we’ve been knew Hinata most likely wouldn’t have flourished in any other team the way he did at Karasuno, they were the perfect fit for him.

But what makes the chapter even more special to me is that, out of all the options he was given, he chooses Karasuno. He chooses Kageyama. he didn’t want to leave him in the first place??

Idk I love the /choice/ of it all because

well certain people saying he could have thrived in any other team (even if he could he WOULDN’T WANT TO)

or the [redacted] stealing hinata from kageyama jokes. the whole whole setters fighting over hinata thing without giving shoyo any agency at all.

it’s nice to be reassured (once again) that Hinata actively chooses to be in kageyama’s life, to be his partner, he loves him so bad. DONT SEPARATE HIM FROM HIS SOULMATE TY.

okay since it's not a spoiler anymore

it's hilarious that izutsumi went: "come on no one would be excited over beastkin" and the whole party went: "oh no. laios"

like, zero hesitation. marcille doesn't even look at him she just rushes to cover izutsumi. senshi immediately blocks laios sight and chilchuck kicks him (as usual)

and the funniest part is... laios doesn't even understand what happened. he's so confused but accepts it???

Artist note: I’m so proud of this :))) I know it’s a lot of dialogue and reading, but dialogue is grueling work for me. I’m glad with the art and for the amount of pages I made in such a relatively short time span -w- page 5 was super fun to work on. A lot of blood, sweat, and hours here... :) The backgrounds were a big bore tbh, but I finished them! Yippie!

after phos prays everyone away, the final arc welcomes a new "beginning" for phos healing, finding closure, and further understanding themselves and the universe…

noticeably, their pain dissipates into warmth, like a song coming to a slow, soft end. there is comfort realizing how phos embraces their happiness and takes in the new perspectives they learn through their newfound friendships <:") their final life ends up being hopeful and beautiful in its own way... i love how hnk makes me feel.....
