#gotta say I do disagree with the whole “make sure the character is clearly stated thing #like what’s the point of tagging if you don’t wanna have to look in the tags lmao #majority of my pieces made sure to have the character as an item clearly done #raven was a spellbook #Roy a bow an arrow #marinette a needle and thread #Jason a gun #dick an acrobat or a circus #Cass a ballerina #etc etc #poetry is meant to be mysterious and vague so people can make their own meanings from them #some of the pieces? fine. could have been more clear #but if you ask me to tag characters appropriately and I do cuz I don’t wanna say their names and ruin the flow of the poem how you gonna #tell me that that doesn’t count when it was tagged appropriately for the characters they were just symbolic representations #but ok 😂#make sure to tag but we don’t wanna check the tags to make sure #whatever floats your boat boss #this wasn’t what got me disqualified this year #just the tags which was absolutely my fault #🤷 big ol’ oh well #they really could have messaged me and told me but ya know 😂😂😂😂#why not let me wonder like a headless horse

So i know we all like to hc that legolas knew at least aragorn before the quest, or the elves of imlardis.

But honestly, au in which legolas is genuinely just some random elf that showed up to deliver a message, was roped into the council and saw the most amazing oppurtunity to fuck with everyone and took the elf spot in the party?

Like, no-one knows who tf he is, he’s just a messenger (no one knows he’s thranduil’s son) and elrond gave him a seat at the council out of indulgence. And then this one motherfucker no one knows ends up joining one of, if not the most, important quest in ME.

Legolas, knowing damn well no one’s got a clue who tf he is: hold on, i sense an opportunity to do the funniest shit ever.

And after he volunteered himself, it’s not like elrond can just go: no, wait a minute.

Legolas has got the audacity. He’s sensing all the imlardis elves’ daggers in their eyes and is full on cackling in his head.

They are having a horrible time and legolas is thriving!

The walkers themselves don’t know untill after the quest.

Comment on A Certain Friend JD- And Mini Rant

So, a couple days ago I mentioned I would no longer be talking about A unless we get information directly from L. Well, I have decided to do something similar when it comes to JD. Outside of a potential work project announcement (which I actually think might be coming at SOME point), I will no longer be talking about JD unless we get information directly from N that clarifies her personal relationship with JD is anything more than friendship. And based on how N has responded to these rumors so far, I don't see that happening y'all.

I feel like a large portion of this fandom chooses to not look at the full picture or use their critical thinking skills when analyzing specific pieces of information. The spiraling just seems so unnecessary to me atp when there is a TON of evidence that L/N are doing A OK in their personal relationship (if you know what I mean 😉). I know that a lot of us are missing the crumbs and just want confirmation atp because not having concrete answers makes us frustrated and anxious... But choosing to spiral over every little piece of information related to A and/or JD being around L or N just seems exhausting and not fun to me, so I personally am choosing to not feed into that anymore. Feel free to DM me though if you would like to discuss something specifically related to A or JD.
