a random person saying shit for clicks.

Every one of their posts has "FOLLOW FORE MORE" in a subtweet. They're just farming for followers. The rest of the account is just random anime edits and posts + promotions for a discord they run.

I could literally write anything in a tweet and slap "OFFICIAL, CONFIRMED" on it, but if you see those words, you need to be asking, "Who confirmed it? What makes this official?" And in this case, it's NOTHING and NOBODY in the world of anime.

Media literacy, folks. It applies to Twitter/X. It ESPECIALLY applies to Twitter/X.

2. THIS 'SOURCE' DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE ANIME INDUSTRY

"Studio has not been announced" is a WILD thing to suggest here, because YYH's rights are LITERALLY OWNED BY AN ANIME STUDIO. Studio Pierrot is still a license-holder for this IP, and it would be weird as hell for them to not handle a remake.

(Also, "studio not announced"... NOTHING has been announced. The wording here is very sneaky, as it implies an announcement was made but the studio was just left out of it. If an announcement had been made, it would be Pierrot/the studio/Shueisha doing it.)

Not only has Pierrot made animated content for the series as recently as the 2018 OVAs, their copyright info is on literally every piece of YYH merch being produced this year (alongside Shueisha and Togashi). They still have some rights. They (in part) hold the IP. They still make art for it. They will be the studio for any remake unless they willingly let go of that license. Considering they're still making money off of it through merch sales and the liveaction adaptation (tho that's another can of licensing worms we could discuss), that's highly, HIGHLY unlikely.

The likelihood of Pierrot letting some other studio handle the remake is very, VERY slim. It's one of their hallmark, legendary series. Why would they ever let that go to a competitor?

The "studio hasn't been confirmed" bit tells me this person doesn't know who actually owns the rights to YYH, and when they don't even know that basic piece of information, it puts everything else they say into question.

3. THE TIMING IS SUSPICIOUS

Anime series are in production long before they air. How long in advance depends on the project. You can't keep a lid on a high profile project for an extended period. For big projects, studios want to start the hype train sooner rather than later. (Obviously there are exceptions to this (see the Fruits Basket remake) but we'll get to that later.)

This tweet claims the project is coming out in 2024. We are at the VERY TAIL END of 2023. It is basically 2024 already. That tweet isn't an official announcement (despite the word "official" on it), which means the studio/license holder would have to announce it even LATER than this tweet did. The latest anime seasonals begin airing in Q4/October/the Fall Simulcast season. That gives Pierrot less than a year of lead-up time to market the anime before its latest possible air date in 2024, and for this particular property, that does not seem realistic OR wise.

Let's examine Pierrot's recent treatment of the latest Bleach installment as evidence. They announced the project in March 2020 via a livestream event. They began airing the project in October 2022, MORE THAN TWO YEARS LATER. That gave them two years to market the series.

YYH, like Bleach, is one of Pierrot's hallmarks. The idea that they'd give it less than a year of marketing is just not realistic. They'd likely give it the same kind of treatment as the new Bleach arc, given it's one of their past tentpole titles getting revived.

(Also note that Pierrot animated the new Bleach installments after years of no new Bleach. They didn't let go of those rights. They held on and made more content later. Now apply that logic to YYH, and arrive again at: To suggest another studio would handle a new series is farfetched.)

If the tweet had said the series was dropping in 2025 or later, it would be much more believable. But the details they gave, again, discredit their claims from the jump.

If a new YYH was coming out in 2024, btw, the series would already be well underway and likely have been in production behind the scenes for quite some time. They probably would've announced it last year if they intended a 2024 release.

4. THE LIVEACTION OF IT ALL

A liveaction adaptation for YYH is about to drop (December 14 on Netflix).

I can already hear the argument of, "Oh, well maybe they'll announce a new anime for 2024 when the liveaction comes out," and while that might be a possibility, I think there's another, far more likely alternative.

If the liveaction does well and the license holders make a fuckton of money on it, or if they at least see a large resurgence in interest in the IP, THEN I think the license holders/anime production committee would start thinking about a new anime adaptation to cash in on that interest. But I do not see them making that decision before the streaming numbers for the liveaction come in, and I do NOT see them working on the anime before the liveaction has even aired.

The anime world moves slowly. The execs and committees behind the scenes like numbers and sales figures. If they see good numbers, balls might start rolling. But it's unlikely they're already in production NOW, let alone far enough into production to support a 2024 release for a remake.

