It’s proven once again that it is easier for people to sacrifice their own vulnerable neighbors or tell them they wish those neighbors didn’t exist at all because it is easier to allow a man that represents the worst of humanity to have ultimate power than tolerate an imperfect woman who they believe is not appealing to them specifically.

also this is only kinda related to the stuff going on now with the dream bs, but ik it’s fun to make those don’t stop the party videos but lets be real… nothing will beat the first one. you truly had to be there and thank god i was. this was before we thought any of them were shitty people, this was peak parasocial time (myself included). but you know what else was at its peak? the covid 19 pandemic. and what do these streamers do? in an age of total internet surveillance from their fans? go out to a party without masks on. and from that we got something beautiful: masktwt, your city gave me covid, and finally, the don’t stop the party edit. and it was amazing for two reasons. first, this was a brand new thing, this wasn’t a meme people were reusing, and second, this was one of the first times (at least on a large scale) that the the dsmpers were in the wrong and their own fans were dunking on them. nothing will ever top the original don’t stop the party, in fact, nothing we can do now will ever come close to topping the things we did in 2020-2022. rip peak dsmp years, i mourn u everyday

Hey, so, am I the only one who remembers that just a few episodes ago—and literally just the other night in-game—Orym was given Otohan’s sword the first time and the group agreed that it should be his to deal with? That he walked off on his own with it, full of grief and anguish, and they all let him have his moment? How that was literally just a day ago?
And now, just a day later, Laudna is looking at him with total betrayal that he’s actually wielding the sword.
