SUMMARY: After a bizarre laboratory mishap with one of Eggman’s inventions, Sonic and Metal Sonic end up having to spend some time in the others’ shoes…. Literally. Metal is overjoyed to have finally achieved his dream of becoming the true Sonic the Hedgehog, and plans to live his new life to the fullest. Of course, he’ll need to avoid suspicions from Sonic’s friends… including that pesky pink hedgehog, who just won’t seem to leave him be. At least he doesn’t have to worry about Sonic, who now has to experience what it’s like to be at Eggman’s beck-and-call, unable to speak his mind or even let his friends know he needs help. How long will Metal be able to keep up the facade? And will Sonic be able to keep from going completely nuts by the end of it all?