If the Netflix show gets the ball rolling on a new YYH anime, that anime won't come out in 2024. There just isn't time.

And I can now hear some muttering the argument of, "Oh, well they probably just held the news to time it with the liveaction," but see again their habit of announcing projects with lots of lead-up marketing time.

CONCLUSION: THIS SEEMS FAKE.

BUT...

Given the details above and the COMPLETE LACK OF EVIDENCE supplied by the tweet, I do not expect we'll get an ACTUAL "official, confirmed" announcement for a remake anytime soon.

In the event that I'm wrong, what I'd predict is the announcement of a remake (one made by ACTUAL official sources, AKA Pierrot and Shuiesha) sometime in Q1 or Q2 2024. Pierrot would be the studio, and the project would be slated for late 2025, or even more likely, sometime in 2026. (And yes, projects slated for 2026 and later are in the works right now.)

I think the above is a longshot, but it's possible. The timing suggested in the tweet everyone is sharing isn't realistic at all, however.

Long story short:

DO NOT TRUST RANDOM TWITTER ACCOUNTS.

ANYONE CAN SAY "OFFICIAL" or "CONFIRMED"

THE ONLY OFFICIAL SOURCES FOR ANIME NEWS ARE STUDIOS AND LICENSORS

I won't keep this up for very long, but I think I do owe it to all my mutuals, followers and those who'd just browse on occasion or who found a safe space in this blog.

My previous account under the same name disappeared about a week ago, and it was sudden enough that I'm sure some of you may have chalked it up to Tumblr deactivating it. In actuality, it was because I deleted it myself.

I haven't been in the best mental state as of recently, even before I first started the blog, but I thought things would get better over time. My intention isn't to turn this into a rant or vent, so I won't expand but, I think all the self-imposed pressure I was placing on myself to write, paired with other factors had just pushed me to the point of breaking. I had a panic attack, and didn't give myself the time to calm down and think things through after, when I had decided to just give up.

My biggest regret is not making at least one final post, because I know how jarring it can be to have someone there one second, and find out they're gone the next. I can't imagine the worry I put some of my friends on here through, nor can I ever apologise enough that I still won't feel guilty.

I have a habit of leaving abruptly like that when I'm overwhelmed. Every time I promise myself I won't do it again, I end up breaking it. At the very least, this time, I'll try and have realistic expectations of myself and take breaks when I need them instead of impulsively deleting weeks and months of time and effort.

It's ironic to me because I'm the type of person who saves every single thing I write just in case anything happens, but I didn't do that with most of the content that I had on this blog — because I wasn't expecting things to turn out this way. Some of my works are probably still floating around Tumblr thanks to reblogs, so if anyone sees anything and lets me know, it'd help me find them again. For the most part, I'll probably have to start over from scratch anyway.

Unfortunately, all my unanswered asks are also gone, and I had a lot of them. I'll try to put out things for the ones I can remember somewhat. If you've sent any in that I never came around to, you're free to send them in again if you still want a response.

This got lengthier than I anticipated, but I hope it was a sufficient enough explanation. I'm sincerely sorry for any distress or just negative feelings I may have caused. I'm sorry to my mutuals who I left without even trying to talk to. I'm sorry that I took away a safe space for some of my followers, because I used to get the sweetest messages about how my writing helped and how my ocs would make everything feel less lonely. However, I managed to find a way to deal with it, which leads to my maybe silly question. When I enter my surname, it doesn't accept it entirely, only 2/3 of it, as it seems it's too big(?). Now I could leave it as is, but I'm afraid that may cause issues when they cross-check your information for tickets later on. Imagine winning a ticket in the lottery for a live, fly all the way to Japan only to be denied entry at the venue because your surname doesn't match with that in your passport 100%, due to this limitation of the platform. Of course, in the Lawson ticket FAQ, there isn't anything for this. Are there any other members who have similar issues? Thank you again in advance!

Oh no, I had no idea the location would cause so much trouble. Maybe some things have been changed on the Lawson site ever since I joined the fan club back in 2020. So sorry you've been struggling with the registration. Glad to hear you managed to overcome that first obstacle.

Hmmm, yeah, I recall there being lots of restrictions for the process. There's a pretty strict character limit and I think they only accept Japanese letters. At least they used to back in the day. In my passport and on my Tenso account I have a surname, a given name and a middle name. Unfortunately, all of that wouldn't fit into the Keiko FC registration form so I'm stuck with my surname and given name in katakana. Luckily, this has never caused any issues.

