#doctor who#dw spoilers#dw bts#ruby sunday#millie gibson#73 yards#i have all the respect to the make up department on doctor who. and i suspect they went for something very subtle#like just shading in natural face creases that just unfortunately didn't show up that well on camera#also paired with the fact that ruby was still hopping about like a 19 year old at 40 (tbh good on her.) ace did the same thing and that was#just sophie aldred bringing her all when she got the chance to reprise her role (good on her too)#it did however have the side effect of making ruby's jump from 19 to 40 absolutely hilarious#especially because the jump from 40 to 80 really was just another older actress and that made the whiplash even funnier