I've asked one of my Thai friends since fans from Thailand often encounter this problem due to having pretty long names. She says it shouldn't matter. Just fill in as much of your name as possible (in Katakana). For packages being sent to Tenso, the most important thing is the address. They also look at the name of course but they will figure it out based on the address alone.

As for lives, they very rarely do identity checks. Especially during normal lives. But not even during fan club events unless it's something super exclusive and intimate. Personally, I've never had anyone check my identity before. In the rare cases it does happen, they would probably cross-check your FC ID (or the ID you use on whatever ticket platform is selling tickets for said event) with some personal ID. It might cause some minor confusion if the names don't match perfectly but that's where gaijin privilege comes in. From what I've heard, they are a bit more lenient when dealing with foreigners because they want to avoid any discussions in English. Usually, they know that many of us have weird names so they are probably used to our names being cut off on all sorts of tickets and documents. As long as your info still checks out (= bulletproof), you should be fine.

Here is my experience with Keiko's FC. When I joined last year, Lawson's system only accepts Katakana but not alphabetical names (I tried both Lawson's website and the Loppi machine in a Lawson store in Japan). I want to have my name written in English, because I won't be able to provide any ID with Katakana version of my name, in case it is necessary. So after the application procedure was complete, I contacted FC via the enquiry form on their website, and they happily changed my registered name from Katakana to English. Hope this helps.

i didn't want to have to make this post, but lately i've been receiving a lot of anonymous asks about a certain blog and unfortunately, it's gotten to a point where i feel like i have to address it. don't take this post as being hateful in any way—this is just something i just wanted to get off my chest. this isn't a big deal, so no reblogs either, thanks.

the bottom four asks all came within a span of five minutes, so i think it's a reasonable assumption to make that they were all sent by the same person. as for who that is, i'll get into that at the end of the post.

but first of all, i can say without a doubt that i have a personality of my own. case closed. nobody's actually said how we're similar in any way, so i'll assume these are all from no-lifes who couldn't find anything better to hate on.

second of all, my netflix banner was actually inspired by another blog, who i won't namedrop for the sake of their peace. and either way, our banners don't even look similar, nor do either of us own netflix. x x

and finally, those are actually the two most braindead asks i've ever received. are we copyrighting letters now? does anyone own the letter e?

moving on, i think tee left tumblr sometime in between that time and now, and i was told by a mutual that i was mentioned within the post. if i'm being completely honest, i didn't read all of it because we have each other blocked anyways and it was a lot to read through.. so i skimmed over the bit about me, but didn't really see anything of interest, which is why i didn't address it.

i also had anons on at the time, and i did think it was interesting how i didn't receive a single ask about tee from then up until today, about a month later. up until a couple hours ago, i hadn't even thought about her because, again, i don't care. this is tumblr dot com, not my love life. most of the drama here is over pixels anyways, so i don't waste my day thinking about it.

as for the idea that i'm jealous of tee, i'm perfectly fine with the amount of followers i have now. i've always been open about my satisfaction with my interaction rates, and that hasn't changed.

and obviously, tee's a good writer—when have i ever said otherwise? if it was based solely off of writing, i would say that she deserves every single one of her followers, maybe even more. i don't think anybody on this app would disagree with me when i say that she's genuinely one of the best fanfic writers i've come across.

however, i won't support someone just because i like their content. i've stopped listening to many artists because i didn't like who they were as a person, and similarly, once i read the reblogs on a certain callout post, i stopped consuming tee's content as well.

there's a reason i avoided making this post in the past—because i don't really have anything to say. tee and i have never had a directly negative interaction, as i'm sure you all can see in her archival post. the reason i don't support her anymore is because i didn't particularly like how she never spoke up about her followers sending death threats to other followers. that's it.

while i have my guesses as to who sent those anons, i don't care enough to find out. and i think it's better that way. this conflict's been dragged on for long enough, and this is my way of saying that i'd like to be excluded from this narrative from now on.

I saw people asking about me, and wanted to clear things up in case of confusion - this is coming from my own bias because it's my side, but I try to be as objective as possible.

When I was younger I ran a webcomic and went under less of a handle and more of a personal name. Viv sent her friend at the time, Faust, to bully me (they were already bullying a bunch of other artists at the time too), I THINK for "similar styles" since that was something Viv got defensive over and a lot of people compared our art very publicly. This was years worth of bullying, too, so when people say "it happened years ago", yes, and it carried on for years.

Eventually, Faust also bullies another friend of mine, and this causes a mutual friend between the two of us (who ran an HH fan blog) to leave the fandom and announce by on the blog. Viv commented directly on it, and called the blog owner a liar and my other friend a liar. I reblogged the post on my main account, and basically said "My friends aren't liars and here's the proof of what they're saying about what Faust did." Some time after this, Viv started going to her crew and friends, and started telling them to actively block me and stop supporting my work (we had a lot of mutual supporters). I got blocked suddenly by anyone connected to her that I was connected to, and later this was confirmed when one of her former Patreon mods let it slip to a mutual friend between she and I. This was grounds for financial damages technically, I'm not as concerned with that because I was such a small fry in a big webcomic pool, but it did hurt a lot to hear that someone with hundreds of thousands of followers had it out for me because she couldn't beat me into the ground years prior.

Trying to keep a long story short, she sent her sister to apologize to some other victims, and the victim I talked to told me to reach out to said sister since Viv refused to apologize herself and made her sister into a proxy. I DM'd said sister, asked for an apology, got blocked, never tried to contact anyone in her family again. In the apology the other victim got, Viv's sister fully admitted that Viv had an issue with cyberbullying and had in fact sent Faust to attack other people "all those years ago". Viv posted about me by name on Bluesky where I didn't have an account at the time to contest anything she said with - she said I was a stalker (I've never made an effort to find anything that isn't public or sent to me), that I meant her physical harm (I do not, I would never, and I have repeatedly said that what I want in an ideal world is for her to apologize to all her victims, myself included, and then do some soul-searching and come back a better person), that I harassed her family (as said above, I went to her sister on advice from one of the other victims, because Viv used her sister as a mouthpiece and that's on her), and that I ran multiple accounts to do all this (I deleted my old accounts under my personal name because of the personal hurt I was going through, I took a break from the internet for months, and then I came back on this account with a handle that's very sentimental to me - the two accounts never existed at the same time).

Faust may have grown in that time, I only mention them in this story out of wanting to keep clarity, and honestly if they have changed then good for them and I wish them the best. I don't like everything they've said and done, especially where their treatments of clients has come in, but I know they've gone through some rough stuff and also been thrown under the bus by Viv so... I'd appreciate if they at least fessed up to their culpability in it, because that would help vindicate a lot of the victims, and I think a lot of people would be willing to forgive them if they just acknowledged the hurt they caused instead of pretending like it never happened and they never helped Viv do it. That said, Viv was still the one who sicked them on me, and she was still the one who went out of her way to try to hurt my work and myself.

Thank you for your story and clarification. Not gonna comment too much because I want it to let it stand on its own, but it really does sound like everyone else grew up and Vivzie just...never did.

Recently someone sent her an ask about the debacle going on between Courtney and TGT, and she posted the email for TGT's work, with the implication that people should report them. No matter how you feel about the situation, it's interesting to me that despite everything she's said about internet drama and cancel culture being worthless, she is the first to jump on this opportunity when it suits her. Lily's a hypocrite, go figure.

here i come with all the cynicism i was forced upon when seeing LO react to everything Courtney related: too little, too late. for once, i fully agree with her here. this is the bare minimum and completely worthless when taking into account the kind of person LO has shown herself to be, especially in regard to Courtney. nobody owes her any kind of praise over this. just because she finally managed to find a person who allegedly (because we don't have any proof, i guess her "anons" forgot to tell her that) did something bad she never did, that doesn't mean she gets to erase the years of victim blaming behavior that she had, giving out advise that could result in someone's death, blaming a six year old abused child for the actions of an adult predator and, before that, insist that Courtney being groomed by "an actual pedophile" was something that reflected badly on it. more than that, it doesn't erase either that she was bragging about having the nudes of Lizzy to look at whenever she wanted to years after the break up because an "anon" was trolling her by pretending to be Lizzy. if i can find the archive for that i'll publish it because keeping nudes from people who clearly don't want you to still have them? that's still a violation of consent. LO might not have shared them, as far we know at least, but she did kept them around and kept that above Lizzy's head, which isn't much better as far i'm concerned.

to say even more, i think the only reason LO wouldn't share that footage is entirely because she's aware that it's illegal, not because she actually cared about Lizzy's consent. she only ever stopped using the real life name of Lizzy on her pokemadhouse comic when Lizzy threatened legal action. she only ever stopped desecrating the corpse of Elethyn when Lizzy said that it was infringing on her copyright. before that, she was perfectly happy with doing both. oh, and she only started deleting the arc "violate" that romanticizes what she did to Courtney after Courtney started talking about what happened to her. so no, she doesn't get any badge of "you were the less awful person in the room" because she's still is very much awful. two people can be awful at the same time, as this is very much the case.

lol my boss sent me an email asking me to format appointments in the way that I've already been doing it, to screen clients for whether they need an appointment or just a question answered (which is again, what I've been doing), and told me she has no appointments with new clients next week despite 9 of her 18 appointments being with new clients.

not really sure how to respond to her email. if I should address it point by point, or if I should just thank her for the guidance and patience while I continue to adapt to the job. Or not answer her email and just tell her in person that's what I've already been doing, but that I'm not the only one making appointments for her in this office.

also, I make a list of every phone call and client I had contact with (easiest way to log who called, what they said, what I answered and if the lawyer needs to intervene) and some of them need answers about their file which I cannot access because I cannot access their files bcs I don't have my own cloud account. and in any case, there are some questions I can't or don't feel comfortable answering as I'm not a lawyer !! I don't know the cases, the clients, or the procedures, so I can't always answer their questions. On top of keeping a log of who called, asking the appropriate questions, and setting appointments, I also add in the description of the appointment the reason for why the client is having an appointment in the first place; to ensure that they're not making a useless appointment when, for example, all they need to do is send documents to add to their file.

but my boss complained because on the list of client communications I had that day, there were 2 that she needed to call back (of the 15 people I had listed, I don't even include the WhatsApp messages I can answer by myself), saying essentially that the work I was doing was useless because she was still having to talk to clients. girl I don't know how to say this, but I spent 3 hours handling client contacts and despite my presence at the office, YOU STILL HAVE TO CONTACT CERTAIN CLIENTS YOURSELF BECAUSE I DONT KNOW THIS FIELD. she literally has set time aside in her calendar to call back clients, so I assumed she understood that she needed to handle some client relations- even if I was handing most of them. I'm still doing a job of filtering out the majority of your clients, setting appointments, directing them to send paperwork by email, etc.

oh also I've only been working here for THREE WEEKS, TWO TIMES A WEEK. I also handle client relations faster, more efficiently, more calmly, and more politely than she does. Like I'm entirely on track for where I should be for the timeframe. Not to mention that I don't only handle client contacts, I'm also the in-house IT person. Any computer issues, program issues, I'm able to fix- a skill which neither of the lawyers do have.

OH and not to mention trying to answer the phone and hear everything the client is saying isn't particularly easy when the clients either have a bad cell connection, and because of the fact that she HAS AN OPEN-SPACE OFFICE !!! So while I'm trying to hear the person speaking quietly on the phone and remember the questions I'm supposed to be asking, I'm also hearing 2 other people speaking either during a consultation, where the door is directly behind my desk and made partially of glass so I can hear everything, or I hear them upstairs on the phone with clients or just talking amongst themselves. The worst part is that she DESIGNED THIS OFFICE!!!! SHE REMODELED IT AND DIDN'T THINK ABOUT HOW HEARING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHILE SOMEONE ELSE IS SPEAKING MIGHT BE A LITTLE BIT DIFFICULT !!!!!

I am feeling a tad bombarded with it however. I have made sure to reread over what I typed below a few times and even sent it to some friends of mine who don't rp because I wanted to make sure my tone wasn't rude, hurtful or anything else. So I hope you do understand I took a great deal of effort here to address this in the hopes of a clam understanding. I'm sorry to pick your ask for this but as stated it's not the first one I have gotten. And I feel I should address this because well it is starting to really get to me. Now then I appreciate people asking may be asking because they like my take or they were invested in plot lines. though I didn't really have any for Rise it was mostly very slice of lifey stuff. I understand it's newer so people who come across my account may just like to see that. Which is fine. But please understand this is an RP account for one. Meaning this is purely all for fun a side hobby of mine. This isn't like fanfiction or such at the end of the day its really only for me and my friends I respond to. This content isn't really for fan creation it's really just me added on to stories I am in a way creating along with my friends/ writing partners. It is collaborative. I just haven't felt the motivation for the Rise iteration nor do I have the muse at this time. And constantly receiving asks on it doesn't help. It comes off like others coming across my account are expecting something and when they don't get it they feel the need to ask for it. Again this is how it feels. Not at all what is happening.

I am just not currently focused on Rise it is not my most liked iteration personally. I am just a bit more of a fan for other iterations some not even touched on this account. So that dose factor into what verse I am more inclined to focus on and write in the verse off. I already try to be diverse enough for my writing partners on what I answer as is so it doesn't get to samey here. And I like touching on different themes anyway. So, I don't fully take to having my ask box often getting hit with people asking all about one iteration alone. This may be for fun but it is still a creative outlet. I still am putting time and effort into this account. I am still putting quite alot into my writing here. So it's a tad hurtful to feel like people only care for something I am not myself motivated to write for where the ones I am I have put quite a lot into. It makes me questions my effort and my work. and if i should even bother.

And that shouldn't be the case as is, I always state this is for fun. It should always be for fun. This isn't a job after all. It's something fun I can do in my free time. A nice escape even. So I really do not need anything to make me feel as I have been feeling. I do like rise and I do like the few muses I kept for it. But right now I have decided to put them on hiatus in case I feel like writing for them again. And in hopes to not get these questions anymore. I don't really know what to say, but to be completely honest I don't think that gftwd is a normal person for real like? she's so weird and more likely to be a sociopath. Because she still talking to herself about you and how you were the one sending her you IG just to make it seem like you wanted people to know your IG account or you're being stalked! I don't really know what's on earth is going on with her, because honestly this isn't normal and creepy asf. Alright, everyone! I, for one, am ready for this to just be over and done with. I am sick and tired of my Che'nya roleplay blog NOT HAVING ROLEPLAY FUN.

I will say some of this is rehashing, but I wanted to put it all on one place. And there IS new information - it includes her "apologies" to Leona's mod and some of her other claims. And it also proves once and for all that Leona's mod was ASLEEP for this drama and therefore should not have been blamed at all. I still have no idea why she is so obsessed with trying to make them the bad guy when I am literally right here. They could have gone after me. Granted, they would have failed, because they are the one in the wrong, full stop. But still.

Going after the one person who did not go after you?

That sure is a. That sure is a CHOICE, isn't it?

But anyway, I think this part is going to go over into ANOTHER reblog as well because even on my laptop with the 30 image limit, I have... a lot of receipts. :)

But I am well-rested finally so I'm just going to finally get all these parts out. One reblog after another. The only caveat I will give is that there will POSSIBLY be one more part including screenshots compiled and given to me by other users that have had their own interactions with her. So, obviously, this is not even close to the only instance of this mod going after and attacking Leona with her characters. Especially over Cheka for some reason - even though the only Cheka account that I personally know of I also know for sure is not run by them. This is just the event that set off the chain reaction that ultimately led to all finally coming to light.

@/castaway-achlys has already come out as one of Leona mod's friends, same as me. They were the first one to post things screenshots on Tumblr while I was busy taking it to the next level on Discord. They've given me permission to use a lot of their screenshots here in my compilation.

In case it wasn't obvious here, they also happen to be Ekua Nuru.

Giving an excuse to say it's not really that bad before shifting the emotional focus to her, rather than Leona's mod, and trying to earn sympathy. This is especially shitty in this case considering the problem she is trying to gain sympathy for is her own is one of her own making.

Maybe if you didn't feel the need to make a blog for every new character and over-saturate the roleplay community with yourself, your blogs wouldn't die so quickly. And if you only focused on one blog, or maybe two, maybe you could actually learn how to make your characters uniquely them instead of making them all act the same - shitty, just like you. :)

Oh, but I forgot. She made all the spam accounts to try to throw off her underaged stalker. And she chooses to keep making them when anyone shows even a slight interest in seeing a character in an rp setting because... uhhh... I'm not sure. She didn't tell me that lie yet before she blocked me.

Anyway, after this exchange in public, our lovely Malleus mod decided to take things to DMs. Because she did not like being called out in public. Heh.

Look at that lovely lie! She tried the exact same shit she pulled on @/elysia-nsimp in the Discord chat all the way back in March. She tried to say she and the Falena mod were not the exact same person. That she was just "defending her friend." Not even close.

And so Ekua/Castaway called them out - if she was going to DM them and attack them simply because they asked her to give Leona's mod some breathing room, Ekua/Castaway was going to give as good as they got.

Now, see what Ekua/Castaway would have sent... if they had not been blocked by the Malleus mod. It wasn't until later that the Malleus mod suddenly unblocked them in order to send this to them:

Also, this was one of the only parts of the conversation she included in her post where she was trying to explain her side of the story to help "prove" her innocence. Needless to say, I will be touching on that, but I wanted to mention it now. I'm sure you can already see how she would try to take that out of context, considering her screenshot was cropped exactly the same way - just that message.

Now, she mentioned in that little hissy fit of hers that she messaged Leona's mod. Would you like to see her lovely message to them?

"Hey, I know irl you're sick so like get well soon or whatever. Now that the obligatory pleasantries are out of the way, can you tell your friend that is defending you to shut the fuck up? I totally understand if you don't like the way I'm roleplaying but also if you don't like it you're wrong because *insert heavily paraphrased, personal interpretation of canon.* However, if it's really that big of a deal for you, I don't mind dropping him for a while and going to some of my numerous other side blogs. Like... I'm not going to change or anything. I'll just let him disappear for a little bit so people will stop calling me out. Also, I'm not once going to say the words "I'm sorry" because I'm not. :D"

Now, let's move on to Discord. Leona's mod may not have responded to Malleus mod's lovely little message here on Tumblr, but they did speak to her in the mod chat. What do you mean she said that Leona's mod never responded to her "apologies" in her explanation post? What do you mean the Malleus mod lied? When has she ever done that?

Also. I would like to pause here to point out the blog she was saying she was going to delete.

Let's put aside the fact that she is still blaming everyone but herself for the drama happening.

That blog and this post is still up. (I took this screen capture yesterday but I checked today and as of making this post it still exists).

She made the post saying "it's being deactivated" on May 12. It is now May 18. And before anyone asks, thinking maybe she didn't have the time to do it before the Big Drama happened and made her not want to do anything for Leona's mod, the Big Drama went down May 15.

But either way, that shouldn't matter because she said she would deactivate it on the 12th and...

Like I said. I honestly hate this? I know it doesn't seem like it because I'm going so in-depth, but this is honestly my OCD in play a lotlittle bit and also I just want it all out there so I can just wash my hands and move on.

I can't wait to get back to roleplaying our favorite mad Cheshire Cat. I even have a couple of asks that I've answered and saved them in my drafts, ready to post whenever this is all done.

The Ultimate Compilation Callout

Hey Guys! AR OOC once again to say I am 100% done.

I'm done with this. I thought it was finally dying down and the drama was finally getting to be over with but then she came back and is now trying to say that we are the ones in the wrong. And she is STILL trying to blame Leona's mod when, as both @/castaway-achlys and I have stated numerous times at this point, they were asleep during the entire event. They did not ask for us to defend them. We were both just tired of hearing our friend be exhausted and stressed out by her.

And the fact that so many people have come out to give their own experiences of her being rude and cruel to them just proves this is not a singular event.

I'm putting all this under a cut because it's gonna get long guys. In fact, I’m probably going to end up needing to create a couple reblog chains to get it all out.

But I'm done playing nice. I have all the receipts. Like I went allllll the way back to when the discord was first created. I caught her in her first lie.

Which, coincidentally, her very first lie in the Discord server happened on the very first day it was formed. What a way to start.

I call her the Malleus mod as an identifier in these screenshots, because unlike her, I am not petty enough to reveal peoples’ personal information on the internet just because I don’t like them.

HOWEVER. I will remind everyone that she is not JUST the owner of the Malleus account. Even if you don’t want to look under the read more because there are a LOT of receipts, know that these are all her known blogs.

I do not condone harassment. Harassment is basically what started all this. Just block and go.

Let me show you what I mean in the lie I’ve already mentioned - her very first one. :)

There we have the orange, telling you to note the date. That’s because I was wanting to make sure it was known that the pet posts were made on the same date that the discord was created.

And then we have the gross light green around Malleus mod claiming that this bunny is her bunny and that it was her bunny’s birthday recently.

Now here is the follow up with the gross darker green of a lie revealed. 😌

And there we have it! The color coding system and her very first lie told the very first day the Discord channel was active and easily disproven with an image search.

Now let’s get into the FUN STUFF! /sarc

We’re going to be doing some rehashing here but I’m also going to probably be including some new things so stay with me folks! This’ll be a ride! Buckle up!

So, originally I was thinking I'd start with the current drama. But considering that a lot of that has already been covered and what hasn't been covered needs more context, I'm just going to keep going in chronological order, I guess.

I've been up for over 24 hours compiling receipts, editing them to protect IDs, and then getting them all sorted so let's finally do this so I can pass out!

First up is something that actually has been covered a bit but I'm going to expand on it slightly - her blatant lie to @/elysia-nsimp (I'm not tagging anyone because I'm not forcing anyone to get notifications on this lmao).

Here's what everyone has already seen. But to expand on the event, we didn't call her out on her bad behavior, even though we probably should have as she had just lied straight to another mod's face about her blog ownership. I simply DM'd the mod in question privately to make sure they were okay and then tried to keep the peace in the main chat.

Because, believe it or not with this major callout post, I don't generally like confrontation. But I stepped in there for Elysia and I stepped up during this for Leona's mod.

Now, later that night, she posts this as if nothing had happened and she hadn't just been told that she needed to work on her roleplaying skills:

Uh huh. Sure. That's your last account. Because you have shown so much self-control when it comes to filling character voids within the twst rp community already. I'll be generous and give you a month before you break.

Now these next ones need a tiny bit of background information and a note: the Malleus mod is German and, as far as we know, lives in Germany. These next pictures are little indicators that she has not experienced the United States at all. These indicators may not seem important now, but they will be in just a little time. So keep them in mind for after the pause.

You cannot tell me anyone who has spent any length of time in the United States has not at least heard of Walmart.

Quick pitstop to say wow! You didn't even make it a month! Congratulations!

Also, note the question from the admin and the pretty obvious passive aggressiveness from me. We were sending plenty of hints that they needed to stop - sometimes coming outright and saying it, sometimes simply implying. Either way, we were all ignored.

She says she's not a mind reader. Well, apparently she's just not a reader period.

Now... a bit of an oddball here. And I want to say I do not necessarily think this is a lie. I am including it for a lie that is coming. The one that I included all those America comments for.

I'm sure you will note that I said that I don't "necessarily think" it's a lie - indicating that I do think it could be a possibility. That would be correct.

She has been lying since day one and, after this doozy of a story I'm about to share with you, I honestly don't know what to believe when it comes to her.

So.. to sum this up...

We went from a cringe ask from an OC account that she didn't want to answer -> the asker wasn't supposed to be on tumblr because they were underage (???) and was trying to date her irl and somehow had all of her information (oh but don't worry guys she deleted the ask!) -> he found her social media accounts and sent her NSFW pictures and started spam liking, demanding pictures of her kids, sent pictures of her at-the-time boyfriend, sent pictures of his family and his kids -> so she blocked him on everything and then started spam creating the rp accounts to see if he did it with other people or if it was just her (...mmmhmmm...) but nope he was only interested in Malleus -> she then apparently moved to America for a bit to crash with her boyfriend because this underage person went to Germany to find he.

Oh, by the way, why was this guy obsessed with her? Oh, he was obsessed with German women. He decided that all German women were pretty. And she's German-Russian! And Russians have intense standards for women you know! After this guy found out she was German AND Russian, I mean... it was only a matter of time before he upped his game to try to find her!

Guys, she's not saying she's too beautiful for her own good - the underage stalker speaks for itself!

Now, since this stalker found her through her Malleus account and was obviously very determined, you would think the first course of action would be to, ya know, delete the Malleus blog. Right?

No, no, no! Then she would have to start all over and, of course, if she switched accounts she would be forced to make a post on her current blog saying what her new blog is and he would just find her there. That's why she's trying to make her other accounts more active than her Malleus account (her Malleus account was still, by far, before all this happened, the most popular of all her rp blogs)!

Can I also mention that in that post announcing her pregnancy ON HER MALLEUS ACCOUNT WHERE SHE SUPPOSEDLY HAS A STALKER, she had tagged ALL OF HER BLOGS AT THE TIME?

But yes, Malleus mod. I definitely believe your story. :)

Please. Please tell me you all can understand why I just cannot find it in me to trust a single word coming out of this woman's mouth.

Especially now that during this whole drama, she has been lying through her teeth and trying to pin the entire blame on Leona's mod.

Now this part is nearly over (thank whatever gods anyone believes in) but let's just post the last few of the "before drama happened" pictures, shall we?

...I'm realizing I didn't underline the part where I called her out for having that many blogs in the gross dark green of a lie caught... oops. This is what happens when you have far too little sleep.

But either way, here is another time when she was called out on a lie of hers. And her little comment at the end means she read it and she acknowledged us.

She just didn't care because it didn't suit her.
